Great food and amazing service. One of my favourite places to go.

One of the only places in town that has stayed consistently good and hasnt sacrificed the food quality for $$.

The manger that was working the night we went in was brilliant as well as all the fabulous staff that served us at the bar and at our table.

Very limited menu. Small portions. We were still hungry as we do not order appetizers.

My first time at Browns. Absolutely delicious. Our server was amazing, attentive, and hilarious. She made me laugh numerous times. I would 100% recommend this restaurant . Food

I had a lovely early Valentines Day meal here with my husband! Lovely, not too loud, sports on the screens and our waitress, Sam, was super attentive and lovely, clearly recieved good training, she knew the menu well, despite apparently being new! Great work. Ill go again soon.

My girlfriend and I went to dinner here for our anniversary, and we were left disappointed. We started by ordering Shirley temples that were probably 80% ice that I ended up paying 6.50$ per drink. I took about 3 sips and it was gone. My girlfriend ordered a spicy chicken sandwich without the spice ( without the jalapenõ mayo) and I ordered fish and chips, as well as 2 waters to eat dinner with. Once we got our food and water, my girlfriend noticed that the chicken sandwich still had the spicy mayo instead of regular mayo. The waitress came by and asked if it was still spicy which she replied with yes. And she did not offer to take it back, she just simply said it would be the breading and not the mayo causing the spice. The fish and chips were pretty good however I was disappointed with the amount of fish I received as well as the fries were pretty soft, there was also a thin lining of paper on the plate that got wet and had holes in it by the time I was done eating. After all of this with the food, we had both drank our small baby waters about 1 minute into eating, and nobody came to fill them so we were left without any water to eat our food. We overheard the table behind us asking another waitress if there server had started working in the bar which she replied with yes. It was clear that they were understaffed and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but I just couldn t after being so excited to go out for dinner.

Fish and chips were cold

This is by far the most racist and unprofessional workplace Ive seen in the restaurant business. They were rude and didnt say very much to me. They talk amongst themselves and I felt very uncomfortable dining in. I would not recommend this place not go back. Also the food isnt as great as the pictures they provide.

It was busy, arrived with 10mins left to happy hour. We waited an hour (64mins) for our food, to receive a burnt burger. The other 2 meals were ok. Our waitress was Gabby and she did a wonderful job considering how busy it was. Disappointed in the timeframe and the burger for sure!! This was our second visit and our first visit barely sold us on trying them again. This will probably be our last.

Very mixed feelings about my experience here. The atmosphere wouldve been 4/5 if not for the gaping tear in the cushion of the booth we were sat at. Our server was quite nice. She was very attentive and got us seated and served rather quickly. There are decent gluten free options for celiacs. Ordered a couple of cocktails and they were incredibly sweet. I would ask them to go easy on the sweetener in the future. My partner and i both ordered steaks. I ordered mine rare but it came out medium. The steaks were also seasoned way too heavily; way way to much salt. I would probably still go back here but maybe try something different. I would say prices could have been cheaper, but with inflation being the way it is right now and how expensive everything else is, it isnt over the top. Dietary restrictions: Good selection for people with a gluten intolerance.

The food was really good, but the customer we ice was terrible. Are server came to our table a total of two times and it took them close to an hour to come take our food order. It seemed understaffed

The food at Browns never disappoints. Can t get enough of the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl! Service was a bit off tonight. Seemed understaffed. Only one server, manager working the bar and a hostess for 40 diners. It was a very long dinner.

Food was good but service wasnt very good at all. Server wasnt interested in finding out if a certain salad could be made. Then forgot to put our order in. 4 tables that came in after us received their meals first. It was an hour from the time we sat down to the time we got our food.

Went for lunch with family, always amazing service and good food.

Mediocre at best. The food was just alright. Service was under par for fast and reliable, it was not busy at all. We had to chase other servers or wait staff down to get our server to our table. The atmosphere however was open and light, really enjoyed the setting. Will not be back.

Just want to give a shout out to Gabi and all the friendly, efficient staff at Browns. We had a fantastic lunch today for a larger table of seven guests. Our food came out in a timely manner and piping hot! We really appreciate the attention to refills and table service. We would recommend Browns as a premier restaurant for lunch or dinner!

Fantastic dragon bowl. We come and have this same meal often, but tonight the kitchen out did themselves! Thank you.

Food is good, and hot! Pop is perfect! cozy atmosphere and kid friendly! Good place to grab brunch! Kid-friendliness: kid friendly, with options on the menus for kid friendly eating.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! The service was friendly, fast and efficient. The dining room and the bathroom were the cleanest I have seen anywhere. The food was hot, delicious and the serving sizes were perfect. We will be going back. Parking: It is in an area of a small mall so lots if parking. Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu and served fast!

We had a fantastic experience here! The food and drinks were amazing and the waitress was very accommodating and thoughtful! One of the best costumer service experiences I ve ever had. Jackie was our waitress. I ll definitely be coming back here!

We dine at our local Browns at least once a week. The staff are always amazing. The only thing that could be better is to have a pet friendly patio. We have two small dogs and end up going to the Canadian Brewhouse in the summer months because they allow pets on their outdoor patio.

I always have a great experience here - food is tasty, service is prompt and friendly, nice vibe and its always super clean. Today was even better - my spouse and I had to evacuate our home in Edson due to fires, and were pretty visibly distraught about it and they actually took care of our bill to try to cheer us up. It was completely unexpected and so appreciated by us right now to feel that love.

Went there for lunch and a beer after a long drive evacuating from edson area due to the wildfires Food was tasty, beer nice and cold. As soon the manager overheard me that I probably loose my house due to the fire, she took care of the bill for me! Great gesture and highly appreciated!

I had this sever that helped with the food choices and drinks and helped me out with trying new things, she even help with our dishes on the table and glasses and asked about our day and made me and my family feel welcomed there I think her name was Jenna as well a Nikki made a true whisky sour I know they arent on the menu but Nikki can make a drink

It was the 3rd time here 1st two times everything was pretty good however this time our food came out barely warm the steak was over cooked and very tough fries were cold coleslaw was good. Our server was great we told her our concerns. We did eat our meals because it was mine and my grand daughters birthday supper .

Spicy chicken sandwich is so yummy!

Food amazing as always. Staff always treats you like family and there s never a forced smile in sight. Truely a great bunch. I used to work in the kitchen and miss it tons. Bryden aswell as janae both do a fantastic job at running the place. Big shoutout to the kitchen staff aswell as front of house. Best spot in town

The food had a mediocre taste nothing incredible at all, the drinks were amazing but I ordered the darkened chicken Alfredo and it was cold at the first bite, some of the noodles were wayyy over cooked where the rest was under cooked. When I complained they brought out warm sauce but the sauce was instantly cold as soon as I poured it on the plate, I found multiple hairs in my pasta and we ordered garlic parm fries when we got the receipt it said fries add parm There was no garlic taste .. the service was also incredibly slow way over priced

Disappointing, service was mediocre, waitress preferred chatting with co workers about other coworkers rather then serving. The food was cold cooks visiting with staff by bar. Asked for more sauce for my fettuccine and was told it was a up charge for my cold food! They sneak in extra charges. Every time we go seems like the manager he is always sitting at bar miserable its just not a cool atmosphere anymore!

Food Service Atmosphere last while has been horrible! Staff sits at bar and talks horribly about assistant manager n other staff. It s ridiculous to hear the drama when you want a nice evening out! The manager is not helpful and sits with his staff and drinks! It s turned disappointing this last year here.

At this restaurant, Skip the Dishes gets priority over guests who take the time to drive over and come in. The guests who will drink the Alcohol, have dessert and also TIP the waitress. This is our 6th time experiencing this at the Spruce Grove location. We are now no longer going to come here, they have lost our business unfortunately. Our multiple attempts to support them, especially during Covid, have gone disregarded, and this is very disappointing. The managers and waitresses all agree with us that this costs them business and doesnt just happen to us, and they are also frustrated. Upper management should start paying attention before they end up with an empty restaurant permanently.

Food was great as always. They werent very busy so it was nice and quiet. I had a friend come in from out of town and we hadnt seen each other in 15 plus years. I found the waitress was quite rude. My friend and I were busy catching up and hadnt been paying attention to menu. The waitress asked if we had made up our minds yet in a condescending tone and then asked again with a rude tone saying that the kitchen was closing

Great food, great service!

We went for breakfast, and our server was very inattentive, and we were so shocked at how all the servers were just standing around gossiping with eachother, we waited a long time to place our order, and an hour for our food to arrive. The manager came in, and we literally watched all the servers all a sudden start to work and pay attention to the customers instead of standing around chatting. Good manager by the looks of it, not very responsible servers. Food was good however, the wait was not.

Really great location, food was fresh and tasted great. Nice folks, good prices and the atmosphere was nice, not too loud. Deffinitely coming back!

So far I haven t had any issues with take out until today. Ordered through XDine for pickup at 6. Arrived at 558 and was told it wasn t ready. So was asked to wait. No problem. Pretty sure I saw my order placed on a shelf at 605 however I waited as several people arrived and left. At 628 I was ready to ask for a credit as I already paid for the order. Then the hostess obtained my order that was on the shelf for the past 20 plus minutes and gave it to me. Not super excited about ordering take out from here again.

Excellent service and good food.

Extremely disappointed in our last delivery order from Browns. We have ordered from there many times so it is very easy to see that over the past year, the portions have gotten smaller and the prices have continued to increase. The amount you get for the money is not worth it. However, the most upsetting thing was on our last delivery, the chicken on the chicken ceaser salad was raw. It was so raw that we couldn t eat any of it which is extremely upsetting when the salad is already so overpriced for some lettuce and chicken. I wouldn t recommend this restaurant anymore.

Always good drinks and food

We wanted late night eats. After contemplating going to another restaurant in town we love and always frequent, we decided to try Browns Socialhouse in Spruce Grove, as we had never eaten here before. We decided on appetizers, as per our server Braydens reccomendation wow, so delish. Great food and service from Brayden. Next time, main courses!

My girlfriend and I went to have some drinks, our server was very nice, the food was super good and the drinks were made exceptionally well. Our server also made our night with a complimentary Oreo cheesecake! Very happy with our service

EDIT: said we wouldnt come back but said lets try BUT Here we go again unfortunately, it seems ypu only get decent service if you dine in, today at 5:20 we called placed an order for chicken sandwiches and was told 30min... i got my order at 6:08 better then last time, We get home and our chicken is burnt (literally black spots burnt) we ordered one regular and one modified as my wife has vertigo and they both came out the same way and finally both servings of fries were just below half the small container they put in the box. How hard is it to be consitant? We use to rave about this place when we firat came to spruce grove but now its either come in and dine or we will screw up your order. Very unhappy. We ordered today and told our food for pick up would be ready by 7, my wife messages me at 7:34 staying shes on her way. Find out someone didnt input properly or some excuse to why the wait was 34 minutes.... Usally when met with a mistake its rectified quickly... anything over 20minutes is just sad and obviously theres no real care about customer service. If it was me I would of left when I found out again you couldnt make food on time. If we ever order out again we definitely wont be.

Came for lunch today with my Mom. Our server Paige made us feel so welcome and invited. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great visit. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel very taken care of. Taina (not sure of the spelling) wasn t our server, but she stopped by the table to answer some questions and was also very friendly and welcoming. We have never been to location before but because of Paige and Taina we will definitely be back! Food was delicious!

I used to go here all the time with my dad. Love the service we get here and the food is great too. I like to order the chicken and pickles! The cowboy salad is also tasty.

We order from here frequently, but tonight we ordered via Skip, on a weeknight, waited 1hr and 15 mins for the restaurant to process our order. Then waited even longer for delivery. Our meals were missing ingredients, add ons that we paid extra for werent in the meal. Very disappointed.

I would stop by here whenever I was in the area. Recently the quality of service has declined drastically. While there, appetizers took more than 40 minutes to leave the kitchen and when we flagged down a manager he did not even return to let us know when our food would come out. A similar event occurred recently when our server did not communicate when our food would be delivered after asking, TWICE. Im failing to understand how food takes such a long time when the establishment itself is empty. There is a serious lack of communication.

Great friendly service, food is great, I ve tried just about everything. Good drink selection, beer on tap is nice, alway could have more though. They always seem to have what I like, so no complaints from me. The great staff keep us coming back, thank you all.

The worst food, and service, Ive had in a long time. 40 minutes to cook a few burgers....and they show up luke warm. $125 bill, for what was worth about $5. Waitress had attitude from the minute she came to the table too. Avoid this place at all costs.

I did not eat at this location however the west Edmonton location just off the Hendey is amazing. I would hope this one is too. Definitely worth checking out! Creative food ideas (I did view the menu) and the mix of flavors is amazing. Awesome atmosphere too. The west Edmonton location has the most amazing patio as well, it is covered so you can eat outside in the rain. If this location is anything like the Edmonton one I highly recommend you take the time to visit. Your money will be well spent!

The service is Rude new fashion mellinialium service, uncomfortable. Food portions small cold and expensive!! The restaurant washrooms are far from being clean. Broken glass around bathroom T.V. screen ,mold and dirt there for over a year.

We walked out yesterday. The last 4 x we went, we were waiting almost 2 hours for food because, as the manager and staff told us, the SKIP THE DISHES ORDERS take priority. This to me is backwards. If someone is willing to drive all the way in, sit and enjoy and drink with their meal, PLUS tip the waitresses, WOULDNT that take priority? The food is great and would have normally received a 5 star, however we do not appreciate being set aside when we took the time to come in. We will be going elsewhere unfortunately. It is sad because it was on our top 3 restaurants.

The veggie burger was delicious. For those with particular tastes, be careful when ordering because they dont list all the ingredients. I had to scrape off burger sauce (it only listed a sweet soy glaze). It was still very flavourful though.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The ambience was positive and there music a bit loud for my liking. The food is excellent and there s a good selection to choose from on the menu.

We ate brunch there and the service was super good! And the food was made perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to eat with fresh foods. And bonus, there were purse hooks under the tables as well as a purse hook in the bathroom! Always nice to see, They looked after the little things.

Stopped in for lunch today. Had the Butcher Block Burger. The burger was fantastic. The servers and hostesses were friendly. Didnt have to ask for a refill. As soon as the glass was empty the waitress brought another (ice tea) over.

So really horrible!!! I m sorry but the meals provided are not proportionate to the cost. The burger was cooked to a dried out state. The fries turned into a dusty crumbly gross potentially re-warmed I don t even know. The fish was mediocre (maybe better not as take out). My daughter commented that we said no to coleslaw, she commented That might have been the only thing good we got!!! I hope you have a much much better experience It took an HOUR to cook as well

DONT EAT HERE!! order through skip the dishes all our food was cold fries had been premade and left under a heat lamp for who knows how long missing items and too literally top it all off a sharpy pen lid was in my sandwich. Also not a care was given when I personally returned my order all I got was sorry not our problem contact skip the dishes. Health board called DONT EAT HERE!!

My family and I love Browns!! Food is always amazing. The servers have always been so friendly! Love there sushi starters . We drive 45 minutes just to come here. The atmosphere is fun and modern. Erica was our server tonight and she was fantastic!!! We don t go out to often for dinner and it was well worth the drive again! Thank you

Food is very expensive for what you get. Ate lunch here and went home and ate 2 cheese sandwiches 1/2 hour later as I was still hungry. Beer is very expensive. Service is subpar. Will never go back.

The past few times we have ordered Browns whether it be sit in, take out or delivery, it seems everyone is far too busy to take diatary concerns importantly. Nut allergies arent a big deal to the chefs Most recently our Vegatarian fettuccine Alfredo came with a slab of blackened chicken and bacon through. Such a great date night for a husband to bring home to his veggie wife. Can say we have been let down a few too many times at this location. Vegetarian options: Meat includes bacon and chicken. When you ask for a vegetarian Fettuccine Alfredo, it doesnt normally mean extra meat. Dietary restrictions: They seem not to care about Peanut allergies, Vegatarian choices or any concern you may have.

Been to several locations during my visits to the Edmonton area and this was no exception to the great food, service, and beer selection.

Ordered a beef dip, and the amount of meat on the sandwich was the saddest thing I ve ever seen/eaten in a long time, there was barely any meat on the sandwich, and unfortunately the side, yam fries were very undercooked as well. The last time I was there I had a steak that was over cooked and a giant piece of raw broccoli as the side, again very disappointing. Otherwise the service was great, but for the price myself and our family of 5 won t be back for a long time.

Food is always delicious and you can never make a bad choice. Service is friendly and the servers are on the ball. Its a little noisy but overall the atmosphere is very nice. Its a good spot for dinner, a date or a night out.

Food is pretty good overall, but appear to be trying to save money on sides of avocado. The side of guacamole was even more miniscule; literally a tablespoon.
