We had a wonderful dine-in experience here. Our server (Jeeta) was friendly and very attentive and the food was delicious. We will definitely come back again.

I feel bad to mention bad about this but gotta share the fact and experience that ruined our outing. We are eating indian food for 30 years and never had such a worst food in my life in dining in. We had tough time to finish our food. We ordered shahi paneer and daal makhni. Shahi paneer gravy was just a straight sour tomato puree. Daal makhnee was absolute disgusting. Service was ok and atmosphere was great but whats the point if you cant finish your meal because of its taste.

Worst Indian restaurant ever. We regularly eat Indian food and this is the worst ever tried. We tried to inform our concerns to the server/manager and the response was ridiculous. The reply was- This is what we can give . We ordered biriyani and it was pathetic, no salt no spice and rice was undercooked. The veg jalfrezi was just stir fried veggies and lot of oil. All the staff was rude and worst attitude.

Arrogant service. Pathetic food. They claim it s Indian food, but it s nowhere related to it. When told the concern to the staff, his response was so rude and told that s what available and that s what they can serve.

Food used to be really good and we were proud to be loyal customers with Adam and Sam. We travelled specially from Vancouver to Squamish . This time around food was downright horrible. I recently visited this restaurant with a group of four, and we ordered four main courses. We were extremely disappointed with the experience. The portions were shockingly small for the price, and to make things worse, the prices charged were higher than what was listed on the website. On top of that, the person who took our order was incredibly rude, making the whole experience unpleasant. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn t recommend it to anyone looking for good service or value.

Visited this restaurant expecting a premium experience given the high prices, but it was quite the opposite. The ambiance was uncomfortable with a bad smell lingering throughout the place. Super tiny portion sizes! I see there are other reviews complaining about the quantity/sizing as well. I love the food at this place, so I thought Id treat myself to some takeout on a rainy day, and I was shocked at how tiny the portion sizes were. We needed to order another meal. When I order Indian for me and my boyfriend at other places, we usually order two mains (we cook our own rice) and find it quite filling, with a little extra to spare the next day. However this evening, the takeout dishes were less than half full and we had only the tiniest appetizer-sized amount of food and had to order a second dinner :( In the past Ive also had the experience with this restaurant, where I ordered butter chicken and only had one TINY piece of chicken in the dish. The food here is good (best aloo gobi in town imo!), but its a disappointing spot for takeout, because by the time you get home, and realize theres not really any food in the takeout containers, its too much of a hassle (and embarrassment!) to go back and say where is my dinner! I thought I was treating myself, but it turns out I wasted my money. I like the food and the staff are friendly, but when I order two dishes at dinner, Id expect that at least one person could be fed...

We had a very pleasant evening at Indian Spice. The food was terrific and Roy, our server was very attentive and even gave us a few tips for local attractions to visit. When most of the other restaurants in town are closed on a Tuesday they are open! Next time we are in Squamish we plan to visit, we would definitely recommend!

We found Indian Spice Cuisine online. Any moments of uncertainty were immediately way-laid by Roy who gave us a warm welcome and was mostly very attentive. There were several Indian families and groups which is always a sign the food is good! For 3 of us we ordered 2 appetizers, 3 mains, rice, and raita and paid $33 each. It was all very tasty, just the right amount of spice, and plenty of food for us each to take a bit home for lunch. Id like to take off a half star for too much media entertainment... Bollywood everywhere! I enjoyed it some but it was a bit loud and made conversation across the table difficult, plus, its very distracting visually. Im not reducing my atmosphere star, however, because overall, we had a lovely experience. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options with no meat dishes or paneer instead of meat. Dietary restrictions: Pakora is gluten free as its made with chick pea flour. Only naan has gluten Parking: You may have to walk a bit since the restaurant is on a busy corner. There was plenty of street parking available.

Roy was fantastic during our visit to Indian Spice. He welcomed us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. He knew the menu really well and gave us great suggestions that we ended up loving.

We ordered butter chicken that didnt taste like butter chicken, more like tomato sauce with spices, not really buttery and creamy. The chicken was extremely dry. The other dishes also tasted not fresh besides the Naan. Over priced for what you get.

First time here was yesterday. Place is very clean and staff was quick to get us seated. We ordered and the food took about 20 minutes to come out. I asked for spicy and the food was on point. Perfect spice level which served to enhance the taste perfectly. I loved it so much that I came back today to try another dish. Again was seated right away and food took around 15 minutes today. I m a vegetarian and the selection is expansive. 2 different meals and both delicious. Will definitely come back. Possibly tomorrow? Haha Vegetarian options: Tons of options

We had a quick, 25-minute lunch and it was delicious! The restaurant has a full Indian menu with a large selection of dishes and even a few with a Canadian twist (such as butter chicken poutine). Highly recommend the naan which is made fresh to order and is very tasty! Vegetarian options: Large selection of vegetarian and vegan options.

Been eating here regularly for over a year now. Tend to go for the chicken tikka masala with rice and naan, but I have tried other meals such as the samosa chana masala, chili chicken and biryani. All of them were tasty. Good crew, good price, convenient location, will keep going there for the foreseeable future.

Came here for dinner on Monday night. Every other place in the area had huge wait lists (White Spot even said they had run out of food?!) Anyways, we came here and Rahul and the rest of the staff were awesome! Ive never seen Palak Chana on a menu before. Its worth driving back for! The mango lassi was so refreshing, too! You can tell the servers hate their job. Food tasted fine but the quantity was very low. Asked to split the bill, pretended to try to split for 5 seconds then said system is having troubles splitting, just pay.

They charge service tax 18% for no reason and the reason they give is if we are more than 6 in a group. Even if we were in two separate groups.

One of the worse dine in experience, they used the same gravy for 2 different dishes and the gravy was sweet tasted like thai sweet chilli sauce and tomato puree mixed together and the quantity of actual food is so low theyll fill the dish up with gravy without actual substance. The only good thing was that the naan were fine but overall would never visit again.

Every dish was sweet idk why, quantity was very less.

Went last week during a visit to Squamish. Middle of the day, no one there. Ordered some curry (it was expensive). Portions were small and it didnt come with rice? What is that? Even though we were the only people there, the server barely paid attention to us. The food (the little we had) was decent, otherwise not a great experience.

Something for everyone! One of the best, most flavorful Indian meals weve had in a long time. Family of 6 with a 6 year old (no spice), vegetarian (lots of spice) and teenagers (meat and a range of spice preferences). I say all this to let you know it can be hard for us to find a place that makes everyone happy but this place nailed it! The sauces are well made and hit all the right notes (some you dont even expect). The meats are done to perfection (careful of the bones in some). The garlic naan is a perfect side. The only reason for a 4 star service was they may have been understaffed and so we waited longer than we should have had to for the menus and the check but I wouldnt let that stop me from going back. Definitely try this place out!

I was visiting Squamish for the first time and saw this place on my way, stopped for lunch and was really impressed by the food. The food was made fresh and everything tasted really good. Our server was Rahul, and even though he was working all by himself, he managed my order really well. Very nice and friendly guy! Got the butter chicken, butter naan, goat biriyani, tandoori tikka sizzler, butter chicken poutine, and the best was the pakora platter! Highly recommend to try this place if you re visiting nearby.

Got the lunch take out special. At first called and was told it didnt exist. Then once we pulled it up online and called back they admitted to having a lunch special. For 15$ it was NOT worth the money at all. Tiny portions which left me hungry.

I just left the restaurant feeling really full. We had a wonderful meal were vegetarian and ordered Daal Makhani, Palak Paneer, garlic naan, butter naan, tikki, salted lassi, mango lassi, and Indian tea. Everything was absolutely delicious. The garlic naan was especially exceptional; its the best Ive ever had. Navneet took care of us, and she was quick, friendly, and always had a smile on her face. The Hindi songs playing in the background were all my favorites, and the volume was just right not too loud, not too low. They also have an outside sitting which I feel is a very good plus point.

Unfortunately what initially appeared to be a nice curry was ruined when I found multiple long black hairs in my meal. One was baked into a naan bread and the other was in a curry. Extremely disappointing and off putting. Due to the time of day we ordered and paid through Uber eats and were unable to obtain a refund either.

Hated the customer service here. We ordered chili fish, it was horrible dish the fish was just marinated dipped inside ketchup nothing chilly about the dish it was just sweet couldnt even take a second bite. We came here while visiting Squamish and though we eat Indian food regularly at different locations across the country, this was some of the best weve had. The food was very flavourful, very fresh, and perfectly cooked; indulgent without being overly heavy/oily. We loved everything we ordered, and our server Rahul was excellent and attentive. worst food I have ever had.. Me and my friends came all the way from Ontario to visit squamish. we ordered aloo tiki,manchurian,lemon rice, dahi bhalla,pakora platter,chai,coke. Everything was just awfullll .. the only thing tasted good was coke pop. aloo tikki tasted loaded with oil,manchurian was the worst- tasted like diluted tomato ketchup. no flavour at all. bhallas were so hard the taste was not even near to dahi bhallas. pakora platter had fish pakoras which seemed like frozen ones from walmart. The samosa were all raw from inside(claimed as best in town) At last when we brought the concern to supervisor or acting manager(the guy) he did not seemed concerned plus even did not bothered to listen what were we complaining about. There was only one server(the girl) who no doubt gave us good service plus was very nice. the food doesn t even deserve 1 start.

Garbage food. We placed an order for dahi bhalla, pakora plate, manchurian, lemon rice, tea, and coke. It was absolutely terrible. Coke pop was the only food that tasted nice. The manchurian was the worst; it tasted like thinned-out tomato ketchup, and the aloo tikki was very oily. absolutely no taste. The bhallas tasted nothing like dahi bhallas since they were so rough. The fish pakoras on the pakora platter looked such as frozen ones from Walmart. When we finally brought up our concerns to the supervisor or acting manager (the guy), he did not appear to be concerned or even bother to listen to what we had to say. The samosas were all raw from the inside (albeit they were said to be the best in town).

This is one of my favourite Indian restaurants. The food is always great. The spice level was just right for me. I also had a (mocktail) piña colada which was delicious! The patio is a wonderful place to watch the world go by. My server Rahul was very friendly and helpful.

I ve been to several East Indian restaurants all over Canada and this one had the best paronthas! I came back to had it for another day. I also came for dinner and everything we had was amazing. We also sat outside and had chai next to the bonfire in February. Also, my family went there today too and they all loved it! Authentic Indian taste with great service.

Someone had told us to stop by on the way to Whistler, for some real good indian food. We ordered stuffed tandori paranthas with curd, tea, dal makhani & it was simply delicious. The food was authentically prepared, right quantity & correct taste. The tea was also kadak. It is worth coming repeatedly. Thankyou Rahul for the services.

The paranthas were crisp on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, and masala chai went perfectly with our order. Had a wonderful impromptu lunch here. Great food, very delicious; and the place was very clean. We were taken care of by Rahul and he was very polite, responsive and engaging. He told us of all the great things to see at Squamish. Will refer more people to visit here ! :)

Indian Spice Cuisine offered us a delicious child friendly food option with smiles and toys and complementary ice cream from Rahul, our server. The Butter Chicken was delicious and Naan to die for!!! Highly recommend!

the butter chicken was amazing!!!! It was full of flavour and you can adjust the spice level to your preference. samosa was good, the sauce was extremely good. The service provided by Rahul was good.

I recently dined at Spice India and had an amazing experience! The flavors were authentic, and each dish was bursting with spices and freshness. The butter chicken was incredibly creamy and rich, and the naan was perfectly soft and warm. Manu was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. I highly recommend this place to anyone craving delicious Indian cuisine. Cant wait to come back!

Very good food, and not too expensive by Squamish standards either. The fact that its open until relatively late also makes it a great spot to have dinner at after a good day of climbing. I personally love their chicken kebab masala and their chicken tikka masala, their spicy version of those is stellar, and its not too spicy either.

Ordered aloo parantha, daal makhni, plain parantha, and masala tea. All were good. Rahul, the server, provided great service.

Amazing experience, loved the food. Tried Dal Makhni, Dal Tarka and karai paneer. All three were awesome. Munched so much on paneer naan, stuffing was perfect. Special shout-out to Rahul for making our experience smooth and his service was great

Never had a coconut curry as creamy and tender as this. The masala tea is also the absolute perfect harmony of spices. It was delicious and is highly recomended. Our server Rahul was very attentive and made us feel special.

Easy access, located at visible corner, serving drinks and foods, beautiful decent bistro in Squamish, serving lots of vegetarian options. I tried having paneer makhni poutine which tasted yummy...must try all poutine lovers.. appreciated efforts by Rahul specifically who provided good services. Top of that got to know about spectacular location called Nexen beach to enjoy evening after having delicious food.. Thanks for it.

Indian Spice Restaurant has been on point since I ve tried it out. The Lamb/Goat curry is mind blowing, an from the Chana masala, Naan to the Butter chicken, they have been consistent Time a time again.And Navneen our server has been very hospitable every time we go.

We arrived at Indian Spice restaurant with a big appetite and were not disappointed. The naan, butter chicken, and dal were exceptional. The music was such a vibe as we watched the US vs West Indies cricket game on the tv. Thank you for such wonderful service and food.

Spectacular experience. The chicken tikki Marsala and naan was the best I ve had. We are visiting from the states and stopped here for dinner twice. Rehul was an amazing host and would highly recommend!
