Won’t buy their premade burgers again After cooking them they were sour tasting and had to throw them away. I know for next time to just make my own. Very disappointing. Just an update …after phoning and leaving a message for the manager about our concern with the rancid meat….We never received a call back. That’s even more disappointing!😠

Welcoming and friendly atmosphere when you walk in. Staff were very knowledgeable about the products and answered any questions we had. Bought a steak lovers box. Have tried all the contents other than the burgers. All the steaks were very good quality and tender. I'd definitely purchase from here again.
Nice place. Pretty expensive. But some of the products are of the highest quality. I wasn’t impressed with the lean ground beef which was $10 or $10.99 per pound. It was pretty fatty. There was no liquid added to the beef while cooking. Judge for yourself.
Ribeye Butcher Shop has fresh and frozen meat and seafood, and a daily menu of food freshly prepared on site. We tried the smash burger, pulled pork sandwich, and the dirty fries and they were all delicious. We bought bison burgers and the chicken lasagna to try at home, and the peach heat bbq sauce which is a must try. Comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. A great addition to St Albert.
This is a good premium butcher shop with very good quality products from aaa meats, good sausage and delicious sauces as well as lasagna, shepherds pie, perogies and soups. The wagyu and hamburgers are all star. It costs a little more than supermarket meat but quality is top notch. Edit there are locations at terralosa, windermere, manning crossing and sherwood park as well.
Heard they make you a burger . Went in for a burger but missed that they close their grills off at 6:30 pm. I asked for a burger at 6:34 pm. Place looks nice but I'm scared of the meat prices. Yikes. I bought nothing. People eating burgers looked unimpressed.

The best place to get steaks from
Had an inquiry about steaks being cut with a 1 thickness discrepancy from one side to the other and despite numerous messages, did not receive a phone call or response.
If you have not tried Ribeye.. GO! Quality meats , friendly staff We had smash burgers today, they are made fresh when you order they were soo good! There is a seating area to eat or you can do take out
Finally found my friendly, local butcher shop! I cant say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone at Ribeye is. They go the extra mile, remembering my name and my order everytime I go in. And they have all the delicious extras to add on (amazing soups, Sauerkraut, beef tallow...)! I definitely recommend checking them out in St Albert! #threepoundsofgroundbeef

This is the spot to get some great cuts of quality, local meat! Its a little expensive but you get what you pay for, quality! They also make delicious poutines and smashburgers. They use beef tallow for deep frying, adding some good flavors!

I went in for ground beef unfortunately they were preparing some so l purchased the daily special at a great price. I was also given free product for signing up for rewards. Noticed they serve burgers and food too, will have to try. Staff were friendly and helpful...will go back for sure!

I was here on Sat May 4 amd Natasha went way beyond and was super helpful and is the best Meatcutter and should get the Meatcutter of the year award She is a hidden gem and not sure what she is paid but should be double to keep.her talents on Ribeye butcher for years to come Natasha is the Connor McDavid in the meat cutting world and is a natural leader of the team at Ribeye St Albert
Someone should tell the Gm Natasha if shes gonna have a family member do a review make sure it is semi believable and you dont have the same last name in the review as written on the door and have buisness on buisness cards as General Manager... Google reviews is designed to help shoppers not be a feel good moment for workers.

It s the greatest butcher shop I ve ever been in my husband is an absolute carnivore. He has is T-bone every Friday evening and we would not think of another place to get it besides ribeye butchers the staff are amazing so friendly so helpful it s a 15 out of 10 for us.

I have been to this location a couple times now, and it is the best. They are so friendly and great costumer service. I just had my first smash burger and fries recently, and it was delicious. Highly recommended and highly recommend dealing with Nick when you go. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Went today with my mom for the first time ever to buy some steak and bacon Burgers and oh my gosh!!! Absolutely delicious and cooked amazing on the grill! I will come back! As soon as I walked in I got greeted and asked for 4 Pattie s, this extremely nice lady wiped some up in under 5 minutes for me, it s nice because it s so clean and neat and organized and fancy inside! Which has to be for a butcher shop but it was so new and beautiful in there and it didn t smell like raw meat which is also nice, it smelled good in there. Also you can see what they re doing in the middle like Crumbl Cookies! I definitely recommend visiting! You can also get food like poutine, fries, and hamburgers fresh made for you, and you can sit down with table and chairs. When I was about to purchase they mentioned a subscription, we did and they gave us free dumplings! Delicious as well! Thanks so much, I appreciate all your help!

Finally tried their burgers.. honestly can say its the best burger Ive had!! The fries were fantastic too!! The service was great.. the 2 younger gentlemen that were working were the reason we came back. Very friendly and great customer service which you dont find too often anymore.. highly recommend!
Ordered a rib roast for Christmas dinner. It arrived on time with no problems. Meat was excellent quality and cooked up beautifully. I also ordered the mashed potatoes and gravy which were delicious, I received positive feed back from my guests. Really happy with the quality of the food and the service. More expensive than other meat shops, but it s a beautiful shop. I m giving them four stars for two reasons: The staff were not very friendly, and we got a smash burger and they didn t make it plain or put cheese like we asked. However, we went and got another one plain with cheese, and it was the best smash burger I ve had.

Sometimes you just find a gem. Quality food, well trained staff, friendly environment, clean store and great variety. Have the bone broth to go. You won t regret it.
The burgers was big disappointment
Hosted a barbecue went to Ribeye to pick up burgers and dogs. I boiled up the hot dogs in a pot because thats what some of the kids wanted when I took them out of the water the Harvest Dogs emblem was visible like it normally does when you boil Harvest Dogs. I asked the staff about them and they said they are made special for them. I definitely wouldnt say their staff are knowledgeable. Same service as most minimum wage. Live up the road thought I would give them a try. I think I will stick with Darcys.
I stopped in to see the new shop. I was very impressed with the top shelf meat that was laid out in a boutique-style display. I had a double Smash Burger with bacon and fries. It was the best tasting burger that I have had in a while. St.Albert has stepped up their game in the last 2 years. Great job, I will be back.

Gloves weren t used, the barehanded is disgusting whether you just washed your hands or not you go from meat to debit machine. I m sorry. Maybe this is normal but man it was gross to watch. Budget for a new deli, get home and have zero appetite. I couldn t muster the courage to say anything. I m sad.

Had the burger and dirty fries, looked good but was on the plain Jane flavour scale,the secret sauce was nothing to write home about. Bit pricey and I was not impressed.
Gross, had the chicken strip and fries lunch special, chicken was raw ( pink inside ) burnt to a crisp outside Not safe for consumption Shame on you Ribeye Will not return!!!
Great store and selection. They carry all sorts of different meats both fresh and frozen with lots of it from Alberta. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Got 2 ribeyes and paid $43 for 2 small steaks. Extremely tough. My wife couldnt chew it and went to dogs. A friend told me the best in St Albert. My usual go to is Darcys. Should not have listened. I had better from Sobeys. Will stick to Darcys.

I went in for thin sliced roast for my pho soup. Being only open for 2 days did not have yet. So I bought ribeye. A wide variety of items and they cook and serve Smash Burger in-store as well sell a small about of liquor.
One of the best burgers Ive had. Top 5 for sure. Maybe top 3. Solid 8.2.
