This place is so inconsistent with the quantity of their toppings. I ordered green olive, green pepper, onion, and mushroom on my pizza tonight. Where are the veggies?! And it s overcooked.

They messed up my order and didn t send all the food that we ordered. When I called to get clarification they told me they didn t screw up, and that if I wanted my missing items that I d have to pay another delivery fee. On top of that they waited over an hour and 2 phones calls to tell me this. We ended up telling them not to bother. I ll be ordering from somewhere else from now on. Very disappointed.

I ll start this off by saying- my husband and I are huge donair lovers, and are quite picky with our donair pizzas. Why this place only has a 4.4 on skip the dishes is beyond me. Literally the best donair pizza we have ever had. 10/10!!!!!!! My husband is literally in this moment saying how is it so good?! And the delivery guy Sven, props to you too! You were very polite and kind. Overall experience 10/10

I recently ordered a pizza from Cosmic pizza and was extremely impressed with the service. The delivery was prompt and the pizza was still hot and fresh upon arrival. The staff were friendly and professional, and the order was accurate, with all of my requested toppings included. The presentation was also top-notch, with the pizza being packaged in a way that kept it warm and protected during transportation. I was also impressed with the variety of pizzas and toppings available, making it easy for me to find exactly what I was looking for. Overall, I had a great experience with Cosmic Pizza and would definitely order from them again in the future.

Skip The Dishes gave us problems but Cosmic Pizza St. Albert helped us sort everything out and even uspsized our pizza! Great service from these guys and super tasty pizza like always, cant recommend this place enough! Would give 6 stars if possible.

We were having issues with skip the dishes and Cosmic called us personally to resolve the issue, even offered to deliver the order themselves. Very nice and accommodating, and food is excellent

They make the best donairs.... I have tried so many others, but once I grabbed one from here I have never looked elsewhere. We also get the tandoori chicken pizza, with jalapeños which brings some heat and the Greek salad was a perfect portion to share. They must know me by now as the last time they shipped us some extra bread sticks with our order.

Love this place. Incredible pizzas at a good price and ALWAYS consistent. Have been ordering from them for a while now. Today they went the extra mile. Ordered skip the dishes and they hooked us up with some bread sticks and extra dips. You gotta love these guys.

Would of given 5 stars but the 3 topping for $9.99 does not include cheese so you only get 2 if you want cheese.

Today on august 25 at 8 pm we gotten 2 pizzas and there was barely any sauce..we took out the ingredients to see and is like having very light butter on a toast..just enough to change the color...my veggie pizza was dumped with just far too many veggies also..normally u think that be great but..like just a crazy amount was placed on there and was just too intense of veggies ..normally is never like that... and the dough was off...almost like it was gluten free...and man o man...lay off the salt...its been 30 minutes since and my tongue is still raw... I love cosmic pizza most of the time and I dont wanna give it a 1 star ..although today was defenately one a 1 star...last week when we ordered it was bad too...but everytime before these 2 times its been the best...not sure if u got a new cook or they are just being too rushed but I hope the next time is not the same...tonight was like eating pizza 73 lol

Great pizza, had a couple of orders delayed when they were busy, but I came back for the food!

My experiences here have been hit and miss. The first donair I tried here was very good and the ingredients were excellent. The second time I visited, I chose a donair again, but this time the sauce was bland and tasted like mayonnaise. I haven t tried their other menu items, but I ll be going elsewhere when I have my next donair craving.

Used to be great quality but unfortunately quality went downhill and we stopped ordering. We may try it again in the future.

This place used to be my number 1 place for both pizza and donairs. Since the new ownership took over Ive given them multiple shots, but the truth is, its not as good as it used to be. Donairs are still good (not fantastic like before). And pizzas are just okay. Not only id it more expensive but theyve become more stingy with toppings on their pizzas. In all reality, its still tasty, but just disappointing that they arent the best like they were before.

Me and my girlfriend ordered the other night we tried the donair it was not bad but after 2 hours both of us got severe. diarrhea it was really weird. It most of been dirty or something. If i was the only one with the symptom then I would of said its probably something else. But we both got sick . So 100% it was the food from this place.

they have the freshest ingredients and the loveliest staff. the dough is still soft even if kept in the fridge for days. the donair pizza has the tastiest sweet sauce. i only have two but i would give ten thumbs up.

Food was horrible! Order 2 donairs and cheese bread and it was the worst. The cheese bread was thin, hard, and there was like no cheese, it looked like it had been sitting under a light all day. The donair veggies were the worst, I was pulling whole chuncks of yellow lettuce out of it. All very disappointing and I wont be ordering again. Like what happened to you guys, you are definitely not what you use to be.

We ordered tonight for dinner. We had 4 donairs and 2 large deluxe all meat pizzas. The donairs were bland, the sauce was thick, the cheese tasted sour and the meat was dry. The all meat pizza had 2 meats. The pepperoni was as thin as paper. All I can say is we were not very satisfied at all.

We went over for a late night donair and there was complications with the knife. After everything the young lady and the gentleman who s name is phaveshh figured out a way to make everything work!! And it was beyond delicious!! 10/10 will go back!

Not good food at all. Ordered a donair through skip and who ever made this had no clue about how to evenly in all the veggies. Literally got ALL ONIONS and nothing else. It was advertised to also have lettuce tomatoes, black olives, pickles and hot peppers but literally had none of these toppings. Just over loaded with lettuce and onions. Every bite tasted like I was biting into a raw onion. Absolutely garbage. Took a few bites and garbaged the rest. I ve asked skip for a full refund. I would highly recommend not to get their beef donair until they learn how to properly make one.

It took us 40 minutes from the time we walked in at 2pm on a Sunday to get our 2 donairs and we were the only customers in there. The very polite and friendly lady serving us said it would be at least 20 minutes to heat up the equipment and prepare food. I find this strange because they opened at 11 and the whole point of getting a donair to me is fast food. If I wanted to wait 40 minutes I wouldve ordered pizza. She didnt tell us this until after we had already paid. When we finally received the food the most part of an hour later it was lukewarm and even cold in parts. The donair itself was gigantic and overloading with meat which is the reason I purchase them : a large amount of food for very cheap so in that sense I was satisfied. They did put Sriracha sauce on my chicken Shwarma which I wasnt a fan of

Pizza always takes over an hour, very slow. This time it took 90 minutes, I called twice and both times they said it was on the way . The called me 2 days later saying their machine didn t work and my card was never charged. I said I thought you were calling to apologize about my pizza taking 90 minutes, the manager laughed and said no, but she did want to send someone to charge my card. I told her I d never order there again, she didn t say anything, I told her it s obvious you don t care, she said ok bye. Don t order here, order from Nitza s.

If i could rate this 0 i would.. i pre ordered a pizza for delivery for my childs birthday.. arrived an hour late! How after pre ordering it does that even happen. I verified the address 3 times when i places the order. Again when they called to say they couldnt find it. And yet again when the delivery driver called to say she couldnt read the writing and had no idea what the address was! Absolutely ruined the kids party. I got to sit and watch for pizza instead of my child open her gifts. I order almost weekly for work functions from here, that wont happen again. So dissapointed in this.

Probably the best donairs in St Albert

So disappointed with our pizza order. There were 1-2 small triangles of what was supposed to be ham on a Hawaiian pizza. It was unidentifiable meat, absolutely not ham. It was loaded with pineapple and a little green pepper which we asked for. We won t be rushing back. It s disturbing to be receiving some random meat product when you expect what you ordered.

We go here often, the pizza is phenomenal for a chain, the staff are always great as well. Even surprise you with an upgraded size on your pizza order from time to time. My personal fav is the meat pizza! And my wife loves the donair with extra sweet sauce.

Brother picked up a donair for me.First off, it was just wrapped in 2 layers of tinfoil no oil pan baggy to catch all the juices or the usual rip-able paper. I am a donair connoisseur & I am not quite sure what I got because it was not a donair. I ve seen a junior chicken come out looking better at 3am assembled by a 16y/o punk. Taste was indescribable, i m pretty sure my blind friend could make a better donair. Took two bites & tossed er while exclaiming KOBEEE (rip). Anywho no more donairs from this place. Sorry for being so blunt but truth hurts.

Omg! Best pizza in St Albert. My son has autism and is a picky eater but absolutely loves Comic pizza. Everytime I get the food is hot, fresh and I m always greeted with a smile at the door. Their wait time can be longer than what they tell you. I was told 6 minutes, but it ended up being 15 minutes.

I want to give a huge shout out to Bhavesh. That guy is awesome. I called one night when it was like two minutes to closing and asked if he would stay open a bit longer so I could get a Donair. He said no problem man, this was my very first experience with cosmic and just for that they get 5 stars. I told him I was going to write a review that night but life got in the way and I totally forgot until tonight. It had been a month since I was in there but when I walked in today, he remembered me no problem. Once again, his service was amazing, you guys have a wicked worker on your hands. So now on to the food, both times I have been in to get a Donair, they have been awesome. Please don t change them up like some other places do, they are great the way they are. We ve been to cosmic a few times and it s been great! Tonight was a bit of a miss. We ordered pizza for delivery and the side of donair sauce was missing. I called back and the person who answered the call seemed upset. All she said was she d take care of it. I ve no idea what that means. No one came back with the sauce or called me back. Of course it s not the end of the world, but it is a little disappointing as it feels unresolved. Other than tonight, we have had a good experience.

Edit: The food we recieved was stone cold, mozzarella sticks were greasy and cold, the donair i recieved which was supposed to be a large was one of the smallest donairs Ive ever recieved and had no cheese like we ordered. Lastly the most insulting thing was they forgot the gravy on our poutine. Our meal was $47.00 and I wish that I drove it back to their restaurant and asked for a refund. We have had an incident here before were the driver showed 2 hours late so I refused it and the owner gave us a free meal that was good. Id like to think I gave this place a good chance at this point and Ive had enough with them now.

I have ALWAYS had a great experience with Cosmic Pizza & Donair in St. Albert but the other night their staff went above and beyond to show how much they care for and value their customers. Without going into the details of why, my debit card was declined at the time of delivery and I couldn t figure out why. The delivery driver simply said don t worry we ll phone in and explain. He spoke with the manager named Hajra who said I should not worry and simply come pay at my earliest opportunity . Wow! I was so grateful for her kind treatment in what was a very embarrassing situation! Thank you Hajra and thanks to Cosmic Pizza!

Donair meat and pita were very dry. Customer service was short, almost rude. No combos available for lunch. It would be great to see a combo available including fries and drink? Will probably not try this restaurant again unfortunately.
