I had a great time at La Cage. The service at the bar was impeccable and the atmosphere as pleasant as ever. It s really a great place to get together and meet new people. Thank you to the whole team for this great experience!

First time with a friend for dinner ordering a starter received with the meal waitress its excuse she was too busy talking to us about her private life she wouldnt stop coming to our table just to chat about her life and cut us off we didnt didnt really have a quiet Dinner with Friends I dont remember her name shes blonde 4 children Very tiring we are no longer interested in dining at this place

I went there this evening as a family with my very active and curious one and a half year old child, who decided to go on an adventure after his dinner... I have never seen restaurant staff so welcoming towards a young child who walks everywhere. The managers invited him into the kitchen and behind the bar. My child was really happy to be able to explore everything! Thanks to the staff for being so inclusive! As a parent, it makes a huge difference not to feel like youre bothering us wherever you go!

Dont even think about coming if you dont have a reservation. The hostesses, despite a waiting list, will pass on people they know and those who look kindly on them. Plus, when you catch yourself in the act, they accuse you of lying. I dont judge the food because I havent tasted it.

Great service this evening, November 22, by a waitress with a name that sounded like Mikaëlla. She was cordial, smiling and attentive! With customer service becoming increasingly difficult in almost all businesses, she was a real breath of fresh air! The food was delicious, fresh and quality. For our part, it was certainly a 5 star meal! Thank you for this good time!

You have to clean the baking trays or the oven for the pizzas because there was too much charred material under the crust. And add more tomato sauce on the other hand. THANKS.

I order from ubereats about 1-2 times a month from la cage. I always order the bangbang shrimp bowl. Every time I add in the special instructions that I only want more bangbang sauce and no wafu sauce. They usually send both which is ok but I don t have enough of the sauce I want. Today I ordered again and specifically said « NO WAFU , only bangbang sauce » I get my order and there is no bangbang sauce only wafu. Im getting annoyed of always having issues with my order. I will be ordering else where from now on

The place for your televised sports matches! Good food with a good selection of alcohol and a good view of the TVs throughout the restaurant.

Very nice evening at La Cage. Pleasant atmosphere. My girls love the cheese pizza from the kids menu. My husband had the spicy honey chicken burger and he loved it! He recommends! I had the grilled chicken wrap and it was good. The cheesecake was delicious!

I came for dinner Tuesday evening. I ordered 8 911 wings with 3 sauces. They brought me 8 buffalo wings with the wrong sauces. When I made the remark (twice). They didnt offer to adjust the situation and acted as if everything was ok. I have always liked La Cage au Sport, everyone makes mistakes and it has happened at La Cage in the past, but it has never happened to me to receive this kind of service after I contacted them. mentioned their mistakes...very disappointed.

Never disappointed, everything is as I expected, good service, food level, the portions are fair according to their price and their atmosphere when there is an expected match is unbeatable, always so active and pleasant to really enjoy the matches.

Showed up single and the hostess waved her fingers like she didn t give a damn. Try your luck at the bar if there is place . She definitely has a chip on her shoulder and only offered tables to couples. I won t be going back without backup. I love the cage and I hope this was just a bad experience. It was a hockey night and I guess she gets a share of the tips so she wants only full tables.

Its a real shame to build such a beautiful restaurant that costs more than a million, to advertise on TV and radio to fill your restaurants and manage to sell 60k -70k 100k week...all that to leave your restaurants with young teenagers who say anything at the door who dont respect the customers make you wait while they talk to each other, tell you that there is a waiting list but the restaurant is half empty with full table in the room...Ive been waiting at the door for 40 minutes for my meal which I have to take take out because supposedly there is no room...so I have to pay for my wings at full price because there is no OWN place in the restaurant and finally the manager finally points to the door but not to see the situation or say hello to the customer...no to put these boyfriends before the other customers who have been waiting for 45 m...when was the last time that a Director of Operations went to a restaurant after 7 p.m.??? One day customers are going to hate these easy ones, you have no competition... The catering is unfortunately sick Good evening

My wife and I had lunch at the Cage aux Sports in the Promenades Saint Bruno on Thursday, December 29th, 2023 and it was a good experience, The service was attentive and our assigned table was in one of the quieter areas. My wife ordered the beet and cheese salad and I ordered the blitz burger. The food was acceptable except for the fact that the amount of fries supplied was very meager (especially considering the cost of fries to the restaurant). The price of the food was quite high, with the burger and fries plate costing $ 20.00. With tip and taxes, youre looking at $ 60.00 plus for lunch, which in my opinion, is way topo much. I dont think well be back as there are cheape4r alternatives ion and around the mall.

Girl at reception was not interested in serving us, told us that they are no longer taking anyone because the hockey match has already started, even though there were several free tables.

Confusing. No menus. Have to download app. Have to create account. Then hard to find menus. Then finally order through the app. Then the app keeps crashing and not working. Have to Google menu. Still not clear. Then just order through the waitress. F-me. What a waste of time. 10$ a glass of draft. Expensive. Ranch was like milk, and no flavor. Wings were dry. But they were free because of yesterdays 5 goals in a Montréal Canadians game.

We had a very nice experience this evening January 26 The hostess Ilba found us a place at the last minute for the match. Chloés service was great and even the manager helped by bringing the childrens dessert. (I also saw him carrying plates from several tables) I highly recommend this branch!

Very good restaurant.. tasty dishes.. perfect portions.. We ordered the poutine burgers and wraps.. the side dishes were perfect. Khaellas service was excellent. Their beer offering was exactly what I was looking for.

Unfortunately we come to the Cage during the playoffs to listen to hockey and we are stuck in a nightclub. Good steak, good service, the young girl did a good job but the atmosphere is to be desired. We dont get along with the music either. Disappointment.

My gang and I come to enjoy the atmosphere of the Series. The Match was not on the main screens... and to finally learn that La Cage decided to NO LONGER play the SOUND of the games. They opted for a musical atmosphere... The employees were confused and also informed us that even for the Canadiens games there was no sound anymore, telling us that the decision came from the bosses. La Cage got rid of the Word SPORT in their Name and they are also positioning themselves to be just a jet set restaurant With DJ on Saturday Nights!.....

The food was meh. We ordered a salad, the lettuce/spinach ratio was waaay too big. The stems were not cut off, which made it very difficult to eat. We ordered a tartare as well, very good. The table was dirty even after being washed and the glasses as well. The employees are very nice and understanding.

We were served by Dave. We were a gang of boys visiting for a sports card show and he gave us legendary service. These bosses cut him off around 10 p.m. and we hired him until 2 a.m. so that he remained our server. Listening to our requests, fast, courteous service and a good life. We drank quite a bit that evening, we were Davids only table, there were 10 of us and he was incredibly patient. I recommend him and I hope one day to be served a second time by him!

After having to return because they got our order 100% wrong, we arrived home and the boxes of fries were half full. Generally good service though at this cage but tonight its laughable.

I like this location. I find that the ones downtown Montreal are so used to having tourists that they dont try anymore.

I placed an order for delivery, and requested that the salmon tartare not be spicy. The one I received was so spicy I couldnt eat it. It was also warm. I called the restaurant, and the clerk couldnt say anything about it.... Disappointing...

A bit disappointing. It was quite busy, we got very fast a table. The menu changed a bit since I was last at a La Cage. Asking one of the waitresses about glutenfree options, she said yes for bread. When ordering there was no such option. Eating glutenfree isnt a choice for everyone. Plenty of vegetarian choices along the menu. Salads were marked as only glutenfree options. Also the waitress never made any eye contact with me. I guess they know that the tip will come from the male guests. Probably not going back.

Ok, it does look fancy when they open a bottle and fill your glass with water. But why do they have to fill it with smelly tap water? Kinda defeats the whole idea of quality :(

Food is good but since the pandemic, prices have risen a lot. The staff is friendly and the food came fast. The ambiance is nice but there isnt a lot of TV.

The worst service of my life, I went on Friday October 14, we were served by Jade (shift Friday evening). They took 40 minutes to serve us the starter and 30 seconds later we received the main dishes so not even time to eat the starter first. The waitress (Jade) never came to check on us the whole time. Asked all these tables if they were ok except us. When the meat arrived (40 min later) IT WAS RAW! Jade came to see us right when we finished, obviously for the bill. Would never come back :)

Really disappointing service. We take the trouble to call to ask if the UFC fight is being broadcast. We are told it will be. When we arrive, we see that the fight is not broadcast. The server informs us that it will not be. Quite ordinary. The restaurant seems to have forgotten its vocation. No one actually goes to the Cage for the food or to watch replays of already past events.

Special mention to the cage manager at St-Bruno sport. I placed an order online via DoorDash and unfortunately when it arrived, some items were missing. I called to report this and less than 20 minutes later the manager came to bring me my order, and much more in person. at my home on a Friday evening! Truly, unparalleled service!

The kitchen is disastrous. I received the wrong sandwich. They changed to the sandwich I had ordered, which was at another table. I dont know if another person touched the food, or if they ate my fries. In the end there were ingredient errors.

I think I give a smile just for the service!!! To see the match and drink and eat popcorn, these are ok, but these are all!
