Industria Pizzeria + Bar in St. Catharines

Another great meal at Industria. The brie, figs and bread app with honey was delicious. I had the ravioli with pesto and pine nuts and it was rich and very tasty. My dining partner had the Ortolana pizza, very fresh ingredients and a lovely thin, charred crust. Our server was friendly and attentive and brought me an excellent dirty martini. Great experience and the place was busy. Will be back!

Food was completely flavourless and disappointing, I ve tried twice and will not be trying it again. Got very sick after the last visit. No thanks. Never ever again, and I ll warn others as well.

Went here a few times and just cant stop going back. While the chicken parm seemed a little bland and flavourless to me (most probably lacking some seasoning in the tomato sauce), their tropicale pizza is delicious! The arancini itself is good but again, lacking some flavour on the tomato sauce. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Their signature burger and pizza hits the spot every time! Super friendly service and a great atmosphere. Even when it s cold outside the glass roll up doors allow the place to be bright and causes it to feel very open. I highly recommend them and look forward to visiting again! Parking: Though parking is free and there are a lot of spots it can get busy at some points so a little walking (2-3 mins) can happen

Ive been waiting a year to try this place and man how glad I am for finally making it. Pizza and Pasta was top notch and bartender was amazing.

The food and service were very good, however something unpleasant was that the glasses looked bad because they were not well washed, they even had lipstick marks.

My meal of spagetti had no flavour, there was a pizza order which wasnt fully cooked, salad was not fresh and missing the meat, apps were cold. Should have gone to the Keg, it came out very close in price!!

Had a wonderful time at Industria this evening - our server Jessica was amazing! We had another younger gentleman helping us out as well, he was also amazing! The pizza we had was just really tasty overall; I would definitely come back for the food. We wanted to watch the Leafs game and we got a great spot to have dinner, beers and watch the hockey. Ill definitely be back again soon!

I ordered the pasta with mussels calamari and shrimp. dont pay 27 bucks for this. it came with 3 shrimp tail on 4 mussels in the shell and one was closed and get this only one tiny piece of calamari. spaghetti was from a bag. drinks were good and so was the appetizers. Tried my friends pizza and it was good. Pasta dish was terrible for the money. I wondered how they even served this. MY company was great and night was fun. I just really felt this dish was a rip off for the money. 20 cents of pasta and so little seafood in it. Lucky I had an appetizer before hand. I will say the appetizers were excellent.

The menu has a single vegan option. Unfortunately the only vegan option is on the lunch menu and they dont make any exceptions to order. So if youre vegan and want to eat after lunch, this place isnt for you. The waitress also seemed annoyed that she had to ask if the kitchen could make the fresca bowl. The same waitress brought out the food for my friends and then she was nowhere to be found. They walked up to the bar to reorder drinks after waiting 45mins. When she did come around, I reluctantly ordered a veggie pizza which was a mission on its own. The waitress didnt know what vegetables the menu pertained to and told me to pick what I wanted. We had to look through the menu to see what veggies can be added. This was least accommodating restaurant I have been to in many years. Poor service. Poor attitude. Mediocre food. Premium price. We wont revisit and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Tried it out for the first time based on a recommendation from my brother in law. Group of 9 people, they initially struggled to find seating. My mother and I had the Fettucine Alfredo. The price for the portion size is rather high, and both of us ended up sick this morning. Now, I could understand that if I lived with my mother, or ate something similar recently, it could be something else that made us sick. We thought the sauce tasted a bit off, but figured it may just be their recipe. The kids Pizzas were great and both my boys loved them. The inside was clean and looked great. Along the lines of a more expensive Boston Pizza. It would be pretty hard for me to go back.

Pizza is excellent but I only gave it a 4 because they only have individual 12 size. I would go once a week if they had a large size pizza! I only go once or twice a year because of the size they offer! Wake up add a large size pizza to your menu!!

Had a group of 8 attend Industria at the Pen location. The food was amazing and the portions were incredible. Carrie, Matt and our server Brianna were on point and made the evening flawless. Such a great night, we will all definitely be back.

Went to Industrial after seeing several social media posts and a couple of recommendations from friends. My wife and I ordered pizza and a salad. She ordered a white pizza with a pesto sauce and I ordered pepperoni and cheese. I wanted a variety. I must say we truly enjoyed both pizzas. I really enjoyed the white pizza because of the creativity. The red sauce was just as enjoyable as the sauce was light and fresh. You can tell the food was homemade. Our server Paris, was awesome and was very energetic. She attended to all our requests and brought some great energy. I would recommend this place and look forward to trying other menu items. Joe Vegetarian options: They had vegetarian menu options. Parking: It s located in a shopping mall with a parking lot entrance.

Only ever ordered for Uber so cant speak for service and atmosphere but the food is alright . The pizza is pretty good. Pasta : the spag and meatballs tastes too oniony. Cesar didnt come with enough dressing but the dressing was good and tastes homemade . The first time we orders, the food was much better so maybe this was in off day

Had my 40th here and it couldn t have been a better set up. Few places in Niagara could accommodate 40-50 ppl while staying open past 10pm so we did it here and I m thrilled we did. Food and drinks were excellent, service was even better. Will definitely be back!

They ran out of beer!? And I m not talking about just one kind of beer. Service was awful and my daughter got food poisoning. Hard pass on this place.

Food and vibes were amazing! The service was horrible and practically non-existent. Our server walked by us several times and never asked if we wanted any food or a refill. We had to flag her down every time. Keep in mind there were only 3 or so tables in the restaurant, and she spent most of her time talking behind the bar with other staff. She also didn t know what was available or how it was prepared, and never asked how our food was or if we wanted anything else. Wasn t even told to have a goodnight or a thanks for coming when she left the bill. Felt like we were a burden to her rather than guests. We ve had excellent service here in the past, but this was the one of the worst service I ve ever experienced.

I have been here 4 times now & it is great every time. All dressed Pizza & Arugula Salad my favorite!

Very disappointing. We were excited to try this place out but the excitement quickly fizzled away. Food came late and cold. The calamari were from frozen (out of a box) not fresh. The drinks were tiny (we were just having pop and water) with very little ice. The pizza was an inedible, cold, sloppy mess with all the ingredients falling off the slice. The scissors the pizza was served with was just dumb. Don t give us factory made calamari and then attempt to be authentic by serving pizza with scissors. It s a stupid gimmick! What made things worse was we were given dirty plates, dirty utensils, and we had to ask for refills (the server wasn t very attentive). Tried it. Did not like it. Won t be returning. PS - we could hear the drunk guy at the bar clear across the restaurant.

Came for a late lunch today. Shocked at the big shareable portions. Carrie, our server, was amazing, very helpful and patient (thank you Carrie!) The music was fantastic (thank you Mark and Rick!). We enjoyed our experience and will be back soon Andrea, Rowan and Zak

First time at Industria... ordered a pizza for me and pasta for my wife. When I saw the pizza I told my wife that I would bring half home for later. It was so good I couldnt stop eating it until it was all gone. My wife really enjoyed her pasta as well. Definitely going on our regular rotation, probably more than others. Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking right out front, proper ramps to get in the building. Handicap assisted doors at the front and aisles in the restaurant are spacious easily accessed with a wheelchair. Last thing nice modern accessible washroom on site.

Hi there just to let you know that I was most impressed with the team working today August 22 2024. I made pizzas in a grocery store. Nothing like what your lunch staff turned out. I enjoyed watching the tandem team building pizzas and was most impressed with the way they worked together. I has Michelle as a server. The service was exemplary. She was polite giving with her time and efficient. One very slight complaint the sacue for the pizzas needs just a touch of sugar to balance the tomatoes. 10 out of 10

Simply amazing! The greeting was warm and sincere which sets the tone for an overall delightful experience! I was with my two children and we had a few different dishes that we shared and we enjoyed every single one. Our server was very pleasant and responded to our every need with a positive attitude which made us feel quite at home! Kudos to management of this very fine establishment!! The food, atmosphere and service was spot on I ll be back.

We went for lunch just to try the place out. We had the lunch combo of 1/2 a pizza and a small Caesar salad. Our server Hunter recommended trying the Industria special pizza which he said was like a cheeseburger pizza. The service was great and the pizza was delicious. Best crust weve had in a long time. We will be returning soon to try the dinner selections. Would recommend. The only downside is that the outside is so close to the mall parking. On the other hand there is lots of parking

We go to this place all the time, and I love how they switch up the menu! Tried the new burger special today and it was amazing! There was something for everyone and the kids loved it even more! 10/10

Beyond impressed! Had low expectations as it s in at the Pen Center, however was I wrong. Start with the service, from the hostess which sat us to our server Jess (believe that s her name) was top notch! Now let s get into the food, the burger that was in special was definitely the best burger I have had in a long time! Great bun, perfectly seasoned homemade patty, fried mozzarella with panko I believe(epic) tomatoe jam and pepperoni definitely forgot some toppings but this was absolutely perfect!!! My girlfriend got the lunch special pizza and salad which was also spot on. The server told us everything is incredible and I 100% believe her, unfortunately I can t order anything other than that burger!!! Lots of drink specials and the beer was ice cold! Really hope it is consistent as I know I will be back, girlfriend can shop while I eat that burger!!

We thoroughly enjoyed trying the new menu options at Hubz table at Industria Pizza last week. The gnocchi and steak dish was delicious, the mini pizzas, as well as the arugula and pear salad are something you must try when you visit. Our waitress was very friendly, and the place was full of excitement. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant on a regular basis. Kudos to the chef!

On balance, I would recommend Industria at the Pen Centre. Most of the dishes were well received. I really enjoyed my Tropicale pizza, and my kiddo liked his chicken fingers. The meatball appetizers were good, too. My partner thought the Caesar salad was fine, and was disappointed by her $18(!) 9oz. glass of California Pinot Noir (I agree).Service was good, food came fast. Kid-friendliness: Has a kids menu with typical offerings. Industria: I would recommend putting spaghetti and meatballs on the kids menu. Its a total kids classic.

I thought this place would be as amazing as the one in Burlington but it was absolutely terrible. We sat outside and for the most part were ignored. My cocktail was watered down. I sent back my mussels as they were not cooked properly and half of them were not even open. I then ordered some sort of chewy spaghetti with a ton of parsley and 5 shrimp. Not good, I didn t finish it. I regret coming to this restaurant I will instead drive to the one in Burlington where the food and service is much better!

A family member told me they tried Industria Pizza,so my wife and I decided to try it after it had been open for some time. Upon entering the restaurant we were seated almost immediately,as I had made a reservation. The temperature of the place was not great,it felt warm and stuffy. We asked our waitress to have the temperature lowered,and she was able to do so. Our waitress was very approachable and her service was good. We ordered a shareable Caesar salad and a pizza. The salad had the right amount of dressing on it,but slightly lacked flavor. The wood fired pizza was I say good,but not Wow or great, it too could have had more seasonings(spices). In all our first visit was okay. We will try it again down the road,but we will try something else off the menu.

I had the opportunity to sit at Hubz Table at Insudtria. And I had a great experience. I d heard mixed reviews in the past so I m thankful I experienced it for myself. I was pleasantly surprised! We had a special tasting menu of beautiful, delicious food. It was all the chef s off menu special items. Everything was very tasty and was a take on the food they serve regularly. My favorite was an eggplant Parmesan the texture was unbelievable. I look forward to trying actual menu items. I had a couple cocktails also very tasty. I like the vibe of the place. I m generally a go out alone girl and I d happily go sit at the bar on my own for a drink and/or food. But it would also be fun with friends. They have music on Thursday nights looking forward to going to that. All said I m looking forward to going back.

Rowan is the pinnacle of what customer service should be. Charismatic and personable are two words that instantly jump out when wanting to describe him and his customer service.The food was phenomenal (Industria + Margarita pizzas). I will come back simply to have a beer with the guy.

We decided to drop by for a late dinner on our way home and were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and friendly staff. Despite our son being a little fussy and us bombarding them with questions, the staff was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent service. The food was delicious and our server/bartender Seth makes a memorable espresso martini. This restaurant is a fantastic choice for high-quality food and is also family-friendly.

Went here the other night. Was a great time and great atmosphere. I got the arugula and prosciutto pizza and thought it was quite good. Maybe a little more sauce and cheese is needed but the thin crust is amazing, nice and light.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing dinner here this evening. Our Server Hunter was super polite, was very helpful and he was beyond patient as we tried a few wine choices before settling on a bottle. Hunter also gave great recommendations for menu choices. My mushroom pasta was so delicious and my girlfriends pizza was very tasty as well. Overall it was the friendly and competent service by Hunter that made our experience fabulous.

Visited last night and it was very good. Food and service are wonderful. I inquired about the Burrata as the menu states seasonal toppings ask your server I was told Pine nuts, herbs and olive oil were the toppings. I asked if it was served with crostini or bread as the menu doesn t state that, and was told yes When it came out, it was beautifully presented but the toppings were beets and figs and there was nothing served with it to spread it on. I had to ask for something. Just a small hiccup, but there should be communication between the kitchen and service staff on what the seasonal ingredients are, and it needs to be served with some kind of bread/crostini. It was delicious, I enjoy beets and figs, but if someone else ordered it thinking they were getting a more savoury topping like pine nuts they might have not been so accommodating as I was.

Problem the worst Margarita Pizza Ive ever had... 3 leaves of Basil and the sauce tasted like crushed tomatoes from a can.

Went for lunch with my 2 toddlers and dad, Michelle was our server and was very pleasant and made sure my kids pizzas were out fast and first! She also went above and beyond with them at the gelato bar and made their day. Pizza was incredible and we will definitely be back again !

Admitted to messing up my order then, blaming Uber (1/2 our dinner for 2 order didnt arrive, called restaurant immediately and was told yes one dinner was still there, and secondly I should adress with and arrange another pickup through Uber!)- still waiting on refund they promised me, offered me a gift card for next order??? Why would I want to order again, have to drive 20min to retrieve coupon, AND be chasing Uber when it was restaurants error? Terrible customer experience, would not recommend!! Mistakes happen I totally get it, but the true colors of a business and how its run, shows through when things dont go well, and how you take care of the customer you had an oopsy with.

i ordered the arugula salad with chicken and bruschetta. the salad showed up with no chicken. then bruschetta showed up as 6 slices of bread and a container of sloppy tomato soup. paid over 40$ for this trash. what an absolute disgrace. just another franchise selling overpriced garbage food.

I had a great time the first time I came here. The second time not so much. My pizza was a bit undercooked and we had to ask the server for absolutely everything; side plates, refills, cutlery, napkins, condiments, you name it. It was pretty disappointing but what made this experience comical was that the debit machine asked for a 30% tip!?

Went for lunch with my mom and my baby and I was blown away by the service! The food was also amazing. Kinda fun to see them tossing your pizzas in the background before you get to eat them too. A great relaxing break from shopping to fuel us up to go again!

Food was good but Server was rude and lazy. Never asked if we wanted another round of drinks and rarely came back to check in. Seating in restaurant was uncomfortable. Washrooms were falling apart, doors didnt lock so anyone could open the door to private stalls at any time, no soap in the dispensers, and worst of all there was human feces on the outside of toilet and floor. Been to other Industrias around the region and they were 10x better than this one.

A group of us went to celebrate a birthday, Michelle was our server. She was very nice and friendly but her service was not on par tonight. It wasnt very busy for most of the time we were there and we had missing drinks and food items, had to ask multiple times, mixed up items on our bills and nothing for the birthday we had mentioned. The food was delicious, I always get the rose gnocchi but some of the portions we found to be small for the price like the ravioli. Will come back as I have enjoyed the food and service other times.

Industria never disappoints!! I love everything I ve eaten at this place and always look forward to trying more of the huge menu. The level of service is always awesome and very helpful. I ve tried all their pizzas and most all apps and everything is Fresh Fresh!! The calamari is AMAZING, so fresh and tender. I highly recommend this Restaurant!!

Who would have thought a place called Industria Pizza would have one of the best salmon dinners Ive ever had. Michelle was my server and went above and beyond. Cant wait to go back.

This place is perfect but I have literally only 1 complaint, and this is why I only rated it 4 stars instead of 5: the bathroom doors NEED to be replaced. The food, service and atmosphere are outstanding, but the bathroom doors simply don t work. I tried 3 different stalls and all 3 doors wouldn t shut properly. Please fix this, but keep everything else the same! :)

Caprese salad , as an appetizer, is completely overpriced!!! Pizza lunch special is a bit more reasonable but still overpriced. Bacon pizza was absolutely bland. Service was good. Server had a good sense of humour. Modern atmosphere but definitely not in a hurry to go back.

Ordered online via Uber eats. Was missing an item that was ordered. Uber would not refund therefore you can thank Uber for this review as I m out 20 bucks on a mistake that this restaurant made. Also the food was cold. Be better.

Amazing, amazing place

Service is so slow! A waitress mixed up 2 out of 3 of our ordered items: we asked for grilled calamari and got fried, instead of Pasta Casarecce salciccia we had penne alla Gigi. We didn t confront our server because waited for so long for our food that we were hungry and ate two of our dishes. Overall food is ok but not great. I don t recommend this restaurant.

Michelle was my server for lunch today. We had the tropicale pizza, I was hesitant as I don t typically like pineapple on pizza but my server assured me I would love it and I m so glad she did! Definitely will be returning and asking for Michelle who was so friendly and courteous!

Standard assembly line food. The $31 steak was like a bad thin breakfast steak thrown on top of McCain frozen fries with a couple of brussel sprouts also under the steak. The service was ok but the atmosphere was really good. I would go back for a beer and pizza after shopping, but not for a night out with dinner.

People were nice enough. But they gave me the wrong order. The food I will say was acceptable. We had steak sbeamed vegetables with some type of sweet sauce did not taste good at all. Something I would have never used with steak. Food : 2/5

Was just in for New Years Dinner, took the server reccomended NY feature menu Lobster Bisque and Lobster Pasta, they did not dissapoint, 5 stars! Service was excellent as well.

Went there specially for the calamari that use to be flour coated and fried, the way it should be made! only to find out that it s been replaced with breaded factory coated calamari that is not worth the $17-33 dollars, they were large rings, and very tough. It s disappointing to see restaurants cutting corners like that. Especially an upscale restaurant like that.

A solid 4 star restaurant! The ambiance is pretty nice with both cute deco and warm lighting. The service is quick and friendly. The food is alright, nothing amazing, but it s a good stop for any type of casual night out!

This was my second visit to Industria Pizza. As I was visiting during the early afternoon, I opted for their lunch special - a half-pizza and salad combo. The pizza crust was soft, and well-cooked in their wood-fired oven visible from the dining area. Paired with the salad, it made for a filling and tasty meal. Prices are a bit higher here than other nearby dine-in options, but the quality of ingredients, and excellent service more than justified that on this visit. Vegetarian options: They offer a number of vegetarian-friendly pizzas, which come with a robust amount of toppings.

My partner and I tried out this restaurant for the first time a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. The service was great, our server was very personable and gave us some great suggestions (thanks Jeniferr)! I would definitely recommend the sandwiches to anyone visiting this restaurant. We look forward to our next visit!

Wanted to try for a while based on pictures of the food in advertising. The atmosphere was very loud, couldnt hear your own people talking. Food.....beet salad...didnt look like the pictures. Had approximately an ounce of goat cheese on it a few nuts, and being a BEET salad you would expect nice pieces of beet. They were the smallest cubes of beet thrown on top no better than a topper. One good point was the dressing was nice... Now for the all dressed pizza....looked lovely when brought to the table. Flavour was good but the most difficult to eat. The bottom was so thin you couldnt pick it up. By thin Id describe it as a thickness of Bristol board....yes that thin.... So for a salad and pizza, and 2 drinks...70$... Had my experience ...wont be back!

Took my dad to the new resturant at the Pen - Induatria. We have been before. I was glad I made reservations as they were packed ! Got the spinach & artichoke dip which was fantastic and we split the Carnivore Pizza. I also got the Chocolate Nutella Creme Brule which was just okay. I understood that they were busy but I felt like our waitress could have stopped by our table a little more. When we got there our table wasnt ready yet so we sat at the bar and looked at the menus. When we did get our table she took our drink orders but didnt ask if we wanted something to start with and we did. All in all its great food and we will be back !!

We had the best pizza and spaghetti with shrimp. It was a delightful meal!! Lovely atmosphere and great service. Our server Andy was very helpful and informative. Parking: It was directly in front of the restaurant and there was wheelchair access right there too.

This was my second visit to this restaurant. I had only heard good things and the staff and food lives up to those words. The food on both visits was delicious. the portions are huge and the price for todays times is worth it . Brock university students even get a well worth it discount. The restaurant is quite large with a great outdoor patio. our waitress tonight was nothing less than phenomenal. Great personality and I even let her surprise me with my meal choice. Its hard to find staff like this today. great place to just sit back and have a good meal!

Love the lunch special, you can get half of any pizza and salad of your choice for a decent price. I like that you can choose a salad off the menu and not just a house or cesar salad. I had a beet salad with a prociutto and tomato pizza as well as a sangria. Everything I had was fresh and tasted amazing.

What a sad experience here! We walked in to find out we had to wait 45 mins, while we put down our names for the wait list we noticed several tables were empty! The hostess mentioned they were waiting for their reservations to come in in the next 45 mins. When we asked again after 10 mins because we had a tired baby with us, we were told they didnt have enough servers! Wouldnt go here again.

I threw my dad s 80th birthday party here, and it was absolutely wonderful. The event planner, 2 different managers, and 2 servers we had experience with were all very helpful and accommodating. The food was excellent, and the servers were great. The VIP room was perfect for our group, and I d recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again to the wonderful staff for an amazing experience.

First time there but will definitely go again, I really enjoyed my pizza. Unfortunately my friend who dined with me asked for the pizza to be well done and was not satisfied with his crust as it did not look to be well done at all.

Absolutely worst service ever elder bleached blond hair and glasses worst server ever ive had my in my life..... my company was allowed to have 1 drink n 2 shot n they wouldnt allowed any more the entireP time they were there limited to 3 drinks despite how much food they bought n we ate b4 the main course came our bill was $158 and they still werent allowed another drink after salad, shrimp, spinish and artichoke dip garlic bread and brishetta bread n then when asked for the bill she wouldnt even come she had to send someone else n then over charged the bill if we hadnts looked at the bill she would have over charged us ...smh never again ignorant waitresses the one who gave the bill and served us

We are at industria pizza right now, we ordered spaghetti and meat balls which was the best of all 3 meals ordered, the industrial pizza which is meh, and the shrimp,garlic and chili spagatini that my 12 year old ordered, way to spicy for even an adult and to boot no bread was included to help with the heat and when we told the waitress she said it was in the name chili. Will not be coming back to this overpriced place. Not impressed.

Where to begin Seated ourselves at the bar area, since there was nobody at the host desk. Was greeted by a server immediately, who was friendly. After serving us our drinks, it was all downhill from there. She was responsible for what looked to be 6 tables. It appeared as if she had to make cappuccinos for a group of 5. This tied her up for over 15 minutes, to which wasn t her fault, but the manager in the bar was completely useless, sitting in her chair, only helping when approached by the other customers in the bar that the waitress couldn t get to while tied up. Nice looking place, but poorly run. Food gets an incomplete since we left after 1 drink, and waiting 15+ minutes to even get to put a food order in.

Had dinner this past Saturday for the first time. Loved the decor and the staff were very attentive. My partner had the Funghi pizza which she enjoyed immensely. I had the penna alla gigi which was delicious. My only criticism was the penne was overcooked. The manager came by to check on our table and I shared my comment and she was very helpful in resolving my concern. All in all, a great experience. Will be back!

Went here for dinner. It was very busy and you should make reservations(we did). Me and my husband both got pizza. He got the Industria pizza which is like a Big Mac pizza($21)and it was so good! And I got the Tropical pizza($21) and that was also delicious. My daughter also got an appetizer of chicken wings(salt and pepper about 10) I do have to say that I think its a little over priced. For 3 people..we got 2 pizzas, an appetizer, 1 beer and 2 lemonades it cost $83 before tip, after 18% tip, it came too $101. Which I think is pricey. Just to mention something...they dont offer any of their lunch menu for dinner which sucks because they have some awesome handheld sandwiches that I would have loved to get but you cant. They only have 1 burger for handheld sandwiches for dinner thats it. They should also offer the chicken sandwich at the very least but ALL handhelds would be way better!

Food and service were fantastic. Tables are too small. 5 large women with reservation were crammed into a booth that shoukd be meant for 3 maximum. Request for a larger table was denied. It is so important to be comfortable while dining. Felt crammed in like cattle. Will not return for this reason. This trend of tight seating in restaurants to maximize revenue is unfortunate. It destroys the dining experience.

This place trains its staff properly. Personable, efficient and zero attitude. Refreshing.

Overall a great spot but the over use of garlic in the pasta made it almost inedible. Sometimes less is more. But if you like that Id give the food a 4.

Went to Industria for our annual Christmas get together. Twelve people in total. We were immediately seated by the restaurants manager April. Amazing women and polite . Next our server whose name was Brie was on top of all our needs from the drinks to appetizers, entrees and desserts. The atmosphere is great the food was outstanding, all twelve of us were very impressed with the restaurant, menu , service and even the bill. Brie definitely deserved her tip last night as she was an amazing server. Congradulations to all who made our annual Christmas party a huge success. We ll be back again for sure.

I was very excited to eat here. The menu looked really good and the restaurant seemed to have ok reviews. We started by making a reservation, requesting no booth. When we arrived we were greeted in a condescending way, the hostesses looked us up and down and seemed to judge us right away. They seated us in a booth even though the reservation requested otherwise. Now had the restaurant been full I would have understood, however there were plenty of open tables. I will say the restaurant was lovely. It had a very nice atmosphere and it was clean. We had our 4 year old daughter with us, and we saw other children in there also. We waited patiently while many servers passed us, most not doing anything, some were carrying food or drink but the majority were not. 15 minutes passed and we still hadn t been approached or greeted. Our 4 year old was thirsty and I couldn t even flag someone down to get her a drink. We gave up at that point because we figured if we couldn t get a hello or a beverage what would it be like waiting for our entire order. We left and took our business to an establishment who appreciated it. This place has the potential of being the #1 restaurant in Niagara but it definitely needs a management overhaul to get there. ** Edited to add: over a week has gone by and we haven t received any word back from head office or this location **

Meal was amazing! Had the short ribs-brussel sprouts were delicious. Also had the people s margarita .DELICIOUS! Our waiter Roland was great! Very personable and funny. Ask for him when you go! Definitely recommend

Arrived at confirmed reservation time to find they had no table for our party of 9.After a wait they took us to our table which was 2 round tables pushed together right in front of the open kitchen area. Tables were terrible for conversation as some peoples backs were to each other, and extremely noisy beside kitchen. Drink order taken and served, then food order. Apps arrived and were starting to be set down when they realized these were for another table. After finishing our apps and mains arrived I had to ask the server and manager to remove our dirty app plates which wasnt going to be done. Also had to ask for empty cans and glasses to be removed. Not once did anyone come by to ask how our meals were or if we wanted anything else. The biggest issue is not the food which was good but the wait staff are very inexperienced and manager needs customer training. Some experienced wait staff and training would really help this restaurant be great.

We decided to host our annual holiday party at Industria due to our store being located within the mall. On my first visit I met Rachelle and she was a pleasure to work with. She took on the responsibility of ensuring the needs of our group of approximately 30 people were met. She took on the stress and ensured all the details were taken care of. The night of the holiday party the entire team was a pleasure to deal with. Everything was amazing from the service to the food. Thank you all for helping us create amazing memories with our team and I look forward to working with the team at Industria again in the future.

Our server Sierra was great! Very attentive and friendly. I didn t love the drink I ordered and she had it remade with no hassle. The bartender Matt came and checked in to make sure the remade drink was to my liking. Overall a wonderful dining experience.

I visited Industria for the first time and was very underwhelmed. I ordered a pizza and a beer and the pizza was warm not hot. I was hungry and wanted to eat. For the price I was expecting something better. The pros, the sauce was very good, the rustic sausage chunks were a nice touch and the crust for good not great. The bar area is nice with 7 TVs available for viewing. The manager did give me a discount on my pizza, but even with that I feel my money still could have been better spent somewhere else. Over-all, I would say my experience was adequate, I will try them again because the manager took the time to give me a discount which never happens now which proved she cared.
