Paid over $70 for 3 pizza s, asked for 6 plates because there were 6 of us, and refused to give me the plates stating that it s costly for them.

Jassi was the one who helped us and she is very rude and very bad for customer experience. Definitely not coming back to this location and would advise everyone else to not go

I ordered medium BBQ chicken pizza and there was hardly a chicken on it and the crust was alo very thin.

Very poor customer service at this location. Pepperoni was undercooked and the overall taste just wasnt very good.

Wasnt that busy when we were there so we had a relaxing time to dine in. Good service, clean restaurant, good pizza plus clean washroom which you have to ask for the key from the staffs

I LOVE FRESHSLICE

I Came here half an hour before closing. Although it was a huge lineup navu did a gret customer service. She was so helpful and friendly. Although she was doing all alone, she somehow managed to give the great service.

They had a good deal at the time with only $20 for a large pizza and 2L pop. However, the pepperoni and mushroom pizza we ordered barely had any mushrooms and a very thin layer of cheese. I guess you get what you pay for!

It s a really cool idea getting to mix and match your slices, while not being super over priced. While the slices were only ok, prices and thought behind it was bomber.

Popped in here randomly one night with a hankering for some pizza. They had three different slices that all looked great, and were indeed great. The cashier(August 22 @8pm) was kind and quick. Pretty much the perfect experience for pizza by the slice.

Terrible service!! Came in to quickly grab a few slices and the counter staff took the debit card machine away when I politely corrected my order to 3 slices instead of 2. I had to pull the machine over to actually pay as she just walked away. Once the order was done she just threw it on the counter and then walked away. The slices were just piled on top of each other instead of put in a box. I work in service and this is a prime example of what gives customer service a bad name. Horrible customer service

This fall our family decided to drive to Whistler. On the way we stopped off in Squamish Fresh Slice. The store was very clean and customer service was great. After we received our order the owner greeted us in person. His harm welcome was the added touch. I would definitely recommend the place. 5 star

False advertising - deal ($9 for medium unlimited topping pizza) didn t work for order online (tried multiple times on website and app), and worker refused to honor in store even after checking I d ordered the correct pizza for the promo. Pizza itself was dry, small and mediocre (and i am not at all picky). Not worth $15 AT ALL, maybe worth the advertised $9 price if it was honored which it wasn t. Very disappointing. Poor customer service. I am new to Squamish and definitely won t be back.

Anyone can smell the aroma and taste the fusion of butter chicken along with the supersoft nicely cooked dough. Jassi was my server and she really did her job as expected. For starters, this is one of the best Fresh Slice locations. The slice selection is always strong, and the pizza is a bit better than other Fresh Slices. We all know that the food is not equal at every branch of the same chain. Similar, sure, but there is some variation. This is one of the best Fresh Slices. Secondly, an important card fell out of my pocket in the store some days, maybe over a week back. I walked in today and Jassi (and co) remembered me and returned it to me. I hadnt realized Id lost it. Thats an impressive level of care, honestly. Maybe thats why the Pizza is better here as well. Thanks!

Did not receive what we order.we order 2 pizzas one of them was gluten free as me and my sister both are allergic from gluten but they make both pizzas with regular crust.my sister ate 2 slices but i notice something wronge then i call them about crust and they confirm thats regular crust not gluten free.they did apologize but this is a big mistake because we cant eat gluten even a single bite.

Didn t receive what we order! I called to double check, lady answered and she said there s is no way for mistake from their store. Instead of apologizing she was arguing with me. We ordered regular pan crust but got thin crust with less cheese and olive just in center instead on all sides of each slices. She just ruined my dinner. She said is the the manager on the duty, with no positive attitude towards their customers, very rude and unprofessional. This manager need more training for her betterment for sure. Very poor service lady!!!!

Fresh slice? More like stale slice!..... This pizza is cheap and you get what you pay for. There is a pet store close by, I think you would be better off going there instead to get something to eat. If you are constipated this place may also be a good option for you, because boy oh boy did I ever have the runs after eating this pizza. It is also cheaper then laxatives, so before your next colonoscopy highly recommend it.

I have never heard of freshslice pizza before moving to squamish, but after hearing great things from my girlfriend who works close by at the CIBC, i started ordering there as well, i have never been disappointed, staff are very friendly and engaged in thier work, pizza is well made and fresh, wings are great too!! Keep up the great work!!

Decent pizzas but did not receive what we ordered. We ordered 2 different pizzas, with different toppings, however we received 2 pizzas with the same toppings. When I contacted the store, I was met with an argumentative employee who argued with me that he had completed the pizzas as per the order (despite the fact that we double checked our receipt which clearly showed 2 different pizzas). I would not recommend Fresh Slice for pizza simply based on poor customer service and uncertainty about what you are going to receive. I am sure there is better pizza choices in Squamish.

It is pretty good for a Fresh slice chain outlet. Staff are really nice which makes things better and the pizza is slightly above what you would expect.

Im from Philadelphia, one of the hubs for Italian immigrants to North America. The pizza there is really good. I currently live in California, where the pizza is terrible. I was not expecting a lot while on the road in BC to Squamish. But this pizza was pretty good.
