Lunch was quite delicious 😋. A perfect portions to share for appetizers. Very friendly waitress. I will be back to try more
It’s such a cool vibe and the decor is amazing but the food was a let down for us. The biggest disappointment was the lobster tail size and presentation. It looked like it was a lobster tail cut in half, even the server was a bit surprised at the size and took it back to the kitchen just for the manager to come back and tell us that it is the correct size due to “supplier issues”. The pork chop was a bit dry and felt like a pork version of chicken parmesan. Music was oddly quiet to the point it felt eerie. Service was fast and the food did come out hot quick. Overall, nothing special. Won’t be coming back
Had such a great evening at Argos! Brianna was our server and she had great recommendations and was so sweet! We are new to the area and will definitely be coming back again!
The food is good but the portions are only ok. Their sharable say they are for 2-4 people but it is more accurate to say that it is closer to 2 than 4. I went with a party of 7 and we split both the Chicken Chorizo and Seafood platter. At the end none of us were particularly full. The atmosphere was also quite delightful and had a good energy about it. The churro dessert was good but the Zabaione was not minus the vanilla bean centre.
My lovely friend Analyn, who works with the sister company of Argos, invited us to experience this beautifully decorated restaurant in St. Albert. The owners & staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the empanadas, paella, and other seafood dishes, all of which were so delicious. Their drinks were excellent as well. Highly recommended! We’ll be back soon for sure. Argos deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. - Yardley
Wow! What an amazing addition to the St Albert restaurant scene. Dined here tonight and had a wonderful experience. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. We didn’t have a reservation and it was busy.but they got us seated straight away at the bar and had a great view of the restaurant - which is beautiful to look at! The food and drinks were delicious. We had the bacon wrapped dates, cherry beet salad, potatoes bravas and the roasted pork cheeks. Good sized portions and so much flavor 👌🏻 I had the passion fruit martini and it was presented so nicely and tasted divine! The serving staff and manager were so helpful with my food sensitivity - really put me at ease. We will be back again! 10/10
I love Argos! It was great! The interior has such a unique and homey design. The drinks were so good!! I had the Nymph, it was sweet, balanced and fresh! The food was to notch. My favourite things was the Bacon-Wrapped dates! I dream about those things! So good!
"If you love seafood ARGOS is a must-visit. The freshness and quality of the dishes, The flavors were well-balanced and the presentation was beautiful. From Appetizers to Main Course was extremely really good. The service was exceptional, making the entire dining experience truly special. We will definitely come back.Is highly recommended. ✅✅✅✅❤️
Tasty truffle paesotto, gyro, and patatas. Friendly service. Beautiful space
Dom was absolutely wonderful and friendly, she recommended which drinks would be great for my girlfriend and i s liking and she hit the spot perfectly. Both drinks were phenomenal and we have Adrian to thank for that. Food is great and unique and will definitely be stopping by again in the future.
Sample wine was removed from table before being finished. Food was ok. Prices high. Drafty and cold. No privacy at tables.
Service was excellent, atmosphere was outstanding. I had the pork chop with wild mushrooms ..it was just ok
Top notch fine dining north Mediterranean/ Greek Cousine.
Great experience. Cocktails are amazing. The food is very good and tasty. Desserts, on the other hand, werent the best experience, Food
Great atmosphere and friendly service! The paella was flavorful and well-prepared, but the gyros were a bit lacking in flavor. Overall, a pleasant experience, and Id recommend trying the seafood dishes.
Food was delicious but service is a bit mediocre.
No prices on the menu , $72 steaks no side. Craziness. Buco is much better value for basciallly the same steak with sides.
Olivia is so lovely. This is our third time and we have had the pleasure of her waiting our table. Food is 10/10 minus nothing Vegetarian options: There is a haloumi tapa/ starter - divine. The potatoes are cooked to perfection Parking: Free parking
So our Gurrrrlllll, Olivia has been great with attending me and my friends visit . Weve been dining at Argos since it opened, and miraculously shes always attended to us during our visit. We love love the food, drink and ambience here. Thanks Olivia for always making our visit always memorable
Brianna was my server and she was excellent at providing me with recommendations for both foods and drinks!! She made the entire experience absolutely amazing and I will definitely be coming back again!!
Argos is a Mediterranean gem! The food is fresh, flavorful, and authentic,The staff is friendly and attentive, and the cozy ambiance adds to the experience. Highly recommend!
Finding new and unique restaurants to try is one of my favourite past times but typically I have to drive into Edmonton to find places of this calibre. Superb service began when I called ahead to insure the space was accessible for my mobility equipment and they could accommodate a dietary restriction. The kitchen was so helpful in helping me choose the best items and diligent to ensure I wouldn t encounter any issues. When we arrived I was immediately in love with the ambiance. Modern organic decor with a mediterranean flair even the patio was relaxed and enjoyable. Our server Eva was so fun to deal with and all of her menu suggestions were loved by my fellow diner. When I received my dish I was impressed by the flavour. Portion size was great and everything was fresh. Upon leaving I decided to duck into the washroom and was pleasantly surprised they had a dedicated disabled-friendly washroom. It was very large and could easily accommodate any type of chair. The doors were fairly lightweight as well. To say I was impressed by our stay would be an understatement. My companion and I will definitely be back.
Decent menu. No pita bread which might upset traditionalists. Great service. Patio that get nice evening sun. Will be back.
Olivia was excellent, went above and beyond our expectations. The food was delicious and will be visiting again.
Gorgeous space and excellent service! Cocktails were also delicious and beautiful . The food was good but I expected more flavour in the dishes... We all shared and other than a ton of garlic in the eggplant dip (which was good), the other dishes were pretty meh. Probably didnt help that I went to the last service at Tryst the weekend before and had one of the best meals of my life (RIP Tryst!) but I was really hoping for more from ARGOS. Ill give it another try though!
Super yummy food! I got the paesotto and bread/dip and both were so delicious and very filling. The pae sotto was more than enough for two people. Had the white sangria and it was light and fruity - would recommend :)!
Went to Argos last night and it was almost excellent! First off, the cocktails were amazing! Definitely recommend the white wine sangria! The standout food items that we ordered were the black truffle and porcini pae-sotto and the lobster tajarin. The patatas bravas were also very good. For dessert we wanted to order the zabaione but they were sold out so we settled for the pistachio bignet and it was not good. The waitress asked how we liked it and we said we didn t, but she didn t care. The atmosphere at Argos is great. Perfect mood lighting coupled with exceptional decor. That being said, you will not experience this in the restrooms unfortunately. I was literally shocked when I stepped into the restroom, it felt like I was in a cheap bar. It was also very tiny and just not in theme with the rest of the space. Overall, I would go back to Argos. A plate of the lobster tajarin and a white wine sangria is all a girl needs!
Beautiful, amazing ambiance! Its so pretty inside. The food was amazing as well. We got the hummus to start, and it was very good. Me and a friend shared the seafood paesotto and it was SO GOOD. I can come here everyday and have that. I highly recommend if you like seafood.
Argo in Saint Albert is a true gem! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for any occasion. Our server, Ema, made the experience even better she was friendly, attentive, and had great suggestions. Her genuine enthusiasm really added to our evening. I cant recommend this place enough!
We recently dined at Argos and had an amazing experience. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly, the decor is lovely and the food... SO wonderful! While the prices are on the higher end so is the atmosphere, service, flavor, quality and presentation! When we moved to St. Albert, we were disappointed by the distinct lack of higher end restaurants. So delighted Argos has opened here!!
My experience at Argo s was fantastic from start to finish! The food was not only delicious but also made with great attention to detail. Every dish we ordered was packed with flavor and served promptly. The restaurant has a warm, welcoming vibe, making it a great spot for a meal out with family or friends. The portions were generous, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. If you re in St. Albert and looking for a great dining spot, Argo s is a must-try!
My daughter wanted lobster bisque, and I should have probably made her some at home. I ordered the Pae-Sotto with chicken, which is a staple dish I also make, waitress says This dish is more for 3-4 people while giving me full body once over. Chicken was dime size rubber boiling hen and the sauce more like Chef Boyardee, with zero peas or greens and is not served with bread. With the absolutely stunning decor -probably would have been more of a tapas and drinks with me and friends choice. Pick Bodega or Buco instead as the staff is never judgy and the food is excellent. The automatic can not back out 18% or higher tip on the debit terminal is appalling.
Great service and well staffed. Food was excellent.
My best friends girlfriend took us here for lunch, what a spot. Food was insane never tried Mediterranean food but definitely changed my perspective. Will be going back the portions are of good size for what you pay, very filling!
This restaurant is overpriced with a loud cafeteria like atmosphere. The tables, in the Center of Argos, are no more than 10 inches apart. The meals come with a meat item only, to add potatoes $10 extra. To add veggies, another $10 extra. I had a hair in my entree, and had to send it back, so my husband ate alone first, and then I ate alone after. Draft beer is also $12. If you have any dietary restrictions or are vegetarian you won t have menu options. We dine out regularly at pubs through to 5 star restaurants. If you are looking for a special date night out, skip this restaurant, you will be disappointed. We won t be coming back. The only positive was that the service was excellent. Great staff; poor business plan execution.
A great addition to the city! Food and drinks were excellent. Service was on the slower side but that is to be expected with it being so new and busy. Cant wait to go again!
Food was amazing, simple as that. Got 3 tapas, all really well plated. All tasted great with their own unique flavour profiles. The seafood Pae-Sotto and it was a perfect mix of creamy, cheesy, melt in your mouth seafood. Two desserts as well, both were a perfect ending to the meal. The cocktails and mockails were also really well planned. Lots of visuals and aromatic involved. They were also delicious! Service was great, professional and fast!
TLDR Food is very good Service feels new and a little unorganized My wife and I went here for a date, we didnt make a reservation, so the seating was limited, but they did give us one of their high tables. The high table chairs are not very comfortable to sit in and the tables are very small even for two people. They are also very close together. As the waitress was serving the table next to us, her back was almost touching our table. Even when clearing the table and cleaning it, we felt just too close to the workers and other tables (an inch, maybe) After about 10-15 minutes without any server coming to us, the couple next to us who were leaving mentioned they had a very long wait, and wed need to flag someone down. We were about to leave when a server came over and asked if anyone was helping us. She was good and then got the waitress who was supposed to cover our area. We had the tiger prawns, lobster, and lamb. Was all cooked perfectly and tasted great. I know this is a new restaurant. They had about 5 servers working and 3 bartenders, but not even half the tables full. I think they need a little time to learn the zoning and communication a little better, and it will be a top-notch place!
It so good!
Amazing addition to St. Albert. I ve been multiple times service excellent, food excellent and drinks excellent! Looking forward to our next visit :)
The pae-sottos were each incredible. My favorite of the tapas were the boar cheeks and the croquettes. The red sangria was phenomenal as well. Coupled with the amazing ambiance, I really enjoyed my dinner. Vegetarian options: The mushroom pae-sotto was divine
Great addition to St.Albert!
I had an excellent dine-in experience at Argos in St Albert. The inside is warm and inviting. Great selection of appetizers and entrees. The bacon wrapped figs and the Chicken chorizo paesotto is a must try. Food was delicious. Excellent and unique cocktail menu too! Highly recommend this place! Will definitely be back!
Finally an elegant late night spot in St. Albert! A group of us went for a late dinner on Saturday night and the place was still packed at 10:45. Such a unique vibe with the decor and Spanish music. For a moment I forgot I was in St. Albert! I didnt order any food for myself as I had an early dinner but everyone at the table was raving about it. I had the Barcelona Burn cocktail which came lit on fire to the table. So tasty! I saw lots of other cool cocktails go out as well. (I wanted to try more but I was driving!) Prices are a bit on the higher side but still fair for the quality and portions you get. All the staff looked super professional all dressed the same and our server was friendly and accommodating especially with our groups extra requests. Im so glad this is so close to home!
The food was excellent!
Great new restaurant in St.Albert. Nice decor and atmosphere, fantastic service, and even better food. We will 100% be back soon!
Loved this place, food was good, service was good too & fast .atmosphere was great. We tried lots of plates & desserts, all were good Can t wait to sit on the patio as we went on a rainy day this time. Food : 4/5
Im glad Global News did a bit on this place. The food was exceptional, our waitress, Dom was wonderful, made us feel welcomed. The food is a Mediterranean mix, no hamburgers or fries..just well cooked food. The ambience is just wonderful. Cant say enough good things about the place.
Manager and staff have no clue how to deal with a bigger group of people. It s disrespectful to let a group of 3-4 ppl in and postpone our request.
Waited for over an hour for a group of 8. Watched smaller groups walk in and get seated, instead of saving 2 tables for a larger group. Not cool.
Not a good place to go with the bigger group of people.
Not a good place to go, unless you want to spend your time waiting to be seated
We were at a wedding and were wanting to have a couple of drinks and a few appies after the event and found this gem. It was 1030pm, there were 5 adults and 2 children and we were so surprised by the amazing food and wine! The service was top notch, the food so delicious and the prices were so reasonable we had to double check we were charged for everything. I would highly recommend this lovely spot!! They were so accommodating with the kids which was something that doesnt always happen. Great job!
seated outside which was good because it was very loud inside. service was slow, quite a few times wait staff came out with food and or drinks looking around unsure which table they were going. went to order a bottle of red wine and they were completely out of all the red choices except an Italian Zinfandel so to try to understand a bar/Mediterranean restaurant only had 1 of 9 choices of red wine ...... its just sad so that pretty much killed my good expectations of the place
Food was good! Cocktails were good. Price was affordable and the decor was lovely.
Now that I have attended this establishment 3 times it is appropriate to post a review. It is my opinion that when assessing a business, the effort and financial commitment required to begin requires bravery and risk. If you are going to post a comment for all to see that could affect someone s business be responsible and don t make a judgement on 1 visit. Unless that s how you would like to be judged. The bacon wrapped dates, dips, pork cheeks and octopus are unreal. The croquetas were properly presented and cooked but not my flavour profile. The spreads are delicious. I m not a big salad person, didn t order them. All of the rice dishes their version of paella s are absolutely wonderful my favourite would be the seafood with the chicken and sausage a close second. From the straight protein section my favourites would have to be the ribeye, the lamb and pork. The seafood bouillabaisse was off the charts. I do agree the service is young but will only get better. They are absolutely young and learning but very pleasant and attentive. There are always 2 mangers on site and try to meet everyone s expectations. Easily top 3 restaurants in St. Albert. For Mediterranean cuisine for sure number 1.
Wonderful experience, great service
Amazing sangria Sunday deal great for girls night and great service!! Great patio for a nice day, amazing vibes overall will be back
Great place! the shareable food with chicken was amazing. Our server was incredible, Definitely will be going again.
Wine selection is small . Need to expand your wine choices .
Food was quite good. We only ordered tapas and spreads. The saganaki was not amazing everything else we ordered was excellent. The service was the disappointing part of our experience. Our server was not helpful when asked questions and seemed in a rush to get us out even though the patio was not close to being full. She would come by every 5 mins or less after the food had been dropped off asking if we were finished and to take plates away but it was very clear by the forks in our hands and all the food left that we were not. It was a sunny day and we werent in a rush. I felt like I ate too fast and was encouraged to get out - even though we wanted to order more. We decided not to. She made the experience very uncomfortable. The service definitely needs a step up for this restaurant! Someone let me know when it improves as we were wanting to try some mains there as well for dinner one day :)
Honestly, the food was my least favorite part of our experience. I had heard great things from friends but was very disappointed! It seriously tasted like chef boyardee. Service: we noticed our waitress serving another couple their drinks 10 minutes prior to ours and we were seated 15 minutes prior. We ordered wine ..just had to be poured. Their signature drink and other wines were sold out or unavailable. Atmosphere was nice that s about it. A very disappointing anniversary dinner!!
Food and atmosphere is absolutely amazing! Seafood bouillabaisse was phenomenal! Scallops and shrimp serving in this dish are huge and worth every penny. Had the Nymph as a cocktail and also phenomenal. Service was great, atmosphere beautiful Will be back Vegetarian options: Lots of options !
Run...dont walk...to their Pae-sotto. Incredible and everything else was delicious.
My partner and I visited Argos two Sundays ago. The place was packed and we were seated at the bar. Bella served us and she was very informative and attentive to us the entire time. She happily explained the menu and made some lovely recommendations. The cocktail list is lively and fun, we each tried one and also shared a bottle of wine. We decided on some appetizers; the spicy eggplant dip, sous vide octopus, halloumi saganaki, and possibly one of the best dished I have ever eaten, **braised pork cheeks**. Eva was another staff member of note, she checked on our well-being and made some fun and warm conversation. We were absolutely delighted in every detail from the decor to each morsel that passed our lips, to the exceptional level of service we were provided. It is obvious that this restaurant well- run and will be a staple in St. Albert for a long time to come. We absolutely cannot wait to return and are already planning to bring in some out-of-town guests later this month!
I really loved the lighting that created a very calming atmosphere and to top it off the food was amazing. Our service was great too and we ended up getting the seafood pae-sotto. Definitely recommend this place and will be for sure coming back!
Best Tapas in St. Albert and Edmonton. The food is amazing and service is very good!
I find tapas bars to be awkward amd this place is no different. Are you supposed to share everything or not? Can the menu be a little clearer about what you are ordering? The food was quite good though. I just wish a person knew what you were ordering. I had a salad and the steak. The wife had a salad and the porkchops. Both were great but if we hadnt asked a few questions while we were waiting we would have just had a plate of meat for supper. You have to order and pay for everything, Including veg and/or potatoes. I will go again but i dont like that you have to eat there a few times to figure out what or how to order. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten friendly options on the menu.
Perfect date experience. Menu has something for everyone. Personally recommend any of the PaeSottos (Paella made with Risotto). Have been there 3 times since opening and each time it gets better Food : 5/5 |
Not only the service was awful, but when I asked the manager for some Tabasco sauce and her reply was The Tabasco sauce cannot be brought to the tables, the bottle has to stay at the bar I was shocked she could ve at least offered to put some in a little plate. Very disappointing! Secondly the food took so long, To Carmelo Rago (Owner), My family, friends and I always support all your restaurants but this experience was very bad.
fantastic new find. will be returning
Went here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had heard very good things about Argos and decided to give it a try. The decor is very tasteful and has a mediterranean feel to it. The hostesses were very pleasant and warm when greeting us. When we sat down our server, Danni, came over and introduced herself to us. Again she was very pleasant, explained the menu to us and took our drink orders. My wife ordered the white Sangria and I ordered the non-alcoholic Sicilian Sunset...both were delicious. For dinner we ordered the croquetas and empanadas (chorizo) as our tapas. Both were very tasty and had excellent flavours to them. For dinner we shared the Seafood Pae-Sotto...this was an incredible dish. It is Argos take on paella and risotto. The dish was full of seafood (shrimp, mussels, clams and large scallops). The risotto was perfect and creamy and was very flavourful. There was enough in this dish for four people, but it was so good we both finished the dish. For dessert we had churros and pistachio filled beignets (thank you Argos!). Both were excellent. What really made our dinner excellent was our server Danni. She was attentive, made sure our glasses were topped up, ensured our food was to our liking, answered any and all our questions about the menu and was overall...excellent. As well, all the servers who brought our dishes were very pleasant. Other staff who didnt serve us walked by and always had smiles on their faces which was nice to see. In an age where customer service seems to be dwindling, Argos has got it right and has hired very nice, professional and attentive staff. Danni and the Argos staff made us feel that we chose the right restaurant to celebrate our anniversary.
I recently visited your restaurant for my 40th birthday celebration, accompanied by a party of six. Our reservation was for 5:45 PM. As first-time guests, we were not provided with an explanation of the dining system, which led to some confusion. Specifically, we were not informed about the main course options, including whether side dishes were available. While the appetizers were excellent, the mains did not meet our expectations given their high cost, as they were served without any accompanying sides. Additionally, at 7 PM, we were informed that we needed to vacate our table by 7:30 PM due to another reservation. Although I had received an email recommending a two-hour dining window for parties of our size, this time constraint significantly impacted our experience. Despite receiving a complimentary dessert for my birthday, the need to rush our meal diminished the overall enjoyment of our visit. We would have likely ordered additional wine and potentially upgraded our mains if the service had been more informative and attentive. I understand that as a newer establishment, there may be challenges in perfecting the service experience. However, based on tonight s experience, I would be cautious about returning. I believe there were missed opportunities that could have enhanced our visit significantly. Thank you for considering my feedback.
Such a great atmosphere and exactly what St. Albert needed. The food is amazing (the lobster pasta is incredible!). Tuesday you can bring your own wine. Love the menu and the cocktails. The place is always busting at the seams so make a reso. Such a fun spot and the staff being new in such a young restaurant are doing amazing. Ava was our waitress and she was so great. Thanks for giving us another great restaurant to enjoy in this community! I have a feeling you ll be growing quickly.
Went her for my birthday. The food was great! Didn t wait too long for it even though they were a bit busy. The service could be better. The blonde hostess wasn t really welcoming and the server was okay.Could be better.
Amazing atmosphere, delicious food, and very quick and polite service
Perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! Beautiful place and food was great! We ordered the chicken Chorizo Pae-ssotto.
Beautiful room, great hospitality, food unlike anywhere else in the city. Best new spot in St Albert.
Reminded me of dining in Greece. We had tapas and drinks in the middle of the afternoon on their patio. We tried the smoked salmon, pulpo and warmed ciabatta with hummus. The food was delicious! Service was absolutely fantastic! We tried some of their curated drinks like the passion fruit martini which was terrific. The wine selection was also excellent. Ambience and decor was very authentic Mediterranean. We can t wait to go back for dinner as the main course offerings look very tantalizing.
Fantastic service, ambience and the food was delicious, cannot wait to come back!
would NOT recommend if your a foodie. Service was not the greatest. 1. Water was not refilled or asked to be refilled during the 1 hour we were there. 2. We had gotten these plate of shots & they were left there for a solid 20 minutes before them getting picked up, keeping in mind that our salad bowl was delivered and the plate of shots were left ignored. 3. The salad bowl was left there for 10 minutes Until the server came back around and we had ticask if there were any tongs or serving spoon for us to poor it into our plate. 4. I had ordered the lamb, they did not ask me how I wanted my lamb cooked , and we ll from the photo you can see how well they cooked the lamb or the quality of the lamb was. 5. My friends had ordered a plate of seafood pasta, we had asked them to plate it in 2 different plates for us to share, that also came out in out in one plate. We then again had to ask for 2 different side plates for the seafood pasta as they just left the bowl there. HIGH PRICES for a restaurant like this you should expect the service Atleast to be good. By far a terrible experience Overall. I hope they can fix these mistakes to become a better restaurant in the future.
Incredible food, service and atmosphere! We tried the roasted egg plant dip with fresh ciabatta and the seafood pae-sotto and I will be thinking about both for a long time, both were outstanding. The tapas and bread/dip are a great value at happy hour and I cant wait to go back for more. Cant wait to try their lunch menu when its released too! Music was a touch too loud inside, otherwise the entire experience was fantastic!
New spot on the block and this place is awesome, something the St. Albert community needed, I m shocked to see the review by Sumeet Bhardwaj who simply had to do it, every new place has its ups and downs, may be should have spoken to the manager and provided some feedback than going home and acting like a coward, Keep up the good work and don t let those people get to your head, as a server in a nearby restaurant i feel what it s like to be a victim of a keyword worrier.
My wife and I had a fantastic time at Argos tonight. We were greeted with a warm welcoming smile upon entry. Our young server was very attentive. The food quality and drinks selections were exceptional. Will definitely return and highly recommend it to others.
My husband and I decided to go for a last minute date night as the heat in the house was unbearable and there was no way we were going to use the oven and stove and heat the house even more. My husband suggested Argos since it was new. We arrived with no reservation, it was busy, we asked for a table and to our surprise they seated us immediately (in the dinning room). Our waitress, Bryann, was amazing from the moment she arrived to our table. The night we went, Thursday, was the sharable drink specials. I did ask exactly how that works, and Bryann was very pleasant in her explanation. We ordered the Pulpo Tapas and it was amazing. The octopus was cooked perfectly and the hummus and tomatos tasted so good with the octopus. For our mains, my husband got the Lamb Chops (no side - see note below) and I got the Lobster Tajarin. My husband gave me a taste of the lamb chops and they were cooked the way lamb chops are supposed to be cooked which was to perfection. My lobster tajarin was excellent. Along with the lobster tail, there were chunks of lobster mixed amongst the pasta. The bowl looked small but it was deep. It was a satisfying amount. Keep in mind when ordering a main there are no standard sides that come with your meal. When you order the lamb chops you get just that, lamb chops with the sauce. Now you do get three good size chops, but a choice of side to accompany the main dish is a la carte. Our water glasses (we stuck with water considering how hot it was outside) were filled on a regular basis. At no time did we feel rushed, or unwanted. Bryann was welcoming from start to finish and had a great personality. Crossing fingers we get her again. We opted for no desert as we were already full. The décor and atmosphere is impressive. We were regulars of Delux which was in the location previously, so it was neat to see how they transformed the space. The dinning room was full so it was a bit noisy but that just shows how the other patrons were enjoying themselves. Highly recommend this new addition to St. Albert. We will be back - looking forward to the Gyros that are coming soon. Please do not go by any negative reviews and you go yourself to give it the chance it deserves.
Great ambiance - great happy hour and food hit the mark! Will definitely go back.
Nice place. Clean. Beautiful. We chose to be seated outside in 35c that was ok for us. BUT half a glass of water and no refills when we asked several times. I got the jug and refilled myself. She came and took it. Said it cannot stay at the table . Promised to keep coming back. Did not. I m sure she was hot as well It was not busy. Not acceptable More training of staff needed. Food was good Service terrible. I wish I could say it was busy and then maybe the lack of service would be understandable.
Loved the food, service and atmosphere. Very welcoming and loved watching the chefs cook! Food was super delicious but a tad pricey. The truffle and porcini pae-sotto had a strong truffle flavour and the chef came to our table and created fresh truffle on top! The porcini was very meaty, loved the texture! Definitely would come back for this dish again!
Such an amazing environment, friendly staff and amazing food. I didn t love the saganaki as it wasn t quit melted like I personally prefer. However the food is amazing. Also service was exceptional
