Myself and two others walked out for lack of service. 6 employees working drive through and one, ONE on the counter. The girl was dealing with a difficult customer and no one tried to pick up the slack. There is no manager and no guidance for the kids working here. So sick of all the Tims and will never be back.

Waited to be served while employee talked to someone. Only one or two choices in the donut rack, mostly empty. I wont stop at this location again.

Great customer service and great quality food. One of the employees gave our children a few extra timbits to brighten their day.

The entire weekend staff is comprised of incompetent heel dragging children held together by one or two adults on the verge of mental breakdown from trying to keep the sinking ship afloat whilst also pretending that the dumpster fire of incompetence isn t actually happening and everything is fine. Waited 15 minutes to get to the single open till while 5 kids stood around at the drive through window somehow still managing to hold up the drive through line and failing to inform the adults that they were out of bagels and almost every other topping/condiment in the food area. Three people walked out during my wait and I m sure countless more have done the same. Absolutely disgraceful management and staff.

This is a fine coffee shop. I have used it many times. However, the drive through is challenging. The drive through has high rock wall on the drivers side. It can be very difficult to navigate with any vehicle other than a car. I saw a pickup truck damage its passenger side doors and back fender on this rock wall. If you have a pickup truck do not use the drivethrough.

Stopped here on way to Brantford. Early morning crew were awesome. Ordered a breakfast sandwich bacon double toasted. And was the best one I have had in ontario. Ladies were great especially the food prep lady .

3rd Dec 2023, Around 2.30 pm, drove to drive thru. Ordered everything begel with extra butter and doubel toasted with a fV mixed with 1/4 coffee. The order was taken by a girl. She was decent. The begel was damn cold and not toasted pretty white.. Slightly toasted. As soon as I opened it, I drove reverse as there was no car on the back. A Boy camr to the window, couldnt read the badge for name, he had a metallic ring in his hand and a cap. I told him it is very cold and not toasted. Upon hearing he started waving his hands why are u hyper.? I said i am not hyper but just expressing my concern as even after waiting this long not served well. Anyways, after he brought the begel back, he rudely gave very insulting sign frm the window to me indicating get lost frm here. It was very clear frm his hand gestures. His colleagues girls were laughing. At that time another red truck came behind me and he started covering his misbehaviour and unprofessional attitude by saying there is another car waiting. Which in fact just arrived. I responded back if u expect respect, you should learn returning same gesture. And if this was the way he treats his all customers.,??? And he took his hands up and closed the window.. Felt very insulting about the incident.. I hope the management warns such ill mannered employees. Spoiling the whole service sector in our beautiful country. I would appreciate if the tims management finds his replacement. There are lot of polite ppl wanting to replace him out there.

The donuts and Tim bits get more embarrassing every year. However, im Canadian and respect my duty to stop by everyday.

DO NOT GO HERE. No food after 9pm apparently. Don t offer a hot food menu and keep it lit up until you close and then say we don t have 3/4 of the stuff on the menu. When you ask why you can t get a certain item the employees will be sure to give you attitude and argue with you. Stop advertising menu items that you don t have after a certain time. It makes NO SENSE!

Always friendly here, always fast. Like a lot of places, theyve recently had lots of new staff and there are some issues to be expected with that - just pay attention to the order board at the drive thru, make sure youre getting what you asked for.

You can try ordering in advance but be prepared to get random food in your bag when you get there. Im pretty sure the policy at this location is grab whatever is closest to you and put it in the bag, customers wont notice the difference! You have a 50/50 chance of getting fewer things than you paid for too. I think its their way of saving money for the owner.

Long wait for a hot beverage and a muffin.

Terrible ,didnt have lemonade for our drink but the people behind us got it !!! No one on sandwiches asked where mine was got shrugged shoulders they found the guy in the back. Finally got my sandwich had the wrong dressing, cream cheese smeared on the outside of bread ,grossed me out ,in the garbage it went .never again . Other sandwiches made extra and staff not organized.

Im usually there before 730am and have had great experiences. My iced capps are always made perfectly which is something I CANNOT say happens at other locations. Ive never had issues with my food and everything is buttered, toasted and heated just how I ask. I also love the white ladies at the window!! They are so friendly and I have nothing but good things to say about their service. 4 stars because I have noticed the odd mornings they have had no toaster working and Im sure that ticks a lot of ppl off in the morning. Always room for improvement. My favourite Timmies in the area!!

You can order the same thing two different days get two different prices theyll never get your meal right theyll charge you for stuff thats included in your meal or forget to give you half your meal, staff is some what friendly but poorly trained, called about missing half my meal and was told to come back in a few days.

With 5 cars in the drive thru line theres no reason I should have been there waiting for 17 minutes- and my order wasnt even 100% ready when I got to the window. I dont think its the nice girls fault, I think management need to step up and be better at training g, staffing and organizing.

Waited in drive-thru line up. Ordered and went to the window first pick up. Young girl scanned my Tims card and asked me for full amount. I knew I should have had a free coffee. I asked the girl and she shrugged and said I owed full amount. I checked later that day and I was right!!! 1 should have been free. This is the 4th time over the last month that the same Tims and the same girl has ripped me off. The last time my order came ro $6.49 and gave her a 20. Had to ask for my change. Does this girl even know how to count or is she looking for tips for poor service?

Nice place to go. Its clean. Staff is nice. Food is always warm. The staff are hard workers. Be nice to them. They are pleasant to their customers.

Many sites are being closed early because of staff issues. Its sad really, there are so many jobs available in the service industry but some people just dont want to work. Its not their fault but Tim Hortons and other businesses are being affected because of it.

Tim locations in general are really lacking in the customer service area in store..They only care about Drive through..It is not just me, every time I go in all the customers are just as frustrated with the in store lack of service and caring...Ironically, every time ordering on the app to skip the lines, brings you to wait even longer...Think its time to switch from tims to another source unfortunately...

For the past 2 weeks my coffee isn t made correctly. Order a large regular coffee double double which seems to be the norm but for some reason this place skimps on product . Watered down coffee with no sugar or cream or decaf coffee with a dash of cream for colour and no sugar the mystery coffee who knows how it s made ect. Wish they could just make a normal coffee not watered down or decaf with a hint of sugar and creamer. Now I understand why a few co-workers stopped going to this location

Pulled in to the drive thru and my wheel grazed the rocks they have instead of a curb popping my tire. Never did I think i would pop a tire in a drive thru but thankfully i had a spare so I changed it in the parking lot. I think these rocks should be removed.

Sadly poorly managed today. 3 to 4 staff working the drive thru. 1 person working inside. No one from drive thru came over and helped him and the orders were much larger than the drive thru orders. No manger in site organizing the situation. Have a suggestion for them.. if you see the worker at the till struggling with massive orders and the line up is out the door HELP OUT!!! Dont just stand at the drive thru waiting for the car to drive away!!

I frequent this location often only because I work close by. The drive thru is extremely unorganized and very seldom do they get your order correct. This morning was no different I ordered the NEW steak and cheese muffin and when I got to work I realized it was a bacon not steak. Also it is strange that when you ask for ketchup and salt it is NEVER at the pick up window, the workers have to go to the food prep area and dig for a minute to get ketchup and salt, why wouldnt they have it readily available at the pick up window? I know this is Tim Hortons so a bad review wont affect their buisness, but it should!
