Been eating there for years but lately food seems less fresh and the employees are not respecting health and safety procedures 2 days ago I ordered a sandwich with tomatoes and mozzarella The employee dropped a slice of tomato on the floor and put it back in the sandwich when I asked for a new sandwich she gave me one and put the one with the dirty tomatoes back on sale I won’t be going back
Je suis une cliente régulière, je travail proche et je dîne souvent à cet endroit. Aujourd’hui, je suis aller pour prendre la salade de pâtes que je prend toujours. A ma première bouchée, j’ai remarqué que le goût était dérangé. La salade ne goûtait pas du tout comme à l’habitude. J’ai été les voir pour les avertir que leur salade etait périmé (probablement la mayonnaise) mon collègue a pris la même salade et il a eu la même réaction que moi en goûtant à la salade! Ils ont proposer de nous remplacer la salade, mais il n’ont pas retirer la salade (périmé) du menu… on parle quand même de mayonnaise pas fraîche, qui peut rendre malade les clients… bref. J’ai toujours eu un bon service, mais aujourd’hui j’ai été déçu de leur valeur éthique.

4$ for a smoothie that is literally almost all water and ice. And they don’t even give you a full smoothie. Service was meh, no smile and not welcoming either. I say this because I go to the square Victoria location quite often and the quality and service is much better. Smoothies actually taste like fruits compared to this location, plus you get a full smoothie at square Victoria. ... Wouldn’t recommend.

Macaroni salad really not fresh, Mayo seems outdated. When I ask for a refund I am told that it is impossible. Very disappointed
Best restaurant I have visited in my life! People are always kind and smiling. The food is super good, healthy and inexpensive. I recommend 10/10. There is food for everyone. Whether you are a carnivore or vegan, you will find what you are looking for. Big W to these people frl
The lady asks me 3 times for my order. It was tiring having to repeat myself for a simple cheese, lettuce & mayo sandwich. Fortunately 2 other young employees served me in his place
Really very good, but for almost a month no soda biscuits with the soup, its a big lack.
I always stop at Muffin Plus to grab a sandwich. The service is not great but not execrable either... today (August 6 at around 10 a.m., I ordered a ham and egg bagel and specified no butter or cheese. To my great surprise there was some cheese, I go back and tell the girl that I didnt want cheese, she told me that she had asked if I wanted butter and mayonnaise but that I never said that I didnt want cheese... anyway no attempt Its up to them to resolve the situation... they stood there stupidly looking at me in silence... today the service was actually worse than the majority of the time hence the bad star Its probably nothing for you but you lost. a regular customer...I wouldnt go back there again.. there are other restaurants nearby. Thank you.
We are regular customers. Today, as usual, we ordered our two soups, as well as a spinach and cheese puff pastry. Back at the table, we noticed that our soups gave off no heat vapor and I confirm that it was cold. I asked for my heated puff pastry, and upon taking a bite, I also noticed that it was very cold. So, I just bring back my puff pastry, to have a new warm one. Then, believe it or not, she put my puff pastry that I already ate on back into the toaster oven. It s completely disgusting for the next one and especially in 2022, still in the COVID crisis. I took the trouble to tell the girl, who is super disdainful and dares to cook it that way anyway. Just for that, it s barred for life. Imagine all the times they have dared to do the same, it really disgusts me! Unfortunately, this was our last visit. Its such a shame.
