Stopped in for chicken donairs here they were great, service was good.

The location in St Albert is definitely 5 star!

I came here with a little one and he gave him free chocolate and said here you go and gave him a bump

Not great . Mediocre donair at best . Veggies are not fresh . The meat has no flavor . Wont purchase donairs here again. Pizza might be good?

Our one pizza was so over cooked you couldn t tell there was cheese on it. The other pizza tasted like cigarettes to all of us. First and last time we will eat here. It never should have been served.

Worse donair out of a pail. Regular size was like a kids size. I wouldn t recommend this place for a donair. Donair wasn t shaved from the spit so one doesnt even know how fresh it is. Didnt even offer the special!

We used to love this place, but constantly canceling skip orders, is getting annoying. How can you always be out of items? Then dont advertise on skip and have pick up/eat in only. Sad service. Food : 3/5

Support St.Albert Family Run Business. Back again, tried 2 more types of pizza. The Meatsa satified the meat lovers while I thoroughly enjoyed my Sizzlin Chicken Ranch. Again the food was fantastic!! The place was very clean and neat . Jay was super, food was great. His son is polite and smiling. Its a family run place which makes it even more special. I hadnt been and was craving a doniar when I noticed this place. The gentleman (Jay,) behind the counter was so polite and friendly. He answered all my questions without ever seeming to be bothered by them. I had the beef donair, which was loaded with donair meat, and my fixings were exactly as I requested. I then ordered a chicken pizza to take home for my kids. My first choice of chicken pizza isnt available at this location. The man apologized and explained why. He made a few suggestions of what I might like to try. It was devoured short order once I had it home. We really like that we have a choice of sauces and we dont have to have the tomato-based pizza sauce. The donair and pizza were both quite reasonably priced. The donair was wrapped in easy to use wrappings and I didnt have a single drip or drop. The pizza box was sturdy enough that even when I put my phone and book on top it didnt sag in the middle. We will definitely be visiting Busters again. Vegetarian options: There were few vegetarian options and most dishes could be made vegetarian if desired.

Not only is it a great place for a donair, the staff always go above and beyond. It s a small place but they never miss an opportunity to bring your food to the table, hand you a menu if you can t decide, and chat you up and ask how your experience was. The food is always great, but it s the staff that really makes the place!

Ordered and prepaid online, food never got delivered. Waited a hour and a half after ordering to call and ask what was going on. Was told that the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong address. Dont understand how with GPS on every single device now a days. Guy on the phone the driver made a mistake, I asked for a refund on my order and was never received.

The food is excellent and well priced.The staff are very respectful and understanding. I would recommend coming here if you want good affordable pizza.

We had pizza from Busters Pizza, St Albert Location. Service was quick and fast, but the pizza and garlic fingers were horrible. We called in for a 630 pick up tonight. Pizza was hot, but very little toppings, and what little cheese they had on the pizza was almost burnt. It was dry. The mushrooms on the sausage and mushroom pizza were basically burnt shriveled up specks. The garlic fingers had almost no taste and basically burnt cheese. Frozen store bought pizza would have tasted better.

Just went to Busters for the first time and had the donair with taziki dill sauce and it was out of this world! For $11 bucks you can t go wrong! Can t wait to try it on a pizza next. Great experience!

Great little Donair shop. Donair and curly fries were made to perfection. Meat was cut a perfect medium, fries were spiced just right. The service was pretty above and beyond for a small donair shop, they took time an attention like they working in a well run, full service restaurant. Whole place was immaculately clean, even the bathroom I was a little worried when I saw the tables were all empty, the whole place only seats 10, but so many people were picking up orders that mustve been phoned in. Seems to be an ideal place to pick up pizza and donairs on the way through St. Albert Parking: Tons of parking, even for big trucks, no clearance limit, open air Wheelchair accessibility: Curb ramp only 10 feet from door, lots of maneuvering area, and room to pull up to tables.

Great service, people were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The regular donair is big and delicious. Highly recommended.

Parking: Very conveniently located off the main road Kid-friendliness: Alway plesent to deal with and no loud obnoxious music . Wheelchair accessibility: Recessed walk way so you can access easily.

Customer service is at top. Feelings like a family member. Given a nice complementary treat to my little one. Sitting, store, washroom and outside area was neat and clean.

I work in St Albert and on Friday September 15th we decided to order and pick up from Busters Pizza. We ordered a large Buster Max and a large Vegetarian. We start lunches at 1115 and Busters was so kind to have the pizza ready for pick up. They had promised 11:30 pick up but was ready a little bit early. The pizza was hot and ready at pick up. We ordered the day before. The pizza was excellent. Great clean healthy pizza with no aftertaste not salty or greasy. We had ordered once before and we will definitely order again. Keep up the great work. Best pizza ever.

Ordered chicken fingers and poutine. When they brought out the chicken fingers they looked very light in color and not golden brown like they should be so I broke it in half before taking a bite. Thank goodness I did!! It was entirely raw, not cooked AT ALL. Ordered Mac and cheese bites instead and they came out barely cooked. My husband ordered a donair and it was cold. Would absolutely never come to this place again. Could ve eaten raw chicken if I didn t check

I googled up pizza shops close to my workplace and so many popped up - read all reviews and I ended up trying out their pizza here. What can I say but I love their Hawaiian Pizza and Chicken Wings! My hubby likes their donair and poutine! Thanks so much.

Since the worker had no understanding of grade 7 Math (surface area of a circle), I was given much less pizza than what I paid for. I ordered online for an event I am volunteering at. Since the option was there, I ordered 4 XL Pizzas (18, at an average of 30$ each). I prepaid online. I did not get an error message at any point. A few minutes later, I receive a call, stating that they do not make the XL at this time of day, but not to worry, they would give me two Mediums (12) in lieu of each XL. I tried to explain to the person on the phone that if they give me two M in lieu of each XL (a total of 8 M instead of 4 XL), I would still not receive the right amount of pizza for the money I paid. The person on the phone kept telling me that I was getting a deal because each M is on average 19$, so two mediums is on average 38$, where the XL is on average 30$ each, so I was getting a deal of 8$ for each two M. I tried explaining again about surface area, having done the quick calculations on my phone, but they would not listen. They kept going back to the deal I was getting. Surface area of an XL is 254.34 in2. Surface area of a M is 113,04 in2. Therefore, four XL pizzas is 1 017, 36 in2, and eight M pizzas is 904,32 in2. The difference between those is 113,03 in2. That is the size of a full M pizza. I essentially paid of 9 M pizzas, but Busters would only give me 8, adamant that I was getting a deal. Please, Busters, employ people with basic Math skills. Or fix your online ordering service. Thank you. From a customer that paid for more than she got.

Are here since they are relatively new in town. Our experience was pretty good. I honestly found their website a little annoying to use compared to other pizza joints, but the prices were reasonable. Their clerk was very friendly, more so than other pizza places, which was appreciated. The pizza itself was pretty good. I dont think its addictive like their voices say though! I really like how well done the cheese is, especially on the crust. We live on the south side of St. Albert though so likely wont be back at this location very often, but that shouldnt stop you. If it was closer, we would prefer from them again. I get why they only have a five star reviews (at the time of me writing this) and nothing was so bad that I thought I would take them lower.

Worst pizza I have ever tasted. The dough was not cooked and there was the absolute bare minimum of toppings, next to no cheese, barely any pizza sauce and too salty. It is blatantly obvious that they try to save money by not putting the appropriate amount of toppings on to make a proper pizza. Also, the restaurant reeked of a very strong disinfectant...enough to make your eyes water. How these people are not ashamed to sell such slop is shocking to me.

Kid-friendliness: No visible high chairs. Seats are hard but reasonable for a quick bite. Very clean and basic eating area - good for if you dont want your kids to get into a lot of stuff. Wheelchair accessibility: Cement curb, doorway is flat to allow easy access.
