Fatburger was great! I had the 1/4 ultimate BBQ burger and it was served hot and ready! Usually when I get a burger its just warm, but this one was quite hot and very good! Wheelchair accessibility: Theres nothing stopping someone in a wheelchair!

this place is DEEEEEEEElightful. wonderful food, amazing workers (and service) and just the right amount of serving. every single time i go here i ve gotten the yam fries and a strawberry milkshake every time and it never disappoints. either i leave with tasty leftovers or a fuuuuull stummy. its the same texture every time, perfect for my little autism brain. if i had adult money, 30% of it would probably be spent here. but i don t, so instead it s gonna be my moms money. please go here yall. its worth like, 90% of your money.

Just got home and opened what I was thinking would be your amazing deep fried pickle spears. Instead, I was greeted with 12 single pickle chips that probably equaled 1 small pickle. I was charged full price for this. That is unacceptable. If you are out of the pickle spears, just say so, dont try and slide this off as what is normally a delicious item. I am just in shock that you actually charged me full price for this and would even think this is an acceptable substitute. Normally great food, but tonight was an utter disappointment. NEW EDIT... So, I sent all the info the owner requested and then didnt hear anything. Its been 2 years, Im sure someone could have got back to me in that time!

I haven t come here in years because I remember feeling like it was very expensive. Enter inflation and colour me surprised to find a restaurant chain that hasn t raised their prices astronomically. I think you could eat here for the same price as McDonalds but the food quality is 100x better.

Fatburger serves great burgers, and Im never disappointed. Bacon and eggs are good here, too. A small shop with great service. If you havent been here, check it out.

Music not too loud and pleasant, Sonaal was the chef at the time. He made the perfect burger, I had one of those cravings you just can t fix with anything else. Great service, very friendly staff, yummy hot food. The woman working gave my daughter s doodle boards to play with while we waited for our food. The manager came by and cleaned off our trays and asked us how our food was. Definitely come again.

Sent out multiple emails, from the original replies on the original review. But they REFUSE to fix the issue. Dont bother with this place, they dont have what is listed, and serve smaller portions than normal.

If your gonna spend 15 to 20 dollars rethink going to McDonalds or any other fast food place in spruce grove and go to fat burger. Best burgers I have had in a long time. Great food good service and if I am ever in need of a hamburger fix this will be my staple.

I never order burgers because I am not a meat eater but my son took me there . I ordered a mushroom burger with guacamole and spicy fries. Delicious and have been back. Could eat those burgers every day lol.

Anna was our server and she was so friendly, polite and efficient. The food is great here and service as well. (Breakfast is awesome). So reasonably priced. You pay one or two dollars more than the fast food chains and the food quality is far superior!!! Dietary restrictions: Dairy allergy friendly.

So, this is what a thirty dollar meal looks like. Mediocre food, thrown together to look like a luke warm mess. Thirty bucks should pay for a premium burger. I know it s take out but I carefully carried it to my car and this is exactly the way we opened it. It looks like I kicked the bag all the way home. And they wanted a tip for take out! I found out later that if you leave a tip, the server calls out Fat Tip! To the kitchen. I didn t leave a tip because in the latest obligatory tip culture, I don t believe in tipping for take out. But it sure makes me wonder if the food I was served is a direct result of no tip . Last time. Ever. I can get a burger from Burger King for a third of the price and enjoy it just as much.

Terrible...food was sloppy, looks like a tornado hit it. 60 bucks for 2 combos and a side...horrible taste. The staff looked like they didnt even care nor want to work. Not sure how you will last with service and food like this.

The onion rings are the best around. I havent had a real good hamburger in years. Ive had the cheddar and bacon. That was very good. So next I tried the swiss mushroom it was great. Next time Im going to see if they can put bacon on the swiss mushroom. Parking: It is right next to a grocery store so lots of parking short steps to the door

Great atmosphere, food and service

Staff are very welcoming and nice. Food portion is big, my daughter had a grilled Cheese and she loved it. I had the Buffalo wings with honey garlic, the wings are big but the honey garlic flavor is lacking of taste, just my opinion. Would definitely go back here to try the other wings flavor.

By far one of the best fast food/restaurants in Spruce Grove! I tend to go around lunch time, when I am craving a good burger. A bit pricey but is a great treat to yourself! Have never sat down to eat there, always get my food to go. And never have to wait to long, especially for the quality of food you get (have never had an issue with any burger there).

Every time i go here the food is just wonderful, its a full diner experience with wonderful milkshakes and the best fried chicken. Unlike a lot of food places now adays, theres always lots of care in food prep and it always tastes delicious. Favourite place to go with my father. Sometimes can be pricey but still worth it.

Very welcoming atmosphere, and you notice it the second you walk in the door as youre greeted with a warm Welcome or Hello and every time. The food, I find a different take on burgers apart from most others, and thats that the burgers are fried rather than charbroiled, and I have to say it maintains more moisture and jiuciness. I also like that they warm the buns on the grill. All this at a reasonable price. I really like it and have gone back several times since my first visit. My favorite Mushroom Swiss

Food is consistent and good quality. Not the most flavorful Burger Ive ever had, but I didnt feel like I was going to die afterwards, either. In full disclosure, I ate it on a lettuce wrap, as bread sort of messes with my guts...so Im sure that didnt contribute to the average flavor profile.

I went into fatburger to order a kids grilled cheese meal because I used to get them before and really enjoyed it. I am a vegetarian so I don t eat any burgers or anything meat related for that matter so I opt for the grilled cheese option which normally the staff are great about but when I ordered it, i got a weird look and this girl looked at me and said in a very rude tone That is only for kids 12 and under! and I am well aware because I am 18 but i don t find that terribly old and anyways shouldnt it be enough that I want to pay for your food? Why does it matter if it is off the kids menu? I like the restaurant but don t like burgers and suddenly I m denied service to get a kids mean because i m 18? it was ridiculous. She did not want to give me the meal, thought it was quite strange as I am the one paying for it. She didn t budge so I walked out and she did not seem to care. Very disappointed as I used to always go here. Why would you deny someone food that they would pay you for??

Went with my son had chicken burger with fries he had big bacon cheese burger fries drinks we eat in great n happy staff and great service we will be back little pricey for 2 of us was $32 but food all real n was worth the lunch outing with my son so really it was priceless to spend time with him.

Weve been to this location several times before on this visit our burgers were swimming in grease and just running out of the burgers! We could not eat them , we notified the gentleman working and he simply took them and threw them away , didnt offer to replace them or reimburse us. Not returning

Fat burgers good. Like that you can always customize your burger however at this location the manager is walking around with no mask on at all. All the rest of the staff are wearing masks but I guess hes above the rules. If Id seen him before I already ordered I would have gone somewhere else.

Terrible burger tasteless meat

The burger and milkshake were really good, the chili cheese fries however was disgusting. The manager I had also seen was walking around the store without a mask on as everyone else in the store was wearing masks. So I emailed them telling the details of why my experience at this location was horrible, I sent it the day i got feedback on google still havent heard anything back......

All I can say is I have tasted a better . But the mocha milkshake was superb, loved it .

Service was good food was good didnt mind the wait made to order burgers are the best! We went here when we could still dine in (2 weeks ago) My milkshake was awesome, Oreo ftw! Onion rings nice and flakey burger was cooked well only thing Id change would be having a different type of lettuce on the burger not a fan of shredded lettuce. Wanted to order chilli cheese fries instead but had a feeling the chilli would be canned and the cheese would be cheap.

In my opinion!!.. This is a lot of money for burgers and fries. You can have a sit down meal in an actual restaurant with servers for the same price. Maybe the meat is never frozen and special, but Id have to investigate this as my tastebuds werent convinced it was that different from the other fastfood places in town. Its now my 3rd visit, I think, into a Fat Burger and I actually tried different stuff today, boneless wings and poutine. What I enjoyed the most was the ranch dip, carrot and celery. This is just my opinion, not trying to convinve people not to come here. I think the main reason for me to write these words might be to remember myself not to come here again.

Brought 2 of my kids out for breakfast at Fat Burger on century rd. They shared an 11 dollar meal. It was very tasty, especially considering the reasonable price. Absolutely enormous quantities make sharing a meal an easy way to keep costs down when bringing your kids out for a treat. The server was very pleasant, the music was trendy. The bathrooms were quite clean. Total cost was about the same as going to McDonalds and getting the kids a happy meal each. My meal, and the kids meal was around 18 bucks all in. Not bad to feed 3 people.

With all the stuff going on with virus i would like to think fat burger would take a lil more pride in preparing food and not handle it with their dirty gloves they have been wearing all day.Very dissapointed today
