Today, I placed an online order and had to pick it up at 5:45pm. As of the moment 6:28pm my order has not been made and I have been waiting for at least half an hour. I would say the manager did not expect a lot of orders for today s pivotal game 7 of the Stanley Cup (Oilers game). Very lousy and inefficient way of handling online orders.

Order was Accurate and driver followed directions.

Parking: The stripmall was busy, so the parking lot in which the Dominos location is located at 11:30 am was very busy. Wheelchair accessibility: Strip mall building in a residential area. Easy ground floor access.

Poor customer service

Driver was very friendly and professional. Food was hot and delicious. Arrived super fast (28 min or so) after order. Thats it thats all. Thank you

They were great when I had problems ordering online for a specific future time. They just changed the time to the time I wanted and there were no problems.

Call and sit through phone specials but they never seem to know what the specials are and dont honor those prices. Verify price and then once verified make sure everything is on the list but then add price to it. Always happens. Dont understand how you can have a automated special on the phine and not know it.

Ordered through their App. Cooked my food perfectly and followed special instructions perfectly.

If you dont pay more than $7 tip they just leave your pizza at the door.. from my understanding a tip is optional. You can atleast ring the door bell. Going to a different dominos, if I wanted cold pizza, I would have went to the store and bought it. Delivery guy sucks. Find a new one.

Upon Getting Home I Found That The Amount Of Toppings Seemed Shy, As I Ordered 3 Extra Toppings And As A Result Expected More For An Additional Cost, But Instead Of The Added Cost, My Total Toppings Were Less Of Each To Add My Added Options ! It Was A Medium Pizza. - I Would Have Rather Paid A Few Dollars More To Get A More Layered Topping Pizza.

Theyre always emailing coupons and great deals, I delete all the other pizza stores emails,dont even read them. Online order for delivery. Confirmation email said that delivery would be between 45-56 minutes. Pizza was delivered in fifteen minutes. Excellent quality and taste very happy with purchase.

Great product and even better customer service. The manager Yodhvir is always pleasant to deal with and customer satisfaction is paramount to him. Had a delivery in -15. I appreciate that delivering in this temperature sucks. Driver left 4 large pizzas on our doorstep, didnt knock, didnt ring the doorbell, no text or phone call. So, decided to check the doorstep and found 4 nearly frozen pizzas sitting outside. was not too impressed as we had 6 kids to feed.

I will never order from this location again, their loss.. I called on a tuesday night last week after a ridiculous night for my family and I. They called me twice, first time to confirm I wanted delivery. To which I said yes, and went about my business. Then they called about 10 min later telling me they will have to double the delivery charge because I was more than 7 km away? I told her that is impossible and Ive never been hit with this fee before. I google maped it and I was 2.3 km away from them. Tried to explain, but she kept arguing with me. I tip better then most but these delivery charges are bogus. They dont even go to the driver. Canceled my order and will never order from then again. Plenty of better pizza places around anyways. Overall worst experience Ive has with a fast food joint. Save your money and order somewhere else.

I don t know why, but every time I have ordered from here there is little to no cheese on the pizza. I literally can see areas of sauce on the pizza where there was no cheese. It s not hard to cheese a pizza. I cannot recommend this place for a good pizza. I just can t.

Today I got the bad experience ever from this location looks like they scammed my son for a medium pizza for $41,I tried to call to understand whats going on, the lady in the phone told like this please do not order anymore from us. Our go to place - we used to live right in spruce and would get pizza here weekly, now that we live out of the city we will grab pizza every month or two. For the price on the app no other place can compete. Rajat had my pizza ready to go for when I walked in and it is always a quick process at pick up and payment

My wife placed an order and literally right after she ordered realized she made a mistake on the order so called right away. Literally within the same 3 min. The staff there instead of trying to help and rectify the issue argued with her and hung up in her ear. Won t use this location again. Rude and childish behaviour from staff doesn t fly with me. Terrible customer service. Terrible online ordering. We tried to make an online order and it said we had a free pizza that we could order so we tried to add that to our order and it froze and said it was having technical issues so we had to call to make the order and the lady on the phone was quite rude and told us its not my problem. I cant do anything about it. We have ordered from this business plenty of times and never had an issue. Cant believe how we were treated!

My favourite pizza place by far. Awesome staff, great taste and its always on time. They ve gone the extra mile more then once when I order late and they have to say open for me to come pick it up and they were always chill about it. Especially Suman who took the time to remember my name and is always positive whenever I come it. I wish I could give more then 5 stars. 10/10

Waited outside for 30 minutes and no service for curbside. Asked how long it sat and was told almost 25 minutes plus. 6 staff were in the parking lot smoking amd talking. 2 stars because GF Crust is good.

I order here 2 times a week mostly and get the same order stuffed cheese bread. Today they messed it up and gave me regular cheese bread. I called to bring up the mix up and even offered to bring back the mistaken cheese bread and pay for another one to get the order I wanted and they said no you have to pay for two new orders of stuffed cheese bread. I m sorry that is not good business technically they should have just given me two new orders of the stuffed cheesy bread. But I wanted to be decent a so straight away I offered to pay for one of the replacements, I was told I had to buy two new orders! Sorry won t be happening!!!! If you want decent service don t go here, this isn t the first time they have messed up my order but it s the first time I brought it to there attention and this is how they act, won t be spending a dime at this dominos again. Unbelievable!!!!

Pretty decent pizza at a reasonable price but the best part is their delivery time is super fast! I m not sure if it s because we live really close but we often get our pizza really REALLY fast. Love it! Great option for when you re last minute and too tired to cook. Also my husband says the gluten free option is edible which is saying something! Dietary restrictions: Out of all the reasonably priced options for gluten-free pizza, this place is pretty decent!

This location is a rollercoaster. The pizza is incredibly inconsistent. They are super cheap with toppings and domino s is the only place that charges extra for premium toppings. There wasn t even chicken on all 8 of the pieces yesterday. Maybe 6-7 pieces total. I didn t get the extra cheese that I paid for on either of my pizzas. Sometimes the pizza is thin, sometimes thick.

Inconsistency and extra charges is what they are about. If I need to pay extra for certain topping, I would like a decent amount put on the pizza. Don t bother paying for extra cheese, they don t put it on anyway.

The driver Rajat was friendly enough to help me fix a bike lock problem in my front yard while delivering the pizza. I was having trouble figuring out how to change the code on the lock just before he arrived to deliver the pizza I ordered. He quickly showed me how it works and was a smiling friendly person the whole minute or so I saw him. The food itself seemed fresh out the oven and professionally made too. Best pizza place in the town if you ask me.

Their order management can get a little iffy sometimes, where their online tracker doesnt get updated but they cook the meal. Other times, they are so swamped that an order isnt made for over 45min until you call them and ask about it.

I came here yesterday, after giving up on Dominos for the majority of my adult life. I thought it would be a good idea to give them a chance again, after years of disappointment. Oh boy, am I happy I did. Dominos really has changed, the head chef Jaspreet, has done a wonderful job elevating his pizza to new heights. Well done, Jaspreet and crew, the pizza is excellent, and you have made my wife and I believers in Dominos once again.

I went here tonight to pick up a delivery order for myself and the staff was extremely helpful and polite. The deliver driver went out of his way when he did not have to just to run to the door and open it for me and the cook Harsh did a wonderful job on all of my food! It s been a while since I have ordered from here because I was eating at another pizza spot but I think I m going to switch back. New to Spruce Grove and decided to order pizza, unfortunately I never received my meal due to a issue with delivery which is not a problem it happens. But rather than help correct the problem he attacked me with accusations of their constant and continuous issues they have with me stating that all their orders from my phone number and all their orders from my address and me were the problem and not welcome,, which is very odd being the phone number was brand new and my residence in my new apartment was for less than 48 hours at this time.. Abusive accusations and attacking my character too hide a minor mistake is beyond acceptable and most definitely requires reprimand and correction

Not happy with customer service. The app specifically had a not cheese option but if you dont manually remove the cheese from the lower section then they disregard the no cheese and blame you for not removing it from the toppings. No refund and no compromise. I didnt eat the pizza due to milk allergy. Last pizza I buy from this location.

Preordered 2 medium pizzas. Waited over an hour outside after driving 20 minutes to get to the location. Never again. And when we called after an hour we got hung up on when we asked where our pizza was after providing an order number.

Our daughter goes to St. Joseph s school in Spruce Grove, Alberta and they have a pizza night where if you buy a special they donate $5.00 to the school. My wife called and placed the order. After waiting over an hour she called to see where our order was and was told there was never an order placed. They never asked for her phone number and couldn t get her name right. We have never ordered from Dominos before and will never order in the future!! Absolutely horrendous trying to place an order and then being told there was never an order placed is unbelievable!! I don t recommend and will be telling everyone I know to not bother getting pizza from them!!

I just ordered from here a online order , with each ingredients step-by-step. They brought the wrong pizza and thought that was okay . I actually threw $40 worth of pizza in the garbage because I have picky kids and they would not eat it I was that upset I threw the pizza. This place shouldn t make pizza if they can t read !!
