Never had anything but smashing service and food at this establishment! My daughter is fully obsessed with the cheese pretzels and I have to get her two every Tuesday and there’s nothing left when she’s done. All the treats are delicious and the service has been impeccable. The kind lady, Rebecca I believe, was so kind to my son, who can behave challengingly but she was so sweet and understanding and non judgemental. Now we’re going back on Thursdays too to satisfy my daughters (and husbands) cravings. 10/10 would recommend!!
I've found everything I have bought at either location to be of the highest quality. Do you make pretzel buns or loaves?
My Mom and I went there yesterday and received excellent service from a friendly young guy, he got us our order everything was ready to go. The Baked goods were fresh and tasty! I had the Black Forest Cake and would get it again. We are coming back thank you for your great service it made us feel so welcome!
First time stopping in the check this place out. You close at 6pm. Open sign was on. I was there at 5:25pm. Door locked and note said be back in 3 minutes. I waited well over 3 minutes and nothing. How are you supposed to make money doing that? The note also looked “well used” maybe make another one so you don’t look like you do that too often.
Found the place overpriced. The cheese pretzel we tried was fairly ordinary and not value for money for $5-6.
A.Ma.Zing. food! My favourite pretzel is the pizza one. Highly recommend! It's awesome! And the apple strudel is very good. The carrot cake is really good too. What makes it so different is that it's not overly sweet like most carrot cake (particularly the icing). It's just right. Which may make it more dangerous? Because then I might eat more than I ought . . . In any case, it's an absolute delight that there is now a Pretzel Shack in Spruce Grove! If you've only thought of going there, don't hesitate, visit!
I have been to this location twice now and both times it was Underwhelming. The lady working is not overly friendly. The pretzels don't taste fresh and when I ask for them to be microwaved quick I feel like I'm inconveniencing her.
Really delicious pretzels and everything is authentic and fresh. They have some other treats and fresh baked bread that is phenomenal. My pretzel addiction has officially started haha

For their second store just starting out, it is just as friendly and tasty! The expanded offering as the business has been ramping up will appeal to more and more peoples tastes. Stop in and check out the results of traditional recipes. Love the pretzels (of course!) from either store: in Stony Plain or Spruce Grove. The family team effort is local and supports local. I have seen the owners at multiple events and supporting other local businesses, too. To those complaining about hours, you may have missed them during their startup, but take a moment to return to their friendly store and realize they are putting their efforts into the community. I have stopped there multiple different times and have only seen them closed when I actually expected them to be. Vielen danke und Sie machen alles sehr lecker!

This place is awesome. Its traditional artisan bread and pretzels. This is a small local shop that deserves way more 5 stars. We will be back

This place is incredible. (I also love their first store in Stony Plain as well) They have the best European baking and breads as well as the best pretzels ever! And the staff are so nice highly recommended!
