The burgers here are outstanding. Every time I come to Niagara region, I have to go out of my way to stop here. I ve tried a few different burgers and each one has knocked it out of the park. If you like burgers, come here and have your mind blown. 11/10.

I have a complaint, that I found very bad service, I know you have a closing time however we arrived at the time were open and there were customers eating, people made comments and a bad gesture because of the time, as soon as they served us the food and we started to eat they asked us if we wanted a bill or divided and they brought us the bill! Even in dataphone! Where the bill is charged we hadn t even eaten half of the meal and they started sweeping in front of us, we were very excited to try the restaurant but it was very sad.

I used to love their Nashville fried chicken burger but this August they made some changes and it s not quite as good as it used to be. Really disappointed! Plus, the fried pickles were really bad.

One of my favourite places to eat in St Catharines. The food is well prepared. The service is excellent. The vibe is pure energy. Parking: Two municipal parking lots are within close walking distance. Street parking is also available.

It s definitely a good burger, quality patty, a bit over priced for a hamburger and then they want to charge you $10 for French fries. Both were quality though so no issues there just letting you know it will be well over $40 for a drink, burger and fries. Nothing better than sitting on the patio watching the people go by. All in all, great burger and experience.

Delicious food & drinks with great service. If you like blue cheese I recommend the BBQ & Blues Burger. The onion rings are also uñique - huge, tasty, and very crunchy. We dined in for a later lunch on a Thursday and we were the only customers so it was quiet. Likely youll have to find and pay for parking to eat here because of its location. Kid-friendliness: Can accommodate a high chair - kid friendly food options. Wheelchair accessibility: One floor - straight in entrance. The problem will be the street parking for wheelchair access.

Came for lunch, was recommended by a friend. Excellent quality burgers that do not skimp out on the meat and fixins. We ordered: the Original #HAMONT (4.5/5), The Biggie Mac (5/5) + tater tots and poutine on the side. The Biggie Mac was impressive- loved the cheesiness to it in comparison to the Original. The gravy on the poutine was also perfect. Would definitely come back!

Dissapointed. Came for my grandsons birthday. They were playing very loud heavy rock so it took away from the atmosphere. Some fries were hot, and some were cold, plus they were not crispy. Burgers were OK, but I have had much at the Hamilton location. Not on our come back to list.

WOW, burgers were delicious and flavorful. They are cooked well done, so if you want it medium rare youll have to request it. The La Royale with cheese was the best burger we ordered. My wife ordered the cheeseburger poutine, she enjoyed it! Milkshakes were good too, ordered a chocolate, C&C, and their peanut butter shake, all good! Oh yeah, the onion rings were AMAZING! Parking: Parking lot is in the back, off the main strip.

Need to plan with the performing arts center when theres big events and staff for it. We had a dance competition last weekend, took an hour to get the food, and longer to get the milk shake we ordered for my daughter. The food is good, but coordinating with the performing arts center for things that could draw big crowds could help them improve service and in turn make them more $

My only complaint about this place is that there isnt a location close to my home! The food and service were exceptional! I had the Brie and beet salad with seared chicken. My kids were taking the chicken because it was so flavorful. My son said this restaurant was his favorite of any sit down (he had the popcorn chicken and waffles). Our family of 5 all thoroughly enjoyed the meal and top notch service.

Went tonite with my 2 grandaughters, Trevor was our server he was great!! The food was exceptional, SO good, my girls both got meals and crazy yummy milkshakes and I got a meal, bill was an incredible $90 for all that, and one thing for sure, this is THE BEST burger joint downtown, 100 million times better than The Works, I highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!!

Hambrgr really hit the spot. Came here with my fiancé as we were spending a few days in St Catharines. The burgers hit the spot! We shared a sweet potato fry which was a little saltier than expected but not too bad. Would highly reccomend this place. Sarah was our server and she was such a sweetheart!

Picked up my daughter from Brock U and decided to pick this place for lunch. Service was absolutely amazing! The shakes and burgers were incredible! Unfortunately I do not know the server s name but if she reads this, she packed my 2 year old son Cooper s fries and wrote on the bag . Cooper s fries do not touch . Thank you so much! It will be our lunch stop in from now on. Kid-friendliness: My 2 young boys were greeted and treated with kindness, respect and friendliness.

I ordered from here a few weeks ago and it was dynamite not the case tonight the french were cold and popped in the deep fryer to reheat and the burger was cold undercooked pink in the middle , guess you are having a bad night !

Ordered on line, fries werent worth the wait. I guess ordering half an hour before closing isnt a good idea, fries had a burnt taste and comprised of tiny end bits. Burgers were okay. First time trying this restaurant, sadly will be the last. Not worth the money

Service was very friendly and efficient. The (smores) milkshake was more about presentation than actual taste, you could tell that it was cheap Nestle chocolate syrup, which you can make yourself for $1/ drink, not $16 each. Two smores were placed on top (4 graham crackers, marshmallows soaked in artificial tasting chocolate syrup, and graham cracker crumbs on the rim). Total cost to make is probably around $2! Business-wise, of course thats a great markup for profit. Pocket & taste wise , it was super disappointing. It could have been made into something great, for example creating two real smores on the top with a chunk of Hersheys chocolate melted with a nice warm marshmallow, maybe a piece of Hersheys chocolate sticking out the top for presentation, and a real chocolate tasting drink that doesnt leave the gritty artificial syrup lingering on your tongue. Some of the food came out cold, had to ask for it to be heated. Night and day difference between taking a bite of the cold Burger, and the warm one. Yes, the service was good agreeing to bring it back to the kitchen with a smile, but thats something customers shouldnt have to ask for in the first place. The place definitely has presentation down, but does that make up for prices? Not really. Two burgers, onion rings, one milkshake came to $70 +tip +paid street parking! Everything is a la carte, so no main dish, like the $17 burgers, come with anything on the side (eg. fries). The onion rings are giant, sure, but again, you probably get 10, which is one whole onion, and youre paying $12+. Eating 4 with the sauce uses it up almost entirely, and if you request more, they charge, but once youve had some with the sauce, they are fairly plain without, so expect to pay an additional $2 per side of sauce. Went here based on photos from fellow reviewers - like I said, the presentation of each thing that comes out of the kitchen is great, definitely Instagram worthy, but thats about it...

Wonderful, modern atmosphere, delicious hamburger, as for the prices I didnt mention because I was with friends, one person paid and then we split it and the price is in Canadian dollars.

Excellent sandwiches and service in Downtown St Catharines. Surprisingly busy on a Monday night, which is a good sign for any restaurant. Good selection of craft brews, but a little short on the wine list considering its in Niagara. Good menu for a burger restaurant. The chicken sandwiches are delicious and recommended. We will have to sample the burgers next time. Parking: Parking is free for dinner, but you may have to look around to find a spot.

Was there last night with the wife. Anytime we are craving a burger we go to HamBRGR. We have been to all 3 locations having lived in Hamilton / Stoney Creek before we would frequent the (2) locations in Hamilton. Now that we moved to Niagara we visit the St.Paul location. Food was awesome and cooked to perfection as always. Our server Kelsea ensured our food, drinks and experience were perfect. Keep it up ! Kid-friendliness: Our kid loves it there too. Very kid / family friendly restaurant.

I was so hungry and I asked for a recommendation and the waitress said you must try the Biggie Mac oh wow I m so happy I did just that!!!! It was SOoooooooooo Delicious!!!! I had with a side of sweet potato fries and it came with a dip, which was so good!!!! I was visiting town, but if I lived here I would be here everyday!!! YES it s that GOOD!!!!! Must try for all the burger connoisseurs!!!!

Cool place but pretty expensive for a hamburger. Love the atmosphere of the restaurant and our waitress was very kind and attentive. The food is quite pricey and their burgers don t include fries, which is a little ridiculous considering that the joint is known for burgers Which should include fries for free at the very least. Prices aside the burger was decent but not worth how much I paid. The burger does look pretty great though and the fries are good. Also tried the macaroni and cheese balls and didn t like them very much either. Overall I d recommend this place as they did have quite a variety with their hamburger toppings and have a nice ambiance and good service. oh

Went last night for the first time & I must say life is too short to not stop by HAMbrgr! Everything I ordered was Outstanding & not to mention the Top notch Service by Our server. She made the experience 10x Better. The ambiance was relaxed & I truly can t wait to stop by again! Returned Today & lucky for us we got Julia as our server again! (Though everyone is phenomenal) - I wanted to express how much more amazing she made the experience and for the amazing recommendations! Can t wait to return again!

Drippingly good burgers all around. Whole crews of family and friends suggested they can t usually finish whole burgers but have no problem taking in Hambrgr offerings. Good, very sizable sides. Quickly becoming a go to choice for big parties. Dietary restrictions: Glutton free options.

Had godfella burger, sweet potato fries on the side, and the Beats & Brie salad. The burger was grilled to perfection and beef patty was juicy. I wasnt expecting a burger joint to have tasty salads, the brie was pleasantly breaded and it was paired well with the sweetness of the beets.

I have eaten here twice now and both times were very tasty and enjoyable. The hamburgers are amazing the fries are fries but everything tastes good. They had a good selection of drinks as well. The staff is friendly and patient, you dont feel rushed even though its busy and they want/need to free up seats. I ordered in through Uber eats and it was good as well - didnt get soggy or taste any different. I enjoy everything about this place and will go back multiple times.

Decent. The hamburger was ok with good flavour, but I had to pull off the burnt chunks to get rid of the charred taste. The fries are $3.50, come in a small container, and were horrible. Some fries were rock-hard, others tasted like they had be sitting out for awhile. I returned the fries and was charged on the bill. I had to correct the waiter that I shouldnt be charged for eating 3-5 fries. I probably wont go back, there are too many other burger places to enjoy.

I had the Hawaiian Punch burger and my wife had the Le Royale with Cheese, we both had a chocolate peanut butter brownie milkshake. The burgers were cooked to perfecting and packed tons of flavour and you could taste all the individual components of the milkshake. These are quite possibly the best burger and milkshake weve ever had. Our server Alexis was very friendly and attentive, our experience overall was out of this world, thanks guys!

Great service, food came out on time. There was a mistake with my sandwich and they replaced it very quickly. I was a little underwhelmed with my burger as it wasn t very flavourful, but it was still good.

Had dinner here before catching the Knights in town to play the Ice Dogs. Place was filled with fans (I recommend reserving a table) as it s just a 5 minute walk from the rink, on the Main Street. We both had the burger of the week and LOVED it. It was Oktoberfest inspired and had a burger topped with a bratwurst, crispy onions, mustard, and sauerkraut. It was even better than it sounds! We split a cookies and cream milkshake on the recommendation of our server. It was divine.

Good food and drink options. They allow all the burgers to be customized for vegans and vegetarians. Loved the texture of the black bean and walnut patty! Vegetarian options: Patties in all the burgers can be substituted with black bean + walnut patty. Parking: Paid parking lot + parking garage available behind the restaurant.

Sarah clearly communicated the feature which included an amazing sauce that we used to dip our fries into and since it is a limited time offer, we took the rest of the sauce home with us!! My wife being the all the sensibilities to this heaven we exist in...got the biggie mac and I found her jealous of my gaze upon it. Then her beauty retook supreme leader and I borrowed a nibble. All was well in the world again! Keep up the great work team, we cherish food of an edible nature to get out and enjoy ourselves.

We recently dined at Hambrgr, and were delighted to be served by Jen. We ordered the Royal and the Hamont, which were cooked to perfection. Jen took excellent care of us and made sure that our food and drinks got to us in a timely manner. We will definitely be coming back.

Never have a good experience with customer service here. First time we paid the bill with cash and left on the table and legit the waitress chased after me accusing. We were dining and dashing just to tell her it s in the table (was tempted to take the tip back) the. Second time their machine messed up and they tried charging twice claiming we didn t pay yet I had to show them on my banking. Food there is great just wish the customer service matched

Wish they wouldnt over cook their burgers because the combinations they serve are fantastic!!! Enjoyable dinner - though dress warm, chilly setting.
