Great spot to grab a drink, a bite or a whole meal. The Office has a great selection of wine, beers and cocktails to choose from. They have a nice compact menu that is curated by Chef Warren. All of their dishes are fantastic and are expertly crafted.

Street kevel, seating indoors and on outdoors patio Food is very enjoyable. Vegetarian options: Egg salad sandwich tuna melt sandwich, various pastries, soups, etc. Several non-vegetarian options too: turkey ham, roast beef.

Generally good meal. Very good service. My issue is the extra charges for everything! My wife had the gnocchi and then asked for cheese (not unreasonable for a pasta dish) and they charged us and extra $2.63!!! These small extra charges are getting out of control. This has happened at other restaurants. Going out is already expensive so extra charges like this help confirm why we wont eat out as much as pre-Covid. Charge us what the dish costs and no more. Disappointing.

What a gem of a place! We were visiting from Toronto and were looking for a queer friendly spot on a Sunday night! Hard to find in St. Catherine s. The Office was a perfect spot for good food, delicious cocktails and a huge selection of beers! It was the WNBA finals and they welcomed the idea when we asked if they could put the game on for us! Mike was an amazing server and cared for our every need! His music choices created a great vibe. Highly recommend a visit here! LGBTQ+

I gave this place a chance! The first time me and my friends were here, they served us overcooked burgers. The server then was nice so we let it slide. This time, the service got worse. I was alone and the server sat me on the worst table while there were only about 3 or 5 other people in the restaurant. It was the happy hour so I told the server that Im still thinking about getting another apps when I finished my first order. He immediately came back with a check. Tell me you want your customers gone without telling me.

My bruger was way over cooked, lamb should be medium rare but otherwise great service and relaxed atmosphere. The volume of the tv was low enough yet good to hear.

The perfect Friday night! Everything here was great. The menu is incredible and the food is well-executed, with delicious and very satisfying comfort food and large portions. The service was impeccable. Friendly, attentive, and quick (thanks Michael!). There was excellent live music when we were there. Combine all of that with $15 corkage and you get an awesome evening for great value. Well definitely be back!

I was really looking forward to coming here for the first time. Unfortunately my experience was not as I thought it would be. The atmosphere is fantastic and the service & servers are seriously amazing. What I didnt like was the food and drinks, the dish that I had ordered was the squash ravioli and that seriously had no taste. Not only that, to me for the price I felt there should have been more. The drink was just horrible, too much alcohol and that is all I could taste. Because of that I ordered a water and did not drink the alcoholic beverage. I will try to go back to try something else, but sadly not my number one go to place to eat.

Super friendly service, calm and peaceful atmosphere for a modern, elevated pub. The food was delicious. If you have unique food requirements, they will gladly accommodate and not make you feel strange for asking. Wonderful spot for a date night. 10/10 highly recommend.

Every time I go to The Office, the service is wonderful, the food and drinks are tasty, and the price is affordable. If youre looking for a couple drinks at a bar without the sports bar vibe, or if you want a casual dinner date that doesnt feel too stuffy, The Office is the place you want to go. Wheelchair accessibility: The bathroom requires going down a set of stairs, no first floor bathroom access. Step to get into the building.

Its been years since Ive been. Really loved the beer selection and food. Popcorn lobster is amazing as is the chicken and waffles. But the Jerk Chicken is an absolute star! The staff was amazing and the place has really chill vibes. Nice bar to sit at, or if a booth is your jamb you can do it.

A group of us (all vegans) went here for NYE dinner and were so impressed by the staff (waitress and kitchen) who were above and beyond helpful in accommodating the menu to meet our needs. We had all been to The Office several years ago when vegan options were plentiful under the previous ownership, but the staff were incredible at modifying existing dishes to ensure we all had several options to choose from and make for a wonderful dining experience. They had vegan feta and shredded cheese, and mayonniase. Our waitres was so professional, genuinely friendly, and asked all the right questions to make us feel heard. Highly recommend this restaurant, and look forward to, hoprfully, more vegan options in the future. Vegetarian options: They had vegan cheese (Shredded and feta) as well as vegan aioli (mayonniase). The only vegan item listed on the menu is the black bean burger, but other items can be made vegan as requested. Would love to see more vegan options on the menu to bring back the vegan clientele that so faithfully supported this restaurant under the previous owners Dietary restrictions: They made accommodations to vegan customers no problem.

December 18th, my very good friend and I had wine with friends. They went home and my good friend and I were a little hungry so we came to The Office Tap & Grill (TOT&G). We d been here before when previous owners were there. We ordered Flatbread Bruschetta . It was so delicious. Tomato, Asiago and basil pesto baked on a traditional flatbread, drizzled with a balsamic glaze, topped with shaved parmesan. Very reasonable prices . The great new owners are so personable, very hands on. One of the owners, Michael, I think (I wish I remembered his name damn) took our order. He was very attentive, great sense of humor, well organized, fast service. One of the waitstaff, Maddi, was terrific, funny. All are real assets to TOT&G. TOT&G serves vegetarian, healthy options, etc, bar on site, wine, hard liquor, cocktails, accepts reservations, wheelchair accessible. Street parking or Indoor lot parking. We always have a terrific time here. The owners, service, food selection, atmosphere, service; all top notch. TOT&G is a must when in the area. You won t be disappointed. Very highly recommend!!!!!!!

One of the best spots Downtown St. Catharines. The food is always amazing. Most wonderful staff. I never leave disappointed. Always great drinks, food, music and company. Plus they are often watching the merblelympics which is always mesmerizing.

Came in from NY to have a nice dinner but also a good night out. The service was phenomenal, totally enjoyed it. Will say I didnt like the fish n chips but thats just because of the type of fish used, however my partner adored it and I ate his burger so it worked out. The cocktail drinks...-chefs kiss- Perfect. The only thing that I didnt deduct points but I understand its just being human was when the servers were outside smoking and then came indoors, they brought in the scent of the smoke with them. Aside of that, totally visiting again!

Popped in with my boyfriend for some 1/2 price wings and they were excellent - I tried the salt & pepper, sriracha agave and hot honey. Deeee-licious! Lots of blue cheese and veggies which I loved (since I have been other places where they don t provide it with the wings or charge extra.) Great Sunday deal on the price of the wings and drinks. But the best part of our evening was our server Michael. He made our experience phenomenal - checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. And he even whipped up some fantastic cocktails for us. I wasn t sure what I felt like drinking but shared with him what some of my fav margaritas normally are and he made a delicious, creative, spontaneous cocktail for me based off my taste/flavour preferences. It turned out to be a delicious spicy strawberry tequila drink! Amaaazing. The energy of the place and staff was so positive! Will 100% be back for more! :) Thank you Michael for such a great experience at The Office Tap & Grill. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options on the menu such as a vegan burger patty and cauliflower wings! Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegan options for plant-based eaters! Came in as a recommendation from a good friend, honestly one of the best places downtown St Catharines, I ordered the lobster Mac n Cheese and the portion is massive, you definitely get your money s worth. The cauliflower wings are the best in city hands down. Our server Maddie was amazing! 10/10 food and service, and we will definitely be back!!

The place was very cozy and the staff were amazing, they stayed open later for us and were so accommodating. Michael was our waiter and was genuinely one of the nicest people in the service industry we have come across in a while. Not only the service and atmosphere were great but the food as well! Their wings, especially their siracha agave, Caribbean jerk and classic buffalo were fantastic, so were their parm fries and their light lager beer.

Excellent value, food is great, good selection of beer and run by good people, what more could you ask for.

Ive tried poutine almost everywhere in the world while travelling, Ive crosse Canada 7 times from Pacific to Atlantic back and forth and the Duck poutine at this place find its place in my top 5 poutine, it could be my #1 if its was fresh goat cheese curds not so melted (as to keep that squeak ) and the fries just a tad bit more crispy the duck tho! Wow usually duck is kinda dry this was juicy and tasted so good and the portion is perfect.. wil be coming back FOR SURE!

Came here twice in the last week, and both times had an absolutely amazing experience! Had Michael and Maddy as our servers, and both were perfectly attentive and engaged. They both offered to make us custom cocktails, and we had great conversations as well. The food is delicious and reasonably priced too! Fantastic atmosphere, and truly exceptional staff. There was a wonderful server with a beard as well, but we didn t get his name. We ll be back soon, and have been telling everyone who will listen how great experience we had.

Still the best! Ive been visiting The Office since opening day two decades ago. We had dinner for two and brought with us a pre pandemic gift certificate from the previous ownership. They graciously honored the gift dinner for two. We had popcorn Lobster, 10oz. AAA steak with potatoes and vegetables, jerk chicken rice, n veggies, and chocolate truffle cheesecake. Cooked to perfection and seasoned just right.

This place is such a gem in Niagara. It s got a great intimate vibe inside and the staff are absolutely amazing. Every server I ve ever had has been so friendly, attentive and added bonus: hilarious, which makes the experience even better. The food is SO GOOD! I think I ve made my way through half the menu items and I ve been blown away with everything. The flavours are delicious, and the prices are very fair (especially in pandemic times). I love the drink menu and all the options, and the daily specials. The Office is one of my favourite places in Niagara. Always leave full and happy! Shout out to all the amazing staff to go above and beyond!

They have changed the restaurant quite a bit from pre-covid. The menu is different and they dont have the same feature meal items. It seems to be even more casual now (condiments at all tables for burgers). We tried a mix of items. No one in my party loved anything they had. We did love the service though- the staff is friendly and helpful. A pleasant experience, but the food was just okay.

We ate our dinners on the patio, which was OK for downtown. The service was excellent and the quality of the food served was excellent. Our party ordered pulled pork on a bun which was tender and tasty, the classic burger (which had no fillers in the patty) and wings, which were delicious but really tiny for wings. We also had the whiskey maple sweet potatoes which were awesome. Given the quality of the food, this restaurant provides excellent value. Definitely recommend. Ill be going back next time Im in town.

Food was good but it was a short menu.

Stop what you are doing and head to the Office Tap & Grill. OMG, it was amazing not only is it next door to the Watering Can - best flower store anywhere! The Office food is delicious. The cauliflower wings - incredible. The burger was the best I have had, it was made with brisket. Mmm mm. I had an old fashioned for a cocktail - and had them use Woodford Bourbon. Wow! Seriously cant wait to go back and try anything else on the menu.

Absolutely great place. We stopped for dinner here on Sunday night and had excellent food and super service. My butternut ravioli was perfect, nice balance of sweetness from the squash and savoury from the sage and oil sauce. I shared a kale Caesar salad with my wife, which was very good. Nice selection of beers and wine. Our server was more than helpful and incredibly welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Kudos to The Office for providing a welcoming place to dine last weekend. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt welcomed by the staff. The atmosphere is comfortable, with in-house playlists that set a cool vibe. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the shared nacho appetizer (more than enough for two people). Next came the entrees served by an attentive and pleasant server. The food was delicious - both the generous Chicken Caesar salad made with kale and the home made burger with sweet potatoes. We ll be back!

My husband Ernie and I went for an early dinner last week. I had a gluten free burger with fries. Hubby loved the bean burger and salad. Our server Allan was a super guy. He was efficient, fun, and really nice. He made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble to him. Chris was awesome too. He was happily singing while making our drinks and was smiling and fun. The cook did a great job on the food and being able to eat a gluten free meal meant the world. Thanks to The Office staff that made our celebratory dinner a good thing. We sold our house and bought a condo.

We have ordered twice through skip the dishes. Both times the food was amazing! We have had the lobster mac n cheese, scallops, and the steak dinner twice. The food here is amazing, and the portions are huge. Worth every penny.

This is a long standing restaurant and bar. The menu and wine is great. You can bring your own wine, while enjoying some great food, that is not always so available, in other places. Part of what makes this place still great, is that the owner still works in the kitchen. This place should be tried.

Cool atmosphere! Free corkage bring your own wine some night! Pan seared fish was really good with dill tartar and fries. Burger was good too.

My girlfriend and I had a phenomenal time! Alex (bartender) took great care of us! He knew the menu, and cocktails really well. Very attentive and funny. He also handled a table of 3 guests who seemed quite pretentious and rude extremely professionally... (These people literally shouted for a debit machine across the restaurant when Alex was on his way with one...) He managed the situation with a smile on his face, without sacrificing the environment in the restaurant. Impressive. Food was also delicious!! We will definitely be back.

Had an amazing time, stopped by on our way home. Had never been here before but the service was unmatched, our server Alex was amazing, he was extremely personable, fun, and provided fantastic service. And the food, goodness gracious it was amazing! I have never enjoyed a burger so much and had it cost under $20! Also the restaurant had adorable private booths to offer a more luxurious private vibe. Definitely recommend if you re looking for a hip new spot!

Ricky Gervais chicken garbage was terrible, thin slices of the worse cut of chicken I ve ever tasted... if you can even call that chicken and under cooked bacon for $18.00! This is the worst, most over price trash I ve ever seen or eaten!

Hilarious waitress and nice atmosphere. The lights blinked a lot and it was sort of annoying but the food made up for it!

Very disappointing. Salad for $15. Bit of lettuce, 2 slices of tofu and 3 pecan. Very bland and no taste of dressing??? Desert. Oatmeal and scoop of ice cream for $7 So not worth it!

This place has low light and quite. It has booths and tables. I really enjoy my meal from the Dlish menu thats available right now. Our waitress was great and made sure our drinks were full including our water. Definitely would return.

Always awesome long standing bar with great food and great service. Mellow environment can easily be first date spot, dinner with family or friends or drinks with colleagues. Their burgers are the best!!

Fantastic place. From the three different menus to the decadent desserts.

Brie was over baked and there are tons of fruit flies by the bar.
