What happened? Used to be decent food. Imagine paying 18 dollars for 8 chicken wings.

We had Noelle our server in the lounge server she was awsome she was busy but took the time to talk with us and joke around. She did quality check a few times I will be back

The worlds okayist restaurant. The pizza is pretty solid, the rest of the menu changes frequently, usually removing items I enjoy, so thats getting a little frustrating. Beer is reasonably priced for a restaurant and the service is usually pretty good. I never leave here feeling really impressed, nor do I leave feeling disappointed. Food is the typical BP taste. Atmosphere is the basic BP design. Service is slow and lacks friendliness.

27 AUG 2024 update Pasta Tuesday fail, gas station quality, Hungary carnivore dish came with freezing cold meatballs, they offered to take back and reheat. That would over cook rest of the dish. I would be horrified as a owner or manager, this is your business, make food. you do know we just reheat food here hence the phrase Gas Station food. Both of our plates and cutlery were dirty with food baked on, Sent pizza back that came out cold, servers are more entertained watching TV in the bar.

Vegan options are severely lacking. California patty fell apart and the gluten free bun was hard. (There are so many amazing vegan options that this shouldnt be their standard). Waitress was awesome though!

I ordered the french onion soup and it was incredibly underwhelming. There was no more than 1 cup of broth, there weren t a lot of onions, and the topping was two small round pieces of bread with melted cheese. I spent 11.89 on this dismal disappointment. Ugggh it didn t taste great either. What a waste of money!!

Had a great lunch here yesterday. Our waitress was lovely and was really friendly with the kids, pizza was great, but the little dipper that was ordered had 3 tiny pieces of meat so that was disappointing.

The jambalaya was very good. Our waiter was great and personable.

We ordered from Boston Pizza after a really emotionally devastating day (our fur baby crossed the rainbow bridge), & we didn t have the energy to cook. We ordered a few different items & everything arrived quickly & on time. One of our items had sauce on the sandwich, which we had asked to be omitted. All it took was one call & the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so kind & they sent out a fresh order right away. We were really grateful for their professionalism & we will absolutely be back. Thank you again!

Awesome customer service & food was excellent!

Helped me out a lot when I placed a last minute massive order to feed 30 people on a work crew! Was ready in only a few hours! Manager was very nice and so were the servers at the front desk everyone seemed very friendly and even helped me carry the food out to my truck. 10 out of 10

The service from the bartender I had today was amazing.great place to visit.

Its a pretty standard BPs all around but the food quality has dipped so much over the years. We tried to give BPs one last shot and it just didnt work out. Kind of a shame, but its just growing pains.

I order delivery from here regularly and multiple times they have forgotten items or the food has been cold, and say they will remove the charge from my next order or give me one free the next time. They said they wont deliver the items because its not worth it for them to go out for one item. Ive given them a few chances but the service is terrible, maybe better when you dine in but Im done with this location.

Landin was our waitress and she did absolutely amazing and went above and beyond with her service! We are not from St. Albert but we will drive the extra Kms to come back to this location.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Phenomenal service tonight for our table, not only for us but for all the tables around us, Landin did an amazing job!! She really made our night! Thank you so much for the stellar service !!!

Our family has been going to this location weekly for a few months now and we usually love the food and service but the last couple of times have been disappointing, especially tonight. While the food itself was decent, the service was lacking. Our youngests meal was completely forgotten (the manager, who brought our order out, brought our youngests out about 10 minutes after we asked where it was, but by the time it was brought out he had already filled up on other food), our server didnt come to check on us until we were just about done our meal, we ordered cactus cuts on $2 off cactus cuts night but paid full price, no dessert was offered with our childrens meal, we ordered double wings but were charged for two separate orders, and our server was cold, absent and non-apologetic - she seemedhappierto see us go than to see us come and serve us. We go out of our way to have dinner at this location specifically because weve always loved the service but unfortunately, after tonights experience well be trying the food and service at the location closer to us.

The ceasersalad were. Rancid . The bacon bits that were in it. The rest was good So I told the waitress Not to server to anyone else. Not her fault. Cooks should allway s Taste check there foods Cause you never know when this can happen.

Worst experience ever. Sent the cold Pizza back. Was still charged for what I didnt accept. Will never order again. Called the Restraint and all I got was to be on hold for 30 min.

Went with a large group two separate times. Servers are great, food came out at once. Good experience.

Arrived for Happy Hour & still got charged $11.99 for a 6oz wine! Charged for takeout container $2.50.,,, wow. Check your bill because they don t advise you of extra charges! At least at this location

Ordered one small pizza at 4:15pm. Was told to come pick it up at 4:40pm. Picked up food for my other kids at several different restaurants and arrived on time as directed. They hadnt even put my order in yet. Huge line ups all the way outside. I did not get my small pizza until 6:30pm and I had to walk in and ask for my money back to get it. They stopped answering their phones at 6pm and when they dud answer they picked up and hung up on you before you could say a word. Will never ever go back.

Always dependable

Most incompetent manager I have ever seen. So many staff members standing around doing nothing. Couldn t figure out how to seat people. Would never go to this location again. Huge disappointment.

Good when eating in but delivery is absolutely brutal. We have ordered numerous times by delivery and its ALWAYS over 2 hrs and order is wrong have the time. I called last time to complain and was told I would get a phone call the next day from a manager to receive a 50% refund and.. no call. We thought we would try 1 last time and to our surprise, its the same story. We will never order delivery from this business and will support local small pizza chains. Maybe if the 30 mins and its free promotion was used like their competitors back in the day, it would make them motivated to fix this issue. With no consequences to resolve this issue, it will continue to happen over and over

Boston Pizza Summit is great. I visit this location all the time as I live very close. The service is great. I usually sit in the lounge so I know the staff well. They are great. They always provide excellent service. I do sit on the restaurant side sometimes. The staff are great there as well. Ive been coming here for years and have never had bad service. I mostly eat in but on occasion get take out. I like the menu because it has such a variety. The food is always good. Ive never had anything bad. This says a lot about the General Manager Rob. He is excellent at running this restaurant and managing his staff. Keep up the good work.

The Cactus cuts are WAY to SPICY!! Even the kids french fries were Super Spicy because theyre in the same fryer oil. You might want to order some milk on the side.

My husband, son and I came here for dinner a couple of days ago. Food was great as always but our server was exceptional. Most pleasant, attentive server I have ever had at any restaurant. I wish I could remember her name to properly acknowledge her because she deserves to be recognized!

My friend and I went. The service was welcoming and attentive. The food was well portioned too. We dont live close to this location but find that its worth the drive.

Theyve stopped taking orders over the phone, so the elderly or anyone without a computer or smartphone can no longer get delivery from here. Fantastic service in BPs. Food was great, with little wait for a table.

They were very welcoming to our group of 16 on a Saturday evening. Allowed us to make a reservation. We were there for my sons birthday dinner. We brought in our own cake which they kept refrigerated until we were ready. Service was excellent, no errors. Staff were friendly and very engaging with the young kids in our group.

We had a new server and she let us know. She seemed nervous but did great! Practice will get you there!

Our bill was terribly wrong, we ordered from the lunch menu at 1230pm (speaking of menus, party of 8, and 1 single lunch menu was provided! Multitude of other menus, 4xdrink menus, 8xregular menus, 4xdaily special menus, 1xsingle lunch menu) and at least 3 of us in our party were charged wrong and had full size ordered incorrectly by the server. The drinks did not come for an hour after we were seated and there were less than 4 full tables on our side of the restaurant. So 2.5 hours for LUNCH MENU total time. Not impressed, we were barely checked on. My fathers med- rare steak sandwich was fully medium-well and like a piece of shoe leather. Some of the items charged wrong were worked out and refunds were issued, but it caused an even longer time frame. If you think my tip was low, it was for a reason. Ring in the rest of bill at the actual price of the item we ordered if youd like more gratuity...tips arent required theyre earned.

We just went this last Saturday, June 25th. Brought our 3 grandkids, under the age of 6. It was quieter at the time, 5:30ish. Within 20 mins our server was doubled up instantly on tables, one including a graduating family! It was insanity for Gabby, our young lovely waitress! But she kept a smile on the WHOLE time! Our dinner with the kiddos didn t skip a beat! They loved it all! We were so impressed our the servers helped out, with delivering the food out, I can only imagine how the kitchen staff was doing back there?! Our dinners and drinks were SO awesome! And again, we were so impressed with the whole experience! Thank you for making dinner for us, and your kindness and total professionalism! Go treat yourself!

Excellent customer service, friendly, professional, great tasting and fresh food. What more can I say. 5 stars for sure. Never had an issue here except for its always packed because its so good. Vegetarian options: Some of our favorite vegetarian meals can be found here. Parking: They have good parking just not enough as they share with the building beside them, so it all depends on what time of the day you go, off hours are best. Kid-friendliness: They have great treats for kids and kids meals and coloring books as well as crayons. Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair access and I believe automatic doors here.

Bad. Got my food wrong

What can I say exact amazing, absolutely amazing. It was pretty quiet since we were here later in the day but we came in for the Pancookie and a few drinks which tasted great. We had two servers here, Landon and Kennedy and they were absolutely delightful. Very pleasant experience and I will be back!

Never went in except to see if they would honor A gift card received when purchasing Oiler 50/50 I didn t realize they expired I asked if they would honor it as most places do No dice, Manager stated there s no way they will get the money back so they couldn t accept We also received a Brewhouse one at the same time, Brewhouse said not problem as most didn t realize they expired Our group went there to eat instead BP replied to this , they asked me to do an internal review on their site and they would review the concerns, I did as they asked, left an email and phone number No response, businesses shouldn t reply to poor reviews if you have no intention of doing anything about it. Haven t been back to BP since

GREAT spot...the staff and service are hard to beat

Meet with a friend on a regular basis but this time our server Teresa L outdid any previous server by far. She smiled, was cheerful and welcoming and made sure everything about our order was correct. She checked up on the order after delivery and again as our meal progressed. Boston Pizza this employee is GOLD!!

Me and my friend went there at 2pm on a Monday, it was empty so we were sat and for the whole 20 minutes we were there no one came to our table at all :( I would understand if it was busy but it wasnt.

Absolutely terrible service, took 20 minutes to sit down after walking in. For another 15 minutes we sat there at the table which was poorly cleaned and Didn t get water, a menu or even a glance from a server. After we finally managed to track down someone that actually worked at this restaurant , we decided to order wings as we figured ordering something large or difficult was asking for issues due to the problems we had already seen before ordering. After another 40-45 minutes of waiting after ordering we asked our server to check on our order, they quickly rushed back with our wings. We ordered 3 servings of wings, and 2 were the wrong flavour as well as cold to the touch. Never returning.

DON T GO HERE! Where do I start, started with waiting 15 minutes for a drink order only to have it split on me and my kids. Then our server disappeared, no manager came to check on us, no one. I went to the front to ask someone to take our order and as I walk up the hostess walks away to wipe a table, with no line at the door. The manager comes by to say he will send someone, his excuse for the gong show? I just got here . Lots of good restaurants nearby, avoid this one.

Skip screwed me over. The restaurant made it right. Thanks to the amazing people at this Boston pizza on getting my order to me and wow after the fact time was like 10 minutes if that. All staff pat on back thank you

Pizza Hut didnt deliver my order so ordered here and it was ready in 15 minutes at peak time. This is my go to going forward.

Worst service ever. The staff was unfriendly and the food was blah. Waitress didnt write down our order and half was missed. When asking for salt and pepper and the missed food we were confronted with attitude and still did and what we asked for. It really didnt matter how nice you were to the staff they were rude. Shame shame staff. Id give you zero stars if I could.

Not so great. Dining room needs cleaning, booth seats were stained, tables are worn, small flies around the table and a smell like old mop water kept coming through. Water glasses had oily film on top. What staff there was was friendly and helpful. Food was as expected.

This location has no kids menus on hand. Waiter was very mellow. Didnt come to see if the kids needed water after their drink was done. I tired 2x to ask for the bill and just walked by. I do talk quite but maybe a little eye contact would help. He finally brought a container for my food but not my bill. I went to the front counter to pay. Pizza bread is usually soft but was quite crispy and my son with braces could not eat it. Im not looking to get anyone in trouble but just to be maybe more aware.

Called for pick up Pizza was ready to go right on time and so was great turn around time for pickup!! Quality of the food was spectacular! Exactly what you expect from Boston Pizza! The Goat Cheese Salad was a great size and most enjoyable!!

We had a really trashy lounge waitress, she seemed more interested in picking her fake eyelashes behind the bar than actually serving the partons... flies buzzing around our food... not good.
