Watched as the one sandwich maker loaded up the sub before mine. Looked good. The other sandwich maker put hardly anything on my sandwich. This was the smallest sandwich I have ever gotten from Subway. I should have not payed for it and just walked out as when I mentioned to her that there was hardly anything on the sandwich she stood there looking like the deer in the headlights and said nothing. This just got chopped off my list of places to eat in Spruce Grove. Inconsistence and lack of training seems to be the problem.
I've refrained for the better part of 10 years reviewing this subway in spruce, but no longer. Firstly for some reason the owner of this establishment specifically, as I've eaten at every single other subway in town to compare over years, do not know, or do not care to know what fresh tomatoes and lettuce look and taste like. Also its really curious how toasted at this establishment means, lightly warmed for show. Either fix your equipment, or stop telling your people to be different, you're a franchise known for consistency, and the only thing consistant here is the trash food we put up with. No amount of re-signage, or face-lifts can hide your lack of care. Do not eat here, choose ANY of the other subways in town, it will be worth the literal minutes you save.
Subway is not like it used too be..I ordered a 6inch sub and the meat on it was sliced soooo, thin you could see through the meat and the combo was $10 for fountain water and 2 hard cookies..What a deal huh,,a 2 year old could eat what I did and be still be hungry...lol I'm never going there again ever.......Maybe I'll try Mr Sub LOL
I've ordered from this location on skip many times, but the last 3 times the quality is horrible. They don't prepare the order right, and they don't put the requested toppings on. This time they sent a completely wrong sandwich and the second sub in my order was so coated in salt (which we didn't request, only pepper) that the sandwich was literally inedible. They used to be good, but I refu5to order from here now.
The location is well-maintained and tidy, and the staff is friendly. My issue is with the quality of the food. The meats and cheeses are very processed. It would be better if they were fresh and unprocessed. Subway totes being a healthier alternative but in reality they’re no better than McDonald’s when it comes to sodium content and nitrates in the food. I am disappointed that places like this are allowed to claim being healthy.

Great meat sandwich selection, but can be better for vegans. Made to order, veggies always taste fresh. Vegetarian options: Basic sandwiches avail but could be better with veggie burgers etc

ordered through skip the dishes and a bunch of the ingredients were either missing or misplaced. One was ordered with regular bread and the other was ordered with Italian herbs and cheese bread. The two breads were swapped and put on the wrong sandwiches. One had white cheese instead of cheddar like requested. Also paid an extra 2$ for bacon and there was no bacon. Honestly very disappointed with how down hill subway workers have gone.

My son took me here for lunch today , this is one of the older locations, very small and kind of dated , great location though , our subs where tasty and fairly fresh , fast service but we where the only 2 in the shop , subway is subway never really had an issue with food from here ..

If i could give worse than a 1 star review i would. I ordered a footlong veggie for myself and a ham kids pak for my 2 year old. I didnt get my extra cheese, the employee ignored me when i asked for more lettuce and my sandwich was DRENCHED in mustard. I asked for a little bit of mustard on my daughters sandwich which was also soaked in mustard. My daughter refuses to eat the sandwich and frankly i dont blame her. Absolutely disgusting! I wish i could post picture because this is completely unacceptable.

Never had an issue, always great subs exactly how I order them. However, this location is the only 1 open after 9pm and it gets pretty busy between 9pm and 10pm. It seems unfair to the 1 employee who has to serve all the customers by themselves then close.
Its subway. They make good subs for a reasonable price while allowing unlimited veggies. What else can be said?

Clean and safe for your protection. Fresh bread and veggies make it a combo with cookies or bag of chips and a fountain drink or bottle for a little more. Think there is an app to collect points to save on future visits. Good location off 16A and King st.. parking might be iffy during day rush

Everything was very fresh and tasty, however they decided to clean the toaster oven in the middle of the day instead if st night. Shows laziness and poor management, we had to wait 20 minutes for them to clean it. Otherwise the sub were good and they didnt cheap out on ingredients like some locations do .

Found workers scamming. Ordered double the meat on 2 subs and they tried to charge me for it . Thing is only the regular amount was put on. I eat at subway all the time and know how much is the regular amount. Learned from this, I now order my sub, wait for the meat to be put on, I then say double the meat so they have to double what was already put on. I do this at all subways now and dont get scammed anymore.

Quick service, friendly staff, clean environment. This is 1 of 3 Subway s in Spruce Grove and very convenient location for the lunch time rush. If you don t see your favourite sub in the menu just ask the staff cause it s probably available.

This is a good one. Usually easy to find street parking, but sometimes gets busy with highschool kids at lunch hour.
If you want good service not recommended. Ordered my food before the other customer walked in and ended up behind them in the topping selection and at the till. Had to ask for more toppings several times despite asking for lots of veggies.

Worst subway around. 20mins waits with 2 people inline. Who ever the white girl Is they hired it takes her years to do anything. Go else where this place is garbage.
Went in today(October 24, 2016) and immediately was greeted by Mike as I walked in. He was very friendly and personable. He was very accommodating to my picky wants and made the experience great overall. Thanks Mike!

One of the better Subways. They are a very small restaurant and they can be busy at lunch but the line moves faster than many Subways Ive been to. They dont try to cheap out on the veggies either. I get take-out mostly. If you are eating in, the other Subway in Spruce Grove is pretty good too and has more seating area.
