i came in on wednesday night at 8:45 pm in hopes to quickly get a burrito bowl before closing, and as i walked in i noticed only one worker. since it was later, and i had noticed only one worker, i had intended to give her a big tip for the inconvenience of coming in late, as i know that can be stressful. she was making an online order, and i didn t mind at first as i understood that she had to hurry, and was working alone, but she didn t look at me or speak to me for quite a while, and when she did, all she said was give me two minutes and to my surprise, she sounded quite annoyed. i continued to wait in awkward silence, until the Skip driver came to pick up the order. as soon as he came in, the employee seemed to light up and began chatting with him happily, and i felt very uncomfortable as i was ignored, and i also was a customer. she continued chatting with him and never attempted to take my order, so eventually i gave up and walked out(8:56 pm). this saddened me as i love Quesada s food, but i ve never encountered such unprofessional staff. i do not intend on returning to this location as i was ignored and treated rudely, and i don t believe anyone else should have to deal with such rude, unprofessional employees. it s another story to be stressed, but to ignore a customer, and then brighten up to someone else while the other customer is still waiting is very disrespectful.

I had a chance to have a burrito here and I was not only amazed by taste but also the customer service. They have amazing staff with friendly attitude. I had a diet preference as I am strict vegetarian. I was impressed as they walked me through the options I have. And what is better than waiting few minutes for delicious food?- Literally nothing! I am definitely going to visit frequently.

New location in Spruce Grove. Very clean seating area, well lit. Large burritos for what youre paying. The ingredients are all visible and look very fresh. I love they way they seal the burritos here, makes them very easy to eat. One of my go to spots when I want to treat myself.

If youre looking for something filling, flavourful and healthy, LOOK NO FURTHER. The staff at Quesada were professional, clean, and attentive. Sometimes communication is hard with a mask, but the staff here were EXCELLENT at listening, despite my mask. The food was fresh, not greasy, and FULL of flavour. Excellent customer service and food. We went there for Lunch on our way to Lake. We were greeted by a guy who was very welcoming and provided enough options as we are vegetarians. Mexican food is definitely a best option than a sandwich.

The food gets a solid 4, but they always appear to have Very minimal staff, and they always seem very stressed out and hardly able to keep up. I ve been a restaurant manager, and I know I d run this place better. Adequate staffing is KEY.

Very modern looking, clean establishment. The staff member who served us let us know he was in training and was friendly. My chilli lime fish taco was delicious, my partner enjoyed his ancho pork. They werent chincy with the toppings and the prices were fair.

Weve been to different Quesadas before but this was our first time at this location and we were happy with it! The food was good, we didnt feel rushed, and most of all the staff was patient with and kind to our toddler who loves talking to everyone

Fantastic food very tasty and many options to choose from. Staff and owner are kind and helpful. They suggested using the app in the future for an order for four family members takes awhile. All good. Didn t mind the wait and gave me free cookies and coupons. I will be coming again and using them for my next family birthday as they cater as well. So glad you re in Spruce! Only downside is it is expensive but in my opinion worth it if you can afford it.

Super Clean, wasnt very busy for a 6:30pm. As atmosphere goes however, I found it lacking. Though its a fast food style place, so this isnt really a harsh criticism. Service was prompt. Would not recommend this place. The staff member who served me did not speak good English at all and added wrong ingredients when I asked for something different. Did not understand which sauces I wanted either. The meat portion was extremely small on the tacos, less than half a spoonfull. Also the tacos were less than half full after he was done adding the ingredients (2 of which were incorrect). Either the management is not training staff properly or the staff just dont care. But he looked like he had no clue so I think its a lack of structure in management. 0/10.
