What a great first experience 👏 staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious we got a donair wrap that was really fresh the meat was super tender 👌 the veggies were very fresh as well 🤤🤤. Also got the chicken strips which were on point very tasty n crispy 👍 the gravy was amazing I must say!! I'd definitely recommend this spot if you're stopping in for a wrap or full meal 😋 I can't wait to come back and try some of the pizza 🤤🤤👏

Just wanna be honest. I’ve tried so many donairs shops, like a lot, Edmonton has the best ones, and for people to say “best donair ever” like have you had more then 2 donair shop experiences in your life? These donairs are subpar id say 3-4/10. If you don’t see a crew back there shaving meat off a spit, and frying it, it’s not a proper donair shop. The sauce was not proper sweet sauce, the pitas was for some reason crusty on the end, and the meat was literally o.k. Pizza looks to be good but I’m definitely not getting a donair here again.
I have eaten take out here a few times the food is pretty delicious I'd have to say the pizza is very nice prices with good amount of toppings. There was a couple hiccups on the phone but that's no big issue.. I'm glad there's finally a decent restaurant back in the park

My wife doesn't eat beef donairs. She prefers chicken. However, every chicken donair she's had in the last 2 years have been a huge disappointment. She was dying for a good donair so we finally decided to try Bigfoot Donair. She literally danced because is was so good! Perfect amount of kick, loads of meat, and great customer service. This will be a regular spot for our family.
Overcharged 1st visit. Tried again. Plastic cups & cutlery. Paid $19 for a med 2 top pizza. Drinking pop from plastic cup, server asked 2 times if I wanted more when cup wasn't empty than charged me 3 times for pop. I eat out several times a week & try to support small local but this is ridiculous. The reviews are fake & this place won't last long. Don't waste your time or money here.
The food is absolutely great.the pizza is juicy. One of the juiciest pizzas I've ever eaten. The mac and cheese bites had a nice chrispy texture while the macaroni was warm juicy and delicious. The service was absolutely wonderful. The staff were kind and were the sweetest. The atmosphere was astonishing. The warm lights and the design was a great experience. 10/10 will buy again.

I asked them not to burn the pizza and it was burnt. This is the 2nd time that I have asked for the pizza not to be burnt. and both times- burnt. Food
Burger is ABSOLUTELY GROSS !!! Putting a piece of dried out hamburger with some mushrooms on top and then wrapping it with fresh dough and have the audacity to charge $15.95 is , frankly, HORRIBLE !!!!
Super awesome service, everyone I ve had as a service has been wonderful. Food has also been super good, and really reasonable prices. Drinks are also so reasonably priced!

We are new to the area and chose this pizza place because of the review that said its the best pizza... needless to say, that review was right. Best pizza. Definitely our go to pizza spot in the area now!!

Its a pretty funky place. Great prices, great service, retro look, friendly staff. All in all... 5 stars! Oh yeah, and karaoke!!! Will definitely be back!!

Love the food here. This place has only been open for a few weeks now, and is amazing! Generous toppings on the pizzas, and the crust is so good! The donairs!! Staff is fabulous, and all new! So happy to have Bigfoot Donair & Pizza here in Parkland Village!! Wheelchair accessibility: Large doorways, ramp right outside doors!
WOW WOW WOW!! Thats all I can say. Placed our first order and chose a cheeseburger pizza tonight. Popped on by for pick up, the lovely young lady at the till let me know that they had cooked my pizza a little well done so they wanted to remake it and would give us an upsize in pizza for the inconvenience! What?! Wow!!! So kind. They made sure to ask if I would be okay to wait, absolutely!! No big deal! Teased myself all the way home, stinking up my car something good. When I tell you this is by far the best pizza I have had, I MEAN IT! They were so genuine, even threw in the well done pizza in which, by the way, was hardly overdone ;). Didnt last in the door more than 5 minutes. The crust was perfect and our extra pizza will be tomorrows lunch, dont mind if I do! Lol. Cheers to your success. Your friendly demeanor and delicious food will be bringing us back! Im excited to have something in PLV we can truly enjoy and support local families dreams! Thanks again, guys!!
