333 Ontario St B3, St. Catharines, ON L2R 5L3, Canada
Authentic Indian Restaurant offering popular items such as butter chicken, biryani rice, and tandoori chicken.
Curry Pot is an absolute gem for food lovers! The dishes are packed with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection – every bite was a delight. Their butter chicken and biryani were standouts, and the naan was fresh and delicious. The customer service is top-notch. The staff is warm, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. The ambience is amazing, with a cozy yet modern vibe that makes it perfect for both family dinners and casual outings. Whether you’re a fan of Indian cuisine or new to it, Curry Pot is a must-visit. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service, cleanliness and very organized. Good quality food, great quantity and fair price.
If you wanna have delicious authentic Indian food, this place is for you. Food was bit late on the table…but food was perfectly fine and tasty….Nice Climate of the restaurant…!
We had a wonderful first experience here. The atmosphere was nice and the staff member was very welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious and prices are reasonable. We got the platter for 2 and it was a great variety and more than enough food!
We love love love this restaurant! The tables — not a speck of grease or stain. Interiors are very clean, the atmosphere was very pleasant, especially for a modest strip mall restaurant. The food was very good, we’ve ordered the standard fare of butter chicken, paneer and samosas, but we’ve started to venture into the nepalese dumplings and the lamb dishes. Servers are always so pleasant, service with a smile. Prices were reasonable, all in all it was lovely relaxing dining experience. We will be back to try other items at this hidden gem for sure.
The platter is a great introductory dish to assess various menu items and discover which ones you would order again. I found the tandoori chicken absolutely delicious and thoroughly enjoyed our side of momos. The tandoori was packed with flavor and tasted like it had been cooked over a charcoal grill. The momos reminded me of pot stickers and were delicious. The platter is also quite filling and, for a smaller appetite, could easily be shared. I also enjoyed that the platter was accompanied by salad and a healthy amount of Naan bread. The establishment is very clean and had good customer turnover. This suggests people have found the menu item(s) that speaks to them, like the tandoori did for me. We will definitely be back and hope the quality is consistent so we can make this our go-to for Indian cuisine. Update: The Curry Pot has become our go-to restaurant for Indian food (literally bookmarked on Google Maps). The dishes are consistently delicious and priced more than reasonably based on quality/quantity. I'm in that honeymoon phase where I have a craving more than once a week and am never disappointed with the feast that awaits.
The Curry Pot was a nice surprise. The food was great and our server Mona was very polite and attentive. The restaurant was very clean. Only negative thing I could say is there were a few fruit flys that were very annoying.
If you’re looking for AMAZING fresh food good flavour, GO HERE. Such affordable prices too! First I would like to start off with how amazing their service is here, always attentive and up for answering any questions we have. Now.. THE FOOD! It’s amazing, such authentic Indian cuisine, I’ve never had better naan in my life, amazing appetizers the flavours and the freshness.. I would eat here every day if I could!! 10/10 wish I could give 10 stars!!
Authentic cuisine, delicious, tasteful, fabulous naans. Absolutely worth testing.
Really good food! Had lunch thali here very reasonable price.
Thank you for the wonderful palak paneer and garlic naan! I will be back!
Fabulous food, fair prices, friendly service!
Amazing food
Good butter chicken. Good service.
This restaurant is AWESOME if you like middle eastern food! It is highly addictive . Of course, food is delicious and there are a lot of recipes to choose from... not too many desserts though. If youve never been here, you have to go. Actually, dont go if you dont want to get a culinary addiction
Service and food was really good
Gem of a place. So good every time we come. Had palak paneer & chicken tikka masala. Onion bhaji. Portions were good and so flavorful. Garlic naan is amazing too.
One of the best Indian spot in the city.
Everything was amazing. Great food great price great atmosphere Dietary restrictions: Got the Thali for two, they were happy to sub the Daal Mahkni for Daal Fry (lactose intolerant). We kept the butter chicken, I gave mine to my wife Food : 5/5 |
Having lived in TO with many excellent Indian restaurants, I must say that The Curry Pot is easily up there with the nest of them. The dishes are just fabulous. Not oily, not too salty, just perfectly aromatic and spicy. Vegetarian options: So many options, and each that we ve had are delicious.
Good value and fast Service
We had a great experience dining here. We ordered meat thalis, masala chai and salted lassi. Portion and quality of the meal was good. Service was fast. Restaurant is clean and decor is nice. Overall we had a great experience.
The most delicious Indian food, without the usual oiliness. The chicken momos are amazing, and most chicken curries are amazing too. Love the place, and been going here for a long time now.
Delicious food
Not sure why people visit here.. 2 samosas with frozen masala $6 no sense to come and eat here.
Great place. Warm atmosphere. Outstanding food. Fair prices.

Stumbled upon this place by chance, I wasn t expecting much but the food beat my expectations. The service was prompt and the server was very polite and respectful. Great tasting, good quality Indian food, reasonably priced, with good customer service.
Had a lovely lunch there today with my son. The food was amazing. Our sever Nandu was lovely and efficient. We will be back.
The food was really good and the server Mona was really nice
While on our vacation , we were looking for Indian food and found this gem! Great food and great service.
The food was very tasty
I do love this place and I highly recommend it, the owner is down to earth, I never seen such a clean place and tasty food like this, its always on time and even sometimes they give extra food , Muna is one of the owners there, she knows me and my friends by name, the stuff is always welcoming, once you eat there you will come again for sure. keep the great job you guys, you are supper amazing.
Im only granting this two stars because I never actually got to taste the food, so I have no point of reference as to how it tastes. Very, very upset with my treatment from this restaurant. I had pre-scheduled an order for delivery for 5:50 PM (placed around 3:00PM), but selected pickup by accident. I called in to see if they would be willing to deliver the food, and they said they would, so I provided the address at which to deliver it to, and they said no problem. 6:00PM rolls around and I give the restaurant a call to inquire about my food, they apologized and said it had gotten busy but that they would be leaving soon. I said that was fine, I understand that things get busy. Then 6:30 rolls around and I call back to the restaurant inquiring again about the status of my order, they said they were still busy and hadnt left yet, but that I would get it in the next 15 minutes for sure. I then get a phone call about 5 minutes later saying that they should never have said yes to the delivery, that they cannot deliver to my address, and that if I wanted to come pick up the food at the restaurant it would be free but they would otherwise throw it out. I recognize thats a generous offer, but I also told them that I couldnt come pick up the food as I was at work, that is why I pre-scheduled a delivery. They apologized and then hung up. So I am now 45 minutes past my delivery time with no food to speak of and little to no accountability as to why my delivery wasnt processed. I am a very understanding person, I recognize things get hectic, that there are new people that were probably involved and said yes without triple checking the facts, but having called once to correct and place the order, and two times to confirm, I would have thought one of those three times that I would have been told it was not possible to deliver to me. Im not certain Ill be tempted to order from this restaurant again based on this kind of disorganization.
Great food, good vibe, everything good about this restaurant. Must try if you want to try authentic Indian/nepalese food
Very over priced samosas !!! 2 samosas for $6 !! Not going back there
Fabulous little lunch spot that wont break the bank. Weve eaten here for both lunch and dinner and its never been less than delicious and filling. Great curry selection on the menu.
Delicious food No one can compete them in customer service Highly recommended Food : 5/5
This is the wife and Is go to Indian food spot. Their butter chicken is easily the best in town. One of our favourite things to order now is their butter chicken poutine.
Great place for Indian food in st. Catherine. Butter chicken and Panner tikka masala is amazing. And so are aalu kulcha.
I dined here with my large family of 9. All of the food was soo delicious. Everyone was pleased. The Naan was fresh and soft. Good portion sizes and good service. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was pleasing. We were just visiting for the weekend but would happily dine here again!
Oh my God! The best meal of our 2 week vacation so far! That was so so delicious! Definitely go in here! Vegetarian options: The mixed vegetable curry was very good! Many different vegetarian dishes.
Exceptional good food. Tasty, healthy, affordable prices. Very good services, nice atmosphere. Make sure you visit this place if you are nearby. Vegetarian options: Big variety of vegetarian meals Kid-friendliness: Our kids where happy there
Really appreciate the kindliness and understanding of the staff, the taste and cleanliness of the restaurant, also the pricing was pretty reasonable. Overall, loved it. Must have chilly garlic naan here. Loved it
Overpriced and small portions
The Shahi paneer, butter chicken and pakoras are delicious. The raita is too watery and flavorless. Sadly, both times Ive ordered from here, i found a hair in the Naan. So I dont think I will be returning.
Best briyani in town! Chef santosh always goes out of his way to meet my expections!
Food was good Nandita done great job
Delicious authentic Indian food with perfect spice level and great service.
Vegetarian options: Many vegan options here. Aloo gobi, baingan bharta, mixed veggies curry, chana masala and more! Great flavors Food
Amazing food for a fantastic price. New go to Indian restaurant!
Hidden gem! Food is excellent and the portions are huge. Our go-to Indian restaurant.
Verry good place to eat in peace I recommend
Hidden gem in the Niagara Region. Great atmosphere and even better food. Looking forward to coming back.
The food was delicious and the price you pay is a great deal for all the food you get. Very happy with the service and food!
best indian food restaurant i have ever seen...
I never tried food like they provide. I love their food. They never disappoint us. Its been more than 2 years we are eating there.
Great food and Awatar is the best!
The food was awesome! - we had takeout. Will definitely be back.
Great flavours, fast and friendly!
Good Ambience but very bad Momos. We ordered chilly momos and they were extremely salty.
Whether youre a seasoned lover of Indian cuisine or a newcomer eager to explore, this restaurant promises a memorable dining experience.
The BEST Indian food in the city! Great food at great prices and the portions are perfect as well. Highly recommended! Dietary restrictions: Almost the entire menu is Gluten Free, with Vegetarian options as well (not sure about Vegan).
We tried The Curry pot restaurant for dinner and it was amazing. Best food and best service you could get. A cute chasmis girl working there welcomed us with a beautiful smile. She was so helpful and knows everything about the menu. Cant wait to go back to try traditional thali
Everything was awesome. Will definitely come back to see you guys!!
I dont know if they changed cooks or management but I ordered tonight and they got the order wrong. And what they did get right tastes bad. Like real bad. Lost my business and I order often. Disappointed
Great food. I ordered Lamb Biryani and it was amazing. Samosas were great as well my wife enjoyed a lot. I highly recommend if you are looking for Indian and Nepali food.
*EDIT - Providing my receipt following Owners false statements ** Owner has INCREDIBLY poor management. Sadly, very dissatisfied with a simple error (a naan was missed on our order) which could ve been resolved by the owner. Drove to store after ordering on Uber Eats, only to be met with argument and lack of acknowledgment of mistake from an Owner who couldn t have cared less. This industry is too competitive for poor customer experience, unfortunately, we won t be back. Sincerely, a previously loyal customer.
I tried the butter chicken and it was soo good
I went here with my friends for the first time.I really don t t like the customer service. The girl at the frontdesk was full of attitude as a nepalese we came here to promote our culture but we went out of the restaurant without the food because of the behaviour she showed up to us the rudeness she have the way of talking to the customer was really disgusting Kid-friendliness: The customer service was worst ever
One of our favourite places to go for a delicious meal. The food is great and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
This restaurant is truly amazing. My wife and I visit it frequently, even though we have to drive from the American side of the falls. The food is delicious and they offer a wide variety of dishes. The staff is always kind and helpful, and Ive always been treated with the utmost respect.
Delicious foods and awesome service
An exceptional find for authentic Nepali cuisine! The welcoming staff goes above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. Dont miss out on their must-try dishes like Momo, Biryani, and Mango / Salted Lassi. A true taste of home right here in Niagara!
Very good Indian foods as it should be. The taste is very local. Feels like home. Further, ambience and hospitality is top notch in the region. Thank you for serving me.
The wait staff was great, very attentive and polite, and the restaurant was packed. The food was absolutely amazing and I recommend their tandoori chicken and garlic naan
Amazing food , great ambience and good service . One of the place I mostly go and never get disappointed.
Me and my friends enjoyed our great time by eating at your restaurant . Food quality & the service was best forever . The atmosphere of the dining area is fantastic and the interior of the restaurant is classic style . Most importantly: the staff is very friendly . Major recommendation dishes are : mango lassi ( my favourite) , malai kofta , butter chicken , garlic naan , Ras malai . This restaurant is highly recommended to all Indian community as they have all the special dishes of every state . Special Salute to your employees that work in the kitchen to prepare delicious food for us all the time .
Food is 10/10. Love the staff and their service.
Great tastes. Lots of lamb choices. 4+ types of Indian cooking. Any spice level. Super nice people running the place. Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free stuff
We love the Curry Pot. I am gluten free due to allergies and am amazed at the amount of choices I have. The food is delicious, well portioned (I always have lunch the next day) and staff friendly and willing to explain everything. The masala chai is the best!!!! We ve taken a few friends so far and plan to bring more. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free appetizers, main courses galore!!! They use chick pea flour so fish pakora, onion bahji (could be spelled wrong) and cheese fingers (again not correct name) were soooo good!!!! For someone who usually has limited choice this was heaven on earth for food!
The Curry Pot is an absolute gem in St. Catharines, offering an authentic and utterly delicious taste of Indian and Nepalese cuisine thats been sorely missing in the area. Whether youre a meat lover or a vegetarian, the menu here has something delightful for everyone. From the first bite, its evident that the flavours here are out of this world. The variety of options ensures that theres always something new to try, and every choice is a winner. What truly sets The Curry Pot apart, though, is its exceptional staff. They are always incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making every dining experience here memorable. The Curry Pot has become my go-to place for both dine-in and takeout. If youre wondering if its any good, I urge you to give it a try. I promise you wont be disappointed. P.S. Get the coconut naan; its unreal!!! Vegetarian options: There is an entire section dedicated to vegetarians, with some vegan dishes as well! Ive had the pleasure of trying each one, and let me tell you, they are all bursting with flavour. My mouth is watering just thinking about them as I sit here writing this review!
I try Chicken kabab. It is delicious for sure. Lachcha Paratha had room for improvement. Maybe next time.
Have eaten here several times and the food is fresh and flavourful.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Curry Pot, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. But it was the food that truly stole the show. The Curry Pot is a culinary delight! The chole bhature and chicken tikka masala were flavorful and perfectly spiced. The butter chicken was creamy and satisfying, while the paneer tikka was grilled to perfection. A must-visit for authentic and delicious Indian cuisine and Nepalese cuisine!! Don t forget to check out guys if you live in Niagara region
luxurious atmosphere, top-notch service, and exquisite food
The Curry Pot Restaurant truly impressed me with its exceptional Nepali and Indian cuisine. The food was exquisite, highlighting the authentic flavors of the region. The drink selection complemented the meal perfectly, and the atmosphere created an inviting and pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking delicious and genuine Nepali and Indian cuisine.
Best food ive tasted in a while. Very cheerful best food!
Best Indian food in the city. I order from here once a week and it s incredible. If you need Indian in Niagara, this is where to go!!!
My friends and I tried out The Curry Pot for the first time for dinner and it was amazing! We decided to get the appetizer platter and thali. Everything was so fresh and delicious and the portion size was more than enough for 3 people.
Food was so good. We tasted lunch thali and Goat Biryani both tasted so good and they are more quantity also
10/10 butter chicken
Had the lunch special. It was delicious really good curry here. We will be back.
I dont know how the ratings of this restaurant is 4.7. I visited this 2nd time today and again the food was awfull. The Kadhai paneer I got was the worst kadhai paneer I have eaten in Canada l, same thing happen with veg thali on the first visit.
I just had a fabulous meal at The Curry Pot. I just felt like having Indian food and they didnt disappoint. Cumin papadams, Masala shrimp in a fantastic spicy (ordered medium which was plenty hot) sauce, fluffy lightly charred tandoori naan (they do have a tandoori oven) perfect for mopping up the sauce and a cool crisp Indian salad. Basmati rice to go to have with the leftovers. Chai tea good! Friendly fast service! Will be back
I thoroughly enjoyed the rich and authentic flavors of the dishes at this Indian restaurant. The butter chicken was particularly outstanding, and the warm ambiance added to the overall delightful experience
Tried their chicken steamed momo and it was really good. Highly recommend that.
we did dine in during lunch, the food and service was really awesome...
Delish!
Delicious food and friendly staff!!!
Food was tasty and service was also good. We ordered chicken biryani and jhalfrazi and both the dishes were too good. We would like to explore more in the menu next time.
Loved the decor. Been to this place quite a few times and the food is always great. Its a nice, cozy and quiet place for dinner.
Good food, nice ambience. A must try restaurant in town.
Amazing food
Was searching for an authentic Nepali restaurant on a business trip to Ontario, then I found this gem. The authentic taste felt like I never left home. Must try when you re at Ontario.
Its a go to spot for my family whenever we return from Niagra. Amazing food and service.

Worst customer service. I went there today. We waited for 10 minutes. No one came outside from kitchen to take order. There was not employee.

Exceptional dining experience! Tasty food, cozy vibe, and friendly staff. Loved every bite- a definite go-to spot!
One of the best indo-nepalese restaurant located in Niagara.... Love the hospitality N environment. Best place to visit
Very good and hygienic atmosphere. Food was really amazing and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend to try this amazing cuisine. You won t regret.
The best info- nepalese restaurant I visited since I came Canada. Loved the ambience and food. Would highly recommend
Great food and great/fast service. Be warned that spicy means really spicy!
Great taste Awesome staff Went for dinner first and then breakfast Recommended dishes Veggie Samosas
I order butter chicken every time and it s always delicious
Hands down the best Indian food in St.Catharines!! Have tried several other Indian restaurants in the area and were disappointed with runny sauces, grisly ,fatty, pieces of chicken that were not pleasant to both look at and consume. Had the same dish here and received nice sizes cubes of boneless chicken breast pieces. Flavours were better and were like the Indian restaurant that I was accustomed to while working in Toronto. We had takeout but the restaurant is beautiful inside and we ll probably eat in next time.
Simple great food.
We were at the restaurant at 9:30 and they did not take us in ..tried calling from 9:05 to chk and they did not answer
Food was excellent - so flavourful and fresh. Had veg pakora- excellent and butter chicken and rice were awesome! Service was quick and waitresses were friendly. Best Naan we have had anywhere - melt in your mouth!
Amazing ambience with unique design and objects.. loved US number plates on the wall. Good staff and the service. Food was excellent. Veg momos were awesome . Washrooms were not clean otherwise highly recommended .
Chicken Momo - 9/1 Gulab Jamun - 1/1 Goat Biryani - 7/10 Chickem Tikka Masala -8.5/1 White Pea - 9/1 Mango Lassi -8/1
Fantastic food and good price best ever I cleaned the dishes Food
ordered takeout lamb saag and butter chicken. This had to be the best butter chicken i ve ever had. Soo rich and flavourful and the chicken was tender, my family and i really enjoyed. The lamb saag was a miss. it was lacking seasoning something was missing, it was okay. Onion bhaji was a little burnt but the sauces elevated it. It came with a mint sauce, a chilli sauce and a tamarind sauce.
Went as a group of 10 last Friday, to show off my newly discovered favourite butter chicken.. but I was so disappointed this time. My daughters water had a long black hair in it, our plates all had a thick layer of white dust on them, the floor was obnoxiously dirty and the bathroom was so gross, my 9 year old refused to use it. At the end of our meal we waited at the table for quite some time before heading to the front to ask how to pay, since no one bothered to come with a bill or guide us on where to go. Had such potential. Super disappointed.
The best tandoori chicken I ever had
Really appreciate the service provided by Mona. Great food, must try methi malai chicekn so goood
Amazing food, just that there could have been a couple of more people to serve. The lone server was so busy that we felt bad for her. However, no doubt that the food is one of the best in the Niagara region.
Good food and service. Naans were fresh, prawns in korma were decently sized, and chicken tikka was good too! Spice level was just right too.
Amazing food, best Indian food in St. Catharines by far!!!
Amazing
Amazing food!
Not only this place has much options in comparison to any normal Indian restaurant but the price is too much for the quantity and quality of the food. I ordered dry vegetable manchurian and I even asked over the call whether it is actually dry. However, it still had gravy with not so crispy manchurian balls. For $15+tax, all you can get is six manchurian balls with no authentic taste you may get at many other Indian restaurants.
Service was excellent.
Good food and customer service
The food is awesome!
Great experience
Truly authentic Laccha paratha and quite delicious food. Our entire family loved it and the food was just the right spice level. Great service and nice warm ambiance with a mix of modern and vintage set pieces. Definitely recommend a visit if returning from a trip to Niagara Falls Vegetarian options: Plenty of great authentic vegetarian options and quite family friendly.
tried their goat curry, chicken steam momo and chilli garlic naan! everything was amazing would highly recommend!
I am leaving this review while sitting in the restaurant. I tried the manchurian today. No words to explain. In Niagara falls just get garbage instead of indian food. This is the best place to have indian and Chinese food. Thank you!!!
Best place on earth. The waitress was very sweet and the food was top notch
We drove from different city to picnic near Lake Ontario and then thought of searching for nearby Indian restaurants. This restaurant was just 10 minutes away and we ordered Dal fry n rice over d phone. Items were ready within 10 minutes fresh n hot. We took it back to campsite n everyone loved the taste. Didn t expect such quality n taste. We will plan for group order next time we plan the camping there.
Food was amazing loved their tandoori chicken! Stuff are very friendly staff as well!
We came from different city and thought of trying Indian food, food was amazing. Hot spicy fried momo s I loved personally. Girl at counter was unfriendly, rude and arrogant for no reason like calm down, put nice clothes and smile atleast. It s someone s business help them grow with passion and take it as job and have welcoming attitude. Other server girl who came to deliver food was smiling and had positive energy but other one was feeling on top of clouds with bad attitude. Nice family restaurant must check it out. Vegetarian options: Yummy food
Amazing food amazing service!
Awesome food. Any dish we how tried has been great.
I really enjoyed the food! It was tasty and reasonable for the price *edit, I ordered from them again and it was quite bad. I ordered chicken vindaloo and malai kofta with naan. The vindaloo was mediocre in flavour but the chicken was tender. The naan was tough and the kofta was distatestefully sweet. for $50 I m disappointed. My first time was excellent but this time it s not good. So I m changing my rating from 5 star to 3 for inconsistency.
Top Indian Restaurant in St. Catherines? The Curry Pot The owners of the place are from Nepal and blend of Indo-Nepal does not get better than this place! Top-notch (don t take my word, try it to believe it)! There is a fusion of desi food like no other place, having stayed in Delhi Mumbai Bangalore Chennai all my life, this place revisited the memories of my inner child of the mouth watering, finger licking savoury food back home. Relaxed ambience, wonderful service & food is on point! If you are in St.Catherines and have not tried this restaurant you are missing out (And I was not paid or incentivized to review, it s an honest one! )
Great place and excellent food.
My go to Indian restaurant.Thank you.
Good service
Such a warm place to be. The food was delicious and still light. Definitely coming back again. Loved their customer service. We were close to their lunch break but they made sure we were well taken care off Vegetarian options: Vegetarian momos were nice. Palak paneer was nice as well.
Always great service and delicious food!
First time buying food from this restaurant. I followed the online review and gave them a go for my sons first time try of Biryani and prawn curry. The Biryani was good ( its good if my sons finish their plate. Its great if they ask for more immediately) The prawn curry with the naan was too good. First time try and I might be hooked. I could easily take my family to the restaurant for in person dining. The ambience is really nice and the washroom is the cleanest Ive seen since moving to St.Catherines.
My son and I enjoyed Samosas, butter chicken and the chicken vindaloo and they all were delicious! Nice restaurant with good service. We will be going again soon I hope!
Everything was good and tasty
This is a great place wish i found it sooner!
Tiny local but food is fantastic
Easily the best Indian food in the city - our food arrived lightning fast and the was absolutely delicious.
The food is absolutely delicious! Its the perfect balance of spicy and flavourful, the spice does not overpower the flavour, we had the simplest thing and even that was so tasty! Major shoutout to the chef, you slayinn
Loved the quality of food. Service was great
Delicious taste. Best halal restaurant in town. Dietary restrictions: Good thing is that they serve halal. Food : 5/5 |
Best Indian food in niagara (including USA). Service is great, food is outstanding. Everything we ve tried has been amazing.
Amazing food taste but they need to work on quantity as we order dinner for 6 and we got a small bowl of curry (chicken and lamb) wich was not even enough for 1 person and the server girl told us that sorry I forgot to mention that the portion is less They gave us a decent size bowl for veg curry but still it was not enough for 6people. Server was having lack of knowledge about their menu and portions.
The food sent me and my spouse to the emergency room..was told food poisoned from this restaurant.will ne pressing charges..plus. they charged for rice when rice comes with the meal..getting over ..the lady was rude and kept telling lies..the chicken was not chicken ..please beware poisoning folks meals and over charging.
Really great food- tasty without being ridiculously spicy, very good quality, would definitely recommend!
Great food and service.
Had the butter chicken, was very good.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Curry Pot, and it was nothing short of a culinary revelation! From the moment I stepped in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for an extraordinary experience. The food was a symphony of spices that left a lasting impression. Every dish is a testament to the chef s artistry. Such a good service, diverse menu, and their naan was heavenly. A must visit gem for any foodie! Would Highly Recommend it! Vegetarian options: Palak Paneer was absolutely mouth watering
Great
Matta was very nice and helped me choose my order and the food was very delicious. I always recommend coming here
Best tasting curry Ive tried in st catharines
Enjoyed the vegetable samosas, which were very large and tasty. The lamb korma and vegetable paneer were delicious. Large portions and the dish spiciness can be adjusted according to your order.
friendly service and nice casual restaurant. The food was amazing we had bhindi masala, chicken jhal fraize, and lamb curry. All were very tasty
How does a $20 chicken meal not come with rice?? butter chicken and no rice... I am now sitting at home boiling water for rice while I watch my dinner get cold.... ordered online. Saw nothing about rice.
I really liked everything I don t like lamb but my boyfriend ordered the lamb curry and I tried it and it was so good Food
I had a serious allergic reaction to the food after being assured that it was in-fact free of all nuts. I will never eat here again.
Amazing food, large portions for reasonable prices. Everything is well seasoned and the garlic naan is dream worthy!
Ive only had takeout and the service has always been very good with minimal wait time for the order to be prepared. The quality of the lamb and chicken has also been excellent. Its our favourite local Indian restaurant. This place is highly recommended. Vegetarian options: Ive had the daal fry several times. Its a generous portion and medium spice is perfect for me.
Its a good place to have tasty meals.. give it a try
Very nice Indian restaurant we found on our day in St Catherines. I love when I order food and I am asked how hot I would like it cuz that tells me usually the food is going to be really good. Ordered the butter chicken and the chicken korma with garlic naan and some samosas. Both curries were excellent and they were served with the side of rice. Samosas were very crispy and flavorful and served with two sauces. One sweet and one savory. You can also keep those and use them to dip The Garlic naan in very good. Make sure you wash it down with a mango Lassie. If youre in the area check this place out it has very good reviews and I am leaving one as well. It is tucked away in a busy Plaza but worth your time.
This is a great little restaurant that we have been to several times with really good food choices as my girlfriend is Vegetarian. The service is just ok though as we feel they need to come around and check on customers tables more often to see if everything is good. Food
Found this little spot today! Stopped in for my lunch break and WOW what I can say other than ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Food is to die for and the service was great! Nice friendly staff and tasty food! 10/10 recommended I will be back forsure!
lil expensive as they rise the prices like 3 dollsrs for can of pop. But food is good. Specially momos so are the owners specially the lady i glasses. She is super nice..
Amazing food and amazing service. If you are in Niagara region and feeling for Indian food I will recommend to come here and dont waste your time at Guru or Rajdhani in Niagara. The prices are much better and the food taste good as well. My go-to is the BBQ platter, Lamb Biryani and yellow dall with naan. If you are in the area for lunch must try there lunch specials. All in all a good place to go for Indian/Pakistani food Vegetarian options: They have a whole section for veg options and the best thing is you can customize the menu as you like Parking: Parking lot is a huge one and shared with Boston Pizza and overflow parking of Holiday Inn. Always plenty of parking even in the jam packed weekends in summer
I ordered Chicken Biryani and Palak Paneer from them. The Palak Paneer was really tasty and the portion was good. While the Chicken Biryani was good too, it didnt have a lot of chicken in it. Overall, it was worth the price.
Ambience is good, friendly staff and very good food. Must visit again and again.
