Cloudburst Cafe offers all of your speciality coffee and tea needs along with a variety of homemade sandwiches and baked goods. Many vegetarian/vegan options available. Nestled behind Canadian tire our cafe boasts a covered (and heated for the winter) patio along with a large uncovered patio for those beautiful sunny days. Sister businesses with Locavore Bar and Grill (attached), grab a coffee with us and dine with them with their full lunch and dinner menu.

People complaining about the wifi process are being a bit extra. It's not that difficult and understandable they don't want people sitting for hours and not buying anything. I usually order a coffee and if I'm still working two hours later I get a muffin and a new passcode. It's not a big deal. I've been going there to work for years and they're nice enough, food is fine and the atmosphere is good for working.
The coffee was good but the service was atrociously slow. Went with the colleague just after opening and despite that there were three customers, we waited for about 84 years for my coworker’s sandwich and coffee. Maybe it was forgotten, but it was a good 15 minutes of waiting for 2 coffees and a sandwich. Disappointing.
Good sandwich, great coffe excellent service and a very cozy and casual place with a great location. Parking and usually not a very long time for food wait, vegan options for food and good baristas happy to make a good quality coffee. You should try the banana chocolate muffins.
I stopped by for an early latte and a scone; the scone was fresh out of the oven (exciting!), but a little tougher than it should have been (sad). I know, I know - what an obnoxious comment in a google review. But, in a town that has incredible pastry options like (1) Fox & Oak or (2) Purebread, the bar for a good baked good is relatively high. That said, great people, great atmosphere, reasonably good cup of coffee - but, not my first pick for a latte and a pastry in Squamish.
Nice community vibe. Coffee drip & EXCELLENT espresso! Yay! So hard to find good, smooth espresso. Variety of snacks like protein bars and beef jerky. Baked goods too.
Have been going here for years now and unfortunately the quality is really dipping. Perhaps more training required for baristas, because every second latte I get is really not good - burned milk or just way over or under extracted. I can make bad coffee at home, when I go to a coffee shop and pay $8 for a coffee I expect it to be good!
We stopped here for a coffee after a day hike in Garibaldi park. The interior is very calm, an ideal place for getting work done on your laptop or just meet with a friend for a quick chat. My soy cappuccino was delightful and with that I chose to try their panini with bacon and egg which pleased my stomach.
Cute little coffee shop. If it's busy you may wait up to 15 min for coffee or food. Breakfast sandwiches and coffee tasted good. Nice place to sit down for early breakfast. Note: order on the right hand side of the Cafe and wait for food and drink on the left. Not real signage and we were confused at first.
Warning to first time Digital Nomads - they have a finicky process for getting on the WIFI. YOu have to get a code on a scrap of paper. In my case I got my food, sat down, unpacked, then had to repack and go get back in line only to have the code not work. The Cell data is a bit shaky so using data hotspot was not good. A staff member walked by and I asked for help but he just told me to go back to the counter which I couldnt do because I was in the middle of a meeting. Sad because the cafe is beautiful and would be an awesome work spot if you can get through the teething issues!

Extremely loud music and extremely (!!!) slow wifi + you have to pay for something every 2 hours or it kicks you off the wifi. I liked my banana bread though and staff were nice

Over the years this has been my local coffee shop. An almost daily visit. But about a month ago the grinder stopped working, the coffee went majorly downhill and there was no longer decaf. As it s been over a month it seems they no longer offer decaf. Servers and baristas used to be consistent- friendly and made a decent coffee. Now its very hit or miss. And this morning an ongoing line of barking dogs just pushed me to write a google review! Mediocre coffee, limited options (no decaf) and a hectic atmosphere.

Pretty spacious feel to the place light and airy, tho surprised that there is not that many seats inside. Service slow as only one on and later in the afternoon so no problem, serve was excellent when 2 nd person arrived to help with the late afternoon rush nice coffee & herbal tea, home made? lemon cake excellent. Recommend and would go again.

Amazing ambiance. Friendly staff. It took a while to get our drinks, but we did come at a busy time too. Their trail cookie is very delicious.
Has become a staple in my day. Sometimes for coffee and breakfast. Sometimes as a turnaround point for my walks. Always when my 4 month old needs to sleep, no movement needed just the classic coffee house experience.

Ordered a leek and parm strudel. they didnt even offer to heat it and its ice cold. What cafe doesnt offer to heat pastries? The service is abysmal. Also the medium roast coffee is somehow both burnt and watered down ... may as well have just gone to tim hortons.

I went there this morning and ordered 2 coffees, a panini and a Cuban sandwich to go. Waited a normal amount of time for the sandwiches to get warmed up in the panini presses, then picked them up when the girl called my name and went home. Coffees were fine, but when I got home I had the bad surprise of realizing that I had been given the wrong sandwich: my Cuban was nowhere to be seen and instead I had a sandwich with cauliflower and tofu in it. It was also cold inside. For the price I paid, I was pretty disappointed.

If youre visiting Squamish you have to try this place. The coffee is excellent and the baked things are too. Ive eaten a million great croissants, but the multigrain ones here are something special. Americano + multigrain croissant + mountains all around you = awesome.

Unfortunately the coffee is bad. Consistently. Wont go here for coffee if I can avoid it. The standard for barista made coffee is pretty high these days, and unfortunately these guys arent hitting the mark. And it is sooooooo slow.
The perfect little cafe spot. Really comfy, cozy vibes. Beautiful outdoor area shared with Locavore. Service was delightful. Oh ya and the coffee? Golden.
My friend and i had lunch here today. Both sandwiches were very disappointing. The braised beef panini was extremely wet and cold and it generally lacked flavour overall. My friend had the Cubano and found his so dry and flavourless he even pulled it apart to see if there was any mayonnaise or mustard on it at all. Additional minuses: The staff (with the exception of one of the girls) were not remotely friendly. The cafe lacked a dishwasher so they gave us everything to go which created unnecessary waste. The latte i had was unpalatable, it tasted watered down and was served lukewarm. It seems like there might be new ownership? it wasn t this abjectly disappointing in the past. In fact, it s the coffee shop that I have repeatedly recommended to my friends since i used to stop by weekly. Not any more for me though.

Ive visited this cafe twice and felt the service left much to be desired. Its one of those places where the staff give a weird cold shoulder for zero reason (and then of course prompt you for a tip for their bare minimum service.). When you can get warm and friendly service elsewhere its just pointless visiting these types of places. This cafe has an overall cold feel to it in general, so not my type.
I stopped by with my guide on the way to Whistler. The guide said it was a great place for sandwiches and coffee, and it was really delicious. However, maybe because it was the weekend and there were a lot of people, I was a little confused about the order in which the coffee was served. I heard that Mimo s sandwich came out yesterday (as of September 30th!!), so I tried it and it was really delicious. I highly recommend it haha

I used to be able to come to cloudburst and enjoy a coffee while I work, meet etc. But their 1 hr wifi limit has sent me elsewhere. Also the giant ugly No Parking Go Away spraypainted sign out back is hella uninviting.

Convenient coffee stop. Good coffee. Okay selection of treats and don t count on finding a seat inside as people sit with their computers here for hours. But the outside plaza area has more seating and some great shops.

Probably the best oat milk latte Ive ever had. Perfect consistency and ratio of coffee to milk. Vibe inside is warm and welcoming. My friend had their dark roast drip coffee and loved it too. Great little spot, well be back.

I used to love sitting here and working, but they recently implemented a 2-hour voucher system to use their wifi. I absolutely understand it from a business perspective, but there was something special about the work atmosphere that has now been lost. Since the voucher, the tables are far less busy, and the cafe doesnt have that same energetic coworking feel. The coffee is already overpriced, and there are other coffee shops in town that value community over cash. See ya!

Coffee is good, but the breakfast sandwich was more like a biscuit. Dry, flat and a thin overhard egg inside that was like chewing on rubber. I couldn t finish it.
