Absolutely amazing food!!! Everything was cooked to perfection, incredibly tasty, delicious and the portions are huge! The place is also very nicely decorated and the dine in experience super comfortable. Truly great spot for Vietnamese food! Do not miss!

Awesome Vietnamese restaurant! The food was amazing, the homemade sauces were delicious from the peanut sauce served with the summer rolls to the hot chili oil and pickled garlic on each table. We had just arrived into town and this was our first stop, very authentic tasting dishes- pho was delicious, the beef noodle dish my husband had was just as delicious, we are from United States- Florida and visting the area for 12 days on an anniversary vacation and this restaurant did not disappoint. Im picky and know how to cook great tasting food so in my professional opinion this little restaurant tucked into the plaza was top notch! Come try it out for yourself, you wont be disappointed!!

Food was okay, couldn t finish it. Spring roll sauce was pretty much straight peanut butter, added hoisin to liquify it. Spring roll itself was good. Would give it 3 stars if there wasn t a child watching TV right next to us at max volume for the entire hour we sat. I hope this was a one time thing. Won t go out of my way to return.

Hearty food (the grilled pork is sooo flavourful, and the broth in the pho is divine), attentive and quick service and calm atmosphere - a great all around experience.

After eating here, I am genuinely surprised surprised at the good reviews because we had a very lacklustre experience. The only positive was that it was a nicely decorated space. I ordered their spicy noodle soup, the bun bo hue with no onions. It is advertised as being served with beef brisket, short rib bone and meatballs and having a spicy broth. It was none of those things. My soup came with a single slice of cha lua, no rib and no meatballs. Most of the meat was tough thinly sliced pho-style steak and a few slices of brisket. The soup was not spicy at all, it had no lemongrass or ginger flavour like you would expect from bbh. It tasted like a generic beef stock. How could a bbh advertised as spicy not be spicy? It was so incredibly disappointing. My partner ordered the regular pho. His soup tasted exactly the same as mine and also did not have any meatballs. Neither of us were served any herbs or beansprouts with our soups. I would skip this place and go to the other Viet restaurant in town, Taste of Saigon. We had a banh mi there earlier in the day and it was bomb.

My aunt who is a local Squamish resident introduced us to this gem and my family is obsessed! In one week we ve already driven out 3x from the lower mainland. The owners are so sweet, restaurant feels very relaxing and cozy with their decor. Food and portions are priced reasonably. Love that they plate their soups in a stone pot. Keeps the broth nice and warm even after 10 minutes of eating! Not far from the chief, great post hike meal.

We had the most delicious lunch at Anh! We are a family of five with three children and have different dietary needs. We were all able to find something on the menu - meat, vegetarian and vegan! We can t wait to come back. Would highly recommend.

What a gem! The food is ridiculously good. Anhs Spring Roll is a must try. We also had the Chicken noodle soup and the pho, both were delicious, filling everything you need after a day outside.

This place serves delicious food, and the owners are wonderful. However, my only concern is that the term vegan is used on several dishes that actually contain egg, fish sauce, or oyster sauce, which can be misleading and potentially harmful for those with allergies. Upon closer inspection, the menu offers fewer true plant-based or vegetarian options than it initially seems.

Seriously tasty. Seriously. Plus, very friendly service and really well done interior. The logo on the glassware is a nice touch. I want to offer a little piece of advice. Put your full menu (high quality images) up everywhere you can. On menu sites, Google, your Facebook page, get a website. Make it really easy to find. Cant wait to try more things!

Super cool place with vegan options!!!...however make sure you ask!! the spring rolls on the vegan menu are not actually vegan. After talking with the server/chef he was happy to make more tofu/ veggies for me and actually ended up just making vegan spring rolls!! Cant say how stoked I was to see that! Much appreciated, the food is seriously amazing highly recommend just confirm any dietary restrictions

Had another great meal at Anh s. This time brought the kids. They loved the strawberry milkshakes. We had great Pho in their signature stone bowls that keep the food nice and hot. A great family run local authentic place to eat in squamish.

Ive been to the number of noodle places in Vancouver and Koreatown the food is is different thats a good thing its his own interpretation of a dish. Parking: Its just off of 2nd Street in Squamish so theres lots of street parking here at no charge

Highly recommended if you want warm soup. Spicy noodles are a little different from regular rice noodles. Its like small udon noodles. The noodles werent spicy and the rib meat included was very tender. The special spring roll was especially delicious. The rice noodle soup was a little greasy. The atmosphere is clean and very nice. Ate here today for the first time and loved it. I had the lemongrass beef dish with vermicelli, and my partner had the pho. Both were excellent. The lemongrass beef dish was so fresh, the portion great (a little too much for me, but I ate it all!), and so perfectly spiced. The last bite of my dish had a punch of lemongrass mixed with the rest of the spices of the dish that left me smiling. The traditional sweet Vietnamese coffee took me back to my time travelling in Vietnam. A treat. I love the ambience of the restaurant. The lighting and decor are very peasant and tasteful, and the music playing was peaceful. Even the bowl that the pho came in was extremely pleasing to me. I loved all the touches. Very thoughtfully done. Ambiance makes a difference. Its a space I would like to be in again. The service was super friendly and efficient. Overall this was a delightful first experience, and I cant wait to go back and try the other dishes. A lovely addition to Squamish, and I wish the owners much success!

New Vietnamese restaurant, with a smaller but very curated menu featuring customer favorites. Been there twice now for the beef pho and the spicy soup. Pho is tasty with a lighter broth. The spicy soup I had was not actually spicy but more like a very light Bún bò Hu with lemongrass and herbs. The owner is very nice and friendly. I assume its due to the new open and small team, but there is a bit of a wait for your food to arrive even when theres not too many groups in the restaurant. But I promise the wait is worth it! The atmosphere is great, decor is modern, but just taking off one star for the sad fish tank at the entrance, get some plants for the little guy!

This is possibly the most positive review Ill be giving for vietnamese restaurants. Of the 12 or so viet restaurants in Miami, a few from Hong kong, 2 in Atlanta, 5 ish in Orlando, 3 in Tampa, 2 in Vancouver; Anh Noodle fusion is top 1 or 2 out of all of them all. More info: I usually order bun bo hue or grill pork with vermicelli.

Fantastic new Vietnamese restaurant! The decor is beautiful and the food is deliciously authentic. The owner is very friendly and has a lot of experience also owning a restaurant in Vietnam. We came in with our 4 year old son and 80 year old mother. It was really sweet of the owner to mention he loved seeing multi generations dining together and took a little special care with my mother. We will be back. Thanks for making us feel so welcome and for the high quality food. Ps. Loads of easy parking too since Anh Noodle Fusion is in the chieftain centre close to shoppers Drug Mart/ save on foods in downtown Squamish. A great spot right off hwy if you are looking for a nice sit-down restaurant and amazing food.

So yummy! We had the rice cake with grilled pork and lemongrass- it surpassed my expectations! One of the best tasting Vietnamese dishes I have ever had! We also had the Ane s Pho (beef) and the broth was super tasty. Looking forward to stopping in here next time we are in Squamish! The restaurant is also decorated very nicely and the staff are friendly! Missed taking photos but their menu has photos and descriptions of every dish which i appreciated!

This place is legit. I had the spicy noodle soup. It was fantastic, my partner had the ANH Pho and she loved it. Run don t walk to this place.

What a nice little hidden gem in Squamish. This place definitely lives up to its hype and the owner is lovely. He is passionate about the food he serves, and I can attest it is very authentic. Would recommend the classic stone pot pho. It is really that good and a lot better than what you can get in the city. The quality is there, dont miss out!

Great place and people and the special spring rolls and spicy beef soup were good. We must have got unlucky with our other order of Tofu Vegan soup which had no flavour, chicken noodles soup had good flavour but the chicken became quickly very over cooked and became chewy in the special bowls. Easy things to fix to become a 5 *

My husband and I had dinner here on their opening day. It was fantastic! My husband is a picky eater and he ate everything! We will make this a regular on our list of local restaurants!

We were so excited that they opened, and they truly delivered. Went here for dinner tonight and the food is SOOO good!!! The decor is beautiful, like a modern, trendy restaurant. Love the space. We ordered Spicy noodle soup, pho, and fresh rolls. Everything was amazing. You can tell its made with high quality ingredients. The sauces were awesome too -sate sauce and garlic on the side. Went today for the first time and really enjoyed it! The place is really cute, everyone was very nice and the food was delicious. I had the rice vermicelli with tofu and spring roll (which is vegan btw, great to see another vegan option in town!) I also love that they have freshly pressed juice! I had pineapple juice and it was gone from my glass in a few minutes :)

Had the Spicy noodle soup. Super flavoursome broth, the meat on the bone was amazing. Service was quick and very friendly, they kindly offered to provide more meat in the soup as I asked to have it without the meatballs. Would def go back to try the Pho and the rest of the menu Food

I love that an authentic Asian restaurant has established itself in Squamish. The only critique I have is that the bean sprouts could have been fresher (they seemed a little frozen) when they were served with the noodles. Overall, this restaurant shows great promise!
