It was OK. Service could have been better. Had a burger, little bland.

I had the chicken Supreme and it was the best. I really enjoyed the vegetables and I got a great portion. They were not hard but cooked to perfection. I have never had such tasty vegetables. I felt that one server was a little aggressive but I dealt kindness to her and asked her to give me a moment so we could find our money.

Took my mom and son here for lunch. Service was wonderful food was good and reasonable. Will be back.

The food was great but when I asked for a straw for my sangria I was told they do not have straws later I saw tables with straws . I was under the impression that a straw with sangria was standard b/c of all the fruit in the cup. Guess not but do advise it is BYOS (bring your own straw)

Horrible . They charge items that weren t even on menu. Asked for a dip for my fries. Extra extra without asking. Burgers are very small. Burger was falling apart. Will never order a burger again

Wouldn t say i d chose this place if you have kids. Didn t have lids for the kids cups, didn t have straws at all, didn t have crayons & felt overall a little rushed during our meal. The jalapeño dip didn t taste too much like jalapeños at all which was whatever was still good. More of a place for drinks and a snack i d say. Atmosphere is cute tho

Beautiful views, out the large windows overlooking the ravine (didnt get to sit on the outside) tonnes of T.V.s to watch sports on. All great, but the noise can be a bit much.

Went for dinner with business associates, they booked us a great table for our reservation. Server was very attentive and helpful. Appetizers came out fast and were very tasty, we can coconut shrimp and jalapeno dip with pita for the table. Individual meals also came out quickly and everyone enjoyed. I had the Mediterranean burger an it was a good size, almost too big for the bun. Thanks for being a great choice for us to meet up with out of towners, all enjoyed it.

Great atmosphere and a fantastic view! Unfortunately, it was too cold to sit outside, but the staff could get us a table by the window to enjoy the view! The taco salad was superb, and the portion was significant. The white sangria is a must try!

On the way to the US I looked up food nearby and this spot was the first to pop up. Was not disappointed had quick responsive service when we came in. The drinks, appetizers, food came out quick and they were really good. If you re looking for a nice little spot with a nice view out of the back. This is a good option. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly they have high chairs ready.

My usual order of wings and small Cesar salad have always been perfect.

Having driven passed a number of times, a friend and I decided to pop-in. The patio in the back is quite nice as it overlooks a green space and the service was tremendous. The food was just okay however... I contemplated the steak sandwich and was advised otherwise and I appreciated that. I had the adult grilled cheese and it was good. Just good. Had the chicken tacos. 2 were well-made, the third looked like they ran out of ingredients and just half-filled it. If youre going to serve 3 of something, they should be reasonably similar looking. Poutine was tasty.

Very disappointing this evening. Tried to order Rolling Rock...just to be told it was out. Second pitcher we tried to order Corona but again... Out! Tried to order Beef on a Bun... Guess what... Manager whispered in servers ear dont think it one the menu anymore.... And it was no longer available! Ordered Steak Sandwiches... Med rare....both were over cooked.... One sent back... At the end of the night.... We approached manager at the end of evening to express our disappointment... His reply.... I took care of you. Well no you didnt... Your server did... And she was awesome by the way! No wonder your parking lot was empty at 9:30 on a Saturday night! NEVER going back...

Went for the first time today for lunch and was very disappointed. The fish tacos were tasteless and the fish looked terrible and like it had been laying around, not hot at all. The burger was overcooked and tasteless as well. The service was great and it is a nice place but we wont be back.

We had to park across the street but it was worth it!

Outside is deceiving, I thought it was more of a pub/ sports bar type place. But its actually a beautiful restaurant with absolutely delicious food. The French Onion soup and calamari were the best Ive had in awhile and the Onion Brie burger was so good, I was stuffed but couldnt help but finish every last bite because it was so delicious.

Dont be fooled by the exterior! This place has delicious food, excellent staff and a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend the fish tacos and Oreo cheesecake in a mason jar (THE BEST!) They also have an awesome heated patio. We saw a deer out in the field last summer while having a cold draft and some wings!

Absolutely fabulous! The staff here are just peachy!! Bathroom smell like a garden, the food and atmosphere are a 5 star experience! Yes, I am a regular here. But it doesn t change who the people are that own and work here. I promise they will not talk to you the way they talk to me. It took years for me to earn that. Lol come on by and prove me wrong.

The food, unfortunately, was not to my taste. It seems, to me, that the ingredients used to prepare the dish were of inferior quality. This review originally had 2 stars. Cut to - another visit about six months later. It was a busier Saturday afternoon. We basically got shafted - we waited where it said: wait to be seated but no one came. A waitress behind the bar waved us in from 20 feet away. We waited at our table and were not greeted. Overall, we were treated dismissively by the staff. My buddy is something of a regular there as he has family living close by. We both wish that they did a better job of treating their customers as guests but, it seems that if you arent one of the every day retiree regulars competent service is hit-or-miss.

The only thing nice about here is the view. Went yesterday and there was about 6 people at lunch hour. The hostess/waitress acted as though it was the busiest day of her life. Even though our table was her only one and another waitress had the other tables ... We watched a couple leave after being dismissed by our waitress - probably should of done the same. While ordering, I let her know I have an allergy and when asking if something was safe just shrugged - no help or offer to go ask the chef. Food was gross - pretty sure the chicken was a frozen cutlet heated up and the burger was on a wonder bread bun. Highly suggest elsewhere!

We ordered Chicken Supreme and Fish and Chips and both were delicious! We also enjoyed the cool beer pitcher we ordered in their patio tward the river. All in all, it was a great experience.

I really cant say enough about this place! The food, service, drinks, everything is outstanding! So many things on the menu, weve been a few times to try a bunch! The French onion soup and the seafood pasta being my favorites! Prices are so reasonable! And when your there, youll see the owner, with his sleeves rolled up, bringing food out, cleaning tables, helping his staff!! Those are the restaurants I wanna support!

Went there on a Sunday evening for a late lunch. Really liked the patio seats on the back, has a nice view to enjoy a good meal and a drink. Staff is friendly and courteous. Was expecting the drinks and food to come a bit sooner, but thats alright for the weekend. Would love to see more variety in the menu.

The waitress was great but the food was aweful. Rice came completely plain with no seasoning, not even salt. Salmon was overcooked. Everything tasted like it was frozen or just slapped on the plate out of a can. Save your money

We were seated then sat for 20 minutes and still no service. None of the servers even acknowledged we were even there so all 4 of us up and left.....we even had reservations. We will never be going back again.

This place was awful was there with friends yesterday and waited for 20 minutes and still no service the place was not busy the waitresses kept ignoring us let s just say I wasn t going to stay there so went to Jack Astors and spent my. $250 there where I got great service and food. needles to say I won t be going there ever again and will be sharing this experience with anyone I know!

Ordered a steak mid rare, came out well done. Server didnt ask about the steak after it was served. Rice and vegetables were bland, no salt pepper or butter even. My girlfriend sent back a salmon. My stepmom had fish tacos, she finished them but didnt have anything nice to say about it. Only food that came out ok was my dads burger and some wings. All the food here is pretty clearly frozen. Probably the worst way to spend $140 in St. Catharines. Manager discounted it 20% because he knew they fd up, but it still wasnt enough. Id rather microwave chicken fingers than ever go back here.

Lets start with the good. The outside seating has a nice vibe on an evening. Inside seems nice enough. Waitress are friendly . Food came quickly. Bad: waited to be seated for over 10mins and the place was empty. Maybe 3 tables seated. Almost felt deserted. Which is also felt with the service. Seemed the server was busy but there really wasnt anyone to have her busy. Seems they all just hang out in the kitchen/back and come out every so often. Food was mediocre to say the least. Jalapeño dip doesnt really taste much like jalapeños but more like a cream cheese dip. Soup wasnt bad but wasnt great. Really wasnt that impressed with menu or the food we ordered. The only thing exciting about the drinks were the names of them. The presentation wasnt the best nor was the flavour. I hate when I write these kind of reviews but sometimes you just gotta be honest with the experience so others dont have to feel it. This place has a lot of potential but maybe better management is required. Not sure. Experience was very bland. Not one to recommend. But if you want to have a pint of beer and sit out on patio in peace probably isnt a bad idea.

Went in for lunch and had an Upper Deck burger which was delicious while my mother had the fish and chips which she says were excellent. They were a little busy but the service was still excellent and the food came out fast.

Sat on the Patio. My sandwich was really good.but the steak was thin and over cooked. Clean and staff was nice.

Was pretty disappointed with this establishment, I dont ask for much but when basic needs arnt met Im perplexed... we used the womens bathroom that stinks of mold there seems to be a leak in the ceiling and the bulging ceiling tiles is an accident waiting to happen. The smell of mold was overwhelming. The hand blower also refused to work and with no alternatives we were left to walk out with wet hands. We were sat and left to wait 10 minutes before we were served a kids menu. A menu that is clearly for coloring but the staff said they stopped buying crayons because they break... my kids had some chocolate milk and it seemed very white, after closed inspection and a taste test I realized it was definitely not real chocolate milk and chocolate syrup such as quik, it pooled at the bottom of the glass which was another dead giveaway. Gross. I requested straws and they said nope but then produced a few out of thin air. All meals were brought out at differing types. And they didnt check in on us to help refill drinks or any other requests we might have such as extra napkins. They clearly dont care about the family aspect of the experience and although the food was good the service was less then desirable. Wont be back unless the mold is addressed... thats just a health hazard. Side note having disgusting hand sanitizers on the tables is also gross. Everyone knows those bottles are only touched with dirty hands.

They used to put seasoning on the fries, now they are bland, I ordered a burger with Brie cheese, forgot I ordered it with Brie, and when I paid I noticed bill said with Brie, but realized there was not brie on my burger, I told waitress, she went and told owner, he said there was brie on it, I would know cheese if I ate cheese, also the buns were like wonder bread buns, used to be a good place to eat, maybe bad management

Great restaurant for lunch, dinner or just grabbing a drink with friends. Patio has an outstanding view. Had the burger recently, one of if not the best in town. Super friendly staff. I got to speak with the manager, Ryan who I must say is a very pleasant chap. He does an excellent job in making sure all the guests are well taken care of.

First visit to the Upper Deck TapHouse. Very nice establishment with courteous staff. Great place to catch a major league sport match. Also very nice view of the Twelve Mile Creek ravine.

We stopped at The Upper Deck Tap House for a few drinks. Very friendly staff, larger seating area inside, with the best outside covered heated patio I have ever seen. I view is second to none. The kitchen staff is professional and proper. A large bar with lots of drink options. The owner is well spoken of by his employees.

Was recommended the burgers by the waitress and was VERY disappointed. These burgers were cooked the day before and reheated- change my mind. It was dry, hard and not even hot. For 16.99 i expected better.

Reubens and Grilled Cheese were fantastic, even the French fries and gravey were great. The staff were kind.

Bit of a mixed experience for me. Ate in a few times, but inside of restaurant had an overpowering bleach smell. I just started eating on patio and solved that issue. Im a a pretty light eater, so usual a few drinks, and a salad and tacos that I share with my wife. Food is always fine. Last visit was marred by inattentive staff. After food was delivered, was never approached again. Would have liked another drink. After another 25 minutes tried to get my bill. Finally went inside to pay my bill and was given a bit of attitude. Wouldnt be inside if I could get help outside! Convenient location for me but lots of choice in the area.

Beautiful restaurant with lovely view. The menu is a little limited although the food is well presented and tasty. Very quiet and an older crowd. Lots of TVs around which dont seem to be in keeping with the rest of the place and are really just distracting in what is an otherwise mellow ambience.

I have eaten here a few times, mostly sitting down (pre-pandemic) but more recently a takeout order. While I remember my sit-down meals being great, the recent takeout order was a bit disappointing. I had the California burger and the beef was so lean that it was a little dry and flavourless. My friend had the bacon mac n cheese and was unimpressed also. So my advice would be to give it a try but maybe go and sit down inside rather than order takeout.
