I've always had a good experience with pizza hut except for the last time I ordered the triple treat I was told when I asked how much it would be that it was $48 when I said it was for delivery it suddenly went up to 68.00 I did not understand and if it's a $20 difference for delivery in town I won't be ordering there again which makes me kind of sad I have been ordering there for years this never happened before
Amazing service from this location the other night. The customer service from Baljinder was 11/10, she was so helpful and understanding when I was having an issue around payment. Exactly the kind of small town like hospitality you dont see much these days. Thank you Baljinder!
Hey! We called this place two times and they didn’t picked it up at all. We called around 8 :10. We have been in squamish for 3 years and we always order from here and from past 3 months the customer services is just getting bad day by day. I didn’t expected this from pizza hut.

Both my pizzas arrived squished, I called the store and texted the manager photos. Was told that I would get a refund, never got one.
To be perfectly honest I've had almost nothing but bad experiences here. I would give it less than one star if I could. The foods always late with delivery, and once I never even got my food I had ordered. I had tried to contact the Pizza Hut in town and she told me it was my fault I never got it and that there was nothing she could do for me. I even called head office about it and got a call back, thinking I would receive some semblance of customer service but instead entered into a loop of them telling me to call the store and the store, in turn, telling me it was my fault I never got it (I have no idea what that even means. I ordered online and you failed to deliver, how is that my fault?) That's not how customer service works. That'll be the last time I eat there for sure

I am not sure how, but this location is just bette than other pizza huts. The quality of the food is really good and people are pleasant.
The pizzahut website bugged out and altered my order so when delivery person showed up I had a bunch of breadsticks and no pizza. I called the store and they were accomodating and fixed it for zero delivery charge.

We stop here all the time on the way to Whistler. The pizza is consistently delicious and awlays hits the spot! The kiddos love the Personal Pan Cheese Lover s pizza.
Delivery was 20 min late & when we called they claimed the online time is incorrect. Then call & fix it! We got the triple treat box. Pizza would have been good if it had more sauce & toppings. Wings needed more sauce. Bread sticks digusting. The best part was the mini cinnabons.

We were here last night and tried their pizza, it was really good. Staff was helpful and really co-operative. Will visit that place for sure whenever will be in Squamish again.
Ordered a supreme pizza, I have to say it was the best pizza I have ever had. The toppings were evenly spreaded, just about right amount. Evenly cut. We even ate the whole crust. I guess the competition is getting fierce in Squamish, they actually have improved their pizzas. Will be back for sure.

Great experience with the staff. Ordered the large Hawaiian. It was as expected. The place isnt too large on the inside so it is definitely a take out sort of place. There are a couple of stool seats.

The manager (black hair, possibly late 30s who is 59 in height i belive. Threw a lasagna dish at a guy who was doing nothing wrong other than waiting for his food and then when it started to burn him no waitress or the messed up manager who threw it at him from a distance of 4 feet did a thing. Fire the manager and smarten up the waitresses.

I would offer a much higher star cause food was and is good. Its really bad that it took 1hr and 20 min to deliver my food on a Thursday night!. Its ridiculous considering I used to deliver in this town and was fully capable of 45 min or less and done correctly thats 4 deliveries. In under 45 min. Im angry that it took so long. Still doesnt mean a tip. Even if it was small.

Easily the worst pizza I have ever had. It arrived on time, however it was overcooked and rubbery, with sparse toppings and zero flavour. Due the hunger that had taken over my household we ate it, but under circumstances where we had the patience and stamina to make other arrangements, it would have most definitely been sent back or chucked in the garbage. 2/3 of a bottle of Franks barely made it edible. Go elsewhere, theres plenty of options.

Probably the worst pizza I have ever had. Completely greasy and disgusting. Six hours after eating it I had a trip to the bathroom that made my butt feel like Niagara Falls. I was hurting and squirting. Do not go here unless you want diahriah. It was also very over priced.

Love how you can make custom pizzas easily online. Not sure why people say its so greasy I have yet to have a pizza that is even remotely greasy. Staff is very friendly also.
