Vegetarian options: The service was awful we used to go 2 times a week if not more the server was extremely rude trying to tell her my order ahe walking away. They kept forgetting stuff. That we order we tell her she eneded up getting annoyed with us the chipotle sauce burnt my mouth my wrap looks like they dipped in water my fries were so grose looked like they were cooked in 2 month out oil and dont even get me started on there god awful so called pop a waste and my time and money never again

First time ordering here ( I have been here a long time ago as a kid but its been 15+years now) Gotta say great prices its what made me choose here out of multiple restaurants , great selection , friendly staff quick service. Ordered roast beef dip and fries we both thought it was fantastic the beef was great, the bun was sooo good and great gravy too ( Im picky so am very pleased and the chicken Parm sandwich which was very good as well its what my partner got and he really enjoyed it , fries were crisp which is not the usual for a lot of other places. Will be repeating customers from here on out thank you !

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. They charged extra without prior notice, revealing the additional costs only after we had finished our meal. Moreover, the staff behaved rudely and condescendingly, making us feel like they were in charge of us. I will never return and absolutely do not recommend this place.

Ive been ordering Keto chicken wings from The Manhattan for the last year or 2 and the quantity and size have severely gone down, while Im still paying the same price. The last couple of times Ive ordered their jumbo keto chicken wings theyve been much smaller and less in each order. The flavor is still there but thats it. I feel Im being overcharged for regular sized wings. Im going to have to go somewhere else to get my wings I guess. Dietary restrictions: They have a pretty decent Keto friendly menu.

We each ordered a 2 piece fish and chips, and theyre really good sized! The fries dont appear to be chipped in house, but they were decent. Coleslaw was good, gravy was a bit thin for my liking but it was also not bad. The servers were very friendly and the place was full of people. All things considered, especially at the price they charge, I felt like this was a really good value. We will definitely be back, thank you!

Went for dinner here with family. We opted for wings and pizza. Wings were ok. Slightly overcooked. The pizza though was way overcooked. The pepperoni looked like the top of an acorn. Completely dried out . Crust was ok though. The service is very good. We had multiple waitresses ask if we needed anything. The biggest issue for me is the noise level. Its VERY loud. Its basically a shell of a building with tables and chairs spread around the room. All the hard materials deflect all the noise. Even if the food was better I would not go back with noise levels as they are. Parking: Their is a parking lot around the building, but it is not very big. Only the front part Is paved. The rest is gravel . Lots of puddles after rain.

Went out for dinner Thursday night...tried Manhattans for the first time. Our server Kayla was great, we tried her suggestions and she was spot on. Will be back again soon.

Went on our last visit to St. Kitts and the food was terrible, service was lacking and the owner was super irritable and rude. Definitely would not go back to this place and I am not one to leave bad reviews. It was thaaaaat bad. Lots of other great places to spend your time and money in St. Kitts. This place would probably be a lot better under new ownership/management.

Was there not too long ago and our server Kayla was amazing and so energetic. Really made us feel great and welcomed. Loved the wings.

A big thank you our waitress Steph. We visited the restaurant for lunch with our running club, a large group of about 20. Steph was the only waitress working (she was also the bartender too). Not to mention the restaurant had several other patrons. She was amazing! She was organized and on top of all our orders. She didn t miss a beat. Service was great. Kudos to Steph for a job well done!

This place is very good, we enjoyed the roast beef dip sub and the buffalo chicken wrap. The price isn t bad at $18 but for the flavour it is worth it.

Joined a group for a birthday celebration. First time there. A locals bar, basic beverage offerings, simple decor and service was both friendly and efficient. Local pricing, which is always nice, the clientele was younger. I wouldnt plan a night out there myself, but I am sure for others looking to hunker down with a friend for a few pints, its a perfect spot. I did not eat.

Best burger and fries I have had in a long time. The fries were absolutely perfect!

Ordered wings for takeout. Order size was good and large, but the wings were dry with only a tiny amount of reddish oil in the bottom of the container. I assume that the sauce is so thin that it drains away and leaves nothing on the surface. Definitely not my style and the menu should indicate they are dry wings. Also, requested only carrots (as I am allergic to celery) and found I had a little bag of mixed carrot bits and celery. Disappointed they can t do simple requests. Edit: After brief email exchange, they acknowledged to follow up and review as they indicated this was not their own expectation. Added one star for service.

Great spot for drinks and food. Staff is always friendly and the food is always hot. Always nice and full on the weekends. One of my favorite local spots.

We ordered the Turkey Easter Special dinner for four and picked it up at 6 p.m. We delivered one to our daughter and then took the rest home and I figured this way we could enjoy a delicious dinner together but not together. The entire meal (potatoes, stuffing, carrots and both dark and white turkey with gravy) was hot and tasted like homemade and we even had leftovers for tonight all for a very reasonable price. Thank You to the Kretz family and staff that prepared the meals on Saturday and Sunday I hope you got to sit down and enjoy a meal and glass of wine together. Stay safe.

Best wings in the Area.

I ve only been twice but I can already recommend 3 items: chicken wings, steak sub and Greek salad. Be warned though; the wings are big (10 were more than enough for me) and the large Greek salad is a LARGE Greek salad. It can probably serve 2 or 3 of you in addition to your entrées. Wait staff are fun and they know how to do their job. And the TVs in the smaller side room are ideal to take in a game while enjoying your meal or a brewski. Parking: Parking on site. Might get a little bit tight if they re busy but I could be wrong. Wheelchair accessibility: Everything on one floor. Parking lot may be a bit rough. Should be okay though.

I d been told that it was a good place to go. I stopped in for lunch around 11:50 am. Walked in, no one approached me so I chose a table. After a couple of minutes, noticed some menus sitting on a window ledge so I went to get one. From behind me, this voice bellowed, take a seat we ll bring you a menu . Went back to my table. I was approached by a tall, loud woman who informed me that it would be confusing for her and the other server if I had obtained my own menu because I might sit there for a half hour with them both thinking the other was taking care of the only customer in the restaurant. I asked for a water, and looked at the menu. The server brought the water. I spent 15 minutes listening to Gargantua tell the other person behind the bar why she had more responsibilities than secondary did. However she did not return to my table, even though my menu was closed for over 10 minutes. She went into another room, where patrons whom arrived after I did and I didn t see her again. After waiting for another 5-10 minutes, I picked up my purse, told the other server .. tell her thanks anyway and I walked out. First, you don t bellow at customers, and if you have a policy, follow through. I will never set foot in there again. Having read the responses, by management, to other non favourable reviews I m sure there will be a reason I was at fault. Lol. Your response is as was expected .how dare I enter an establishment that has its doors wide open, patrons at the bar already consuming beverages at 11:50. Also interesting, your fixation on the description of gargantua instead of the expression of lack of respectful service.

Not happy! I ordered 3 pounds of wings and asked waitress for all flats with no drumsticks. She told me that she could ask the cook to accommodate me but that chances are some drumsticks will be included. When I got home too my disappointment I had half of a pound of flats and the rest drumsticks?? This is not the first time that the cooks have screwed me over but let me tell you its the last. My family and friends are not impressed either and we all will share this disappointment with our community. To bad us good paying, kind customers are not a valued at The Manhattan bar and grill and just to add insult to injury I left a tip.... Goodbye

Great pub style food and beer

All I can say is... If you dont enjoy your job maybe you shouldnt work directly with people.... However, the food itself was inexpensive and absolutely delicious and you get tons for your money! Would definitely order the food....for takeout.

Went to this joint a few times, every time I have left feeling sick. It stinks like actual garbage and the first time I was like, maybe a one off. Maybe it s garbage day who knows. But no, give it another chance and it smells yet again. Met the owner, he s super aggro and not really well versed in customer service it seems. My final straw was that I found a finger nail in my drink. Never again will I visit this establishment unless a new owner ever takes over.

Tried this spot on a whim and wont be going back. Not good food or expreince. Ordered the spinach dip and fish n chips. Everything was bland and soggy and too much oil. Had to take a covid test when I got home to make sure I wasnt losing my taste. Turns out I dont have covid, just wasnt a great place to eat. Wasnt given much assistance and mostly ignored when we stated we werent happy with our food. I dont know if there was a miscommunication or if the waitress just didnt care but due to the general ignorance we faced and how much time they spent all socializing with eachother instead of looking after guests, my guess is the second. I dont recommend making this place a priority visit unless you wanna relive the horrors of wondering if your tatsebuds are failing because of covid and being ignored by the popular kids in highschool simultaneously.

We had the most amazing experience yesterday. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. It was so good we ordered tonight for delivery. We are visiting from out of town and this was one of the highlites of our visit. We can t wait to come back.

Please take your time to read. Never again. They served me uncooked pork and I got really sick. Of course when I called they didn t care, and blamed it on my eating habits! Never. Ever. Again. Pt. 2 Not only did they think I ate at a different restaurant like the Mandarin (which is disgusting to put down someone else s business). But no. It was indeed your Jalapeño poppers that were wrapped with bacon that was uncooked properly. And the fact that you asked me to take down an honest review because it affects your stats instead of solving the problem should say more about this business than anything.

The waitress was friendly and attentive without going overboard. We ordered the nachos .. I wouldnt go anywhere else now for natchos. They exceeded my expectations. Will definitely go here again

The keto menu is awesome so you totally feel like it is normal appies. Nachos looked cheesy with lots of toppings and quesadillas are chock full. Definite value and great taste.

On a 2 week holiday this was the best food we have had. Highly recommend this restaurant in the back room it was quiet. All 4 of us had different dishes and rated them all 10/10. I had the Steak and Cheese power bowl and it was up there in my top dishes and Im a food critic.

Bad costumer service experience, we ordered an app over the phone for pick up and on the menu it says half priced apps after 9pm so we go to pick up our order and we are charged full price and when we asked the bartender why she didn t inform us before hand that it would be full price if we had ordered take out and she very rudely said that s not my job with a terrible attitude. Now we think the food is great but because of the awful service and rude attitude we will not be going back and I will be telling my friends of the incident. I work in customer service myself and I would never ever speak to a customer this way it is completely unacceptable and it affects the company, very bad look on manhattans behalf.

I go there on remembrance days with a good friend and our wives. We are always treated like kings.

Wife and I ordered pizza and wings for take away. Wings were over cooked and seasoned. Pizza was undercooked, chewy and quite bland. Not sure if they were having a bad day, but I won t be back. Too many other restaurants around to give second chances to lack luster restaurants.
