3 of our milkshakes were disgusting probably something wrong with the dairy how do you go 3 for 3? the mac and cheese was barley cheesy as in comparison to the usual mac and cheese i order from different locations. the one thing i was so exited and that i order everytime was the panookie the holy grail of deserts. i cannot stress how dry this panookie was. we also didint see our server for like half an hour im usually not one to complain and i dont like people who do but oh my gee oh golly i felt the need to after my undesirable dinner.

We came for late night supper around 8:30 and we were severely disappointed. Our server Mckenna seemed not interested in doing her job at all. She was slow to greet us, slow to bring us drinks (1 water &1 beer). She seemed mostly interested in chatting with her boyfriend who was sitting at a table. Our Thai bites were taking a while to come when we noticed she was standing with her boyfriend eating food at his table. When she finally dropped off our appetizer she didn t ask if we needed anything, she dropped it on the table and left. Our food was cold but she didn t bother to check on us- again mostly focused on chatting with her boyfriend or the other servers. She walked past our empty plate over 8x before she finally grabbed it. We also watched her clear multiple tables but not wipe a single one down. Again when our mains came out(thankfully hot this time)- she never checked on our food, only asked if we needed a box when we were finished eating. She then didn t bring us our bill and take our payment when we were 1 of 4 tables in the lounge - one being her boyfriend so she was clearly avoided us. When speaking with the manager after about how crappy our experience was- her explanation was sometimes when it s slow, it throws us off then gave us a $25 gift card to use at that location only as if we would want to go back there. Being slow is not an acceptable response to having your servers eat food at a table where paying customers can clearly see while their food gets cold. Definitely take your business elsewhere.

My daughter softball team was staying at the hotel across the street from the Boston pizza. I placed an order via telephone and was told the order would be ready in 20 minutes. I walked over to pick up the order 18 minutes later and it was ready to go as expected. The front counter staff was very friendly and the lady that took my order was knowledgable and kind. the food was excellent. The order was put together correctly, including cactus cut potato chips, Bandera bread and a Boston brute. I have to say this was the best tasting Boston pizza food I have had in sometime. Everything was hot and fresh and cooked correctly. I was very sceptical ordering from Boston pizza as we have had several poor experiences in the past. This location, however, was extremely efficient with the food order and put out great quality products. The food was expensive, but everything is nowadays. I was very impressed by this location and would absolutely return the next time I m in Spruce Grove.

Family outtings here always go decent. Good restaurant choice for young kids. Always busy there.

So so so disappointed. We placed a simple order online and they still managed to mess it up. When I pay for food I expect to receive it, unfortunately this establishment has continued to forget items from my online orders, which is inexcusable and ridiculous. I have continuously given them chances, but I have HAD it. Terrible service.

The last visit was ok the service was lacking and we had empty drinks for 3/4 of our meal. It took 2 asks and to get plates for pizza. For the 150$ spent we will be rethinking our family outing location.

Third time now having to stay in the hotel next door. Using staff to work both the lounge and restaurant cuts down huge on customer service! Demeanoring those playing vlts making them pay upfront and making them walk to the bar to get service and wait?? Service staff has absolutely no postive attitude. Seems to be a growing atmosphere with most Boston pizzas now days. Not impressed

I booked a reservation for a work party of about 20 people at the beginning of February, over a month before the actual reservation. We were informed 30 mins before our reservation time that our table was not ready due to a walk in group of 20 people and we needed to wait. We had people already on the way and waited until they could take us. We came in about 15-20 mins after our scheduled reservation time. We were then told we had to sit at separate tables and wait until the walk in party had left. I very much understand that big groups can be overwhelming, however when I book a reservation over a month in advance, and then we don t actually get seated and get our drinks until 45 mins after our scheduled reservation time, we were very disappointed. we were extremely accommodating and understanding with the situation but at the end of the day I was very frustrated with how disorganized this all was, especially after calling multiple times and updating the size of my party to be properly accommodated and make it as smooth as possible. After this we ended up having a good dinner, and our waiter was amazing.

Literally don t order from here unless you want half of your order forgotten. Just ordered for takeout tonight and they forgot all the dips, and the garlic bread, and the sour cream for my pizza My partner waited 20 minutes for our food to come out cold, what was the hold up for? I can understand if stuff isn t ready, but when you say the order will be ready for pick up at a certain time and then you make someone wait 20 minutes and then you serve them cold food, it s just beyond me why. The baby s bugs and cheese was undercooked and super hard. Maybe it was an off night, but we re not impressed and most likely won t order from this location again.

Kendell G was a phenomenal server. She created the best dining experience on a quiet Sunday afternoon. She was attentive, cheerful, and on top of her section. Super pleased with the food but even happier with the service! Would totally request her again if we get the chance!

Waitress gave a hard time about taking an ingredient off my food during ordering, which shouldnt be on there in the first place but always ends up on there. Asked separately for no croutons on my salad and it came with croutons, originally ordered a diet pepsi and the refill came as rootbeer. Lounge is very cramped feeling aswell

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service our table of 5 received February 10. Our original waitress left half way through our service without mentioning we would be getting a different server. The service we received was far from what we usually incur. The three wait staff were always talking around a corner and not visible to anyone in the bar. We waited a long time to get refills and to have our dirty plates taken away. I had to ask the bartender for some service, twice. We could have left multiple times as no one was around, but we didn t. Finally had to start putting on our jackets to get noticed. When we asked for the bill we were met with rude behaviour from the waitress and manager. We asked questions about the bill as some items were happy hour priced and some were not. They had no idea who had what and we had to sit for 20 minutes to figure out what we owed. Is this a common way you do things? It was as if we were an inconvenience. They were not interested in helping us at all. Such a disappointing experience on what was suppose to be a fun night out.

Milady was excellent, keeping our drinks full, and being present when needed.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Why I stand in the lobby for 15 mins with multiple workers looking at me yet never acknowledge me idk. I want my food that I paid for, it s dead in here, never coming back. Thanks.

We had a bad experience about a month ago, messed up orders and really long wait for food. But we decided to try again since it had been dinner time then, we were in that area and it was 12:30 so not busy. There were about 3 other tables in the whole restaurant but it still took 40 minutes for our food to come out. We asked the waitress if it is just always painfully slow she said they had sent staff home and only had 3 cooks on. If your kitchen staff cant keep up with 3-4 tables, you sent too many people home. Never going back to this location, Calahoo location isnt slow even when packed.

I hadnt ordered in awhile but decided I wanted some Baked Seven Cheese Ravioli tonight. I started my order and the ravioli was $20.99, then extra cheese was $4.19 and extra sauce was $4.49. If I really wanted to splurge I was considering a couple meatballs but now that is $5.99. All told Im looking at $30+ for a simple pasta dish along with another $15 in tax, delivery charge and tip. Instead I cancelled the order and wont be ordering from BPs anytime again soon. I enjoyed the food before but at those prices for a single dish its not worth it. We used to go for game nights but stopped because everything was overpriced and they nickle and dimed us to death.

It was busy. Understandable but there s no reason a kids burger and chicken Caesar salad should of take. 1.5hrs from ordering it, asking about it and finally walking out. Would not recommend there.

The service was very slow, and it was 80.00 for my daughter and I to have an appetizer and pasta and share a dessert.

The ravioli appetizer The crispy chicken appetizer And the French onion soup All 10/10 A+ The nachos were sooo fresh The new bacon something pizza was awesome too. We went with a really big group, and the server rocked it! Cant remember her name but wow it was such great service! Everything was all clean too. This location is recommended anyone go out of their way to visit

We have been going to the bps on Jennifer heil for years. Tried the new menu today and the Parmesan garlic fries were covered in oil. It was gross. As always though, our favourite waitress Lou (she has been serving us for a few years now) is 10/10. She treats us amazingly and the service is always top tier.

We were going to share a large pizza,but the waitress told us it was cheaper to get more of the single serves. So we ordered. Then she says she misunderstood us & we had to wait for the rest of our pizzas.

Everything was overall good but if you order the smoked Gouda and Poblano pepper ravioli be prepared there is little amount of bacon.

Ordered take out. As we were staying across the street. 85$ worth of finger foods. Tia bits, Cajun shrimp, 16 hot wings and a jalapeño dip with cactus cut fries. Shrimp was over cooked, chips were soggy wings were meh... all finger foods and no napkins. Walked back for napkins before realizing the food was subpar. Then ordered deserts after ( cant screw those up) brownie addiction was dry, dry, dry. The chocolate explosion was 70% frozen. Not a happy camper. Plus it took 25 min for 2 deserts.. up your game bp.. dont think Ill ever use this location again

I ve been to a lot of Boston Pizzas because I used to get drunk on Twisted Rockets in my youth and come home and vomit blue. Now that I m a parent, I understand why you can t beat the kids menu - it s a deal. I have to spend $25 on each adult entree but thems the breaks . Gotta spend money to make money or whatever. My kids love Boston Pizza so we come here about once a month as it s a short walk from our house, which means I ve eaten many Spicy Perogy pizzas because I don t like any of the actual menu. This Boston Pizza isn t spectacular, and BPs never will be, but it is pretty good for what it is. Clean and friendly and the food comes fast. I would never come to eat here without my kids, though, because the adult food is Sysco quality at Sorrentinos prices. My son says their ketchup is spicy, but I guess this isn t a review of Heinz so I ll send them a strongly worded letter as one does when they re in their late 30s and beat down by the daily grind. Keep up the great work.

Happy Hour Food & drinks menu worth the visit!

I came in with 3 others. Me and one other had a steak dinner here and had a very long wait after ordering. Once we got our steak dinner both of us had cold food. I m very surprised they served that to us . The potatoes were very watery, steak was cooked but cold. Fries were like McDonald s cold fries . The only thing hot on that plate was my garlic toast. First time going to this one and last time. Going to the one on Calahoo Road for now on. Seems like they know how to serve hot food

We came with a group of seven people. We arrived at 10:00 pm and asked what time do you close? We wanted to sit in the restaurant part and not the pub section. The waitress said she had no Idea when they close. I was kind of puzzled and asked if we can still sit down and order. She said yes. It was a Friday night and we all wanted the fish bowl that was on special that night. When ordering the drinks from the menu the waitress said none of the fish bowl drinks on the menu are part of that special. I asked what ones were on special and she had no idea and went to find out. She disappeared for 25 minutes and then came back and said we can have rum or other spirits. I asked what flavors they had or what was in them. She didnt know. She disappeared again for another 10 minutes and still didnt give us an answer so she took our food orders. We didnt order any drinks. The food was no better that the knowledge of the staff. One person ordered pizza, it was so undercooked the cheese wasnt melted. Then all of the meals started coming out 5 and 10 minutes apart so no one had the chance to eat together. We have never had such poor service in any restaurant. Our bill for 7 people wasnt cheap so a bit of customer service would have prevented me from such a poor review. We still tipped. We will not be back to this restaurant.

First time going to Boston Pizza in Spruce Grove and I was not impressed. We ordered the full rack of ribs with Garlic mash potatoes and Caesar salad and mash potatoes were watery. The ribs were not cooked properly and the waitress seemed to be annoyed when we asked to change the mash potatoes. She exchanged them but gave us a serving to share (my mom ordered the same thing, and didnt like her mash potatoes either) and just split it in 2. I will give this Boston Pizza 1 more try but I will order something else. I gave 2 stars because the Caesar salad was good and the garlic toast was good. Spent alot of money for food we didnt enjoy.

It was such a great ambience especially with our server, Carla s help.She helped us in everything and she served us with a nice smile. She was a ball of sunshine all that time and helped us enjoy the food a lot more than usual.

Save yourself the disappointment and order from a few blocks down the road at the calahoo location, because the Jennifer heil way location brings disappointment to your table. We all understand that this chain restaurant isnt gormet, but the efforts put into our extra cheese pepperoni pizza or lack there of, I give this location a thumbs down. After paying for extra cheese on this simple dish we recieved a cold, cardboard like pizza with no sign of satisfaction. Get better cooks, they obvydont give a damn about what they are doing.

Took our family out for dinner at Spruce Grove location. 3 adults & 2 teens. All our orders we re messed up. Thai chicken wrap had mayo when asked for no mayo. Penne Alfredo was room temperature, pizza bread was not cooked on the bottom, jambalaya was Luke warm & no spice when asked to add more spice, chicken buffalo sandwich was made incorrectly so our side came 1st while waiting for the sandwich. We received the sandwich with a cold untoasted bun that had enough mayo on both buns to make 2 sandwich s. Service was very lacking. Would not recommend eating at this location.

Worst service, we ordered the cactus cut potatoes and after it came,super cold and not even crispy!! Ordered the main and arrived after quite the wait,waitress never checked in until our meals were done and we Te without any cutlery!Was not that busy so dont know what the excuse could be. Should have read reviews before my visit. Clearly, i noticed a lack of management Despite, there were only 3 tables beside us. It took close to 1 hr to get our wings and pizza. By the time we got our food, it was cold! I did not come here to pay $40 for a cold pizza. Also, how can they serve cold food? How long has it been out? Also they mixed up our wing flavour which I brought it to their attention. They just brought cold sauce to mix with our wings. Cold sauce on cold wings.. yeah... Just mix sauces .... None of our family truly enjoyed their food today. We just had a few bit and packed it home. We will have to airfry them when we get home to make it at least warm. BTW, none of the staff greets when we entered and leave the establishment. Very disappointing experience today.

2 things: 1st, when did it got so expensive? Couple days ago was our last time having food there. $20 for 6 wings? OJ, Mikes and Barbacoa has the same price range and better quality and better staff. 2nd: Went there a couple nights ago. Was greeted by a waitress and from what I could tell, a new hire. Another waitress came up front, told the new hire he was not suppose to drink his coke up front, but she carried on about a conversation that was more inappropriate than the kid holding a drink, she was being loud « wanted to be head » kind of tone.

The tip-o-metre just went down. 2 pieces of advice. 1) Never take someones plate away if theyve left for the washroom. 2) dont put gluten bread on a gluten free meal ..... thats shows ignorance, whether its an allergy or a preference.

We are BPs regulars but by far the worst experience at this location. My family of 3 went for supper and not only did it take an hour to receive our food, but the table of 6 that came in well after, received their food before us. Our waitress (Sierra G) did not bother to check on us ONCE after we received our food. Persisted on ignoring our table. Im not one to complain, but making my 2 year old wait an hour for food is not acceptable. We will not be returning to this location.

I waited an hour just to receive a mediocre pizza that not only was cold. But was ripped/soggy dough. When I had told them, they took yet another hour and a half to get another pizza that was.. You guessed it.. Ice cold. The service was slow, uncaring, and indisputably unprofessional. I have been to many terribly operated restaurants and establishments but this was on another level of poor customer service, quality for price, and honestly not very clean. I would not waste your time at this location.

Very hit or miss depending on the day. Today sat down and waited almost 10 minutes before we were greeted. Another 5 or so minutes went by before we could place a drink order. Another 15 minutes go by before we were asked if we wanted to order food. Our appy came out 15 minutes later cold. Entrees came out okay, the sides were mildly warm at best.

me and my wife decided to dine in local at this location for my birthday on september 18 but unfortunately we were soo upset with the way our waitress served us. it seemed like she was forcing herself to work, no smile on her face AT ALL,and she seemed somehow very cold and upset and this made us very uncomfortable the whole time. the way she brought our order on our table was also very unpleasant, she smashed our drinks on the table loudly and our food was also not given to us directly instead she just left it careless at the front corner of the table. we felt very unwelcome here. without even asking us she directly brought the bill to the table, like she just wanted us to get out. Unfortunately this ruined my birthday and dine in experience. the whole evening on my birthday we were just thinking why on earth would somebody serve us in a restaurant in this rude manner. but a couple of weeks later since we love to support our local restaurants we decided to give this place another chance and came back for desserts, the waitress directly bought our desserts without ANY napkins, and when we asked for napkins she bought it in the end when we were already done with the dessert but we were left waiting with messy hands.

It took 50 min to get our meal, nothing special just a sandwich. There was hot fries covering the cold fries. I could expect a wait time if it was busy but there were 4 other tables that were seated. Terrible service. Will never go back.
