I have never tasted a worse McDonald's meal than the one I ate day from this branch
A couple days ago I came to this McDonalds and was surprised at the quick service and how clean it was. Probably the best McDonalds location I've visited lately. I got my food quickly and there were many clean tables to choose from to sit down. The store manager was even washing the floor when I was there. Keep up the good work! Bon travail!
Rude employee telling me I can’t sit where I was sitting because section was closed, I was almost done with my food when he told me. it was not the end of the world to clean one more table was it? I was gonna leave with good experience and that guy just ruined it all by being rude for nothing.
3rd time in a row where they "forget" an item. Sandwich nuggets ect. And when you call them back they don't answer or hang up on you
Since I spoke to them in English they began to be disrespectful to me, They did not want to give me the order because I did not have the Covid vaccination card with me and when I came back from the car with the card they told me it was useless because the card was not from Quebec. They made me go to the car and come back with the cards so that they wouldn't even look at them and give me the cold food. Worst mc Donald's I have ever been to. To complete the poor service, the machine did not give me a receipt and neither did the employees, so I cannot complain on the Mc Donald's page

It would be nice to update the opening hours... I am on the road and planned a stop there since its on my way and it says open until 9PM. Once I got here (7:15PM), I find it closed and now my planned itinerary is all messed up...

Really disappointed with the service, the employees spoke to us in English instead of French and several frequent errors. We wait at the counter when the employees talk and do nothing.
Online orders with the application do not work. I was waiting at a terminal and the application told me that I had not arrived.
If I could give zero stars I would have given it but too bad I cant!!! I had dinner yesterday at noon with my husband and when I arrived I wasnt able to chat for even 1 minute with the cashier and then I saw the employees boss arrive angry, telling me that I cant chat with her because she must work while I talk about their restaurant..! In short, for a chef I found her very unpleasant and aggressive towards her customers even though I spent almost $40 I find this unacceptable!! They should change their boss and put in more competent and, above all, smiling people!!!! This is the first time I have eaten at their place and it will be the last time!!
There was a really questionable bug in the bottom of my small fry. The manager (after speaking to her boss on the phone) only offered to reimburse me for the fries even though I had a full lunch trio. She initially insisted that it was just a burnt piece of fries before I showed her the photo (she had already thrown the insect away). I had to argue that it didnt make sense as compensation and she ultimately refunded the full meal. Its still a really laughable excuse since its unacceptable to find a dead insect in your food. In addition, the first thing the employee did was to throw away my leftover cabaret to give me a new fry... even though it was almost finished since the insect was at the bottom of the fry... The evil was already. Important fact to note: during this entire exchange with the employee and the manager, I did not have a single excuse given. It was almost as if something was just missing from my order... In short, I really didnt feel important as a customer. I wrote to Mcdonald Canada a week ago and still no response.

Friday August 9 8:00 p.m. I received impeccable service, more than expected and with a big smile from the man serving that evening.
There is no more liquor in the machine, the tables are dirty, very slow, and the machine is broken, its really and it doesnt give invoices
No soft drinks or juice no sprite Pepsi etc.. dirty tables not washed there is only aromatic water disgusting cold meal it stinks fried food the staff understand nothing dont come here fried with no personal taste look at their phones hooks us with their brooms. ..
The worst McDonalds Ive ever seen, 30 minutes of waiting to receive a bang bang crispy mc trio with a nacho poutine to finally be told that there was no poutine sauce, we exchanged for a big Mac that we received 10 minutes later, crispy Mac received with a hair in it that we exchanged and the cashier left it lying on the counter for 10 minutes before giving it to us, all the drinks were hot and no ice in the machine

Very unpleasant little break. Firstly I had to ask the employee to interrupt a bell that had been ringing incessantly for 10 minutes without anyone intervening. Secondly the burger sandwich was lukewarm. The fries were flavorless and past their shelf life and should have been thrown away before being served. But the final straw was that when I mentioned to the employee who kept his condescending smile that his soft drinks were not carbonated, he told me that they were. In addition he asked another employee who I believe was trying to do an interview in the hope of finally having a competent employee, moved with a stressed step towards the back of the store to return there a few seconds later and in turn confirm that the drinks were perfect to return to the candidate who hoped to be able to join a team where nonchalance dominates the quality of service offered to this poor copy of a multinational which reaps profits with junk food. Undermining the intelligence of a customer by stubbornly insisting that the drink is effervescent when it is not at all is aberrant and disconcerting. What else can I say? The turnover of incompetent employees will continue and what is distressing is that these same people will find themselves serving me elsewhere at my expense in other areas of expertise without having the qualifications, skills, training and interest in accomplished work and customer satisfaction.
20 min for a muffin and they forgot to put the egg inside In addition, there is nothing new in the beverages without forgetting that there is a lot of unavailability so in the end you have the choice between coffee or water for a 20 minute wait.
Update 2023, for a McDonalds in a Walmart, I assure you that it is one of the most beautiful! Here for a coffee, clean environment, very bright and inviting. I would even say that this was my best customer experience in this type of McDonalds (the worst is at the McDonalds Walmart in Saint-Jean). In any case, its a nice place for a break. Update 2024, usually, I hate this type of branch, there are always lots of family customers which lengthens the ordering time.. but thanks to the application.. I got around my irritant!!
The customer service was excellent, the person who answered me (Amine) was very cordial and helped me make my choice despite the lack of total use, he did his best and kept a smile. Very good employee.

I ordered through the McDonalds app while shopping at Walmart. When I arrived, my order was ready and correct. Fast and good service!
I had the opportunity to go to this restaurant twice recently and both times I noticed unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. That s not to mention the sticky floor under our feet near the checkouts when we wait for our orders. In addition, the service and waiting time is more than ordinary. I had to wait more than 25 minutes for an iced coffee and a drink while several orders issued after mine were delivered to customers. In short, a very bad experience.
