Fries- 8.5/10 Super good, even when warmed up after. Love the cheese sauce. They actually taste like fries and not dirt! Hotdogs-2/10 To much wiener and not enough bread. Also had a weird chemical taste. The toppings; they put to much on. Service was like any other place, nothing special but friendly.
Fries were great before the renovations. Since the renovations we've been back 3 times and fries are consistently soggy, undercooked, and not salted. Staff is always friendly. Don't think we'll be getting fries here anymore though.
Excellent food the staff was super friendly one of my favorite spots to eat in the mall food is always prepared perfect and the portions are great if your in the mall looking for something to eat I highly recommend checking out Newyork fries in the avalon mall 10/10.

Asked for extra cheese and gravy. Never got it. Just threw a scoop of cheese on top and a bit of gravy. Asked for salt and I was ignored and she went on to the next person. Very rude.
For the atmosphere I mean its a mall what do you expect and as far as fast food goes the service has always been excellent. I love the food from here I love the veggie works. Its so delicious and Im not vegetarian. Ive tried most of their menu and you cant go wrong with anything, definitely the best poutine you will try. Vegetarian options: Veggie works is amazing
Went in for lunch to go, asked for extra gravy on 2 of 3 poutines I ordered. I got less gravy than regular on all 3, so back at work now with lunch that I will not be eating. I cant go back because my lunch break is now over. Not impressed.

My fries were WET. Soaking wet. Literally looked like someone poured water over them. Waterfall of grease. The fries looked like they took a SHOWER. They went swimming up thorburn road at sunshine earlier. They stood in the pouring rain for hours. Did the ferry go under water while they were transporting them? Jesus Christ. But the person who served me was a sweetheart, the staff are good, and the reno they did looks so good. But the fries were so sad this time.

Best poutine on this secluded island
Kindest staff and the best food. Went to pick up a poutine for lunch today and my Apple Pay wouldn t work. I told the cashier I was freaking out, she assured me it was okay and helped me quickly fix the problem. The other worker gave me my poutine with a smile and it tasted great. Best place to eat in town!

Very poor customer experience. Got butter chicken and paid for bacon topping but got half a tea spoon of bacon. And on the plus side half of the fries were half done. Never going again there.
Got a fries with dressing and gravy. Wouldve been nice to get the gravey. They use a pump left 90% of it dry
The food has unfortunately gone downhill. I do understand they need to be fast during a busy time, but the supervisor on duty was rude and showed no care. Honestly just disappointing!
