This location couldn t make a pizza on time if their lives depended on it. I purposely show up 15 minutes late from the promised delivery time and they still don t have my orders ready. Third time and I m out, this is the last time I come to this location. Pathetic.

I had a couple of slices of pizza late at night. I could tell the pizza was older but still hit the spot and I can assume fresh is much better. They offer some good deals as well!

My delivery experience was unfortunate Took 30 mins longer than expected. Didnt receive my drink. Pizza was a terrible joke, dry and rubbery, chewy crust. Low meat toppings Wings were ok, just over slopped in sauce. I will not be ordering from here again.

Pizza is ok in a pinch

They messed up on my order. I didnt receive my pop and they messed up on one of my pizzas and added jalapeño and its too hot for me to eat. The canadian was good though. Disappointed because of this. They also didnt pick up the phone or return my call.

I tried the pizza, and the dough was too thin and floppy. Everything was falling a part, even with 2 hands (for a small slice), it was difficult to eat. Flavor and ingredients are not a big deal... so no, I will not order it again.

So, I recently tried out this new pizza family restaurant in town, and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a family outing. The pizzas were out of this world, with a thin and crispy crust that had just the right amount of chewiness. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the cheese was perfectly melted and gooey. Plus, the service was top-notch, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend giving it a try.

The delivery wait time was atrocious. It took almost 1.5hrs before the food was delivered which included a call 1h after the order was placed, they said 5-10 mins and they ll be here. 30m went by before our cold pizza showed. Tried to put in a complaint that night but they didn t seem to care. Put one in through their online system on March 2. March 12 I sent a follow up after not receiving a reply (website said 2-3 business days) and as of March 21, still have not had anyone reach out to rectify. It appears 1.5hrs is an acceptable delivery standard for them.

We tried the pizza and were impressed with not only the taste of the pizza but the pricing as well. We felt it was a great value. We bought take-out and totally enjoyed it.

I was disappointed thought I would try out the new pizza place was a big disappointment. There was like next to no toppings on are 4 xtra large pizza that we paid over $100 for definitely not in the top 10 pizzas joints in Squamish

Pizza hardly had any cheese on it and the cheese seemed cheap to me. Wouldn t melt properly. The medium pizzas seem like a small. At this price point and Quality I ll go to Domino s instead. Nice restaurant inside though and friendly staff.

Rarely take the time to leave a review but this one deserves it. Had 3 medium pizzas for 30$ which is insane in 2024. All three delicious, plenty of toppings, perfect crust. Were full, happy and our wallet isnt hemorrhaging for pizza. Will only order from Hellcrust from now on.

Ordered a vegan pizza pretty bummed. Was very soggy when I got it (maybe they need to double cook it). Hoping they will get it soon. Would be sweet to have some vegan pizza option is Squamish. The guy at the service counter was super on it and kind.

First of all I ll start by saying the pizza was delicious, however the portion was small.. the medium was really the size of a small pizza. We ordered online, it said 20 minutes, after 20 minutes my wife went in to get the pizza and they said they needed 20 more minutes. After another 20 minutes the pizza was ready and we went home to discover they had not given us all the toppings we ordered and paid for. Being late is one thing but being late and the wrong order is another. Will likely give them another chance because staff is still learning and training but will order the large / medium next time and check our order before leaving.

Newely Opened but seams the place already has rocked the area, great ambience, friendly people working, had the best pizza in a while, I love coming around the place it is my 2nd time visit and they have lived to my expectation.

Pretty Disappointed. First order at HellCrust. Was told 40-45 mins for pizza. Showed up in exactly 40mins. Picked up pizza. Drove home to Valleycliffe (less than 5mins). Pizza was cold and barely had any cheese on it. I had to reheat it which is not the end of the world but I expect a hot pizza when I order from a pizzeria. Great name, great box, but not impressed by the product. But I ll say it was well priced and the service was good.

We ordered 2 extra large pizzas last night for the family, 5 min drive home and they were ice cold. Ordered dips over the phone and didn t get those either. We reheated them in the oven, and to our dismay they tasted like cardboard. We ordered extra toppings and they put ONE jalepeno on each pizza slice (same for all other extra toppings.) Extremely cheap on toppings, yet we paid over 90$ including tip. The pizzas were both not even cut half way through so we had to recut them as well! My husband threw out the remainder of his pizza. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Tried calling today to complain, and was told that the manager wasn t in yet so we could not be helped. Still haven t heard back. If you want a quick/easy good pizza, go to Fresh Slice. Same concept, better food.

I recently had lunch here and I was very impressed with the senister pepperoni, hells deception and butter chicken pizza. I enjoy spicy pizza so I thought these were delicious can t wait to try the other flavours. They are new so was excited to try this spot! Will definitely be back thank you!

Had a big order of 30 pizzas to feed 100 people, made online. They made sure of the details and got it right, food was great. Added an extra request to label the pizzas and they did it. Even helped load into our truck.

Tastes good, but you shouldnt have to order a pizza well done to get something that isnt completely limp and soggy :(

Its just freshslice rebranded. West Coast pizza is the pits. Hot sauce and chili flakes arent toppings its standard fare. Why bother lying it clearly says $2.00 for hot sauce, .50 for chili flakes?

Ran out of pizza when I ordered it earlier that day

Pre ordered pizza for Halloween night at 8am the day of. Got there at 6:00 only to have them tell me they were out of pizza. No pizza for kids before trick or treating! Imagine the chaos that happened! Absolutely ridiculous! Small town and not starting on a good note. I will not be going there again. Additionally, their website is terrible and there is zero parking to pick up.

Fantastic customer service, everyone was polite and helpful and best of all, the pizza was delicious!!! I know it was busy today for them because of 10 dollar deal however they handled it very well.Thanks and will be back soon.

Looking for a fresh new place in Squamish? Look no further! Popped in to Hellcrust on my last ride on the STS with some friends. Staff were all very friendly and energetic (looks like a great place to work), pizza was fire, very good prices, lots of tastes catered too, speedy service. 10/10 recomend if your popping through like me or if youre local. Will definitely be back!

Extremely disappointed in our to go order tonight. The crust was thin and soggy -we could not even pick up our pizza slices. Perhaps thin crust is how they do it which is fine. The issues were the below: -ordered a jalapeno cheese bread for our appetizer.. no jalapeños to be found -ordered the mordor chicken pizza and it was missing the BBQ glaze -ordered the belly of the beast pizza and the sausage bits all would fall off as soon as you lifted the pizza (which itself was flimsy due to being such a thin and soggy crust) -lastly we ordered the chicken wing bites in Buffalo sauce.. the sauce was effortlessly drizzled rather than the bites being tossed in the sauce. The bites were also very burnt. We figured we would give this a shot today however we were very disappointed not one item turned out the way it was ordered. Will go back to our usual Squamish favorites after this experience.

I usually dislike pizza crust, but hellcrust pizza has BY FAR the best crust I ve had around Canada so far. The staff is also incredibly friendly. If you watch them making the pizzas, it s easy to see they puts a lot of love into the work! Solid gang! Food : 5/5

Really want to like the pizza, just find the middle is a little doughy for my tastes. Also the flavours ( had the butter chicken pizza) could have been a bit better I got hints of that unmistakable butter chicken flavour but it wasn t consistently there.

We ordered 35+ pizzas from hells crust on Halloween: The staff were incredible and kind and made for a wonderful experience all around. The reviews from all of our he many folks who enjoyed the pizzas were very high! The pizza is delicious, fantastic assortment of unique pizzas and your classic favourites. We have a new favourite spot in Squamish to grab pizza.

The pizza out there is so delicious and the quality of food is too good for the said price. The atmosphere is also very good. And the staff service is very much up to the mark.

Facebook spammed me all week leading to Halloween with ads for their $10 any toppings, any quantity, any kind pizza for Halloween only. Was super excited to try it out for the first time. Called them shortly after 6pm for take out and they were sold out was not impressed that they didn t plan ahead for the deal or it was while supplies lasted when that wasn t advertised anywhere. I ll stick to dominos. They never disappoint me and always their for their customers. ETA after owners reply: shame they never advertised this anywhere for rain cheques nor mentioned it when I called them. Convenient.

I ordered on the phone when I received my pizza it was not what I asked for and it was soggy and doughy and I asked for well done pizza it was my third time here so far disappointed every time please don t rush and be cheap on ingredients and cook the pizza please this place should just close right down

The best gluten free and dairy free pizza in squamish

Ordered online at 4:45, put pick up time for 5:15 and when we arrived at 5:20 pizza was just getting made. Perhaps instead of the customer choosing the pickup time, we should be advised on when to pick up like other online ordering sites. Was told 7 minutes, waited for over 10, with the doors wide open, freezing not ideal for those trying to dine in. My sons pizza was very good with ample toppings, and would recommend the gluten free crust, but our Hawaiian pizza was lacking in pineapple. Not the greatest first experience at all!!

*Update: Gift card was issued to us. Our most recent experience was better: super friendly customer service by everyone working upon pickup, pizza was hot!* We picked up a pizza Saturday for dinner. Husband went in and said it was extremely busy, and the employees seemed visibly overwhelmed but were very friendly. When we opened the box (2 minute drive home) the pizza was almost completely cold and there was a mistake on one of the toppings (not a huge deal) but the cold pizza was a bit disappointing. Good sauce and dough though. Otherwise, I understand that they re a new business so it s normal that things aren t super smooth for operations yet.

Sad to say this was a very disappointing take out experience. Ordered through UberEats, and picked up inside of 10 mins of it being ready. We had wings, a pizza, and a salad. Literally all the food was extremely soggy. The salad was almost inedible. It must be made at the start of the shift, with the dressing combined already, and sat like that until it s slopped into your take out container. It looked like leftover salad you leave in the fridge overnight. I had to DRAIN half a centimetre of liquid out of the bottom of the container which I regrettably did before I took the photos. It s standard practice to put dressing on the side for take out salads, c mon guys. The flavour of the wings and pizza was OK bad sadly it s hard to enjoy it when it s just so soggy.

We often order from another pizza shop because we are gluten and dairy free - but Hellcrusts pizza is WAY better than other local options for that particular type of pizza. Thanks for loading up our pizzas with veggies, and not skimping on the dairy free cheese.

The worst pizza we had in years, not only tasting bad but also giving us some stomachaches. Then we came to check the place in person and found a very dirty, near filthy space! No surprise the pizza is so horrendous. These positive reviews must be either from their friends, manipulated (purchased) or from clients with no taste standards whatsoever! Stay away!
