Got coffee and tea for my mom and I. Super friendly service, they were busy so it was a bit of a wait for the to go drinks. Delicious. Worth a visit!

I had the Turkish ottoman coffee. Very strong coffee and unique flavour. Cafe mocha is excellent as well.

Never had this kind of food before and i ordered the chicken pide wrap with spice and it was probably the best thing I ever ate. the texture was so amazing perfectly crispy on the outside and just the right amount of spice it was SO GOOD!! was worth the long-ish wait for it to be ready. Definitely will come back and Im bummed you dont do delivery I would order that once a week

We stopped for coffees during a busy Saturday Farmers Market. The restaurant was full and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Took us a little time to get our order but the coffee was very good. Staff apologized for the wait and were very nice to us. We havent tried their food yet but look forward to in the future.

First stopped in here during the farmers market, I ve been wanting to try it for a while. It was absolutely delicious, the coffee was great and I had the beef pide wrap. Very cute spot and definitely worth stopping !

They charged me $30 bucks just for a turkish omlet and Ayran! It is literally ripping off customers! I would rank the hygiene 3 out of 10! Ingredients for an omlet: 3 eggs, two tomatoes, one pepper, some onion!! This all costs only and only 2 Canadian bucks! These sort of businesses do not value, nor respect the customers labour and they are not aware of the fact that how hard it is for their customers to make money ! They assume that they are making finger licking food, however the quality was below standards!

Been twice now and the food is amazing. I wish I would have known sooner about this little gem!

It took me a minute to try the coffee shop. I either didnt have change or I was walking the dogs...However, today was the day I stopped in and grabbed a coffee with my son. Staff was great. Friendly. Helpful. Parking: Parking is available. It is free. You can park at the back of the shop...its a touch tight. Have skills. Trust your mirrors. You can park across the street as well...read the parking signage. Kid-friendliness: Children are more than welcome.

What a gem in St. Albert. I heard about this place on instagram and finally got a chance to check it out. Enjoyed a lahmacum and of course baklava. Had my first turkish coffee!. Excellent meal. Friendly staff who put up with my questions. Prices very reasonable. Highly recommend this as a stop in your day

This place is a hidden gem! Surprised that such an authentic Turkish cafe was located in StAlbert. We travelled from south of Edmonton to come try the Simit and Turkish coffee! Dietary restrictions: They have halal options!

Wow!! What a little hidden gem in the heart of St.Albert. I tried a roasted veggie press and it was some of the best food I ve had in a really long time. The iced coffee is absolutely incredible and great size for the price. The only thing I d say is the place needs a bit of music.its super cozy otherwise.

The server, she was impolite, the service is so slow, servers need to be trained on how to deal with customers one of the worst service ever. Food is definitely overpriced

I dont know how it wasnt packed for lunch, the press/paninis are AMAZING. I had the falafel one and the sauce and mix of fresh vegetables were fantastic. I had a bite of the beef one and it was good, like a beef sandwich. The baklava is fantastic, tastes just like the stuff I had while in Greece. The turkish tea was really good, especially for someone who likes chai. Everyone who I have talked to said the coffee is some of the best in town. The servers were super friendly and helpful when it came to deciding between mild or spicy. They could have come by the table a bit more often so I didnt have to go up to order, but that could of just been me not knowing the restaurant and whether they come to the table or not. Amazing place all around.

Service very slow, only two people working total, who had us wait 15 minutes before taking our order in which we had to wait an additional 20 min. Food was good but WAY TOO OVERPRICED as well.

I have been here for coffee twice with a friend and both times were wonderful experiences. The staff are warm and friendly, atmosphere is relaxed, coffee is delicious, and food looks superb.

FRESH, AUTHENTIC AND DELICIOUS!! Support your locals because she s on talented one!! Im so happy I found this gem. You will not be disappointed. Everything is homemade and fresh. We had the Burek for starters and was blown away by the delicate pastry. You can tell it s made with love. The inside is pillowy soft and a slight crisp on the outside. I went again today just for the Burek. The M shaped were beef and cheese, the spirals were beef. So savoury and perfectly filling. Esra is the lady who owns this lovely restaurant/coffee house. Shes so personable and easy to talk to. I wish she sticks around for long because Im obsessed with her kitchen skills!!! I cant wait to try everything else.

Its really funny that most of the pictures you post are of bagels but there is never a bagel in them. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast, customer satisfaction is zero. I am sad!

Amazing homemade selections, an attitude that they are incredibly happy to have you set foot through their doors. Fabulous atmosphere and menu. Small enough to explore new cuisine without being overwhelmed. I will be a loyal customer to them. I want them to get more business so they can hire additional staff to help make this place what it could be! It seems to me that the people writing negative reviews want to appear cultured without being prepared to appreciate culture. Every time I have gone it has been for several hours and they treat me like a guest in their own home. There is a language barrier, and the service is a little more eastern in style (and no different than what I have gotten at some of the best Turkish Restaurants). The owner works hard making everything from scratch and they are a small family owned business- running out of things should be expected! Businesses of this scale need to keep their doors open by avoiding both food and time waste. Impeccable service is hard to give when you are making fresh baklava behind the counter. People complaining about it not being turkish coffee: Turkish coffee is prepared differently than just coffee so you have to specify turkish for that process.

Jammed place. We had reservations that they mixed up, nonetheless accommodated us half an hour after opening. They had one waitress running around to almost full restaurant. Took long to take the orders and even longer to get our food! Later on they had more wait staff and knowing this was special occasion, they were not ready at all! The coffee cups came with coffee marks all over them from outside and we often had to flag for some sort of thing missing. Parking: Limited parking spots in the back but was difficult to find

This place went down a lot. Staff don t know how to handle situations when it is busy. They use low quality ingredients (especially the eggs and tomatoes). Used to be good. Unfortunately not anymore

I have wanted to try Turkish food for a long time. Very few times, food lives up to your anticipation. This did not disappoint. Awsome flavors. Hours later, I am still enjoying the taste in my mouth.

After a few hours at St. Albert Market, this restaurant was a nice reprieve from the heat. Good selection of breakfast and lunch items. Seating available when we arrived for lunch.

The flavors were out of this world. The ambiance made us feel like we were transported to another country. Everything is hand made and its evident with every bite. Favorites were the pineapple mojito with fresh picked mint, house salad, pressed beef pide wrap sandwich. Super friendly and generous owners and staff. Will definitely be back! The best place I have ever had. Very delicious breakfast felt like we were in turkey, they launch is very tasty as well. They lots of delicious turkish pastries and deserts. This little shop is in a great location! I love that they have outdoor seating. I got a (giant!) pida wrap and an iced tea. The wrap was SO GOOD! Everything was fresh, the beef was flavourful, and the pida was warm. I also got a pecan cinnamon bun.... that was AMAZING. I think the bun was brioche?? Whatever it was it was buttery and melty and I wished I had bought more than one.

A small business with super tasty food, worth every single penny you spend on it! be sure not to be in a hurry when you visit this place, believe me, you will not be disappointed!

The wonderful smells hit you as you walk in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Vegetarian options: The servers will fill you in on the vegetarian and vegan options. They are willing to help.

Decided to give this place a try. I ll start with the cons: the service was really slow, which was the main issue. Lots of staff but no one was handling the front area very well. Waited long for my coffee after placing my order. The coffee wasn t the greatest unfortunately. Pretty expensive for a basic drink that wasn t too good. Pros: it is local. The atmosphere was nice. Improve coffee service.

Nice little place. Large patio, 8+ tables inside. The food was good and the coffee was delicious. Stay away from the parking lot. There are huge ruts that will wreck the underside of your vehicle.

This is a nice little authentic Turkish cafe. The food was delicious and fresh and they have high chairs if you take your toddler/child. They have a nice variety of food options for a cafe and even have a few gluten-free ones. My son and I had the egg and cheese pide, we both loved it. My husband who is a celiac had the omelette with sujuk and my mother in law has their beef press. Everything was delicious and had good portions. I would visit again.

Had a borek and menemen (Turskish omelet),was delicious, and the staff was friendly. Little disappointed tea was bagged tea (expect to be served Turkish tea),and it feels like the kitchen needs a fan upgrade since our clothes smelled like fried food after 45 minutes.

I love this place and the people that work there! Only reason I gave service 4 out of 5 is because it takes a while for food and drinks to come out. Also, oddly enough, we always receive our food before the drinks/coffees, even when we have specifically asked for them to bring us the coffees asap. Having said that, the food is so good and the people so sweet that I love going there and I dont mind the delay. I just wont usually pick it for a quick coffee. Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options. They actually have a veggie pide wrap that is absolutely fantastic!

We had visit this place for breakfast few times now as a family and with our friends. It is the best breakfast place in Edmonton i have ever been . We drive 30 min usually to get there . There food are fresh warm newly made , staff are so respectful and friendly. And place so cozy and clean . Our first option breakfast restaurant.

I have to been to this place for 5 to 6 times. I was never disappointed by their food. All the items we tried have been top-notched. I liked the beef pide wrap the most but cant complaint about any item. Nice ambient, friendly staffs and owner.

Just got a caramel latte and sat in house to do some paper work. The atmosphere was bustling at 5ish in the evening, food came out of the kitchen quickly

This is my favourite place to go to after a night shift for delicious little snack as well as a wonderful cough. I always get their ottoman coffee, and it is one of my favourites in the Edmonton region. If you re something that s a little different than the standard cuppa coffee, please consider coming here. The baklava was also homemade, as are all of their baked goods!

We got some tasty coffee and treats! The pastries are nice and fluffy, not too heavy. Clean and calm interior and patio access if you want to enjoy the sun We were there late in the day (around 5 PM so it was not crowded at all.) Everything smells amazing.

The food is really delicious. The lady running it was very friendly and told us she makes all the dough from scratch. My young kids loved the cheese pide. My oldest said her donair was the best ever and I enjoyed a different pide with meat and vegetables.

Might be the best coffee in St. Albert

Just picked up an order Turkish coffee and pecan tart to go. I was really bummed to find it was standard filter coffee instead of Turkish coffee. Pretty lame if youre calling yourself Turkish Coffee House and giving people filter coffee in the name of Turkish Coffee. I also called them right after to rectify the issue but nobody picked up. Very disappointed as I came all the way from Edmonton to try them out :( Not recommended.

Delicious! Was looking for something refreshing for lunch and decided to check this place out and boy they did not disappoint! I got my food to go but they have an excellent patio and the ambience and decor inside is great! I ordered the chicken wrap and it was huge! Full of lettuce, tomatoes, onion, the tastiest marinated chicken and topped off with their fantastic house sauce which is garlicky and seasoned so nicely it is to die for! The pita it came in was so fresh it had a great soft chewy texture with a slight crisp on the outside from being pressed... absolutely delicious! I also had an English toffee ice latte which comes in a large cup and tastes so good! Excellent! Next time I come in I am definitely going to try their breakfast items and their desserts which looked so darn good!! A new favourite place for me to eat for sure! Tasty, fresh and great portions. Thank you!

I was in there this morning 10 am, i came to farmers market and i want to stop by to them too, for gettim some turkish bagel (simit) and she(who is acting rude to people) said to me they don t available simit they have only 1. I think from yesterday. Today is Saturday which means busy days for this store and don t available most famous product! Im sorry i ll never go again!

I have been to Turkish Coffee House twice now. The first time was great. I raved about this place to so many people then brought a friend to my second visit. The service was HORRIBLE!! It was unbelievable and shocking compared to the first time. I will never be recommending this place again :-( P.S. Everything stated in the other low reviews is 100% true. I received an incorrect order. Asked for no tomorrow on my pita. When confronted about it I saw them just dig out all the tomatoes behind the counter and then bring it back to the table. My friend was served a full 10 mins before I was + we sat for at least 5 mins with no utensils (we assumed he was coming back)

Super cute little café. We were in St. Albert for a wedding and stopped for a coffee before the reception. Staff were so friendly and explained the difference between the coffees. I tried the Ottoman coffee and my boyfriend tried the Turkish coffee and they were both delicious and came with a little piece of Turkish delight.

The sujuk (sausage) pides are really good! And the chicken and beef pide wraps with the special sauce are so good! The bread is freshly baked. Highly recommended!

The Turkish coffee, Turkish style breakfast sandwiches and baklava are amazing and I would highly recommend a visit here to anyone. Never enough time to try everything but I will keep coming back until I have. Excellent donair too Will definitely go back. The staff was extremely friendly and the food presentation was phenomenal. The coffee is amazing and honestly soemthing ylu need to try, one of them is a bit different and not for everyone it basically taste like the old grounds from the coffee machine but when added some sugar it taste so much better. Then we also tried their traditional breakfast which is with tomatoes and eggs and honestly is one of the best things Ive tasted. Mostly with some bread or with the bread stuffed which spinach they are so good. The restaurant is very cute and has a lot of seating for the whole family and is also aonehwer3 to take your significant other if needed, jt is a bit far if you live in edmonton but is very worth the drive. We try to go there almost once a week if not longer

Was really looking forward to trying this place. Came on a Saturday...they were out of almost everything (somewhat understandable as probably one of their busiest days). The customer service was awful...extremely rude and not helpful. The food ended up being alright but the overall rudeness of the employees totally killed the vibe. Not coming back.

Have been here multiple times for lunch. I just tried the new chickpea pide a few days ago and it was AMAZING! I love that they have so many vegetarian options. The food is delicious and the service is always top notch.

I had been waiting a while to try this place out, and Im so glad I finally did! As far as I know this is the only place in Edmonton area where you can get the full Turkish breakfast. Came here on market day and it was surprisingly quiet. Order as much as you can, savoury and sweet. The eggs were super flavourful and the sweets perfect; cheesy kunefe was especially a favourite! Fresh food and lots of bakery items. Also, it was a hot day so my friend asked if they could do the classic turkish tea on ice and they did! Since they use concentrated tea anyways, it was refreshing and not watered down.

The gentleman who worked there was always happy and smiling and very kind. Amazingggg coffee, fresh baked goods and wonderful fast service. Totally coming back!

Delicious foods and wonderful service! A busy place on a Saturday morning, but worth the patience. Everyone in our family was very pleased.

Terrible service, completely wrong order, paid $40 and didnt even eat. I ordered the bagel with veggies and asked for no tomato (allergy) and sub cucumber. I also asked for a few other things which they told me 30 minutes later that they were out of stock. Waited about 45 min for our food, when it came it was wrong and when i asked for the correct items it still was missing or not correct. Waited in line again to pay and we told the worker we waited so long and things were wrong over and over and she got upset and said well its busy even though there were 3 or 4 tables full. We told her we didnt eat certain things we ordered and she continued to argue and say that it was fresh and thats how it is. She said she would take off the charge for the extra cucumbers when i didnt order extra, i just asked for the tomatoes to be susbtitued with cucumbers. I honestly never been to a place like this where you tell a worker you didnt eat and it wasnt right/ wasnt good and they argue back and still pay for everything.

The best breakfast/brunch place. Theyre a bit slow but the wait is well worth it. Highly recommend everyone try it!

Great food So relaxing to be able sit outside on a fall afternoon.

The food and coffee are outstanding. Absolutely worth waiting for. If you want fast food, go to a fast food restaurant because this is not that. Prices are a little high, but good quality and made-from-scratch isn t cheap.

Beautiful place, had a few things, all were awesome. Ottoman Coffee is super taste, Hazelnut Latte is great, etc... Excellent service and prices, well worth a visit, feels like we were in vacation in Turkey :)

The best coffee in St. Albert, and not excessively priced! The Ottoman coffee is a delicious little treat, and the Americano coffee is a delicious, full sized option. So glad to have tried it out, and I hope this place doesnt struggle like past businesses in this location. I would be happy so see this business become a long standing coffee spot in St. A!

5/5! The Turkish latte is rich and not like your average coffee. The chicken sandwich was full of flavor and their spicy sauce is fantastic. Certainly a new favorite of mine!

I love this place

Came to this place as a recommendation from coworkers. My friend and I were not impressed. I had asked for no onions on my wrap and my friend was given the wrong soup. It took 45 mins to get our meal on our lunch hour which we ended up needing to get packed before eating to get back to work on time. My wrap was busted open making it impossible to eat and the soup was sub-par.

First time and last time ever Will not come again
