Goated experience would recommend. The best thai food Ive had in NL.

Went for lunch and was very impressed by the food and the service. They even gave our party some dumplings on the house!

So expecting a nice sit down, turned out to be fast food like. Food good, not four star. Lots of sauce and sushi roles mediocre.

Whats not to love about the food. The two of us ordered several dishes from the limited but balanced menu.The dine in atmosphere needs some tweaking, then again it appears to be more geared towards take out

Small restaurant with not a lot of seating. We ordered the wonton soup, green curry and stir fry veggies with rice. Green curry was spicy and amazing. Rest of the dishes were average at best. Special mention to the servers/owners who are truly amazing.

Some of the best pad Thai I have had in ages! They served it to me directly, and service was very quick. The food is just delicious, so happy I stopped by here!! Definitely recommend!!!

This is a really nice little restaurant. Exceptionally clean; friendly and quick service. And all the food I have tried so far was great, with portion sizes that make two meals which is perfect when you need leftovers for lunch the next day :) I recommend it!

This family-owned restaurant is a gem! Delicious food, friendly owners, and a warm atmosphere. The spring rolls are a must-try, and the cashew chicken with pineapple fried rice is divine. Highly recommend!

I had take out and they forgot to put something in the bag. I called when I got home and a worker delivered it to me right away with a free appetizer. Not many places would do that and I think it is exceptional service! The food was great, I will be back.

Our new favourite spot in town. Have ordered online from here before and it was amazing but our sit down experience made us fall in love with this place even more. The owner, Brian, was so kind and wanted to make sure every aspect of our meal was great. Our table had the red curry beef, tofu curry, chicken udon, wonton soup, and sweet potato tempura. The portions are phenomenal for the price. You will not be disappointed! Thank you so much Brian and staff for a great meal! We will be back!

Bad service . Expensive !!! They provide the soup in reusable pot . Quantity is very little!!! They don t serve water

Food is delicious, large portions, but I am writing this review because I was blown away by the service provided by Joy. She offered and carried my food out to my car because I had a baby with me. Not many people or places do that these days. Thank-you, Joy! You went above and beyond.

First time visiting and I was really impressed by the authentic flavours. Everything was clearly made to order and very fresh tasting. The sound of the jet-engine wok and smell of basil took me back to my month travelling Thailand. The chicken wings were so crispy, sticky and packed with garlic. The peanut chicken and house rice noodles were loaded with lots of perfectly cooked vegetables and meat in generous serving sizes. The service is fantastic and everyone was so accommodating, especially chef Brian- you can tell how passionate he is about the food and it is reflected in the quality. Can t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu! Oh, and if you ve never tried Thai milk tea before, grab a cold can- it s creamy, sweet and addictive.

I ordered one chicken paithai at 7.30 last evening, it said only needed 30-40mins, but it turned out I got it 9.30 almost, way too slow. And no any apologies or little compensation, that s why I am giving negative feedback. If you are kind of rush, be careful.

I was dying one night for some green mango. Me and my fiancé are around 9:40 and the owner is walking to his car. He stops and ask me did you want something to eat (even tho the close at 9:30). I said yes i told him that if you guys were closed that it was okay but no he insisted. HE REOPENED THE STORE AND MADE ME MY FOOD!!!!! By this experience alone. I knew that he was a hard working true man and he deserves so much in life. I hope he sees this. Thank you so much you made my day

Not bad, was pricey for what it was. $20 for beef noodles. Some things were a bit bland. Service is thru a kiosk so not much interaction, and then expected to tip. Pay your staff a living wage instead.

My only complaint is that the price was a bit high considering the fast-service style and small-ish portion. But the service at the front counter was phenomenal. I saw the chef come out and talk to some people too. My partner loved the Special Pad Thai. Seemed reasonably authentic!

Ordered New Years Eve takeout (vegetarian spring rolls, chicken pad Thai, and chicken in peanut sauce). Everything was delicious, and portions were generous.

Rice-Noodle House is very good, I think it is called Rad Na Kee Mao ( ) in Thai. Spring roll there is the best I have tried on the island so far. Tom Yum Wonton Soup is pretty mild for me but can still smell the fragrance of Thai herbs. The owner and staffs are amazing and super friendly. Definitely recommend this restaurant :)

Cleanliness: 9.5/10 Accessible facility- Yes Variety in Menu- 10/10 Taste: Special Pad Thai- 8.5/10 ( I only wish the Special Pad Thai was more spicier, that is honestly my personal preference. Having said that, this dish is one of their bestsellers according to staff. 9 out of 10 people would probably enjoy this dish just how it is without adding anything extra, given that you are generally comfortable eating spicy food) Calamari- 9.5/ 10 Calamari was really really good. It was crispy and the exterior coating was packed with flavours. When I ordered, I thought the sauce that comes with the Calamari would be Thai Sweet Chilli sauce, but the sauce tasted more like plum sauce. So again the sauce is mostly sweet. If you prefer having Calamari without any sauce, you will have no issues. Interior: Super Aesthetic and instagram friendly! Self Service Kiosk- Yes Portion Size- I would say that the quantity / portion size is pretty decent. It could be easily shared amongst two people. Service- Service was pretty quick. Food was served within 5-7 minutes. Customer Service- Staff were very friendly and recommended me to try to the Calamari as an appetizer and I was not disappointed! The owner is very humble and hospitable. Owner gives you recommendation for different dishes depending on your taste preference. Price- (7.5/10) Although their portion size is generous, the dishes are a bit on the pricy side. The Calamari was 13.99 and the Special Pad Thai was 19.99. Overall my experience was good and I ll be back to try more dishes. Highly Recommend!

I went to their resturant recently with my friends. We ordered their dinner for six, and I must say, the experience exceeded all our expectations. From the quantity and quality of the food to the friendly staff and accommodating chef/owner, Green Mango left a lasting impression. The portions were generous, and all the servers were really friendly. The owner also made a few substitutions for us, which was really nice. Highly recommended!!!

Came here for lunch. Very clean and open restaurant. It has only 3 dining table but customers are very considerate to give the table to next customers while it was busy. Very nice atmosphere. I had pad Thai lunch combo. Delicious egg rolls, soup and pad Thai in this combo. Pad thai is flavored differently from how it is in the US but I liked this version too. The staff kept the tables and restaurant constantly clean and came to ask if I need anything. Excellent customer service!

This place deserves every bit of hype. The spring roll was perfectly crispy and the filling was flavourful, the Tom Yum soup is going to be something I crave whenever I m sick the broth is heavenly. My finance had the cashew chicken and it was delicious, it was perfectly sweet and savoury. I had the green curry and equally enjoyed it, it s perfectly spicy for me and the chicken is tender. Rice was cooked perfectly for both of our meals. Looking forward to our next visit!

wow, havent a pad thaie tasting that good in many years, that is what a pad thaie should taste! The tum yum soup is delicious, i wont go anywhere else for pad thaie!!!!

I really wanted this to be good as I love Thai food, but it wasn t great. We ordered the pad Thai and the green mango chicken. Both were pretty blah. The mango chicken tasted like it just had plum sauce or some other boxed sauce on it and the pad Thai had very little flavour at all. Neither dish looked much like what was pictured on the online menu.

Best pad Thai I ve had anywhere.

This was our second time getting takeout from Green Mango and it was delicious again! We highly recommend this restaurant. It has a vibrant and positive atmosphere and ordering is super easy with their system.

This was my first time ordering food here and the last. It was the grossest Thai food I ve ever eaten. The spring roll sauce was watered down sweet chili sauce and the Thai noodles had zero flavour. The cashews in the cashew chicken were burnt. Very disappointing $70 dinner.

If you are up for an authentic Thai experience Green Mango Thai Cuisine is definitely the place you want to visit! Everyone is amazing and friendly and the taste of the dishes speak for themselves. Highly recommend!

The food was absolutely delicious! The vegetable rolls were homemade and you could tell in the best way, the insides are so much more flavourful than frozen rolls. I dont eat meat and they easily accommodated tofu in the udon noodles. They didnt skimp either, plenty of tofu in it. My partner got the calamari, and you could tell it was fresh battered. He also got the shrimp curry and he loved his meal as well. The only change Id like to see is a bigger restaurant! They have 3 tables for dine in, at 2 people a table. They deserve a full restaurant.

What a great experience!!! First off all of the staff are amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. I don t know much about Thai food but in my opinion the pad Thai was fantastic and the Thai wings .. oh man the wings, they were enormous, cooked to perfection and what ever the sauce is it was amazing! 10/10 will be back.

I was soo excited .... then I got a few dishes . And it was HORRIBLE . The absolute worst attempt at Thai food ever. I had to spit out the dumplings in peanut sauce it was frozen dumpling with just melted peanut butter on them and the pad Thai was a weird mixture of extremely garlicky beef and broccoli rice noodles and 3 shrimp on top . With no sort of pad Thai taste to it at all . Anyways .... hopefully someone else has a better experience .... because I wont be going back I wish I took a picture ...

This place took us back to Thailand. One of the chefs is a Thai chef from Thailand, and the other chef lived in Thailand for 20 years, so the food is very authentic. It s not the over-flavoured garbage you get at some places. This is authentic, made with the freshest ingredients - you can really taste the difference. We took several cooking courses in Thailand and the food here is indistinguishable from the food we had while in Thailand. The lunch combo is a huge amount of food, and will really fill you up for lunch. Have a coffee ready at work, because the lunch combo will food-coma you!

I ordered this from DoorDash and I can say, Im very impressed!! The food was hot absolutely delicious!!! I spent some time in Thailand and this is the most authentic and delicious Thai food on the island!! I ve been waiting for a go-to Thai restaurant in St. John s for quite some time!! The chicken Pad Thai was very flavourful, only note is it could use some bean sprouts!! The cheese wontons came with a delicious dip and were very crispy on the outside and warm and cheesy on the inside!! Cannot recommend this place enough, and am very excited to try some of the other dishes!!

Ordered Curry Chicken and Almond Chicken through Skip. Very fresh, great portions, absolutely delicious. Wouldnt change a thing about it. Looking forward to trying more, but itll be hard not to order Curry Chicken again.

We recently had take out here. I enjoyed my chicken pad Thai lunch special. My husband ordered the green curry but unfortunately wasn t impressed. It was our first visit there. The lunch specials come with a spring roll and wonton soup. I m not a fan of hot and spicy, the soup had a bit of a kick. Spring roll was lovely. Generous portion of pad Thai and the chicken was grilled which I liked, a different flavour for sure. Would I go again, yes. Husband, no.

I dont eat Thai food often so cant really compare to other places, but we enjoyed our meal. The service was great. Food came out fast and hot. The server came over to make sure we were enjoying our meal, and seemed to genuinely care. Wasnt really expecting that as the place had more of a takeout vibe.

Great flavours, large portions, clean neat space. We got the special pad Thai and yellow curry lunch specials. The wonton/tom yum soup and spring roll they came with were good too. I liked that they used the right kind of noodle for the pad Thai. Unfortunately the pad Thai was too salty but other than that, great meal.

Stopped in for a lunch a couple weeks ago. Staff was very friendly, food was delicious and i was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

I couldnt wait to try. Im dying for a real Thai resto to open in this town! In the meantime - Green Mango is quite good for fast-food/ takeout-style Thai. We tried 3 different dishes - a pad thai, a red curry, and spring rolls. It was all fresh and the red curry especially was very tasty. I added bean sprouts to the pad thai at home. They have lots of beef on the menu, even in the special pad thai, which we found unusual. Would just go with shrimp/chicken next time. But if you like beef, it was very tender, especially stewed in the red curry. The spring rolls were just ok. Overall, these were flavourfull dishes and far more authentic than the other two places in town that serve Thai food. (Mall and GingerGrass.) The fact that they also serve sushi/Japanese food is odd. I always think its better to focus on one unique cuisine and just make it amazing. And there are already lots of Japanese/sushi places in town! The counter service was friendly and the food was ready quickly. Will def go back for the red curry and pad thai (without beef) and to try a couple other dishes.
