Folie Crepes French Food Truck in Squamish

My parents and I had 3 different crepes and all were really good. Takes a lot to impress my 86 years old dad!

Two years ago I took my Texas girl friends to Folie Crepes at Lost Lake for lunch. Last week we took our Vancouver friends to Folie Crepes for lunch. All of us are closet food snobs, although we are humble about it. All of us loved the food and Lilous energy. And the location could not be more beautiful. We will be looking for your food trip on our next visit! Parking: Lost Lake, and hence Folie Crepes, is accessible also by foot, bike or shuttle bus Kid-friendliness: Its a park. Kids are everywhere. Bathrooms are handy. Kids will need an adult to order for them since the food truck is adult heigth Wheelchair accessibility: The park has paved paths and picnic benches, one end of which is suitable for a wheelchair

The owner is a nice and fun lady and her pancakes are exquisite. Lemon and cucumber lemonade is very thirst-quenching! A stop that made our stop at Lost Lake memorable!

I went in rainbow park I ask the lady which flavor of creps they had and she answer to me that there is a menu in the front and that I need to take 5 minutes to see the menú and she was rude with us Food

Folie Crêpes is busy keeping all the ladies fed during the Ridelab women s bike festival in Squamish. Their crêpes are delicious. Go check them out at the farmers market or anywhere they are set up just look for the cute little blue trailer :)

Crêpes are really good and you get a large diverse and customizable choice of savory and sweet. All ingredients are fresh and of quality. And on top of quality food, service is amazing. You are greated with a nice French smile, and can have a fun conversation with great people. I recommend trying their home made cucumber lemonade. If you see their truck, dont miss out!

I visited your kiosk at the Whistler Farmers Market a few weeks ago. I spent over $60 on 5 crepes. I was very polite with you. You were having a busy morning and were flustered. I had been given Whistler Farmers Markets tokens (gift certificates) as a gift from a friend to use at the market. I wanted to pay with these. You told me that I could not. So, I politely agreed that I would pay in full using my credit card. You were so rude to me and treated me so poorly. You confessed for acting poorly and even told me your behaviour was because you were French. This is an insult to French people because I have lived in France and have French friends, and they are very kind people in my experience. Your crepes were good but I will never spend another dime at your business. It s a shame I even spent $60. That day I went to another kiosk, who had never seen these gift certificate tokens, and they happily accepted. No questions asked.

Grabbed a blue cheese crepe during the Farmers Market today. Very friendly staff! The crepe was big, filling and delicious and whipped up very quickly.

First of all. Best crepe I have tasted in ages. I always say that if you can make a simple flavour taste exceptional, it shows a mastery of craft. The rest: super hospitable and friendly. Saw the owner on a sunny afternoon at the Squamish Farmer s market, but her joy and cheeriness could have brighten the entire last week of rain in the area. Got a butter and sugar crepe. The crepe texture was perfect. Just right amount of bite, not chewy. The sugar caramelized but not overly sweet. Just a wonderful sweet to have while walking around the market. Merci Beaucoup! I m a crepe connoisseur trying crepes whether I go. I *loved* Folie Crepes. They make original Paris style crepes and they do it perfectly. I recommend any of the classic butter + options. Simple is good! The owner Bash is awesome and great to chat with. Lastly, try the drinks in particular the cucumber / lemon lemonade is not too sweet and perfect for hot summer days.

These are the best crepes outside France. What the heck, we might as well include France. They are AMAZING! The sweet ones even come with homemade whip cream. I can recommend them all, but the savory smoked salmon with spinach and cream cheese is beyond belief. Dont miss out when see them!

Amazing French crêpes

What a awesome place with awesome ladies!! I ordered a homemade ice coffee for the wife. Strawberry and Nutella crepe with homemade whipped cream and a homemade lemonade with cucumber for my kids to try. While visiting lost lake. Lets just say it was so good they were fighting over who got more. Wife loved the iced coffee and me and the kids were shocked at how great the taste of cucumbers was in the lemonade that we grabbed another while leaving. Cant wait to have another and try the wide variety of other crepes. Thank you!!!

Get a taste of France at the lake! We were in Paris for our honeymoon years ago and weve been on the search for really good crepes ever since. Weve been to Europe many times (but not in France) and amazingly we have finally found crepes that we have been looking for! The lady that we talked to was happy to be here in Canada and just enjoyed serving her amazing crepes with a smile. Just lovely. And, she brought the great French personality that we all appreciate! Thanks! I hope you can continue to make more of your wonderful crepes for many more years to come! We will come back and look for you next time were back in the summer! But please come to Victoria and bring a little France to this traditionally British town! :o)

Got coffee and crepes at the Squamish farmers market; wonderful service and the food was amazing! Highly recommend the goat cheese/pesto crepe!

Very rude when the machine wasnt working, and telling young children to hurry up impolitly. Food was ok though quite expensive.

As a French citizen (meaning a true crepe-lover) living in Canada, I havent tasted such good crêpes since I moved to Canada.

This place has the absolute best crêpes I ve ever tasted, absolutely delicious. The lady running the venue is extremely nice and very polite. I am currently 16 but when I was younger I would bike 3.5 kilometres to the farmers market every weekend exclusively for these crêpes. If you have not already experienced this place I would highly recommend going and if you have already been here then you should definitely go again!!!

We started with a spinach and goat cheese crepe and moved on to strawberry and Nutella. Stuffed full of quality ingredients and flavored to perfection both on the savory and also the sweet. The service was fast and courteous. We loved it. If you are at Alta Lake, dont miss this!!
