I dont know what is going on here. Either does the staff. Orders are completely wrong, staff are getting customers to double check orders to make sure what they have in the bag is what they ordered. Why are we doing a job for you that we have already paid you to do?

Staff intentionally sabotaged food (put full salt packets in fries supreme... needless to say the rest of the order was incorrect, when Manager approached, was informed they are to busy to deal with this.

Went there this evening and it was the most exhausting experience. Ordered a cheesy gordita crunch with fries supreme, a chicken quesidilla with fries supreme, a single beef taco (cheese and beef only) with a small fries, and a small popcorn chicken. Once I received the order I noticed there was only 1 fries supreme. Then also saw that it was a chicken taco, not a quesilla. The young man working the till seemed exceptionally confused the difference between a soft taco and a quesidilla. The taco still had everything in it. They also forgot the popcorn chicken? They remade the chicken quesidilla but still didnt have what it was supposed to go with- sour cream & guacamole. The fries supreme had no sour cream. The washroom had no soap or paper towels. It was even the pre-dinner time and I was the only one in the entire restaurant. It was absolutely terrible.

The employee argued with us saying we ordered something that we didnt because she wasnt paying attention and said we had to buy it because she already made it before we were even done our order. So rude and ignorant. We left without finishing our order or getting any food

Took over ten minutes to just order the food. And now Ive been sitting in the parking lot for another 10-15 minutes. Still no food. If you have somewhere to be, this aint the place to come to...

I truly have never been so disappointed with my fast food order. I ordered on Uber to pick up my order, thinking that it was supposed to be faster. But no, it took a total of 25 mins. I watched the entire parking lot get served faster just by going through the drive thru. After waiting 25 mins they ended up getting my order wrong. So I went in apparently it had been sitting there the whole time. (Mind you it was busy, so I had thought that they were either making it or handed out the wrong order.)

Waited over 20 mins in line to order then was asked to wait in parking lot for another 25 mins. Order that was finally delivered was ridiculously wrong and ice cold. Ended up with a refund but it was an hour wasted. Will NEVER go back and do not recommend.

We waited in the drive through for at least 3 minutes before someone came to serve us. When we received the food, the proportions were small and EVERYTHING was cold and clearly old.

Worst service ever. These guys are stunned. Took over 20mins for 3 tacos and 5 wings. They either gave my meal to somebody in the drive thru or somebody walking out.

This loction adds 10c to the price of some items compared to the prices on the board. When I asked the staff about this they discounted the order to match the board price but this is unethical.

The waits are long for food that is generic Taco Bell food. I only come when Im really craving it.

We used to go here quite a bit. Had taken a break, and when we came back, it was highly disappointing. Ordering was a chore, and I could barely hear the person through a glass pane. When we could get a word in, over the man yelling nonstop in the back. We made an order and were about to pay when the same yeller came over and said we no longer do those and deleted half the order and said your items are and completely ignored the fact he erased half our food, he then walked away leaving the teller stunned. Us along with the 3 people before us were waiting for the ordered food and when it was ready it was yelled out, even though all of us wrte 2 feet away. Overall, a terrible experience and the lack of communication with us after removing our items left a sour taste. Not recommended.

Just ordered a #3 combo. Had to go back up to the counter twice to get them to remake my tacos with the proper ingredients. Was offered no discount or anything other than an off handed sorry from the manager on duty.

The food was good. Wrong orders at first and had to pull around to wait for our food. However the person brining it out and handling the wrong order issues did well.

Allways delicious good service both times i went in the last few days. The restaurant shares a location with kfc and while its nice to see printed menus over screens they do have alot going on in a small space but cmon its fast food chances are you know what you want heading in Food

Went to the drive through to get a party pack of tacos. Waited in line to find out that it has been changed and you now only get 10 pathetic little tacos for 30 dollars! I left without purchasing anything. Definitely not worth the money. These used to be like a dollar per taco.

After my order was taken by a baby gangsta that wears his hoodie up I watched multiple people being served at the drive thru and 2 that walked in the door after me I just walked out, I even paid for my order first, even took heat from the door dash women telling me they dont get paid enough lol.oh I went to your less expensive competition in stony and will be making the extra drive from now on m

Very slow to serve in restaurant customers, 5 drive thru orders and a handful of skip orders taken before me all while I am standing there waiting.

Good food nice place to sit

Food is usually pretty good. Drive through 95% of the time requires you to drive around front and wait for the food. Doesnt take too long and the food is hot. Hit and miss whether they get modifications right.. like no mayo on my kids sandwich, and putting hot sauce or other sauce in the bag.. but we continually take our chances. Weve dined in a couple times and the restaurant is newly remodeled and nice and clean.

Why do they always make me drive to the parking lot and wait. The last five times Ive had to do this. How hard is it to make six tacos while I wait?

Figured I would give them one last try. This location is the absolute worst. The drive thru ordering is a terrible experience. Had to have my order taken by two different people because the first couldnt understand me. I was told to pull around front as they were waiting on my food. I sat out front for 15 minutes waiting for my cold fries supreme that had the most sour taste to it. The taco Supremes were so flat that I thought they were just the tortilla, which was very close to the case. So that is the last time for this place. There is not an option for 0 stars but thats what it needs.

If I m going to have to wait in the front for 10 minutes to get food, I expect 100% good serviced food!!!! Tacos weren t wrapped properly and the meat in the crunch supreme was only on one side and it wasn t a lot of meat at all. As a first time at Taco Bell, I m very disappointed!! Absolutely terrible service every single time you go in or through the drive thru. Managers verbally abusing the staff consistently. Getting Pulled to the front for very basic small orders i.e 2 tacos, a drink and some fries (with no one behind us) They can NEVER hear your order correctly and will almost always mess something up. If you want taco bell and you re in spruce grove, just order it on an app and save yourself the trouble of going in.

Slowest service ever, why have a drive thru if youre going to make people park out front and wait 20 minutes for their food?

Restaurant closes at 9:30pm I arrived there to place my order at 9:10pm and the girl locks the door as I pull up. This is not the first time this has happened at this location well it is the last time it will happen to me.

Stay away from here. 20 min wait in the parking lot after being parked from the drive thru. Absolutely bad service. Parking lot isnt designed for the big wait train.

We got take out and drove home to Devon. Missing 1 chili burredo, the other 1 had no filling and 1 taco had a live bug crwling on it, when I unwrapped it. Called and asked for a refund, drove all the way back to be told they would only refund the food but not the pop...really? No apology or care, too bad so sad, here is part of your money back deal with it. We will never be back

Havent been to taco bell in over a year. Was very underwhelmed returning to it. We watched 3 people who came in after get their food first. Bumped service up from 2, to 3 stars because the counter guy did notice they messed up my order before we walked out the door and would have had to come back to get it fixed. So thanks for that. Food was ok, but the burrito was poorly made, all the toppings on the end. Mouth full of all the onions that should have been spread along the meat... fries were fresh.

Staff was singing in the kitchen and absolutely could not get my order right... I Got things I didnt order and didnt get the things I did order. Ridiculous!! Food : 1/5

The service this time I went was horrible, we actually waited in the drive trough for over 10 mins, we ended up going inside, and my father got the wrong meal. The atmosphere looks pretty good now they changed the inside.

Food has definitely declined from what I remember. Fries were not hot, meal wasnt what I expected.

A 20 minute wait for 2 chicken burgers and burrito. The three foot tall woman spent more time cackling and yelling at her friends then she did working. She also struggled to hear what I was saying when ordering as apparently shes conditioned herself to only produce and hear noises that are above 90db. I watched my burrito sit under the hear lamp for 12 minutes and the guy making them thought that was totally OK, so rather than a cheesy gordita crunch, I got a sloppy gordita mess. On top of all of that, 3 others came in ordered after me and got their food first. Along with an untold number of drive thru orders and delivery orders. Im done with this place. Its more than apparent that the quality has dropped off in the past year to a point where its eye to eye with the titanic.

They didnt give dipping sauce for chicken straps that were requested...got half way home had to go back ...went back to the vehicle noticed not fork for poutine...when back in asked to speak to manager the person dealing with order was the supervisor...I said your par for par at screwing up ..he said you have to request cutlery when ordering ...come on really since when?

Never order delivery from here. Standard at this place is 1 sauce packet per 3 tacos... Dumber than average fast food workers here.

Its been getting increasingly chaotic every time we order food. They seem short staffed all the time. Everyones rushing. So many mistakes. Its no longer an easy pick up. Garaunteed that there will be something amiss with order. Whether its rushing you through ordering, messing up your order, asking you to pull around to wait for another 15 mins even though youre the only one there. And holy! Hows it almost 70.00 for (4) people to have taco bell!?

I order the exact same thing everytime I go here: 2 Cheesy Gordita Doritos Tacos sub sour cream and EVERYTIME i pay a different amount. It ranges between $12-$18. Confused in why that happens. I also find it extremely ridiculous 2 tacos can cost up to $9 each. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant and the quality of the food is awful. I will be making my tacos at home from now on as i am completely fed up with this specific taco bell.

Ordered 3 spicy soft tacos at the drive through, got asked to pull out front, i asked why as i was the only vehicle in the drive through. Was told that it was because there were lots of orders in front of mine. They left the window at that point and came back with my order....30 seconds later. I then pulled out front to eat as i was in my work truck and on duty. Upon opening my order i noticed that there was no meat on the tacos. Went back in to ask why. Manager just threw them in the garbage and had three more made. No apology nothing just handed me the redone order. Get back in my truck and open the food up....again barely any meat. Poor service and very poor quality.

Friendly staff, quick service, however, as well as other items got the beef and cheese burrito, only 30% of the tortilla was stuffed with the tiniest bit of filling. Most of the tortilla was folded over itself so the first and last couple bites were all tortilla and no beef or cheese or rice. Total waste of money, and didnt at all look like the advertised picture.

Food was very good and well made.

Food is as any fast food place would be. But if you come here do not be in a hurry they take your order at the drive thought and immediately park you with the rest of the place and you got a 10 to 20 wait almost evertime.

Food was alright, the dine in area was clean but literally freezing, my boyfriend and kids could literally see our breath while we were trying to eat our meal. My daughter asked the lady working if she could turn on the heat and she blankly stared at my daughter and offered no response to her question. It s -15 outside and my nose would have run less eating in my vehicle in the parking lot. Nothing worse than being uncomfortable while trying to enjoy a meal. My food was cold before I even got to eat it.

Did the drive thru. I like Taco Bell, but I like my homemade ones better. The drive thru is always slow. Thats the price you pay for freshly made food.

Minimal toppings on ANY order, shredded cheese has been replaced with nacho cheese. No hot sauce received. Soft taco tortilla was crunchy rather than soft. One of the worst bites of taco I have tasted.

Worst location EVER to order from. Went through door dash, all my orders were wrong! Original order came, 100% all the wrong items, re ordered it again, and AGAIN it was wrong. Tried calling the location to complain, and it rang busy for over a hour. Get it together.

I purchased KFC, the chicken was fully cooked but it tasted like old grease was used to fry it in. Not their best.

Better attention is needed to the details of the order. More often than not there is something wrong, even if read back correctly. Plus, you should never have to pull up to wait for fast food.

I cant count how many times this place has messed up my order. I will ask multiple times to make sure they put the jalapeno sauce on my quesadilla. 4+ times every time I order, I express how important it is they include it as Im ordering and as I get to the window. I get my order, take it home and what do you know? Absolutely no sauce whatsoever on my quesadilla. Now my past 2 orders with a bean and cheese burrito, where I have asked to please make sure red sauce and onions are in it, it also does not include any sauce. Not sure what it is with this place and them not understanding what SAUCE means, but they just dont use it, no matter how many times you ask.

Unfortunately I found a curly black hair in my popcorn chicken. They refunded my portion of the meal instead of refunding my families meal. I appreciated getting some money back, but honestly was so disgusted by what I almost ate, that I wont be going to this location again.

I went to this Taco-bell location and got a 20 taco party pack. When I got home I only got 14 tacos... and I mean I was still full after 14 but You should get what you pay for.

I asked for Hot sauce and got three and said can I get a few more please and she said I well have to charge you for them. Also my fries supreme was not even made right just beef and sour cream was on them. And my two tacos that where supreme tacos had so little in them that a two year old baby still be hungry after eating them.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Every time Ive been here, smfountaun drink cups are >75% ice. There is hardly any beverage in there. Its consistent, so I assume its intended that way by management. Pathetic value.
