This place is a must try in Squamish. It had heart warming, comfort food for a cloudy day. The soup, shrimp and pork dumpling’s were genuinely the best I’ve ever had. The owners put a lot of love and pride into their food! We ate the dumplings and steamed buns and the food was so delicious we went back and ordered more!
Such a cute new place in town for a big or small meal with really good food and amazing staff, that was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely cared for us to have a great experience all around. Going back the next chance I get, totally worth the drive from more „central“ Squamish
Beautiful setting across from Shannon fall! Loved the patio seating though would have been nicer in summer. Home style cooking of their Chinese food was simple yet comforting. Pineapple bun was unique and tasty!

Beautiful location for dim sum. Only place to get it fresh in squamish! Great service, stunning patio views. Made fresh to order. High recommend the soup dumplings, shrimp dumplings, porks buns, coconuts buns and hk milk tea. There is no other place in squam for dim sum. Must try! Located across from shannon falls at the khlanie campground.
We are so lucky to have a Dim Sum and Asian bakery in Squamish!! This morning I went for a hike, then went and had a delicious treat at Unique’s. I sat on the sunny patio, munching on a pineapple bun and egg tart, then sipped some delicious milk tea while enjoying a view of the hike I just did. Can’t beat the views, and the food is great! Also, Unique is such a kind and gentle soul. So incredibly hard working with fantastic customer service.
Great location with great views of the falls. Food menu is very limited, which is understandable given how far is it from Vancouver. Located next to camp ground. Food is decent, could be better. Indoor seating isn’t available. Outdoor seating is limited.
Checked out this new dim sum place on their opening weekend and it did not disappoint! Got a breakfast combo (2 baked goods and a drink) and a lunch combo (2 choices of dim sum and a drink). Delicious spread of soup dumplings, bean curd roll, pineapple bun, and egg tart with a Spanish Latte and Ube Latte. So nice to have a dim sum place nearby at a beautiful location, looking up at Shannon Falls! Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu.

So the view is nice and food is just frozen dumplings obviously from a supermarket. But service is remarkable: this place is calling themselves restaurant. So they brought dumplings to my wife sitting alone (I was exploring the area - because getting food took forever). But they did not bring chopsticks and advised my wife to get them herself from the ordering table. Unfortunately this was not easy as she is having her foot broken and crutches were right beside the table. First time ever in the restaurant they bring food but do not bring cutlery (to disabled person). And they charge tips upfronts for this!
The most delicious dim sum and baked goods! I crave the pineapple bun with butter and the many amazing types of dumplings. One of the best things to happen to this area - I recommend that everyone stop by!
The service was friendly and professional enough, but the food quality was merely decent considering the price of the items. I tried an Ovaltine drink that was way too watery, which seems easily preventable since it is just a mix of Ovaltine powder and water. Also, the traffic noise was rather loud, but that might be acceptable for a campground establishment. I think there is room for improvement for this new business, so I hope that this critique will be accepted in a positive manner.
Really nice to have something new in the Squamish food scene. Stopped for some dim sum and warm drinks after a rainy hike and it definitely hit the spot! Incredibly friendly service to boot, super helpful at answering questions about menu items we hadn t heard of before.

Read a write up about this new restaurant in the local Squamish paper so I had to check it out. Weather was not great so I figured I ll just order some bake goods. It s a bit pricey for a single pineapple bun, $6.50 and hardly a taste of pineapple. If you want some slab of butter in it that s another.50cents. Bun was dry. The egg tart wasn t appealing either, $5.50 each. The custard tart filling doesn t look yellow like you would get from a regular Chinese bakery and taste was bland. The coconut bun however was good. Enough coconut custard filling inside that you can actually taste what you re eating. I have not tried any of the dumplings, some other time, just hope that the other reviews are true to what they say.

Yum! Came by on opening weekend for dim sum and really enjoyed it. Fun variety and everything was really tasty. I especially like the fun specialty coffees. Great views of Shannon Falls too!
Great new place! The coffee and dim sum are all delicious. Good vegan options too, the truffle dumplings are amazing. And everyone working there is incredibly friendly. Would recommend!
Stopped for lunch on the way up to whistler. Had delicious pork buns and dim sum! Loved the truffle dim sum! Will be back. Located in a relaxed and beautiful environment.
