Exactly what you would expect for a chain, and a $20 pizza. Panago is my favourite pizza to grab when on the road and need a quick meal. I wish they would offer napkins and even paper plates to make a car-picnic easier.
Great service with tasty hot pizza ready in 6 to 8 minutes! We waited outside for our order and was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered to our vehicle.
It's late at night, choices are scarce and you're seriously considering Panago. Take a pass, as the wings are baked and meaty - this should be a good thing but they come off as if you're buying into uncooked dough. The dips are smaller than they've ever been. Staff was unfriendly. I regretted this nostalgic moment. Recommend you take a hard pass.
Customer service was great! The staffer on the till was very polite and cheerful. Very pleasant. The pizzas were 5 minutes early and ready to go. Very impressed with the service and staff. (Plus it was Superbowl Sunday!) Excellent. Will definitely use them again.

Pizza was cold and sub par even for a chain pizza place. Wings were decent, couldn t decide if they were weak honey garlic or they gave me plain wings by accident
Normally I order my pizzas from here but this last time the pizza was horrible, the sauce looked like Ketchup, the dough was very watery and without any flavor. very sad
Pizza was undercooked, had basically no toppings, soggy with a load of nasty sauce.
My son and daughter really like the cheese dip. The pizza is ok. Its a bit pricey but my kids will eat it.

I did a pick up. Yum yum yum!!! Didnt know they sold full bottles of Cayenne hot sauce and some of their dips for fairly cheap so I bought a few
30 minutes for skip driver to wait for the order... you should learn to adjust the preparation time. So that the driver will not wasting time and loosing income in waiting.

The staff here are amazing excluding their manager, he consistently is treating his workers horribly and is simply an incompetent worker. Never tip here as the staff arent the ones who get it. Yours truly a concerned customer Now seeing the response from the owner it really shows how much administration actually cares about their customers and staff

Delicious pizza with variety
ordered from here and will never order again. The bread on the pizza was stale and the cheese was mouldy. You couldent quite see the rot as it was cooked and melted on the bread but you could sure taste it. I couldent even eat it. I had a few bites and almost threw up. It s now in the garbage . I ll never go back. My chest Now burns from the few bites I took and my stomach now turnes. The ache in my Heart of the feeling of being ripped right off plagues my tormented soul. I cannot believe we spent 50 dollars on mould. Now that I know they could not even pay me to eat their pizza. Oh what a fright, don t want my money back just a pizza that s right. . It was almost as if they had soaked the pizza dough in used toilet water before cooking it. The putrid and pungent essence filled my home as if it were death itself knocking on my door. My heart is crushed. I will never see pizza with loving eyes ever again
Worst pizza ever...cannot even call it a pizza...there was no cheese on it...talk about chintzy. The ingredients were old, low quality and disgusting...I would not even feed animals this garbage. The store owner/manager should be ashamed.

REALLY slow service and the lettuce on my beef taco ended up being cooked because they forgot then messed up another order of mine.

We had a Pretty bad first Experience with this place as they completely forgot the Chicken on our 2 Chicken club Pizzas but once the owner found out he was very Fast to make things Right and for that we appreciate! He took the time to bring us Special Coupons to come back and was very Apologetic! Will definitely be going back
We always order pizza for pickup here because there are no real sit down tables (just a tall bar with chairs) but we have not once been disappointed with our food. The Veggie korma on multi grain thin crust is our favourite and its always ready 15 mins after we order on the phone. We visit often and will continue to!
For a hungry vegan late at night in the suburbs this is probably your only option but it s a fine option nonetheless.
