Wore Breakfast and service I had at this place for the second time. Breakfast was stone cold. Portions were not big enough to feed a infant. Egg must be extra small home fries were may be 10 piece if that .But must be do to shrink inflation. Not impressed At all. SHOULD change made to small and expensive with smallest of portions.

The best breakfast restaurant in the Niagara region. The quality and choice of the dishes were great. The service was terrific as well and there was a manager present overseeing things. After consideration, we gave the managers/owner response 5 stars instead of 4. I had the avocado toast - a definite must have and my wife had a vegetarian skillet. The eggs seemed small on the plate, but all in all a great breakfast experience

This is the best location I ve been to by far. Food is amazing (as always), I got the Cheez-Burger benedict, it s the best breakfast I ve ever eaten. My partner got the Pesto Philly Steak skillet; I didn t like pesto before, but I sure do now! The atmosphere is wonderful, and the layout of the restaurant makes the space a good volume, which is great for someone who has trouble hearing. The hostesses were the friendliest I ve ever encountered, and my waitress Vivian was so welcoming and lovely. 10/10 would eat here again.

This place was perfect!!! The staff the food the atmosphere was all 10/10! The staff go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied, especially Lorie, she was amazing! we had an allergy situation and they steamed the grill for us which was awesome and very nice of them! We love this spot for breakfast! The skillets with spicy hollandaise sauce are the best. Recommend going early (before 9), especially on weekends. People wait in line outside! Dietary restrictions: There are vegetarian and gluten free options on the menu

They don t let adults order off the kids menu, for the smaller portion sizes. That s not right in my opinion. Basically making you spend more money to get more food than you can t eat. Cheap owners fault.

Thy can t get there act together Every time we go there is a wait list and no one waiting. Figure that out We called to make an appointment And we re told it s first come first serve So we showed up and we re told we should of called 30 minutes before and go on the wait list. Why didn t they tell us this when we called!!! Oh and to top it off we went to the store since we we told 50 minute wait We got an text after 30 minutes and was told our table is being held for only 5 minutes. by the time we got back we lost the table

Good food options however prices are pretty high in comparison to good competition when comparing similar meals. Almost $10+ for a SIDE of bacon or a fruit bowl is a bit much. Or $27 for vegan avocado toast, which part of these ingredients is that expensive? Toast $3.50? Mind you these are delivery prices but still...

This place is bright and open inside. Food was good. Service was friendly. Its in a strip mall. Parking is tight. They have outdoor seating. Good place for all ages. They have an amazing coffee drink machine Our table was close to the prep area. Its a busy place. Does not open until later in the morning.

I occasionally do delivery driving in my early mornings for a little extra $$, I had a little bathroom emergency that was very urgent and to say the least SHANNON deserves all the credit in the world for the job she does for this establishment. Always smiling took amazing care of me in a potential life or death scenario! The world needs more Shannon s, I will most definitely be back for a meal with my girlfriend in the immediate future to pay back my respects and then some to Shannon and the establishment ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

OVERPRICED & menu is OVERWHEMING at first. JUICES, & SPECIALTY COFFEES DRINKS ARE SERIOUSLY OVERPRICED Five of us dined in on March 26th, and server was very friendly and accommodating. Nothing on this menu is SIMPLE or straightforward. All pancakes waffles have cream, fruit galore and there are very few SIMPLE dishes. A number of us had the western omelettes which werevery good, but a small side of their special potatoes they are frozen hash browns which most diners serve ! ! Overall VALUE for COST is not there .. never go back

I went for breakfast here for the first time this morning. My server, Willow, greeted me with a big smile, which I always appreciate! Her service was awesome. I had the classic breakfast, bacon, eggs, home fries and toast. I also had the freshly squeezed orange juice. Loved it!!! It was beyond good! The presentation was beautiful - didnt take a picture, but hey, you wont be disappointed. Willow kept the coffee pot coming by, which I always appreciate. The only thing that killed it for me was when I went to use the washroom before leaving, one of the kitchen staff was coming out, and hed made a mess on the toilet seat without cleaning up after himself. But other than that, the breakfast and service was amazing. Its not going to be the least expensive breakfast on the block, but its going to look and taste amazing! I hope they speak to the staff about using the bathrooms that patrons use. Vegetarian options: vegan toast Dietary restrictions: I saw a keto option and there was a vegan toast option.

Pur and Simple is the best

Usually my indicator of an extremely good meal is when I forget to take photos.. this is one of those cases. One of the better breakfast chains around. The breakfast potatoes are the best I ve ever had. Ingredients were fresh. I will be and have been back since. The only downside? It s so good, it s busy all the time. Get on a waitlist before coming.

Esther was an amazing server. It was nice to have a quick conversation instead of feeling rushed to order, eat and leave. I order the hot chocolate bowl and it was perfect!

Took my BIL out for brunch for his birthday, he chose this place but none of us had been here before. I will definitely be back! First off, Shannon, is the best. Period. She clearly loves her job and it shows. What a delight. Give this woman a raise! Next, the food was great. Everything was tasty and fresh, nod to the mimosas with fresh squeezed orange juice! The keto meal was great, even as a non keto dieter. It just had everything I wanted. The panko french toast was fire, and this is from someone who generally doesnt order french toast. Everything was just, right. It was lovely. Happy faces and full bellies all around. Ill be back to try the chicken and waffles for sure!

Although the prices were higher then Im comfortable with for a regular basis, this is a great establishment. Very clean in every area, washrooms are individual units, and the Tiera was very helpful, forthright, and congenial. Food quality was top-notch.

I went out for breakfast around 2 today, the customer service as soon as we walked in was horrible. The hosts were just giving us rude stares and didn t say a word to us, which made everyone uncomfortable. Then asked how many people we were with then we were seated, our server was wonderful she was very sweet and food was good, but the service from walking in wasn t great.

Mmmmmm. Not your typical greasy breakfast place. Very clean and fresh atmosphere. Excellent service. Excellent food. We didnt have a reservation for a Saturday morning and had to wait at least half an hour in our car before they could seat our group of 2 but it was worth the wait for the Eggs Benny and Rancheros and Green Smoothie. Also, the coffee was good too. (Thats always a win for me!)

Great place for breakfast. Cinnamon bun sandwich was delicious, but maybe something you should split. (Good, but a bit rich as a meal.) Really great service.

Wow... what a discovery. Tried this place out when other breakfast spot had a long wait, and I am blown away. Cosy spot, great service, menu options are tremendous, and the food did not disappoint!! Price is not bad either. Definitely recommend!

Staff were rude Wont go there again

It was our first time there I was not impressed at all with service or food. We sat for 15 min before I finally looked over class at the booth to the welcoming girl and waved her over asking if we were ever going to be served. Then someone did come and apologize so I let it go. But then when the food came I was so disappointed. The bacon you could tell was deep fried the potatoes are not fresh pities done on the grill or deep fried. They are frozen tator tot like potatoes deep fried. I had seen such good reviews and was so disappointed in our experience. Specially when I kept seeing tables come in and get served right away and even had waitresses walk by serve right across from us and not even look our way when I called out to them to get their attention. So sadly it s only a 1 star review from myself and my family.

Ok, I m thoroughly impressed! By far the best coffee I ve had at a restaurant, fresh orange juice was phenomenal, and the food was fantastic! Not to mention the great service! We WILL be back!

We were a party of 13 on Easter Sunday.. The staff found a way to accomodate us and the food was great a must try for sure..

I went here a few times now every time the food is great but the service is terrible. 10 minutes to have our order taken and 15 minutes from the time of asking to get the bill is just ridiculous and this happens every time. It s like the servers just forget about you from the second you walk in to the second you leave. Please fix this or hire new servers.

Whenever Im on my way to Welland from the GTA this is a must stop place for me. The food is always fresh and delicious! Portion sizes are good, and the variety is there if you want to change it up from time to time. The spicy hollandaise is where it is at ++ the fresh fruit - so yummy!

OMG, hooked at gluten-free crepes! This was our first time at Pür & Simple; we are now lifetime customers. Finding restaurants that serve gluten-free options is difficult, finding ones that serve delicious gf is next to impossible. We had the Angus benedict, no english muffin for me, substituted with gluten-free french toast on the side and dh had the Rays skillet. The portions were huge. The home fries were the best, crunchy exterior and fluffy interior, almost like a croquette. The hollandaise was very flavourful, rich but light if thats even possible. The gluten-free french toast, well, a first ever! And they were perfect, light cinnamon flavor, crispy exterior, light and fluffy interior, just scrumptious. The meals were very savoury, exactly what we love. The staff was a delight! Well, Pür & Simple, you are a gem! Thank you for having so many wonderful gluten-free options. Throughly enjoy Pur and Simple. This restaurant was busy at breakfast, but the wait wasnt long. The hostess was fantastic and a joy to talk with. The food (Rays Extravaganza) was delicious and served hot with freshly squeezed orange juice. We have come to discover Pur and Simple as a superior breakfast experience.

Honestly, it a okay for me. I personally just love the atmosphere and service but the food I ve specifically gotten just didn t hit the spot the first time I came here I got the Cinnabon and one of the drinks ( pretty good) the Cinnabon on the other hand tasted like oil . I was a bit confused on how they made it for it to taste like onions and oil. The second time I went there, I got the waffles and chicken with fries instead of Potatoes. When I got the fries, it came out orange brownish and I was confused and thought it was sweet potatoes but they said it wasn t it tasted bitter, it just looked like they haven t changed their oil but then I decided to change it back to the potatoes and it was also the same so that confirmed it for me. The waffles was pretty good but the chicken was stiff and small..just overall disappointed.

My wife and I like this new breakfast option. But there are things that need to improve; first SERVICE TIME we were waiting for 1 hour to eat, my coffee had already finished and the food did not arrive. In addition to the waiting time outside the venue for table release.

The staff is friendly, the restaurant is beautiful and clean, but very unprepared for busy days. Came for brunch at Father s Day today and we waited for over 1 hour to get our orders and our food at the table. But the food was AMAIZING! Best breakfast I had in a while in st Catharines.

Tried to eat here and the attitude and service was abysmal. Everyone looked disgusted from the wait staff to the customers to the kitchen staff. We left after being accosted in line by a pretentious hipster who snarkily explained waitlist was the only way to get a table. Save yourself the disappointment and go anywhere else.

I was ordering from uber eats and I couldn t leave a note for order options but when I called I spoke to Vanessa and she was absolutely helpfully in communicating my order to the kitchen and even called me back to confirm some details . I was so happy that she went above and beyond. Then my food came it was exactly how I wanted it plus fresh and delicious I would recommend this place 100 times over because they are that great Now it s one of my favourite places .

Arrived and it was pretty empty. Wanted a table by the window and got attitude from the hostess for requesting that. First impressions are important and this girl does not want you in here or work in the service industry.

One of my favourite breakfast spots to visit in town, simply because of the pleasant and clean atmosphere as well as the amazing home fries. The home fries are the best of any breakfast spot in the city. The service could be better, but that isnt why I come here, so it doesnt bother me too much. The parking is also a pain as the parking lot is pretty tiny and hard to get into, but I resolve that by coming early on weekdays. It is also pretty pricey, so be ready to pay at least $20 for your meal even if you dont buy a drink. When I do splurge, their lattes and smoothies are amazing. Not worth the prices, but very good. Overall, it is more expensive than other places, but it is worth the experience in my opinion.

Worst chicken wrap ever, mostly lettuce, little chicken, 5 bacon bits, no Caesar dressing. Fries were encrusted with salt. Friend who had waffles said they were good; eggs so-so. Pricey.

I normally have a great experience here. It makes me sad that wasn t the case today. I dined alone, paid and left. Only to be followed to my car and accused to dining and ditching. I had to open my bank app and show that I did indeed pay, the waiter just forgot . She apologized and it seemed sincere but considering a packed restaurant just watched her chase after me I m sure they think I dined and ditched which is mortifying. I now feel too embarrassed to ever return.

This restaurant is fantastic. So fresh !! The waitresses was wonderful. Comfortable seating and its very clean. Without a doubt its my favorite place for breakfast.

I am so disappointed with every aspect of this restaurant today. When I arrived we were not greeted at all. Instead 3 servers looked over at the door and continued whatever they were originally doing. After 7 minutes we were finally seated and ordered drinks. Which then took more than 20 minutes to get back. When we ordered our food, i was very clear i did not want blueberries in my seasonal fruit bowl. My bowl came with the most disgusting arrangement of mushy, brown, slimy fruits. Including blue berries. I tried to eat around the bad fruits, which led me to find a piece of plastic and also a hair on my strawberries. After discovering this, i sent it back and did not want another one. The server agreed to take it off my bill, seeing as i ended up eating one slice of the banana. I had also ordered a side sausage plate. In the photo above, is the clean plate my sausage was given to me on. Disgusting My drink cup also still had OLD lip marks from whomever had used it before me. After apologizing and offering me complimentary items, which I declined (because i was appalled) my waitress still charged me for everything i had ordered. The worst service and food i have ever experienced.

Expensive but good food

The food is pur and simple but overpriced especially for the portion sizes. The coffee and tea were a miss being very bland. The meat and eggs were great but lacked the portion sizing for how much youre paying. The syrup tasted cheap as well which was a surprise.

This is a nice, clean and safe bet for breakfast. A bit on the expensive side but offers some creative menu options. Cant go wrong with the classics and the eggs Benny is pretty good too. The avocado toast is a little dry for my liking, but is presented beautifully.

We have been here for breakfast twice, and the food was excellent and the service was superior. The portions are huge, and not the usual greasy spoon fair, and of course, the prices reflect this. Shannon was our server and she went above and beyond. We will return.
