Ava and Josh gave me the best service I ve experienced in awhile very attentive and help full

Work group of 30. Was not busy at all. Wait 15-20 min for a drink. No organization at all. Empty drink for another 25 min. I just gave up after my second drink and asked for bill. That took another 25 min. Then they add 18% gratuity for groups. So my two drinks and a very small poutine came to almost $35 for some of the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. If you have scheduled group parties Mabey get an extra person to come in? Just a thought.

Ive never had worse service and quality of food then at this Brewhouse location. Our server left and never came back. When our food did arrive, it arrived cold to the touch and by another staff who noticed we had been sitting for 40 minutes. We never saw another staff again and had to flag down 3 people before we could get our bill. I also ordered a take out meal at the end and the burger was completely burnt and rock solid. The entire time the booth next to us was filled with 2-6 young servers and staff members watching tik toks and socializing, ignoring patrons. Not once did any of them help us either. Never coming back to this location again.

Went out on Saturday night to watch the hockey game in a Sports Bar (Canadian Brew House) I d say this place would be great except for the fact that they cater to children until 9 PM .. where are adults to go to be adults to have a good time without children in place. I thought Boston Pizza was a place for children not the brewhouse.. i m extremely disappointed with this atmosphere.. not to mention the Manager cut me off after ordering zero alcohol from there because I voiced my opinion of not wanting children around in this adult type of atmosphere. I was followed out by four male patrons whom I can only assume were the parents of the young children, including the manager who then proceeded to taunt and attack me because of my views while I was awaiting on an Uber. How sad

Was there for a fundraiser, so I wasnt expecting spectacular service. But the two food orders both came out wrong (one price fish and chips instead of two piece, order with no onions came with onions, etc.) and a request for a local lager brought a pint of Canadian to the table.

Went on Thursday night to watch football and socialize with friends. Half the orders were good and the other half were cold. A cold burger is not fun to eat. The waitress was good but forgot to solve the cold food issues.

Very poor service. Probably the worst service out of all the brewhouses in the Edmonton area. I have gave this location many chances but the portion and quality of there food is crap. It is run by a bunch kids that dont know what they are doing and the manger she is incompetent at her job. The manager she is to young and not experienced enough to be in that role. On the positive side the other locations in the Edmonton area are good. Especially the terwillger location. Check it out

was ripped off 35$ on my bill because the waitress did not give two seperate bills.then after leaving (no receipt) they tell me if i had the receipt i would of been able to be refunded. Never going back, as they assume because im sittimg with a woman at a table they think im automatically held to pay for her meal.

Went for birthday lunch for myself with my son and my dad and their food arrived, and they ate. Mine arrived once they were nearly done. Pretty awful to be taken out for a birthday meal and not actually be able to eat with my family.

Went for Tomahawk steak night. Table received main courses at all different times .The steak was overcooked but waited so long just decided to eat because all the children had been done dinner for 25 min. Sauce was spilled all over as a place when brought to the table. 1 single desert took approx 30 min to come out. There was no urgency among staff to serve quickly or see if satisfied. Usually, they have decent service, but today was lacking, and the place wasnt even full.

I hope you have the pleasure of having Jordan as your server. So sweet and accommodating my husband has severe food allergies and she took the time to make sure he could eat with confidence that his order was safe. Thank you Jordan.

The service here is great MacKenna quickly greeted us with a warm smile and let us know the specials, she was bubbly for our entire stay which further heighten our experience. Went August 20th to have some drinks with my wife for our anniversary and the service was horrible sat down upstairs on the patio waited for 30 mins and nobody said anything other people who came after us got served but not us. So we left very disappointed

Highly recommend this establishment! It was a hectic and crazy day, but Hailey was incredible and managed our order efficiently and with aplomb! Food and drinks were great, and the TVs carried all the major sporting events of the day. I urge everyone who can to make the trip to Jensen Lakes Brewhouse. It is totally worth the trip!

Love this place. Drinks are amazing, awesome food and really friendly staff! They have bowling which is always fun after a couple of drinks and on multiple occasions I have received free drinks from the manager. Would 100% recommend coming here if you want to have a good time.

Third visit was the worst, couldn t see the TV (Oilers Game) manager was not available of course. I have never seen so many people leave a bar in less than 10 minutes. The tv stopped working completely.

Went for the Oilers game, ordered nachos and 2 pizzas at 6pm. After waiting for over an hour, we never got our food. The TVs also stopped working close to the end of the first period. It looked like their Bell subscription was up and they forgot to pay. Our server Jordan was fantastic, she did a great job but the restaurant was way understaffed. Terrible job by management
