Big portions. Had the Jambalaya prawns pasta. A little too salty. But ok. Pasta dish quality is as expected of a family restaurant.

Pasta Tuesday is amazing

Whoever the guy is working bartender side today at 2pm deserves a huge pat on the back. Im a huge fan of margaritas and unfortunately had to ask for mine to be taken back-it wasnt a good recipe, sorry BP! But he was was amazing, friendly and understanding the entire time with one of the friendliest smiles ive seen in a while. So thanks to him for making the whole experience worthwhile! Steak Philly dip wasnt too bad either. Cheers.

Service is really slow and messed up my order

Came in late, had the whole restaurant to ourselves. Service was perfect, lots of new stuff on the menus, but still maintains lots of original classics that I love. Dietary restrictions: No problem to ask for no cheese, they always accommodate.

Squamish franchise - worst Hawaiian pizza ever, half the slices had at best a tiny thin piece of ham! Crust was OK but the toppings were scarce! I should have opened the box before leaving

This is a typical Boston Pizza, but in a great location as there are both types of fast charger nearby, and, hey; its on the way to whistler, right? Its very clean and tidy, but we have found the service to be merely mediocre. Food

I had to organize dinner for a large group visit for a summer camp (130 kids + members of staff). Boston Pizza seemed as one of the more convenient options. Calling a mere two days in advance, the staff at Boston Pizza was able to clearly explain to me the options available for such a large group as well as helping me stay within the budget I had given them. Once we actually arrived, the staff was friendly and the service excellent. All our group enjoyed the food. I would recommend going for the excellent customer service, and the food is good and relatively affordable. Boston pizza helped the summer camp excursion end on a very high note, and I will always be grateful for that!

Our table was extremely sticky and dirty when they sat us at our table you can tell things take awhile to be cleaned at this location. My bf pizza was amazing but I had their new mushroom burger which was gross. I LOVE mushroom burgers and this one had maybe 3 little sliced mushrooms on it lol their burger patty was chewy. Their fries though were pretty good. Their service was that great although when we did see our waitress she was nice but it wasn t even busy and it took her a long time to come take our order and she didn t offer refills or come check on it only to bring the bill. All in all BPs quality in every aspect has gone down significantly. I will not come back to this location.

The food came out fresh, smaller portion for sure. The server wiped down the table and chairs with a cloth so wet, we had to get a napkin to dry them off. The bathrooms were absolutely a disaster and toilet plugged. The waitress used the table across to store the cleaning supplies and threw the dirty towels under the table, we had to stare at that pile while watching a game. The service was terrible and the waitress looked as if she didnt want to be there either. I used to love BP but hate this one. Good news is I saved some money by refusing to tip, which is something I never do, I also strongly considered calling corporate as I am sure this isnt how they want their franchise run. Instead I will post this review. Hopelessly run restaurant.

Came here to watch the hockey playoff game. Staff hadn t written down our reservation. Sat us in the back of the restaurant - TVs are tiny, feed was delayed, no audio. TVs are also burned out and out of date - this place needs a refresh. Owner needs to spend some money to keep the place up to standard Waitress also forgot to take one persons order, forgot parts of meals, forgot cutlery, forgot some drinks, and generally poor service. 2/5 go anywhere else

Went to watch Game 6 of the 2024 Stanley Cup playoffs and had a very poor experience. Firstly, they lost our reservation and sat us in the restaurant side instead of in the lounge. The TVs in the restaurant side are old, outdated, have permanent burn in and the signal was 5 seconds behind the lounge area ruining the viewing experience. Overall service was also slow and orders were missed and food was missed as well when it was served.

Came in before Xmas, young lady who helped us was great after a long day! Had our go to Great White North.

Lexi gave the best BP Experience I ve ever had, honestly not a fan of BP, but she made us feel like we were family. Warm and inviting, she clearly demonstrates why restaurants are in the hospitality industry. Seriously, other BP s should have Lexi come in to demonstrate how to give exceptional customer service, I ve been to five different BP s(begrudgingly) and she gives me hope BP might have actually figured out how to hire quality staff who really care about top shelf service. Also Four Cheese Ravioli Is the BOMB, y all should freeze that and sell in stores. Parking: Tons of spots and Tesla parking nearby

You can sit anywhere We find a booth... Well not there. Do your job then. Heres a pile of plates and cutlery Ummm okay, well I guess Ill set the table. Do your job then. Flexibility and relaxed atmosphere is clearly confused with subpar work. Waitress was very polite, but I expect more when I eat in at a restaurant.

My recent visit to Boston Pizza left me disappointed due to a billing error and the subsequent customer service. Despite clearly mentioning in advance that I intended to use two free kids meal cards and a free dessert card, the mistake was made on the bill. When I brought this to their attention, the manager offered a $25 gift card as a resolution, even though the original amount to be refunded exceeded $30. This left me feeling as though they were trying to downplay the situation and not fully address their error. What further compounded my frustration was that they still couldnt calculate the correct refund amount, even after a prolonged wait. What bothered me even more was the lack of understanding and empathy from the staff, especially considering that we are foreigners. It felt as though they were not concerned about our satisfaction, and I cant help but wonder if our status as infrequent customers influenced their response. I believe that a more customer-centric approach, where they promptly rectify billing errors, calculate refunds accurately, and treat all patrons with respect, is crucial to improving the overall dining experience.

Boston Pizza lost its mojo 10 years ago. The food is mediocre at best. Service is no better. This is a last resort kind of place and even then, make sure you confirm that there is nothing else open.

This was my first and the last Boston Pizza at the same time. Small portion of average american-style pizza for very high price. As European that visited Italy several times, I would say it s not worth ordering.

It was server Oliver s last day yesterday (March 25, 2023) when we dined in but he was awesome! Super nice despite us being a large group of 6! He got all our order right and was super kind about all our request. We wish him luck for his future endeavours and we re glad we got his service on our last day of spring break celebration! :)

After many years decided to try Boston pizza. Was expecting gourmet food and what was delivered was lower quality than dominos which is half the price.

Very casual place

Their quality of food has gone down horribly. Pasta meals are overloaded with cheese and sauce and there are just a few pieces of pasta (poblano chicken ravioli meal). Therefore, today I decided to order Bostons lasagna to see if it was better, however, it was a big mistake. The pasta came in strings of lasagna-like looking pasta, not lasagna sheets, NO BEEF AT ALL, and crappily melted cheese. Would never recommend ordering any of the pasta meals from there. Overpriced beyond believe for the worst pasta meals Ive ever had.

First thing you notice when you walk in are dirty floors. The restrooms were filthy. Trash overflowing. Mens bathroom had a bucket underneath the urinal to catch the urine. Makes me wonder how sanitized the area was my food was prepped in. Food was mediocre at best. One thing positive was our server, Ella. She was perfect. Came back at the right times. Host told us to sit where we wanted he would follow. No welcome, no smile, just blah. No reason to go back honestly.

Is there management here? If so Management should provide more guidance cause it looked like the inmates are running the asylum.

Not great service ...pizza flat ... not given serving utensils ... Im finding this more and more that restaurants are run by children, prices are high, yet there is no service, and therefore, I dont tip - companies should pay decent salaries and rely on tips to top up ... Sunday afternoon, place was not so busy. Ordered 2 different pizzas, onion rings, fried prawns, and wings with assorted drinks. Food was great, pizzas and prawns were outstanding. Service was a bit late but caught up in friendly delivery.

I came here on Sunday with my family to celebrate my daughters birthday and was served by a very sweet lady. We made sure she had a cake with us.

We wait aroind 40 min for a table and there was no people!. Many empty tables. When we finally sat they told us the waiting time for food is around 30-45 min!!!!. I Usually don t leave reviews or even go to this location as the food can be a hit or miss, but after deciding to go with a couple people we were pretty upset to be turned away an hour prior to their closing time. There was no explanation given as to if there s a reason they re closing early and it was absolutely empty with just one other table. Definitely won t be returning.

Ordered a large vegan vegetable pizza, and it was hands down the best Ive tasted, especially compared with the Scott Road, Delta location! Now that I know what its supposed to look and taste like, I think I have to update my review for the other location as it skimped on the cheese, and it was undercooked. Here, service and food rocked!

food was quick but my Mac and cheese was excessively hot it took 20 mins to cool down, my friends nachos had no cheese on them almost and the chicken was bland. The service was just overall awful the girl didn t check in didn t talk it was pretty bad. One other server from another section eventually checked on us. We weren t offered refills or anything, and when it came time to pay she didn t even split our items properly she split the total cost down the middle. I ended up paying $30 for Mac and cheese and a coke when it shouldn t have been that much. The girl that cashed us out who was from a different section was nicer but also didn t say thank you when we gave her a cash tip to keep for herself. Overall not impressed, last time we came in October the guy we had was so much nicer.

This was an incredible dining experience. One of the more superb boneless chicken wings you will find this side of Rockies. Would recommend coming in and saying hi to Paula (greatest hostess in Squamish).

Good location in Squamish, close to highway and Tesla charging stations We had a great hostess and she took care of our large group very nicely and everyone got what they have ordered and the billing was quick and painless. We ordered a selection of pizza and a burger. I generally recommend ordering pizza only as that is their specialty. The place was clean and the bathrooms were also very clean. August 22nd 2021 Sunday 8pm whole family stop to Boston Pizza in sequmish. We use the washrooms SO DISCASTING EVER SEEN. THE SERVICE WAS REALLY POOR. IN 15 YEARS FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE THAT BAD SERVICE. FOOD WAS NOT TASTY. MY DAUGHTER WEIGHT FOR TOO LONG FOR GET HER ORDERED.

Servers were nice and the food was alright but its the most rundown BPs Ive ever been to. Washrooms were on par or worse than outhouses at derelict public parks.

Never have I had such rotten service from a Boston Pizza outlet. We had ordered Boston pizza on our trip as we have had it at other location in Richmond, Vancouver, Surrey and it was always consistent, Fresh and delightful to eat. This time around it was the worst. The person who took the order was unprofessional or inexperienced and then the pizza was a sloppy job, the crust was not cooked properly and smeared with cheese all over, even dripping over the box. Food is good, service is great. I do have issues with the delivery charge. 5 dollars on top of taxes and a fair tip to a good driver adds up. And someone such as myself is capped by my company as to how much we can spend daily on the company card. I would order more delivery from BPs if it werent for this singular reason. Remove the charge, and I will likely double my amount of deliveries when Im on deployments. But I wont order if I tally up the dollars and see I cant afford to give the driver a good tip. Plain and simple.

Just received a delivery order. Food was cold and undercooked. Also had one pasta missing. Called to politely inform them that our food was cold. Was treated horribly and informed they wouldnt do anything about it and that they dont issue refunds. Also was told that weve had past orders that we called in about, so therefore its obviously us thats the problem and they no longer care about us. To clarify, yes we have called in previously because they often forget part of our order. So we are suppose to not call if something is missing or when our food is cold?!?! We spend hundreds of dollars here every month, and yet get treated like garbage. To end things off, the person hangs up on us!!!! Worst customer service Ive ever experienced and I worked in the industry as a manager for 16 years.

The food is always reliably the same. The service at this location was garbage though. The server only came to our table 2 times even though we were there to eat lunch and watch the football game. She could have been way more attentive to our table. Though im slagging on this restaurant in particular, this theme would be true of other Boston Pizza locations Ive dined at in Metro Van.
