I've been here a few times now and the food and service has always been Excellent! Sarah Q. made sure we were well taken care of and offered any and all knowledge she had to answer questions. She was a big help in my decision on what go order! Kelsey's is also one of the very few restaurants where the red sauces for meals such as Parmesan Chicken is actually really good! I had a Spinach and cheese dip which was also a DELICIOUS appitizer and a bowl of Broccoli and Cheese soup to share. Also very good. The Smash Burger Quesadilla was very good and there was a good helping of Gravy and Cheese on the Poutine. Even though the fries don't seem homemade, they are still very good! The beat and Goat Cheese salad was also delicious and very refreshing! So much so that I got another helping to go! Complements to the Chef(s) and Sarah for the amazing experience!
I've relied on Kelsey's many times for both small gatherings and large events, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The owner and staff are incredibly accommodating, the food is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the pricing is very reasonable! The service is always friendly and welcoming, making every experience feel special. When hosting larger events, they check in with you numerous times leading up to the event to ensure every detail is covered, leaving nothing to chance. No matter the request, the team goes above and beyond to make it happen. You can expect nothing but the best when visiting this restaurant! :)
My friends and I had the best time at last night’s Christmas Trivia event 🎄. The atmosphere was great; the food and drinks were delicious; the entire staff were super friendly and efficient; and winning was pretty great too! Lol. We will def be back again soon. Yeah one waitress the other following her around in training. The portions are really small for the lunch trio not worth the cost for half cold sandwich. Funny not funny how the picture looks so juicy and succulent and full of meat. When ya gets it looks like a preschool kid made it. Sat us in the corner like a time out. Slow service.... makes ya want to learn to cook even more. 🤔 oh my is right. Clean your bathroom floors .very sticky under your feet very gross indeed. That's it my observation for the day.
What a restaurant! Thank you to our server who went above and beyond to find a seat for my boyfriend and I. It didn't look promising and I almost missed out on this super experience. The first waitress greeted us with a smile and grabbed menus for my boyfriend and I, right this way, she lead us to some very high booths and chairs in I'll call it the bar area. I instantly said oh no I can't sit there, you see because I had surgery which could clearly be seen that made it impossible to climb up. Well thats all I got by's .... did I hear that right? So my boyfriend looks at me in disbelief and says let's go, we turn to leave when a near by waitress who had seen and heard rushed over with the biggest smile and said I have a place for you just follow me. So we are offered a floor booth in a less packed area of the restaurant we thanked her over and over. She was an excellent server, and made our experience awesome. The menu offers so much variety it was hard to choose because everything looked so good. The food was delicious 😋 I'm so glad for this waitress as her service, the delicious fast, hot food was the highlight of my day, I totally recommend.
It is a cosy place to enjoy your food and quality time with your family and friends. We have tried BBQ Chicken club, Chicken Nachos, onion rings and Chicken Fajita. Fajitas, onion rings and chicken club were really good. They can work on their nachos little bit more. They serve Halal chicken. I like their service as well.
The food was delicious from the beet and goat cheese salad, to the soup, to the burger and steak sandwich. Not to mention the MOC-tails were delicious. Our Server today was Sara Q. She was very warm, and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the menu items, and was never too busy to add another drink or item from the menu to bring home! It would be nice if all waiters were as personable and approachable as she was. Hense the 20% tip! I love this resturant and its menu!! Dawn

Office group of 7 people. Food was just ok. Steaks came out with 2 forgetting the shrimp add-ons, the loaded potatoes came out half loaded so they had to bring out toppings separate to add, and 2/4 steaks were overcooked. This was just ok.

Brought our son out for his birthday supper. My husband and I ordered wings. They came out cold. When asked about a birthday dessert for my son, was informed they dont do it anymore. Singing or the dessert. Was disappointed as weve always previously had this and was the reason we chose this restaurant.

A great place to eat for any occasion. Lots of friendly staff, and great food. Trent is my favorite server, always goes above and beyond for me Kid-friendliness: We all know going out to restaurants with small kids can be challenging. Kelseys staff have always offered to bring out some fries to occupy my child while we wait, or bringing coloring sheets or the prize box. Very kid friendly

I always forget how good their burgers are because I don t come to this area of town often. But when I do come here I make my own burger with a veggie patty and it S L A P S every time. Sick topping options, fresh bun, and a really good veggie patty. Tonight we had a great server, service was fast and never waited on anything. Plus it s also a great environment to bring my toddler. Kids menu and crayons - all she needs.
