loved their patio with soft music playing, service was sooo friendly to my kids , food came out great and fast, and the price was very reasonable. We will absolutely be back Kid-friendliness: the sever brought a hair chair right away, an extra plate to share our omelette , and was so kind .

My family of six dined here for breakfast. I have a gluten intolerance and the server immediately let me know they had GF bread and could accommodate my dietary restrictions. I had the French toast with Nutella and strawberries and it was divine. All of my kids cleaned their plates and my 4 year old gave it two thumbs up! Great service and great food.

First time eating in and was there with my elderly mother and daughter. Our waitress Jessica was wonderful! She was both patient and accommodating! Thank you Jessica! Your bright smile is refreshing! Parking: No wheelchair accessibility parking, but we managed. My mother is in a home, so she doesnt drive. A few spots reserved for families with elders would be nice.

My wife and I went for breakfast. The food and service was amazing. My wife had the avacado toast and I had 2 eggs sausage and real potatoe home fries. This will now be our GOTO breaky spot

Amazing food and very friendly staff

Great experience today with my family. The food was great and portions were very generous. Drinks (mimosas and ceasar) very well priced. Service was excellent. There was only 1 server but she was very polite and attentive. It was our first time but definitely will not be our last. Thank you Grazie Cafe!!

I have been there 3 times for brunch. Each time, I was impressed with the food and the service. There are menu choices to satisfy different palates. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I read every negative and positive review. I found ZERO of the negatives to be true and ALL of the positives to be accurate. Food was delicious and plentiful. Toast was not dry. Nothing was greasy or undercooked or overcooked. Prices very reasonable. Waitress was pleasant and prompt. I went during a not very busy time so keep in mind those clueless complainers are probably commenting on busier times OR is it possible that cooks and servers can have an off days or be imperfect like the rest of us at our jobs? I would NOT hesitate to visit again and to recommend this restaurant to friends, family and strangers.

Shout out to the cook Devon, i went to grazie for the first time and this cook made me the best steak of my life, 5 stars doesnt do it justice. Will be coming back as soon as possible, very good prices aswell reccomend this place for breakfast 10/10

At the crepes a little overdone but extra Yummy Food

They offer French toast with gluten-free bread!! The standard cinnamon option has the perfect amount of cinnamon. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and polite. The small patio is cute and lined with bushes that help to hide the road a bit. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-friendly toast

My friend Kirk & I came in for breakfast around 8 AM & we were greeted w/a warm smile by our lovely server Ashley ( who s also a proprietor of the restaurant along w/her husband Roberto.) The room was very bright with natural sunlight & good vibes & it smelled equally if not better . We. started a conversation w/Ashley & she brought us coffee for my friend & a deliciously creamy cappuccino w/a an extra double shot of espresso to kick start my day. Food was outstanding & it was the best Breaky I ve had in a long time & considering I m a professionally trained Red Seal Chef w/over 38 years combined front & back of the house experiences that s a very large compliment . On my way in Grazie s I immediately saw cannolis in their display case long w/gorgeous loving cinnamon buns & fresh & perfectly ripe cantaloupe melons & house made tomato sauce. I had to buy some of what I saw & I did exactly that. When I got home I made some coffee from beans that my brother & sister in law graciously bought for me in Jamaica, a blend of a few varieties of beans including the WORLD renowned Blue Mountain variety & once a began sipping on my Java I simply had to have a taste of the cannoli & cinnamon bun & WOW was I in momentary state of BLISS !!!! I totally recommend this fine family owned & operated breakfast & lunch restaurant & will be returning as often as I can, Thanks for a fantastic start to my day & all the best to you, your staff & rest of family. Welp. I had high hopes as per the reviews. The service was terrible, you could tell the waitress had a troubled night. Very unwelcoming I felt like I was an inconvenience. Food was bad, obviously we ate it, however a few things were sent back. And still not impressed. We paid and left, I don t know if it was an off day for everyone but just not a good experience.

Had lunch with my daughter yesterday Oct. 17, 2023. Service by the waitress is very good. Food is also good.

Thought we d try a new breakfast place close by. The coffee tastes terrible - couldn t decide if it was weak or just old coffee but it wasn t good at all. The server wasn t overly friendly. It took a long time for our food to come and it was cold. I had the hard stem part (not the pit) in my avocado. Fruit was very watery. Ended up swinging by Tim Hortons after for a better coffee. Will not be back.

Food was terrible. My husband had a burger and home fries. His food was hot and just lacked seasoning. I ordered avocado toast. It sounded so good on the menu. The onions on it were barely cooked and huge, almost no avocado and the egg was overcooked. Everything was cold including the egg. Not worth the money. We were not asked if we needed a top up in coffee or another drink. All tables but our had water on it. Very nice server and host but the bare minimum was done

First and last time. I had heard so much about this place so we decided to try it. I ordered eggs , potatoes sausage and toast. My scrambled eggs were greasy and grey . A dirty grill does that. My toast was rock hard. The only part that had any.... if at all ....butter on it was in the middle. The rest had nothing on it. Last but worse was the so called sausage...They must have run out of sausage.Last I had sausage they are round link type .These were a hotdog sliced down the middle and fried. Both my husband and I had 3 sliced pieces. UNBELIEVABLE....Thanks ...but no thanks.

Food tasted good but portion size for the price is horrible. My wife had eggs Benedict and paper thin peameal bacon for $14. My meal had 13 hash browns brutal. Queens coach in Niagara gives triple the food for the same price. Will not be returning here

This is the best breakfast place in all of St. Catharines. The food is outstanding, and the price is right.

So good. Something on the menu for everyone. After spending a weekend in Niagara Falls, this was a welcomed change. The staff were very friendly, fast,healthy options.

Service was very rapid and friendly- quickest breakfast serve (under 5 minutes), but the positive ends there; awful coffee ( unforgivable in a place that focuses on breakfasts), and toast that had a barely nickel-size damp spot of butter/margarine ( two of the pieces had no butter at all), and one measly jam packet- most places offer a choice, at least. First time and probably last as well.

Everyone s miserable. It shows in the food. Waited a long time for breakfast. When it arrived it was poor in taste and presentation. The orange juice wasn t cold and the water jug was dirty. Just yikes.

Updating my review, been coming here for years, always a good breakfast. Recently its gone downhill. Twice now in the past three months my breakfast has been subpar. Thought the first time was a one-off. Went back today. Eggs overcooked and small, toast cold, ham, just some sandwiches slices warmed on grill. Hubbys toast cold with no butter, and the sausages have been changed, looked awful, burnt on one side. Carol is such a nice server, but another server would sure help her out. What happened here??????

Less than okay customer service and very small portions. Our server spilled the mimosa as they were setting it down and did not react or show any intentions of cleaning it up until I moved to do so.

Me and my brother went there before and the get the order wrong. Said lets go back. He said they will get the order wrong. Went back and they got the order wrong.then said this is all wrong i need to bring it back Then asked for the bill. Waitress said did i give you the bill. Order scrambled egg ham toast. Over easy bacon toast. Hard order to get right. bacon scrambled egg one one and ham on the other wont go back

I ordered a breakfast first time here will be my last I got served a raw cinomin roll and ate in my car and had to go in ask for salt got snapped at by a waitress saying are you kidding me so rude and called owner he wasnt much better terrible attitudes blaming covid and hard times well they will be having worse times if everyones that goes there is snapped at in that manner pay 16.00 dollars for a breakfast to be treated in that manner Id rather eat at McDonalds and food was no hell either.then the same one came out and stared me down nasty plase nasty servers

Style over substance. Service was slow, servers have no personality, might as well been ordering from a screen. Food was decent, potatoes were burnt on one side, undercooked on the other. The pancakes were good.

They forgot the tomatoes on my panini, however once I mentioned it to the waitress she was very apologetic and quick to fix it for me. Twas our first visit and wont be our last, great portions for the price you pay, left in a food coma and even took leftovers home with me!

Had their french toast breakfast and it was to die for! Highly recommend!

Service was slow; other tables who came in after us were served first, and when we did receive our food, it ranged from lukewarm to cold for most of the dishes. Also were not particularly accommodating for allergies. A charge not listed in their menu was also applied to one of the drinks for the table.

Awesome! Went here for Sunday brunch and it was perfect. We went at peak hours and there was still 2 or 3 open tables so no wait. Service was very prompt and the servers were attentive and friendly in spite of the crowd. The food was perfect, and we ordered the Grand Mimosa which was fantastic! Definitely coming back

I was expecting this place to be good. It wasn t. At all. There was like 2 people ahead of me and it took like 30 minutes to get food and when I got it, it wasn t good at all. I could have made better breakfast for free. Who ever is cooking the food back there needs to get a new job lmao

The rosemary in the hashbrowns is really bad... it gets worse as you eat them. The flavour of rosemary absolutely choked me out, and overpowered the other food on the plate. Asparagus was not quality. Ive had much better food here in previous, and I have no idea what has happened.

The crepes are fantastic and the fruit is always fresh. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly. Good eggs and coffee too. I have been many times and have yet to be disappointed, definitely would recommend to anyone for a breakfast or brunch.

We decided to try this place for a change...super disappointed. See pics for how they butter the toast. The potatoes have rosemary all over them. No rosemary needed, it just ruins the potatoes. My eggs were to be over medium, they came out barely over easy...still gooey clear stuff. They need a grill man badly.

If you like Coras then youll love this place too.

Hit or miss. Today was busy, Mothers Day, and we had a reservation yet waited as long as everyone else. Ordered within a few minutes of being seated, and waited another 30 minutes for our food. They got my order wrong, and had me take things off my plate to switch with another. Half the plate was grey coloured potatoes soaked in grease. The eggs, sausage, and pancakes were cold. They got my toast wrong and brought me another plate of hard, cold toast. I ate the eggs because I was hungry and left the rest. The waitress comped my meal and apologized, and I cant blame her, but Ive had bad food here in the past and wont waste any more money here. The place is popular and the last time I was here my omelette was excellent, even with the grey greasy potatoes.

This is hands down the worst breakfast restaurant in St.Catharines, what a miserable fail trying to be high end and cant make a soft basted egg.

Service was pretty bad. I felt like our waitress was brand new or not trained properly. The food was ok. Nothing special. Washrooms were clean. Parking was easily accessible.

This place is nice and quiet, easily accessible from fourth avenue and had great portions. The menu is a little spin on classic brunch Cafe style.

I gave this place 2 chances, and it still disappointed. The eggs are awful... scrambled eggs are not supposed to be runny! And the potatoes are soaked in grease with the worst seasoning ever. There are so many better breakfast places in st.catharines so don t waste your time and money here!

I wasnt actually happy about this place. I understand that it was Sunday morning and we arrived with a larger amount of people, but the service was extremely slow. We sat there for 15 minutes without getting even the drinks and we had to remind them couple of times that they are still missing pieces of our order. I hoped that the quality of the food will worth the waiting time, but it did not. I personally didnt like the spices on the potato and the sausages were half raw.

I have celiac disease and they gave me a wonderful breakfast if gluten free french toast and a bowl of winder fruit. The waitress was great, so friendly also professional. We were very impressed.
