Your typical old school diner. Had the big breakfast. Cant go wrong...and real home fries, none of those deep fried cubes. My wife had the chicken souflaki...which was a big Greek salad covering a pita, with a skewer of chicken on top. Dressing on the side. Huge.

This place is amazing. My family has been going here since I was little. We travel to the area from Sault Ste. Marie every 6 weeks, and my husband and I love the food so much that he tells me he cant wait to eat here every time we leave! We always get the traditional breakfast, and its always perfect. Coffee is one of my fav cups of coffee. Kiddos loved the pancakes, burgers, and hot chocolate. Definitely a family favorite of ours for sure!

Very good people running it. Good atmosphere felt very comfortable. Can get quite busy, but I drive from Beamsville all the way there just to have a breakfast.

Been going to opas and omas since it was in Niagara Falls . Still a fantastic place for breakfast..I always get the standard breakfast but all the food looks great and the service is always fast and pleasant

Whoever took over has made to many changes meaning less food . Order a Ruben it had less then 3 slices of Corn beef hardly any cheese only tasted Sauerkraut as it was replaced by the Cornbeef, friend had chicken fingers and said they were terrible. Will not return Food

Came here for lunch with my friends and I had the rueban sandwich.. It was the best rueban Ive ever had.. Perfect portion and the fries were also amazing. The prices are also very affordable and the staff are amazing! Thank you Opa and Omas Diner.. Ill be back!

Found this gem of a spot for breakfast, and it was great. The potatoes had some really nice seasoning on it. Saw someone order the schnitzel as I was leaving, and I have been back many of times now to get it myself. Only wish that they were on skip or Doordash or Uber eats.

I was looking for a good schnitzel meal. Unfortunately this is not the place to get that. The schnitzel was overcooked and dry. No flavour. No sauerkraut. Served with purple cabbage which did not have a favourable taste.

I hate there home fries there hard as rocks just not good. My bacon was burnt to a crisp i dont understand why they would serve it like that it wasnt edible for how burnt it was. It took very long before I got refill on my drink definitely not my favorite.

Blonde waitress very poor Costumer service . Not impressed at all ... I wouldn t recommend this place. dirty place tables are always sticky and dirty . Blonde waitress doesn t care only about her tips . This fish and chips is why I came here but honestly any place can cook frozen fish and fries lol

He used to be great place for breakfast, since granddaughters took over place just fell apart I dont think they want to work, they cannot wait to close the door and go home.

Never been to this place before, went in and sat down took about 10 minutes before we were acknowledged and then asked what we wanted for drinks. She brought our drinks over a few minutes later and asked if we were ready to order, we said we dint get a menu. The waitress (if thats what you wanna call her) told us to get up and look on the wall for the menu. So we looked at it and then sat back down. About 5 minutes later a group of people came in and sat at the table beside us, the waitress came over quickly to get their drink orders, and was just as quick to bring their drinks back, walking past us both times. When she brought the drinks she asked if they were ready to order, they said yes. She took their order, and I said were ready to order too, she looked at me and walked right completely ignoring us. We ended up getting up and walking out the door, to find a MUCH BETTER place. I read a few reviews after and see that the girls running it are pretty much running it into the ground after taking it over from their family. AVOID THIS PLACE

I normally have only got fish and chips from opa & Omas. The fish is very big pieces and generous amount of fries. Havent had a negative thing from the quality of food. Definitely worth trying the fish fry.

This place was a blessing from the lord. I had the devil in me and this was exactly what I needed.

The bacon in this place cleansed my soul and the coffee cleansed my bowels. The lord guided me to this spot and it did not disappoint. The demons are out of me after this heavenly experience. Can t wait to head back!

I enjoy the food & the atmosphere. Very friendly. My friend and I are there every week. Fish & chips on Friday, is very tasty. So is everything else.

This used to be the place to go. It is less than its glory days now. I might go here in a pinch, but there are other places 8 would go instead. The food was not too flavourful

Service is great :) noticed the portions have been smaller however but tastes great. Last time we were there the tables and chairs seemed pretty dirty and sticky which was the only downfall.

Ordered rare to med rare steak needles to say it was well done and what ever spices are put on it drowns any flavor never again..it sure has gone down hill since it changed owners

They have a pretty good breakfast there. Ive never had anything else there besides that. The service is ok as well. Its one of the best breakfast deals in the city for the money.

Delicious fish and chips that arent too greasy. Even the coleslaw was decent! Finding a place with good fish, fries, tartar sauce and coleslaw is rare, and Opa & Omas definitely checks all the boxes!

We came across this place by pure chance and I have to say that Im extremely glad we did. The food was fantastic, as were the portion sizes. Prices are very reasonable. This is a hidden gem for sure. We will be back!

Great breakfast for less that 7 bucks

The food quality was tasty but the portion size on your potatos was so small. Could definitely have more potatos in my opinion but other wise, its a good breakfast.

This has to be one of the best breakfast places in town. Very family style with wonderful staff who know how to treat their customers. Covid has brought a few changes like no condiments at the tables but they will quickly bring the little packets if you need them. Other than that its the same great food and wonderful service it has been for years.

Fish and chips are fire Only 4 star because there are no menus to look at when youre seated. Just the chalkboard at the takeout counter..

Went there for a basic bacon and eggs breakfast and was not disappointed. Portions were good. Quality was good and the service was quick and friendly. I would go back to try other offerings on the menu.

This is a great little breakfast place! Its always a favorite of mine. Food its great, its not at all very expensive, and everyone is friendly. I dont get in here nearly as often as I should, mostly because I live across town. I would definitely recommend it to anyone thats looking for a good breakfast. Check it out, if you havent!

Ive been coming here for years. Its that good! The staff is friendly, never have I had a bad experience. They dont usually serve fires with breakfast, but potatoes. Which taste way better than any other breakfast place Ive tried. They always refill your coffee so dont worry about running out. one of, if not , the best breakfast place in Niagara.
