Do NOT use the new app!!!! We did not get discount (our first app order) plus when I arrived at my pick up time of 6pm they said someone with my exact name also asked for my exact order, so they gave it to that person. They said they make it right away. After waiting 30min in the car I went to check and they still hadn’t started the order saying they are very busy I must wait. They kept saying they already gave me my order, treating me like I’m being dishonest and sent someone else before me. My pick up time was 6pm and my order was placed at 5:28pm. Terrible terrible terrible!!!!!! I finally received my order at 6:45pm
Wonderful food !! Amazing staff take care of your taste. Follow the instructions and hygiene. Love to come back every now and then.
This Wok Box, St. Albert store is a gem. The food here is delicious—perfectly balanced flavours and fresh ingredients make every dish a treat. I was so impressed with the staff’s friendly yet professional manner with absolute attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The best part? Our food was served super quickly. It’s a fantastic spot for anyone craving a tasty, fast meal with exceptional service. We tried their new dish, the Sri Lankan Kottu Roti, it was a delight. I’d recommend this dish and will definitely be back for more.
Inedible Food. Tried to eat the Butter Chicken I picked up about 6PM last night but gave up and put it in the compost, not willing to drive back to the restaurant to return/refund the meal. The chicken was tough and chewy and bright white in color. Appeared to have been cooked ahead but not simmered in the sauce to tenderize it. The place was empty, the 2 girls behind the counter noisily chatting, having a good time. Disappointing.
Always good, in person the staff are very friendly and online ordering is correct every time. Food is good value for take away.
The food was amazing, we are trying to ask for different dishes every time we come to eat. I recommend Dan Dan if you like spicy food.
This was the great experience. I went to this location and ask for poutine also ask them to surprise me by adding extra ingredients. Owner of the store was present and he gave verry different and unique taste to poutine. I still remember that taste I would totally go back here to have that surprise dish again. Besides that they were following COVID guidelines very strictly. Store was very clean. Very freindly and welcoming service. It was way more than you can expect in takeout stores. I also tried Dang dang noodles and it was very welldone with good portions on if.
Consistent flavours and portion size. Love the red Thai with chicken and rice lunch size. Portion is good and the price is right. Staff were friendly at this location and food was prepared quickly. I enjoy the fresh toppings. Plenty of parking and places to sit if dining in.

The entire facility is very clean and well put together! Every time I m here the workers are so kind! The food is delicious, it s definitely worth a try if your thinking of getting some food!

Do not eat here!!! Had food poisoning last night from their Pad Thai. Should have known better, when i walked in the food prep area was not well kept.

Had a great experience at this location, tried many locations but this one is the best. Rudri ,working there was amazing.
I come here and always order take out. It is always prepared well and in a timely manner. My kids have enjoyed their meals from here as well. The box is always jam packed full of food.

Definitely recommend wok box on St. Albert trail by the Sobeys! It was my first time at wok box and the gentleman that took my order was very helpful with info on the items and sizes and options! The food was very good and delicious! Thank you again 10/10 for sure

My best place food to go if youre in a rush. Timewise it cant beat fast fooders but not far behind but for the food quality its 500% better than any McDonald or Tim Hortons and its for the same price now since everything price went up
Service was friendly. Food was good, had Pad Thai and spring rolls, Pad Thai could use a bit more depth of flavour but was good (that is not an only this location problem, just the recipe) :)
Friendly staff. Order Sweet Mongolian Beef and Singapore Cashew Chicken. The beef was grisly and really overcooked (rubbery and even crunchy on some pieces). The broccoli was fine and the sauce was ok. Noodles felt a bit undercooked. The Signapore Cashew was just ok. Not likely to return unfortunately.

I love wok Box poutine. Its delicious. The fully loaded fries especially. Always get extra sauce! They can be a bit stingy. The staff are always delightful here and very helpful despite my overly complicated orders :)

Very nice cashier very patient with my picky decisions. Kid-friendliness: The kid friendliness was perfect so many options for all ages. The thought of choosing is so hard but the cashier was extremely patient the noodle options can go from small and curly to big and straight. Every single option is honestly a good pick as they cook it exactly as you would imagine and the taste really nails for the final thought of what you think of your food. The flavour and way it was cooked was exactly how you would imagine it should look and taste. In conclusion I believe this place is a perfect option for any time of day and great for all ages as there is so many options and great staff working here.

Disappointed with the portion size of food that is given at those prices very little meat in both of my orders and filled with lots of bean sprouts I could have eaten at a restaurant and not be still hungry.

Best poutine in town!
I ordered through uber eats which has been hit and miss lately but not with these guys order Saint Albert everytime cause they make their food with precision I have got a fair few Tokyo poutines from here they are great. The presentation was great flavour even better dont buy it from the other wokboxes you will be sorely disappointed. There mood dishes were excellent.
I have never had an issue with this location. Food is hot, fresh and quick. Staff are usually pretty polite. Ever delivered the food is always excellent. 10/10

Great food, great service, Canadian company. Parking: Shares a lot with the grocery store next door but has a couple of dedicated spots as well. Ive never had troubles finding parking here. Kid-friendliness: Have a kids menu, lots of choices for picky and non-picky kids.

Only disappointment was didnt get the free kids meal as per deal. (not their fault as the ad suggested the kid has to be present.) However we came from a long trip from jasper and the kid was cranky so we didnt want to get him out of car. Service and food everything was on point though!
