By far the worst Tim Horton I've ever gone to, the people who attend don't care about delivering orders, they just turn around and make you wait with the products ready.
Not even a hello, the man threw my bag in my car, not a single word came out of his mouth , not even a good day, very unpleasant employee. He ignored me, he shouldn't have a job. I don't think customer service is his department

The service here is absolutely terrible, 20 minutes to get a coffee and a donut. Had to ask 3 times before they went to make it. The guy at the cash very slow and kept insisting they cannot make a sandwich on a croissant because he couldn’t find the button on the cash. Huge line, everybody complaining about orders being wrong. This is exactly the reason I never go to Tim Hortons anymore.
Would be great to have everything shown on the menu available for customers, and a little more hygiene (scratching nose before serving customers).
Very dirty when u walk in. Just 2 people, no kindness. Put my dri k where they normally go for pick up, but it was put so far to the side behind something I didnt see it, nor does she say anything. Cant wait to go back to my own city where they are at least polite. Oh, the tea with only one milk, why is it luke warm.
The most friendly and customer oriented Tim's that I have been to in a very long time. The coffee was fresh and no burn taste too. Actually, went back today and the same experience all over again. Thank you

Im not used to putting negative comments in my reviews, but here I couldnt miss it. Slow drive-thru and the attendant didnt understand anything I was saying. Arriving at the window I repeated to him and another employee my order (for 3 people). I wanted to be sure that there were no errors. I pay. I checked at the reception of this one and a drink was missing. I informed him and he hadnt charged it I paid again. I ask for napkins, he gives me 2 (there are 3 of us)!!! In addition to hearing nothing, he doesnt see clearly and doesnt know how to count! This is the first time Ive been to a Tim Hortons and the service is so terrible. Its not normal that it takes this long at the drive-thru, 20 minutes at the window, I counted 5 employees and no line inside. PLEASE MANAGERS take the time to properly train your employees.
They look stupid, sigh when they take the order, you generally have to wait 10 minutes for a coffee even if there is no one waiting 3 times out of 4 errors on the order. The coffee is not fresh!

There are 4 people doing nothing, its just talking. The guy takes out a trash bag, but doesnt wash his hands afterwards. Raw bacon in my bagel (which is no longer cooked..) my potato wedges are old and dry. Take more than 10 minutes for a refund.

I asked for an iced coffee, and a crispy chicken bowl which I received, an iced coffee that tastes like water without sugar and a bowl of rice with dry chicken $13.55 for that in addition to having taken over the guy in charge 4 times....
I give 1 star for the service, but make it 0. On this Wednesday, November 20, 2024, I am being served by whoever is responsible. I ask him for 1 small hot chocolate! He asks me the size, I tell him small? He plays on his crate and repeats to me, a little hot chocolate!!! I said Ive told you twice???? Its the same guy who one morning refused to take a $29 bill because a piece was missing! The numbers were complete on the ticket and it is not supposed to be refused! He tells me that his boss told him to refuse them! You cannot refuse a payment when the ticket is legal. I invite you to go elsewhere! The service is pitiful, and no hello, no smile and no goodbye and thank you!!! If you dont like customer service, GO WORK IN A FIELD OR IN A WAREHOUSE. I would love to see where the food is prepared and the fridges. So o star for service and 0 star for presentation. It seems like you bother them when you go to this establishment.

I just went to the drive-thru on a Tuesday at 9:00 a.m., a person behind me, at the window the employee without saying hello tells me the amount and gives me the interac machine and my coffee at the same time, my card the chip no longer works so I have to put it in and it takes longer at that moment, another employee says you see its long because of the customers and rolls her eyes, when I give her the machine back she says go go go next customer...didnt even have time to put my card back in my wallet lol...phew!! I had a cold brew coffee, and it tasted like dish juice. elsewhere really tasted better and after returning for a replacement, the waitress told me that she noticed that my coffee didnt look good, and the replacement was almost no better. my wraps were poorly assembled, all the sauce on one side and the vegetables on the other. service received in English even though I am bilingual I had difficulty understanding it. no compensation. I expected better following their recent reopening.

Drive-thru service... Very long!
Very nice but lost. I ask if there is anything and without confirming the stock I am told yes. Subsequently I was given something directly, telling me that in the end there was none. Tim Hortons are really tough in general. It has just re-opened, 2 girls including 1 who doesnt speak French We order 1 tim morning sausage on English muffin with potato, 1 BLT and 2 muffins (1 carrot and 1 blueberry). Not complicated...surprise we receive a tim morning bacon on an English muffin, 1 tim morning sausage on a bagel, 1 berry muffin and no potato. BLT is simply BACON, LETTUCE AND TOMATO. Out of 6 items ordered we received 3 good items including drinks. Seriously, I understand that she was, but from there she doesnt understand our orders. Yes it was a good 10 minutes long and we were the only customers, but that didnt matter because there were 2 of us. For my part, I prefer to pay more and go to the second cup because with them there are no order errors and the opening hours indicated on the internet are good.

Avoid for a large order early in the morning. Theyre in such a hurry here that theyre going to run out of something. A morning wrap without sauce should have no sauce!

Seriously would watch the attitude of the employees. Dont make fun of clients or accuse them of things like not talking clearly on purpose. They visibly made fun of me for an accent and treated me like I was stupid. This behavior should not be tolerated. This experience happened at the drive-thru.
Unfortunately, half my food was cold, fridge cold, while the other half was warm. My wrap was leaking from the bottom and there were burnt crumbs of something else in the bottom of the box. Very dissapointed.
Horrendous experience. I had to repeat my order more than 10 times (no exaggeration) in BOTH languages because there were so many employees socializing and not working that they couldnt hear the orders. And they were maskless!! They still had the order wrong at the pick-up window so waited even longer and did not get what I wanted in the end because I gave up asking for it. What a mess. Clearly no one was in charge. I wont spend my money here again.

Saturday 2 p.m., I was told that there was no more lettuce for my Tims club and that there was no more ice, so no more iced cappuccino, iced lemonade, etc. I asked for chipotle sauce on my sandwich and received a sandwich with half a jar of mayonnaise. Disappointing service and food experiences.

Friday May 28th around 2pm, they were rude and the old lady at the drive-through called my girlfriend niaiseuse for no reason. Please educate your employees as it seems like a recurrent issue.
