Out to celebrate our anniversary. Kitchen lost our order. Apologies don t cut it. Won t ever go back and it s not the first time service was poor.

A lovely local experience enjoyed calamari the lobster fettuccine was SO HUGE I barely made a dent & brought home the rest I was a little disappointed by the amt of seafood but it was still quite tasty my friends chicken parm looked awesome service was great if you want to support a local...make a trip!

Way to loud in the opened bright non cozy Italian restaurant, never new about any special, my veal was very tuff,you should be able to cut it with a butter knife or fork and the pasta was Way to much , the second dish was salmon over cooked and again to much pasta..both of us had salad forks only, the waiter never acknowledged our cutlery never was asked if we wanted dessert or a coffee, special coffee even though we were celebrating a birthday . I can see why the majority of people take to go boxes , the portions are to over welming for a person to finish ,

We chose Nellos to celebrate my Dads 75th birthday and the food was incredible and the service was fantastic! Our server (gentleman, didnt catch his name) was very attentive and made us feel like family. It was a bit loud as there was a large party celebrating a 50th anniversary but it was enjoyable nonetheless!

We ordered our food and it was tasty, large portions. That was the only time we saw the waiter. He did not return to ask us how the food was, check to see if we wanted another drink, did not check if we wanted more water. In the meantime we saw him serving tables near us numerous times. Dont know if this had anything to do because we had a Groupon certificate. He came when we were waiting for our dinner check and offered more water, a little late. Felt like we were second class customers.

Very welcoming! The food seems priced high but the quality and quantity reflect their price, most people will have to take home half of their main course. Heads up their tomato sauce has cheese in it, but they will adjust if you have an allergy. Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerance, let them know before your meal. They use cheese in most of the sauces and dishes but they will accommodate dietary restrictions.

It was our first visit. We are not from St. Albert but our friends raved about it. From the moment we arrived the service was fantastic! Angelina s energy and big smile welcomed us and throughout our experience Audrey was wonderful and provided us with exceptional customer service!! We expected a little more ambience but we were seated off to the side so all was good. Food was good. Loved the calamari and tiramisu. Also loved the Gigi sauce on one of our entrees. We ordered the prawn and scallop dish (don t recall the name) with a cognac sauce I believe. The sauce was very sweet so we did not enjoy it much. I don t mind a bit of sweet but it was overly sweet even for me. We did not mention it as, although my husband is Italian (and parents from Italy), perhaps this is a sauce from a different region of Italy and is supposed to be sweet. Not sure. The entrees are pricey and, for the price, should include a bit more seafood in the dishes. Each of our entrees were $43 although you can choose less expensive options. All in all it was an enjoyable experience and the highlight was the service that we received from Audrey! We will be back (for sure!) especially since we forgot to use a gift card our friends gave us! Lol

So I need to vent. We love this place BUT we had a reservation for 6:30 pm. We confirmed 2 times. When we arrived on time we had to wait for 30 mins with 3 children. Not impressed.

Update - April 2024 We are long-time customers but we have been going here less and less over the past 12 months. Previously rated this a 5 but after the last 4 visits, not anymore. Food is still okay, but not near as good as it used to be, still lots of it, but prices are up a lot. The veal used to be a favourite but it is now often tough and over cooked. The biggest issue, however, is service. We were there for 6 last night. This place is still using Skip the dishes, etc for deliveries, so guess which orders get priority in the kitchen, certainly not the inhouse diners, despite the fact the restaurant doesn t have to pay Skip 35 percent of our bill. It took 2.5 hours to have supper, and on top of the food delays, they had one waitress trying to deal with the whole restaurant. Service was very poor. We left a tip because I felt sorry for the waitress, but one wasnt really earned based on the lack of service. The service the last few times has been mediocre, but this was by far the worst yet. They really need to get back in the game, and they need to shut off the delivery orders when they are busy. Have no idea how they make any money on them anyhow, with the huge fee they pay the delivery services. Update Aug 28, 2022 Have been back a couple of times recently. Very good to see they are now back to full pretty much every evening. Reservation is definitely needed if you want seating before 8 p.m. Had the Putenesca and Veal Scallopeny. Both were excellent, as usual. This place continues to have a wide selection of gluetin free options, including pasta. Prices are up over pre Covid, or at least seem to be. Supper for two, with appetizer and one drink each $140. Not cheap but not outrageous by St. Albert standards. Portion sizes are still very large. We both brought home about half the dish of pasta, and the quality is excellent. Review from 2019 Good food, great service, and a nice atmosphere. The place was packed as it usually is Fridays and Sat, and the other days, reservations are still recommended. It is a small room with a lot of people so it was quite loud and overly warm. We were having so much fun we were probably part of the noise makers. Its not the perfect spot for a quiet romantic dinner for two but great for those days when a livelier atmosphere fits better. Four of us for supper oct 2017. Calamari, a couple of salads for appys, çhicken parm, veal marsala with penne and spicy tomatoe sauce, one gnochii, and one order of gluetin free pasta. The food was very good. Pasta cooked perfectly, and the various meats were spot on. One creme brule for dessert. All the portions were very large, and most had leftovers. Total bill for 4, $200 with no alcohol. Its not cheap but about on par for St Albert, where most restaurant prices are pretty high due to the outrageous taxes and other costs to operate there. Service was attentive and always there when needed but never intrusive. Great job of serving while being almost invisible. Would definitely go back.

All went well at Nellos!

Everything about this restaurant was top tier the owners are amazing staff are amazing food is amazing. As soon as you walk in the host is a very polite respectful young man with great manners our server audrey was beyond fantastic and the bartender was a polite young lady from the looks of it so overall the staff was amazing. Will definitely be back

We hadnt been to Nellos for a few months but recently celebrated our anniversary here. The pasta was delicious as usual, and the portions are still huge. Also enjoyed the tiramisu dessert. The service provided by Raj was exceptional.

had veal scallopini entree, veal was not at all tender. My wife had Prawns and shrimp in reduced sambucca. This entree recommended by waitress as her favorite entree, was overly sweet and disappointing.

The food was terrible. If youre going to serve limited dishes, they should be really well done. There was same onion, red pepper mix in everything and was not even good. They try to pass themselves off as a fine dining establishment but theres no fresh parmesan, no fresh pepper, thats pretty much a no brainer. My husband ordered the veal scallopini and it was like beef jerkey. Sent the plate back for chicken but when new plate came out the exact same pasta that he had taken bites out came out with new plate. There was only one server so things were slow as well. Would not recommend at all, and will not go back.

Really good food and reasonable prices. I often get the carbonara and the portions are huge could be 2 meals. The lamb starter is also very nice. Great value and great taste.

Good service, true Italian food. The portions are large so be ready for a take out box of your leftovers. Fresh made bread brought to your table before your meal.

Real food made with Love. What a spectacular meal this evening at Nellos in St. Albert. The appetizers (Bruschetta and Calamari) were great. The ample portion of Pollo Parmigiana was also excellent. The highlgiht of the meal though was the very simple, traditonal recipe for the broccoli salad..so simple, so tasty. Congrats to Tony, Danielle and their staff for creating such an amazing real food experince for us tonight

I d heard how good this place was for years, finally got around to going and it didn t dissapoint! The food was delicious, came out in a timely manner & the portions are huge. Our server Audrey was super amazing. The atmosphere is more of a quiet, sit down place for an adult night out. My entire party was super pleased with the experience & we will be back forsure.

The food, service, and atmosphete is so great that this reminds me when I was residing in Upper State New York in the United States.

Pasta is tasty, but the service is painfully slow, over an hour from order to table. Steak was poorly cooked and poor quality. Zero selection in non alcoholic drinks other than pop.

Quality and service were top shelf. Portion sizes are very generous. A must dine in St Albert reservation recommended.

This is one of our favorite places to eat. The staff are excellent, the food is great and HUGE portion sizes. If you go away hungry, thats your problem.

2nd time here. Reservations are recommended. Phoning is better than emailing. Food filling, tasty and enjoyable. The service is excellent. Atmosphere pleasant. A definite, nice place for a date for two or a family gathering for a special event. Now up to our 5th visit It has become my partners favourite special dining spot. Its where I take her for special moments and just as a treat. Parking: Has okay parking. When busy the lot in front of Nellos fills up.

We stopped in later (8pm) for an unplanned dinner. We were greeted and seated quickly. The menu was simple and clear. The decor is... well special. It looks like someone went on a shopping spree at Marshalls for water they could find to put on the walls. The music was horrible and did not fit the atmosphere of the place at all. The tablecloths were pleather, and anything spilled just puddled. The service was ok, though our server seemed a bit lost. This may have been because it was the end of the night, but she was still very nice, just kept walking past us and had to turn back with our drinks and food. The food was indeed the highlight. The carbonara was excellent, and the 5 mixed pastas (I do not recall the name) was quite nice. My chicken breast was a bit overdone and dry, but again, could be because of the late hour. We will be sure to return again soon.

Magnificent! Excellent food, friendly service, and good portions! Our waitress Sabrina was amazing! She was very helpful and conversational. My Mom has a severe shellfish allergy; and Sabrina handled it very seriously. Super accommodating; I m very pleased with the entire experience. I was also impressed by their gluten-free options. I strongly recommend Nello s for your next unforgettable experience! Vegetarian options: Great selections; even their salads are fantastic! Dietary restrictions: Wonderful selection of gluten-free; vegan; and vegetarian items! They also handle food allergy concerns extremely well!

This was the most tender and tasty rack of lamb that I can remember ever having. Excellent and fast service by Audrey. Looking forward to my next visit.

My husband and I tried Nello s tonight. I was looking for big portions for a great price. We were seated very quickly for not having a reservation. Very cute cozy restaurant. All the served were super nice. We ordered the calamari to start. OMG soooo good! Cooked perfectly and tasted amazing! Then we ordered veal tortellini with gigi sauce and carbonara. Carbonara was super delicious. Huge portion and lots of bacon. Sad to say the tortellini wasn t the greatest. The texture and taste were off. The sauce was good but the tortellini pieces we didn t like. Overall was a great place to eat. We will be coming back for kids eat free on Sundays with our kids. If you re craving Italian food you gotta try Nello s!!

I had heard great things about Nellos but after visiting for dinner i didnt think there was anything special. Just acceptable Italian food with decent price to value. Service was really good...but not enough to outweigh the food...which is average at best.. Not a place I would go out of my way to visit again. Menu is comparable to SPK on jasper..but SPKs food is SOOOO much better.

Had the Canneloni, was really good and first time in about 20 years the portion was more than I could handle.

I was exhausted after a long week and a bit confused when ordering. The young lady who took my order had the patience of a saint. She had me laughing and being so grateful I had chosen Nello s to order from. My husband picked up and said she was also pleasant in person:) The food was amazing too! We have never ordered takeout from Nello s but will again without a doubt!

The service was poor, took 2hrs before we had a main course on the table. Then the famous Veal was thin cut pieces of shoe leather. First time customer, and last time customer. Fail

Nello s is good but not the best. The portion sizes are huge and worth it! Got the chicken parm with veal ravioli to share and it was plenty. Tiramisu for dessert was delicious!

Wow, what a fantastic restaurant experience. The sauce on the shrimp risotto was incredibly flavourful, with just the right amount of heat (long, natural finish). The rack of lamb was cooked a perfect medium rare, crispy on the outside and tender inside. The chef purposely did not add too much seasoning, allowing us to taste the natural gaminess of the lamb. The pasta carbonara could have used a bit more sauce, but it was enjoyable as is, ie super flavourful with lots of bacon. The side of ceasar salad was delicious and even the potato wedges were cooked perfectly. Last but not least, Audrey was awesome!

I ve been going to Nellos with my family for years! We ve gotten to know the staff and they are all lovely! The portions are great and the flavours get better every time! Some of my families favourites are the muscles, bruschetta, tortellini, and arrabbiata! Always a great experience!

Nice meal at Nellos. We went on a Friday night and it was busy - always nice to see. I really liked the calamari and my wife enjoyed the bruschetta as well. The mains were good - the portions are gargantuan - so we never had dessert. Service was very good throughout. We hadnt been there in a long time but will definitely be returning.

The stuffed peppers were delicious!

After eight years of being the go to place for a celebration, Nellos has fallen from grace. The usual lobster tagliatelle had its seafood component cut down to a couple shrimp, 1.5 scallops and a bit of lobster shreds. The veal scallopini was far from tender veal.... and not much material for 38.00. With no drinks, no dessert and a 100.00 bill, it was underwhelming for sure. The manager was reaming out a hostess behind us about a spilled drink and a 300 bill to resolve....therefore we heard the details. Pretty sure that should have been done elsewhere. So, after many good trips, the new prices, the downgrade in food and servings we will have to find a new place to celebrate. Its too bad......

Not a great experience. The manager should show the staff assigned to clean the tables off between guests how to squeeze out excess water from the wiping towel, our tables was soaken wet when we sat down. Meals were over priced, poor quality for what you have to pay for them. Raj our waiter had our bills for the meals and drinks all mixed up, when I mentioned it he didnt seem to care and didnt even offer to correct them. I paid 28.00 for 3 meatballs and a handful of lettuce. Great place to go if you like over priced noodles and poor service.

Decided since I was in the area to try it out and get some take out. Great decision. Very cozy restaurant, was greeted by several friendly staff, and it didnt take long at all for my order to be made. It was delicious, and Ill definitely come back to try more dishes!

Great food and the restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. However, throughout the meal we felt a bit rushed. For example, the appetizers were served and the main course quickly followed, the bus boy was told a few times that we were not finished with the current course of food. However, this will not deter us from dining there again because the food was fantastic with large main course dining.

This was the first time that we ate here. It was our anniversary and had heard good things about this restaurant.. We had an amazing meal. Our waitress Audrey was awesome .. service was so great. Atmosphere was perfect. The food was beyond good..We had such a wonderful evening. Of course had enough left over food to bring home for another meal.. The tiramasui was the best we had even had. Totally a memorable time.. We will defiantly go back.

Delicious food, great service

We love Nellos and have eaten here many times over the years. The food is delicious and the portion sizes and flavors are big. Recently, knowing that the restaurant is usually busy, I made a reservation online because it said that the restaurant was closed during the day. I received a confirmation that my reservation was accepted and went to the restaurant for that time. The staff didnt have my reservation and said that the system automatically generates a response online without adding the name to the list. We waited at the bar for about 20 minutes, then were seated and enjoyed an amazing meal. The only criticism would be regarding the online reservation. We will continue to eat here again and again. Yum!

Very good experience. Huge order of mussels compared to other restaurants for a decent price. The rack of lamb and beef tenderloin was very good, cooked med rare and we ordered. The side of pasta that came with it was enough on its own.

First time ever going and it was a fantastic experience!!! Service was amazing and the food OOOOOOH!! Ate like 5 baskets of bread. This place puts all Italian restaurants to shame. East side Mario s nah, Olive Garden you wish. If you want that GOOD Italian cuisine I highly recommend Nellos.

Very busy Saturday night, so we had to wait. The food was worth the wait though. Excellent service and meal as always. Huge portions, so you have lunch the next day!! Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. Pasticio & Gnoci are always great choices. Parking: So busy that their lot was full. Short walk to the street parking out back. No big deal to walk after a filling meal.

Highly disappointed. Have dined here many times in the past and enjoyed (even had company staff dining/socials/party s here). Our last two visit have been very disappointing and thought we would give it another try and again unfortunately a huge disappointment. The food quality was unacceptable, portion is large but really that doesn t matter if it s barely edible. It was a pile of over cooked barely warm spaghetti noodles with what looked and tasted like a jar of Ragu sauce and the chicken barely warm, cool in the center and tough. There were a few of us dining and not one entree was notable. The service was poor, we were asked several times when barely seated - repeatedly are you ready to order well we were ready to order a drink and needed a few minutes to peruse the menu. Then after ordering we were not checked in on, as in.. would we like another drink or do we need anything else. Had to flag down someone to fill our empty water glasses. Ambience is not there anymore, the space seems worn and tired. We were celebrating an anniversary and birthday, not that they asked or would have cared (Is that not part of service and dining out anymore?) So due to the special occasion we did not want to draw in anymore negativity to our celebration. If we didn t have our guests with us we would have sent our meals back payed our dues and gone else where.

Typically Ive had decent food here but my last visit was a bit disappointing. I had the tomato mozzarella salad - very salty and the dressing on it tasted like store bought kraft Italian dressing which wasnt really what I had imagined. My 12 year old had penne alfredo which was also extremely salty. We shared a tiramasu dessert and it was very good.

Fantastic food, visited during Valentines day quite busy. Food was quick, service was awesome. We will definitely return on a night not so busy to enjoy the atmosphere more. Definitely recommend.

The hospitality and ambiance take you back to Italy. Chef Tony and his lovely wife Danielle and his courteous staff greet you with open arms. Their desire to serve you epic Italian dishes is unrivaled. Small and quaint, as a couple or with the entire family, you will be served like you are at Nona s for Xmas. Bring your appetite as the generous portions are not for the timid. The home made Tiramisu and Crème Brûlée are not to be missed!! It s worth the drive out to St Albert for the best award winning Italian dining in all of the Edmonton area many years running. Do yourself a favor, fast for 24hrs!!! You won t be disappointed!!! I had booked a dinner with my son for 5:30 on Mothers day well in advance. When we arrived (on time) the hostess notified us they had overbooked and do not have any seating available. But they were wiling to sit us at the bar (which is barely even a bar, it consists of a handful of stools with little room to even put a full sized plate down) and include a free drink and appetizer. We decided to leave as that is not what we had asked for and they did not even have the diligence to call us ahead of time to apologize for overbooking so that we wouldnt waste our time driving there. Needless to say we did not have a place to eat last minute on mothers day. As well, the last couple of times we had gone the chicken was incredibly overcooked and chewy. The portions are also so oversized that the temperature of the meals is inconsistent (warm on the edge but cold inside). Another restaurant that has really gone downhill the past couple of years.

This place is no joke; definitely the best Italian restaurant in the province! Reservations are a must! Went in yesterday (mother s day) for dinner with myself and my mom, we had emailed for a reservation a week in advance so we had assumed our table would be secure, unfortunately we never received a confirmation email to confirm our table but thankfully the hostess was kind enough to offer us the bar where we could sit and eat or wait to see if a table no-shows for their reservation. - we ended up sitting and eating at the bar where we had an amazing time! The service from the bartender was incredible, although the place was crazy busy, they still managed to pull it off and the drinks were perfected from Bellinis to Cappuccinos! Food was incredible! Nellos serves the biggest prawns i ve ever seen and the best pasta! We ended up taking home 4 jars of their original sauce! Will definitely come here again and will call prior to if making an online reservation! It s so easy to miss those confirmation emails!

Fantastic food and service our 1st time there and will definitely come back

Massive yet delicious portions of pasta, amazing entrees, salads etc. Best Italian food in St Albert by a country mile.. always excellent service as well. Have been a regular for years and will continue to be. Thanks Toto!

I purchased a Groupon offer for this location. We never...got to use it. I did call and leave a message 3 times...on different days trying to make a reservation or ask a question. After leaving my message and phone number I thought someone would have the courtesy to call me back. No one ever did. It is now expired so we got nothing for our money and I tried several times. I will now contract Groupon also to let them know how this was handled. Cheryl Conan

My wife and I decided at last minute to visit Nellos (we have been there a number of times just not lately). We shared the bruschetta that was simply excellent. My wife had the Penne Alla Nellos that was excellent. I had the Lobster Tagliatelle and it was the best I have ever had. We could not decide on one desert so we had both the Crème Brûlée and the Tiramisu. Glad we did as they were both excellent. Highly recommend Nellos for authentic Italian cuisine right here in St. Albert!

Such a great atmosphere!! The food was generous and so tasty!! Our server Audrey was absolutely lovely and we will be back to see her for sure!!

Dined here for the first time with my husband and his work the food was delicious classic Italian dishes. The service and the atmosphere were really great as well, we will defiantly be coming back to this place for sure . Update: horrible interior, very old and not updated. Not a pleasant smell when you walk in there were fruit flies at our table they use rubber table covers. It s not ethnic Italian it s like a fast food Italian place they has no mussels. Everything is just old and outdated. I used to like nellos now Me and my family will not be returning. So many other better Italian restaurants.

Awesome service and amazing food. They have large servings and the restaurant it beautifully decorated. We got Audrey as our waitress and she was absolutely amazing!!! Excellent service, friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommend cant wait to come back!

Expect to go home full, the portions are large. The lamb was really good too.

A favorite Italian place in St Albert/Edmonton area. Impeccable service, large portions, excellent food (taste/quality) and reasonable prices. Check for Groupon coupon which makes it even more affordable.

Update: Went for dinner with my husband a couple of days ago to give Nellos a second chance. We were not disappointed, the food was great as always and the staff was very happy and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely come back as we love to support our local restaurants! Will like to thank the owners for listening and being fair to their customers. Went for dinner with my husband food was good and good portions. The server was very smiling and pleasant with other customers but not to us .. maybe because we had a groupon? We tipped her for the whole bill as we always do but she made us feel like our busses meant less.

Extremely tasty and generous portion sizes, efficient customer service. Website specials have not been updated, the reservation option on their website seems non existent.

Unfortunately messed up our order witch does happen anywhere but the way they did very little to correct it was very poor customer service. The Manager basically said we arent real customers because we arent dinning in. We had to do all the leg work to get refund bring wrong order back etc... Was a frequent customer but they lost all of my respect and business now.

Awesome food and service

My favorite local Italian restaurant. We all loved the food. We will be returning. The Spaghetti and meatballs was perfect!

We go here normally for special events have never had any issues or anything odd happen until last night the service was great and the waitress was very nice but when we went for dinner and we ordered Penne alla Nellos with no chicken (as we don t eat meat ) then when the food was brought to us it has mushroom in it as well when we had not asked for mushroom, we asked about this and were told it always comes with mushroom (which it does not state on the menu and it has never had mushroom in it any other time ) when we received the bill we found we were charged for the penne , add brocoli and add mushrooms . Was pretty crazy as we didn t even want mushrooms in this dish and even checking the menu online now it shows that there are no mushrooms in this dish first disappointment we ve all had at this restaurant and we are unsure if we will be back as it was never mentioned to us that we would be charged for mushrooms that we didn t even ask for .

My second time here. A gem in St Albert. Delicious food, huge portions, has a real Italian family restaurant feel. Definitely will visit again. Food

What else can I say about this place other than PERFECTION. From the food, to the hospitality. They always deliver, and it always feels so welcoming to be there. 10 out of 10!

Excellent Meatballs!!

Firstly, service and atmosphere were great. Our server was very kind, everything arrived fairly quickly for our large group. The downfall is the food.... I got the puttanesca, decent flavor but a little too salty, and my partner got the chicken Parm with pasta except the pasta sauce was pretty bland. We mixed the two pastas together which helped give his some flavor. The chicken piece was so incredibly thin, it was like 90% bread and cheese (seriously SO much cheese), and it was so dry it felt like chewing cardboard. We each literally had one bite to taste it and had to throw it out. Waste of $$. Maybe they have better dishes but thats the only time Ive been there.

Went there for dinner with my boyfriend for the first time. We got an appetizer (meatballs) and they had so much flavour, and were perfectly moist as well as brought out in a timely manner. The main course was amazing. Their Gigi sauce is absolutely amazing (I ve never had it before anywhere so I have nothing to compare) but hands do best pasta I ve had. The portions were great and it felt like a family atmosphere. The owner was there greeting people and when someone would leave after paying he said thanks for coming. It was a great experience with amazing food and we cannot wait to go back. I don t think we will ever get pasta anywhere else ever again aside from here !! I do suggest a reservation as it can be busy and most people do pre-book one. This is one place everyone needs to try !!

Their food is amazing, however I had a bad taste in my mouth when I was basically asked to leave when my 2 year old had a melt down. Absolutely ridiculous. Kid-friendliness: Not at all when you re asked to leave

The restaurant owner kicked out the mother who would not even hold her crying child for over 1/2 hour. The food is also great as usual.

Nello s is a beautiful place for dinner. Wonderful food, fantastic service and a pleasant atmosphere. I 100% recommend Nello s.

Had prawns and scallops in a delicious sweet garlic sauce. Table next to us had mussels. Me want. Owner pulled an awesome power move on some Karen and her screaming kid. He operated professionally and we all got on with it after they politely left. #dinnertheatre

Call themselves family friendly but they kick out a family because the child was crying? Sheesh pathetic

The owner publicly humiliated a family and kicked them out for their child crying. No person should ever be treated this way. You are in the service industry and should know better. You have lost our business.

Ive eaten here twice, and while the first time was alright, I was pretty disappointed the second time. I ordered the chicken parm, and while the sauce was pretty tasty, the chicken was dry, hard and chewy. Furthermore, my fork was dirty and still had cheese and food from someone elses meal stuck to it! It concerns me that they were willing to put out cutlery that was still disgustingly dirty.

I ve been eating here for so long that it s disappointing to see that no one was asked for vaccination cards was in here with friends and none of us got asked it was almost a full house and we never saw one person get asked for a card

Had a wonderful birthday family dinner here. Salad was a 10, bruschetta a 10, our server a real gentleman, excellent pasta.

Had a great experience at Nellos! We came in on a Saturday with no reservation which usually means we wouldnt get a table but they were so accommodating and really provided 5 star service ! My Fiance and I were extremely happy and it was a great celebration!

Great food....great atmosphere

The food, service, and ambiance was exceptional. Upon coming in we were warmly received and this family owned restaurant is clearly well loved and cared for. The food was exceptional. The bread came out was warm and the garlic butter was so good. Paired well with the marbec. We ordered the baked pasta, lobster dish and ceasar salad. Ever item had detail and thought. The gigi sauce- wow. Just wow. This meal is a 100% repeat. So good.

Food is great, would be better if they had high chairs for kids so you can eat there with your young children without having to bring one but the service is awesome and the staff are great.

Such an amazing Italian dining experience. The portions will not leave you feeling hungry. The flavours will let you know that it was cooked with skill and care. The mussels are... Zowie!!!! So good!
