Tried their double pep and double cheese pizza and it was amazing . The sauce Tasted like fresh tomatoes and great flavour on the pizza . The staff was also super friendly and felt like family there , I Will be back! Thank you for this experience!

But the only problem is service and wait time, on call they mentioned for pickup around 20-35 minutes but after going to store right after 35 minutes the order is not ready and have to wait additional 25-30 minutes. What is the point of ordering online for take out if you have to wait this long.

Pizza and calzones were great. But I ordered chicken strips and they were so dry and not good at all I gave them to my dog! I was very disappointed to spend that much on chicken strips to find out they were processed chicken!!

Elachi tea is amazing , my parents came from India they didnt like tim / starbucks canadian brands tea although they love their coffee, but they just loved masala tea elachi flavour along with the fries the quantity is good and fresh must try! Not one to leave reviews unless I have an extreme experience. In this case I got extremely sick after ordering take out at this establishment. Read reviews about the cleanliness and went to further research the health inspection and I can t say I m surprised I got sick.

Called at 12pm and pre-ordered 2 sandwiches to pick up at 1:10pm. Got there right at the time and no one comes at the front to check. Waited there for 10 minutes for someone to come at the counter. He took the order for two other people looked at me and walked away. I had my friend called them again to see if my order was ready and they go. We didn t make it yet. they had an hour and 10 minutes to make the order. There was a reason why we told them that we need to pick up at that time. The guy comes out and tells me it s gonna take 10 more minutes. I was pissed to be honest because I was on my lunch and I had to make it back to work in time, he takes another 15 minutes to make the order after telling me that its only going to take 10 minutes. Finally got my food and food was cold. I wouldn t say it s the fault of people who are working there, but I think the management or the owner should hire more people and see how busy the store is and schedule the people accordingly. Horrible customer service.. never had this issue before with this place
