Waitress was rude and exhausted. After she walked past us 5+times I asked if we could get some service or coffee while we wait and she rudely said someone will be with me eventually ( it was not busy at all )
Very nice and clean, pleasant service. I was pleasantly surprised that they support Ukraine. Thank you and good luck 🥰
A traditional family style restaurant with excellent food, friendly staff, great prices, and a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely a hidden gem in St. Albert for those looking for a relaxing meal.
Very Nice Breakfast! The Bacon/Sausage or Ham and Eggs breakfast special is as good as you can get. I had the easy over, bacon, rye toast, shredded potatoes version (again) and it was flawlessly prepared. The eggs are always right-on, the bacon just right and I can choose from cubed deep fried hash browns or shredded with green onion grilled potatoes and I can choose white, whole wheat or rye toast and the coffee is included. It was a nice breakfast for a low price.
Best steak sandwich we have had in some time ..taco salad was huge. .very tasting We all enjoyed everything Came 10 minutes to close and still got to enjoy the meal Service was great. ..shall go again
Needs to invest in a sign so staff has clients to keep them busy!!!!!!! It’s only mediocre food and the staff seems miserable and isn’t present at all! Soooo slow it’s almost painful! Forever to get order taken and once food comes no sever ever comes back even to try and pay the bill! It’s crazy! You need either a hostess or on sight management to keep things moving! Also staff talks loudly in back about inappropriate things and the few clients seated can hear everything! Keep that in mind! Get a sign!! Stop investing in new floors? A sign will help keep staff busy!
Our family of 10 went for Brunch at Michael’s at the Inn. When I went to order an omelette from the cook, I asked the lady cooking if they had any other cheeses as the cheese was mixed with mozzarella and cheddar and I am allergic to mozzarella cheese, she said, “No.” I asked her if there were other cheeses in the back, she answered, “No!” And her tone and body language were with anger that I would dare ask. Then when it was my turn to get an omelette made and no one else was in line, she proceeded to heat the pan. I then asked that because of my allergies if she could please wipe out the pan as there was clearly cheese stuck to the inside of the pan, she grabbed a dirty rag and wiped out the pan and slammed the pan down. She then proceeded to crack the eggs, she broke the first 3 eggs with the shells into a dish that she discarded as she was so angry. Then finally we have the eggs, mushrooms and onion in the pan cooking, I see a dirty, covered in cheese flipper so I ask if she could please use a clean flipper as I get violently ill if I consume mozzarella cheese. She hollered at me, “I Know!” I said to her, You don’t have to get mad at me, I just want a safe breakfast. Her facial expressions, body language, and manner were of total disrespect. After receiving my omelette I didn’t ever eat it, I had totally lost my appetite. Expensive breakfast for not having anything. This happened on Sunday, October 15, 2017 while celebrating a family members birthday. I didn’t want to ruin the birthday celebration so I said nothing. This is still bothering me so I am writing this review! Will I be going back? NO
We had breakfast here and it was great. Nice friendly hello when we walked in, had our table right away with menus and coffee, big plus in my books. We ordered their special and the food came really fast, hot and delicious with our server checking on us to see if we needed more coffee or anything else. Definitely a great place for breakfast. ☕️🍴🍊
Great place for Saturday breakfast
Coffee was good and not extremely strong
Great breakfast to start the day.
Good breakfast
Good food. Good service.
Prices are WAY too high for low quality food
Food isnt bad, but the management and treatment of staff is pitiful and embarrassing.
