Had a lovely last minute meal with extended family - we were seated promptly even though a larger group, and our server Madi took great care of us.

Ordered nachos with ground beef, got no ground beef on them barely any cheese . My 25 dollar steak was dry no sauce , had no seasoning ....poor quality for price .

I called back 1 week later as I forgot my meal receipt. I spoke with one of the staff at the Lake Street/YMCA Drive Location in St. Catharines (Sami). She was friendly, courteous and helpful. She called me back a few hours later to let me know she retrieved the receipt. She emailed a photo of the receipt to me. Thank you Sami!

Great food for not and overpriced I had the barbecue burger. It was really good.

On Sunday, November 24, I came in with a large party with several full tables. The staff were accommodating, kind and the food came out so quickly. We were all impressed with the amazing service. This is the best Kelseys in the Niagara region!

I wish I could remember our waitresses name but she was there on Saturday afternoon 10.28.23. She was funny, HONEST to a tee and very helpful. She made the experience 5 star!! Went back again......ordered fajitas....the whole plate for the meat, the toppings and guacamole came with one spoon. Wouldve been nice to get at least another utensil....still good tasting food though.

Went on a Saturday for lunch for a Mother/Daughter date with my 7 year old. Food was fantastic and service was as well!!

We had great service from Sara H this afternoon. I came in with my husband and two kids around 3:45 and it was clearly a busy afternoon as it looked like a sports team was there and a bunch of full tables. Sara provided wonderful service and was very inviting. I really did not appreciate the two ladies vaping in the bathroom, actually blew it right in my face as I opened the door to use the restroom with my daughter. But that is not the restaurants fault so I won t hold that against them. Thank you Sara for making my family feel welcome even though everyone was busy.

Our worst experience ever in a restaurant in town! Our Friday dinner got totally ruined. It was totally unacceptable! It was disgusting. I spit out right after I saw this moldy broccoli!

Had an amazing experience at this location. We ordered the Buffalo chicken skins and they were absolutely LOADED with sauce, cheese, chicken, everything. Our meals were just as good too, and our server was great. She was very friendly and kept checking if we needed anything. The tables and bathrooms were clean, this is a great Kelsey s location.

(Want to first say the waitress was very nice and did a great job not upset with her at all) Signed up and got a free spinach dip. Went to use it on my bill but then was told I can t use my caa discount with it nor can I pay for the entree in full with my free dip and spilt the bill for the other party at the table to pay with the caa discount. I told the manager it doesn t say that I can t in the email and he wasn t nice about it first of all and secondly he showed me the policy that you can t do it in combined with other offers. The thing is in the email no where does it say it on my end as a customer. He may have access to this policy but it isn t in the emails for the free app you send to customers. Definitely not a good experience dealing with this either. Also the other party was going to pay for the rest of the stuff and use the caa discount on their end but we were told you still can t even though they are two bills for different people. I totally understand policy but if you don t put it in the email to customers then how are we supposed to know this going into it ? Only to find out at the end is not a good experience. The managers attitude was enough for me to never want to go back there. UPDATE: They have since made it right and for that I have changed my stars for the review. I appreciate how kind and quick they were about making sure that I don t have that same experience and wanting me back. The customer service was great, I wasn t feeling like a valued customer because of that one individual (maybe the floor manager that night?) but the customer service team and head manager did help me to feel like I am a valued customer. Thank you for that.

My coworker and I stopped in for a quick lunch and our server Laura was wonderful. We spent some time talking about her adorable tattoos as I am heavily tattooed myself. We ordered the wings and spinach dip to share and everything came out as requested and was delicious. Kelsey s never disappoints and we will continue to come back on our lunchs.

Laura is a great waitress, helping us make a decision on appetizers. We picked the loaded nachos for our first round. They did not disappoint. Lots of melted cheese, lettuce, black beans with salsa, jalapenos and sour cream on the side. Round two was spicy Thai chicken bites. A lovely mix of sweet and hot.

My first time at this Kelsey s and I m totally impressed with how clean it is, the service was amazingly fast, our food was excellent and most of all our server Cassandra was absolutely fantastic! She was polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and professionally checking to make sure that everything was okay and if she could do anything else for us. It s a very welcoming atmosphere and I can t wait to come back again!

Firstly, the waitstaff was very friendly and the service was good. The food, on the other hand, was not. I had the chicken fried chicken and it looked like it was plated by a teenager who threw it on the plate from across the room. I think the server even realized how bad it looked when she set it down on the table. The chicken was overcooked and stringy, not good quality and the plate was half empty. My wife had the lunch trio and the sandwich looked like it was made with Wonderbread and the bacon cheddar soup was straight from a can. Ive probably had better meals at McDonalds. Ive eaten at other Kelseys before and never had a meal this terrible.

Kelseys a nice place to take the family for a night out or birthday! Its family friendly casual atmosphere good fast pace service for all ages! They also have high chairs for the Lil ones of your family. Some times it can get a little loud but other then that all around great place to dine and the fajitas are to die for!!

I went for lunch to celebrate the birthday of a friend. While waiting for our food, I went to use the washroom. The floor was slippery and I slipped and fell. A customer at another table helped me up. When I got back to my table, the manager came by to see if I was ok which, other than my dignity, I was. I told him his floor was greasy and he smirked at the word greasy. They placed a yellow cone on the area to prevent anyone walking on it, no one came by to clean it. We ordered fries for the table which they noticed when they came to check on our meals- after we had eaten. No incident report was suggested. Several days later, a manager called to apologize and offered me some coupons for a meal, which he said hed mail to me. A month later and I have nothing. Cavalier service and attitude.

The girl finally ask 8 min later Finally go to get seated . In the sun . After 12 hrs off working not having it . Asked for table in shade . Answer was server would be over loaded there so no !!! So I said im out of here. Nothing . Ask for manager. Everyone is a manager there . But nobody can handle it

Two managers came over and checked on the table. Everything tasted amazing! What a great experience! I highly recommend this location for great food, service and good times.

My daughter and I had lunch there today, and my food was a little mushy (chiken fingers and fries). I mentioned it to our server, and he immediately took it back and made a new one which was perfect. Both he, and the manager, came over to apologize, and ensure that the new one was good. It was excellent. Both the manager, and our server (Bryce) showed exemplary customer service. Well done! 10/10, would definitely recommend. I would also highly recommend our server, Bryce; he was amazing.

Wow wow. WOW! I am absolutely BLOWN away by the outstanding experienced I had at Kelsey s Roadhouse 10 YMCA street today! I walked in to an absolutely welcoming environment where I then felt safe and at ease. The servers. Oh boy. THE SERVERS. So darn respectful and very welcoming. Especially Alyssa who took care of us tonight, she was the sweetest and gave super good recommendations! I ve been to other kelseys before but this was an experience I ve never had with a main stream restaurant. Keep doing what you re doing kelseys! I ll be back soon ;)

A wonderful Fathers Day dinner at Kelseys! Bartender waited on us in the lounge area was on point with service and drinks. Staff assisted him with running food and clearing the table. Service and food was outstanding. Then as we walked out the gentleman gave my husband a bottle of hot sauce for Fathers Day. Super nice! Thank you for an enjoyable evening!

He was really nice and empathic to my situation, mentioned measures were being taken to correct it and preventing it from re-occurring. This level of care toward the customer was unexpected and very refreshing. Ill definitely be going back soon, they really do care about the customer. ---- Original: Ok food, terrible service. Arrived at around 9, not rush hour, not near closing time. It was almost empty and still had to wait several minutes just to get someone to come to the front - they just walked around ignoring us for a while. The waitress was nice, but overall it felt like the staff was annoyed we even stepped in, like they were doing us a favor, very rude. Wings were ok not great. NOT recommended.
