It s not enough to say that Raincity has excellent cocktails, food and service. There is something magical about the experience of dining here that you have to experience for yourself. The people working at Raincity are truly passionate about their craft and you can feel it the moment you walk in the door.

We ve been a number of times in the past couple of years and it s always excellent. The cocktail lounge is cozy and you get a look at the inner workings of the distillery behind the bar. Local art fills the walls and pieces are often available for sale. But the real standout are the cocktails. My partner and I came out for a date night on the first night of the 2024 Squamish Hot Chocolate festival and were blown away by the two special hot chocolate themed cocktails expertly crafted by the bartender (Romain?) who took the time to chat and describe not only the drinks, but the process that went into making them. I had the Elixir and Allegories which was paired with a smoked, chocolate dipped maraschino cherry, and my partner had the Chagrin d Amour which was more of a traditional hot chocolate. We ll definitely be back before the end of the festival. The regular menu is just as good, with a different menu for winter and summer as well as some excellent dumplings and mocktails.

Their flight was awesome, I bought a bottle of their ginseng rye. The cocktails are unique and exquisitely crafted by mixologists. Although they were out of vegan food options at the time, I heard good things about their dumplings. Definitely going back after finishing my bottle of rye.

Great cocktails in a unique setting. Can t remember the name of our mixologist (at a guess I d say Masaki, so sorry if this is incorrect) but he was great! He was the only person working when we arrived and despite having a full house was able to get us our drinks promptly. He did also politely explain there might be a short wait time beforehand which was much appreciated. I would recommend raincity to others who are looking for a small intimate setting for a locally made tipple.

This is a hidden gem in Squamish, a gin distillery. The prices are reasonable. I was very impressed with the service from the greeting to the receipt of payment. The cocktail menu seems to change to reflect the season or I could be wrong as to how often it changes but the cocktails are prepared with great respect for a balanced mixture!

Ended up here late one evening on the recommendation of a friend; a cute little sitting area shares the space of this distillery on the end of a quiet road. The three of us shared the assorted dumplings and had some wonton soup and it was absolutely delicious. Every cocktail on the menu had an air of intrigue, and the Reconciler I tried was exactly what I didn t know I wanted it to be. Great little gem bringing something a little different and of great quality to the Squamish community.

Raincity is one of those lucky finds that you only a stumble upon every few years. The cocktail menu is exceptional, the service is approachable and on point. Huge fan! I m so excited to see Squamish getting spots like this popping up, it s only small so best to plan ahead. Great atmosphere, friendly knowledgeable service and unique, tasty and well priced cocktails. We tried 6 cocktails and the tasting flight and I m finding it hard to pick a favourite as they were all so creatively unique. This is going to be a regular visit for me for sure.

I have been to Raincity a few times and what Ill say is dont go of youre looking for a quick drink or if youre in a rush. That aside, the cocktails they handcraft are second to none. Most recently I took my mom there for her birthday and we had the pleasure of meeting Tanya. Tanya was UPBEAT, friendly, and super duper on the ball. Our experience was phenomenal. The dumplings are great too, get the sample platter so you can try all of the kinds. The soup filled sounds weird but its my favorite. As far as cocktails go, I had the reconciler because it sounded so strange that I just had to try it. It was amazing. I also love midnight sushi which is what my mom had and she was really impressed and happy. We will be back for sure!

Definitely a hidden gem and a must see spot in Squamish! Had a one night stay in Squamish for hiking but ended up going to this place twice over the two days we were there! The drinks are delicious and impeccably made. Sara was great and so entertaining to talk to during our visit there! Incredible. Masaki was awesome, just so helpful and explained all their gins so well. The gin flight is well worth it, as well as the assorted dumplings. If you happen to be in or near Squamish between the 2nd and 22nd of June 2023 go for the sangria, such a different but amazing take on a classic drink. Will definitely try to visit again before I leave. Also its right at the end of the road before the woods, so keep going it is there

The hidden gem in Squamish! One of the best kept-secret spot in town. It was my 1st time there today on a food tasting tour! And the experience was fantastic! 9 out of 10.. I ended up buying a bottle of their Gin.. Best distillery in Squamish!

This place is one of many hidden gems in Squamish. Came here to mountain bike, didnt expect to come across a distillery this excellent, what a treat. Didnt get his name, but the French guy taking care of us was great, give him a raise! We love the black tusk smoked vodka and the last garden gin. Will be back next time were in town for sure! This is a cocktail bar for those who have a love for Mixology. The cocktails are equal part original and ingenious with care taken for consistency and quality. Has to be one of the best cocktail bars in the sea to sky. Go and see Mazaki and benefit from his love of the art and good nature.

Had the best time today at Raincity watching the lovely Romain making the best cocktails! I can only recommend the Tipsy garden, it s just Woowwww (as Owen Wilson would say).

We were at the distillery on Sunday, July 16th around 3:30pm. Our host/ server was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. We were going to just buy a bottle of our favourite gin and leave, but ended up staying for a tasting and some dumplings. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and look forward to coming again.

This place is very nice. Great drinks, nice mellow music that is quiet enough you can carry on a normal conversation. Be aware seating is somewhat limited.

We booked out Raincity for our pre-wedding rehearsal reception (the night before) Saturday July 22, 2023. It was a destination wedding in Squamish, and we are incredibly grateful to a local friend for recommending Raincity - a true Squamish gem! Our interactions with Johnny were great from the start, we were confident that we made the right choice. Things only got better once we arrived. The bartenders were AMAZING - mixing up delicious cocktails while being super attentive to our needs. People are also still talking about the dumplings! All in all, highly positive. We will definitely be back next time we are in town, and appreciate the team at Raincity for providing such a unique and cool atmosphere for our reception.

Amazing cocktails. Our party had the Tipsy Garden, Mochi Sour, Agave Earthquake, Piña Colada, Legend of Taketsuru, and Copper Eclipse. I got to try them all, and I can safely say that every single one was absolutely delicious. My personal favorites were the Tipsy Garden and Legend of Taketsuru but can t go wrong with any of them. Susan was incredible, walking us through the entire menu and giving us great recommendations, both from the cocktail menu and also restaurants for dinner afterwards (but definitely checkout their dumplings too). Literally one of the best cocktail bars/distilleries I ve ever been to and conveniently in the heart of Squamish!

Awesome cozy bar. Not crowded, a bit hidden. Its great they have a view to the nature. They have homemade gin and vodka, and pretty everything else. I had variation of Negroni, which was great! The cocktail menu will leave you having a hard time picking just one as they all sound amazing and based on the description are seemingly well balanced. Give it a try, you will leave satisfied.

We loved Rain City Distillery. Their cocktails were some of the best we ve had. Very unique and high quality ingredients. They also have a wide selection to choose from. The Last Garden Gin they make is awesome. Loved the vibe and all the attention to detail. We ll be back!

Cozy, modern aesthetic with very knowledgeable staff. The Iron Buddha gin infused with tieguanyin oolong tea is a must try. That type of tea is quite expensive so they are not cutting corners on ingredients!

I have enjoyed Kellys raspberry gin and Limoncello for some time and decided to try her shrubs - wow, they did not disappoint! Mango and turmeric went down a treat. Now Im enjoying plum and rosemary, muddled with some fresh mint from my garden, topped up with plain sparkling water, so very refreshing in this hot weather. I can definitely recommend them. Enjoy!!

Great little spot, cozy space with comfy seating. Cocktails are amazing with reasonable pricing. Has some food available but not meal sized. The space is limited so not great for large groups....might only have seating for 15 people. Service was great.

Super cool little distillery. They have custom machined distilling equipment that keeps much of the oils in their spirits - think if Maccallan made vodka. I was served by Tabitha, who was super knowledgeable and walked us through the spirits tasting. They have a different take on their botanicals, and even though the Raspberry Gin is more fun than it is structured, I really enjoyed their product lineup.

Very cosy. Sofas and coffee tables. Really lovely drinks. Very small print on menu in dim lighting. Difficult to move around in small space, but if you stay seatted, the staff will come take your order. Service is slow because only one staff to bartend & serve, and the drinks are performance art. Takes a while to make them. Id love to catch them on a slower day. I believe my experience woud avve been much better.

Didnt have a chance to enjoy a cocktail but did sample their spirits. Very tasty, the difference between the wheat vodka and the rye vodka is astounding! Both amazing in their own right. The gin is also well worth the trip.

Have always had an amazing time here. I ve loved every drink I ve tried, but now stick with my favourite, the clover club.

Liams brother struck gold in Yukon, but we struck gold finding Liam in Squamish! The Booze Witch wasnt in, but a ghost took over the chandelier. A must stop, regardless of your duration of stay in town. Unbeatable drinks, unbeatable bar with a very cozy atmosphere!

This is a great little Vodka/Gin tasting bar. Its very trendy inside with leather couches and a fun little two seat bar where you can participate in a very nice tasting involving 5 of there own Vodkas and Gins. The tasting is $5 to sample 3 flavours or $8 for all 5 flavours. Seems like a no brainer! The fun twists on the Vodks and Gins they brew were refreshing. Fun thing to do on a Sunday afternoon. Squamishs best cocktail lounge! Everyone should visit the G-spot at least once in life...but really, more often the better!!

Very intimate atmosphere, only 12 seats on very comfortable sofas! The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. A real gem to discover, we will return!

Once you get in there, you are enveloped by the intimacy of leather couches, the distillery smell and the early 20th century prohibition ambiance. The drinks are impressive, each one of them are an experience, they make you travel the world and time. Lots of historical artefact. The mixologues are professional, dedicated and friendly.
