A big WOW!! Cleanliness +++ Grocery store with a zen atmosphere. Very good choice of meats from Quebec. Decent prices for organic fruits and vegetables and huge choice too. At the restaurant: PERFECT creme brulee!!! nice choice for sandwiches Hot brocco-kale soup, it s great! She is good but a little too salty (its easy for one customer to add salt but it is impossible to to remove...). Department clerks want to help customers and have a positive attitude. At the checkout, there are some cashiers who could be more cheerful. I really like shopping there! This seems like a very nice place to work!

Wowww what a great selection in this supermarket. I was finally able to find fresh turmeric, even though I had visited 3 other supermarkets before.

Beautiful a must visit with a hydroponic veggie farm on the top floor. Love organic food. Edit/dropping rating from 5 stars to 1 on October 12th 2024 10:30am I asked if I could get a pizza with half cheese half pepperoni, the rudest cashier in the world rolled her eyes asked the cook, which lead to a 5 minutes discussion about how they dont so half topping pizzas. Suffice to say I walked away annoyed and feeling disrespected. My kid has a food allergy and this couldve been acknowledged. Asking for 1 less ingredient is not a big deal, I am guessing the cook preferred to go back to cutting his peppers than helping customers.

Really a nice, up-to-date place and finally a place where you can find healthy dishes! Great concept!

Bistro excellent

My experiences with Avril St. Bruno have been disgusting. On February 23rd around 2PM, I was dining in at the Avril bistro. A female server (in her late 30 s) with her glasses on, suddenly came over to the table attached right next to my table and started spraying the cleaning products into the direction of my salads and sandwich . The chemical drops were sprayed onto my hands. I felt extremely unpleasant and insulted because she never asked my permission nor gave me a sign that she would start spraying the chemicals into my foods and hands. Everything happened so quickly, so my instant reaction was to lift off my food plate (to the opposite direction of the spray). Her next action was even more ridiculous. She sprayed again saying it won t be long , on my table this time, therefore approaching even closer to my foods again. I was wondering Does Avril educate their servers to spray the cleaning products into the customer s foods and hands? She acted like she was doing a fair and justified action as if she was just doing her work of removing the stain on the table. So I observed if she would spray on other customer s plates and tables, but I was the only one being sprayed by her. I sat right below the security camera, so the manager should be able to check this situation if he/she wants to. Today around 1PM, I experienced a malicious behaviour of a short, young female server during my order for take-out. After my Bolognese lasagne was heated and salads were packed ready-to-go, I completed my payment. Instead of grabbing and passing the foods to me, this server made me wait for extra 10 more minutes just to receive my foods that are already heated and paid. She even told me to move to the very end of the counter (towards the washroom) so that I don t get in the way of other customers paying and leaving. Moreover, I realized when I went home that the content of my salads got reversed. The proportion of foods totally changed. I clearly saw a male server originally put 80% of couscous and 20% haricots, but when I opened it, it was filled with 70% haricots and 30% couscous on the bottom. How strange ! In addition, this short female server initially entered $8.99 for bolognese lasagne, even though the price tag indicated $5.99 (both my family member and I saw this tag on display). She said it should be $8.99 because that s what they have in their system, but since they haven t updated the price tag yet, she will let me have it for $5.99 (as if she is doing me a favor). I could go on and on with more of these unpleasant experiences at Avril St. Bruno, but I will cut down here. Note that I have been regularly eating and shopping at different Avril stores in Montreal, Longueuil and Quebec City for the last couple of years. But your succursale at St. Bruno is the worst in terms of some servers manner, behaviour and mindset. They act like their role is to offend the customers in every way they could. Avril St. Bruno is absolutely not worth re-visiting.

I ordered the beef ravioli pasta at the restaurant they cost me $17.24 and I only had 13 pasta its incredible how that doesnt make sense the price is way too high for only 13 pasta

Truly the worst April I have visited. Super messy, flies both in the dining room and the bathroom. The bins full of trash piled up all around me during my dinner. I took a bowl in which the salad had hardly been cut at all. I wont come back. Very very disappointing.

Went for a sandwich a 1:30pm. About 5 costumer in front of me. Two left because it took too long but decide to wait. Tool around 24 minutes to serve 4 sandwiches including mine. Food is good but you need an hour in front of you to eat a Panini. Can t imagine during rush hour. Painfully slow costumer service.

I had my salad 4 choices on Sunday. The salads was incredibly not fresh, don t even deserve one star. The red beets were soon to be perished, very mushy. Each of the 4 choices were at least a day old, too sour, too hard, too awful tasting and served damn cold. I left while eating because they were almost uneatable.

I found it difficult to find a place to sit to be quiet while eating!, not that there werent any places but we had to change twice, nothing to do! the children were crying and the problem was like a big alley out everyone passes to go in the stroll of the children who pass and who play balloons in front of us the little one who cries and I told the 3 children this is not a place to play they continued in front of us the mother heard me and didnt react then she came back and sat not far from us near the toilet and her son kept screaming for everything and it was her daughter who took care of it because it irritated her, the mother always on her cell did nothing! Its still expensive to be attacked all the time you eat, but the all-dressed pizza is worth it as long as you can find a place elsewhere to eat it, the only positive point in my opinion! Its a shame that there is no more respect anywhere even less tranquility because of parents who do not educate their children so sad it has become a luxury eating in peace that was what it was before restaurants! Too bad!! but the pizza is really good!!

The girls at the bistro are so adorable and smiling. The boys are also efficient and courteous. Well done to the whole team. They maintain their good humor despite the pressure of rush hours. Its always a pleasure to go through there

Superb choice of organic products, spacious, clean and very bright. You have to ask if any vegetables are visible!

The manager must be send back to the school, to understand why the kitchen made fresh food must be kept hot (not warm). If he/she had this understanding, maybe now I and my family wasnt poisoned.

Not bad at all. A bit burnt my burger bun, but the woman working there was so nice , I couldn t complain. The potato salad needs more flavour, or at least salt. The soup was really good.

I liked this store

As a first-class supermarket, it has no sense of service. While waiting to pay for my daughters juice in the coffee section, there were 3 employees at the counter, only my family waiting at the cash register. We waited ten minutes and no one came to take the bill.

It could be such a nice place. I was really impressed when I walked in... until I found a really suspicious hair in my ice cream I dont think I will eat there again. Also the toilets could be cleaner and with soap.

We have been going to Avril Saint-Bruno for years and we have always enjoyed both their pizzas and nice client service. Unfortunately tonight we had the worst experience ever, due to their new pizza guy who showed us total disrespect and lack of client service. A real disappointment and we will for sure not go back to get pizzas at Avril Saint-Bruno anytime soon.

Specials are hard to get

Excellent service both in person and by phone. They took care of a reservation that I made over the phone. When I got there, I didnt wait. A service that I really appreciate is that they give ice cream. Just ask. Convenient to put in the zipper before hitting the road with our purchases.

It is 09-18-2023 and none of their management has contacted me as they mentioned in their comment I was called rude and stupid by the waitress in front of my family and my children and even the employees, because she wanted to leave early, a mr who begged me not to make a complaint because she is barely 14 years old , then I see her driving a car at 14 years old the pizza maker who mockingly tells me I missed the pizza I cant do anything Im late... pizza I paid $73 for!! A complaint is necessary

We love eating there, the pizza and salads are excellent. There is also a small grocery store there for special organic products. Access to an on-site naturopath in the natural products section.

Superb store with an even greater range of natural products at affordable prices than other branches in an enchanting environment. The food to eat on site is delicious and the employees are warm and dedicated. The breads, pastries, pastries and ready meals from Amour du pain are exquisite and several products offered in stores were grown in the stores greenhouse, so freshness is guaranteed! Vast range of beauty products for men and women and unlimited quality cheeses! Organic wines are also offered as well as self-service amazing Kombucha! In short, a superb environment to shop for just about everything, even cleaning products. Please note, this store does not seem to be accessible from inside the mall.

Huge, luxurious dining counter, bright space, super friendly staff and sometimes good deals but less frequent than in Granby. An organic must-have next to Costco. Sometimes organic is cheaper than regular!

It was the first time I went...I was surprised...it has many products and a café. All delicious. You can also have lunch. And buy natural products and things for the house and cosmetics. I liked it a lot.

I have been going to Avril at least once or twice a week in Longueuil for over 10 years now. The new Saint-Bruno branch is truly superb and spacious. Their bistro offers truly delicious meals. I recommend the pizza cooked on site. My favorite is the vegetarian one, it is simply excellent. And accompanied by their Caesar salad it s the perfect match!

Have found herbal tea vitamins and natural products that have not been found elsewhere, and the staff and cashiers are always smiling

Customer service leaves something to be desired, and order management for ready-to-eat meals needs an overhaul. On our first visit to Avril, we waited 10 minutes in front of the first counter before an employee directed us to the second counter to place the order. After paying at the second counter, we were handed a notification device without informing us that we had to present the bill at the first counter for preparation to begin. We waited 20 minutes without our pizzas being ready. When they finally did, we received a pizza crust with no toppings, even though we had ordered a prosciutto pizza.

Wow! I find all my organic foods in this market! There are lots of choices and different brands! They have a large selection of vegetables and fruits that are not found in common supermarkets. Here there are refill stations for household products, laundry detergents, dishes and etc! Live ZERO WASTE. + vegan bath products and cosmetics! The flour area! There are a very large variety, small and large formats. Its perfect to try them and taste the different tastes! You have to check out their internal sites, it gives good ideas of the varieties.
